Writing this review based on the experience we have had with the clinic. Of course everyone is nice and professional. My wife Nicki had breast implants done on 10/31/2024. Follow up was done on 11/4/24. They explained the massaging process which we have done until the next visit on 11/18/24. Note that each time I was seen by a different nurse each time. Have not seen the doctor. I was told that I was not massaging enough and correctly. So, I have been told twice to do different ways. I have done this just as I have been told and now on 12/17/24 I actually seen a doctor by the name of Donald Balder which told me I was not massaging right for the third time. I showed him how I was doing it. He said no. Do it this way from left to right grabbing the implant in a certain way. I do not understand why I see all these different people telling me different ways and being told I am doing it wrong every time. I was also then asked about if I am taking Capsular Support three times a day. I said no. No one every told me or gave the any information for this to take. So after 7 weeks I had been supposed to take this. So, I paid $86 today to start taking. I am very upset of the fact that I am getting conflicting information from the nurses and staff. Then I see a doctor seven weeks after telling me something totally different. Plus how do they miss telling me about this other medication that I was supposed to start right after. It was not included in my other medications. I feel that every nurse and doctor in this place is not on the same page with instructions. I also, think I should have been seen by one of the doctors prior to 7 weeks. If I was to recommend service to anyone based on this experience I would not recommend this clinic based on the inconsistent guidance from the nurses and doctors that I only seen once. This procedure cost right at 6k and I should have better guidance and communication. Dr. Crace I have not seen since day one.

I have been a patient of Dr Owens for many years. She is a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough physician that will always do what is best for her patients. The office and staff are warm, welcoming and very professional. I have recommended Acadia Womens Health to many friends and family members.

The first day I visited the center for my consultation, I felt welcome and not judge plus they also gave me a little gift bag. The NP explain the process I was interested in Beverly throughly, even though I still contacted the DR for clarification. Everything was scheduled and went directly as I was told. I just can’t wait to send my end results in the next few months. I highly recommend them and plan to go back for other procedures in the future.

I’ve always been a patient of Dr. Owens, but I hadn’t been to her in sometime. Recently, I became re-established with her office and seen Nicole, NP. She was very sweet and explained my visit very clearly. The whole office atmosphere was very pleasant, calming & relaxing, and I was very satisfied. I love AWH! From the moment I requested a consult, the staff has been so prompt and welcoming. I had gone to another plastic surgeon for a consult closer to home and had a horrible experience. That was not the case with AWH. Beth called me almost immediately and set up a consult with Dr. Crace the same day. Dr. Crace was very friendly, funny, and actually listened to me. He gave me the breast augmentation I wanted. I didnt even have to show him pictures or anything. I had an idea of what I wanted in my head and he nailed it. I will definitely be back soon and will refer friends and family that are interested in the services they offer.

Always a good experience when I come to Acadia women’s. I actually drive 2.5 hours to come because I feel they are the best. Dr Gonzolez did my breast augmentation and he did a fabulous job! I have so much confidence because of him and his work!!!! Mrs Racheal she did a great job on my lip filler. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for sure! The picture is the before and after of my lip filler.

I would’ve given them zero stars but I can’t do that. I couldn’t get checked because one of the staff members said I had the right medical card & when I went in to go to my appointment they didn’t accept the medical card the staff member said they accept. They excused it because she new which was very unprofessional, if you have someone working with you make sure they know all the regulations , I travel with transportation so I had to sit in the for 2 1/2 hours for my ride & nothing still was done about it. The only professional staff member was the manager but I still wouldn’t recommend this place.

Amazing experience!! From the receptionist, nurse, doctor, to the check out desk …the experience and the beautiful building is truly unlike any other! When I first met Dr. Owens- I felt like we were old friends. Such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere!

Dr. Gonzalez really saved my confidence! My initial augmentation was done by another surgeon. Unfortunately, I had complications and decided to leave my original surgeons care because of his dishonesty and his unwillingness to acknowledge that there was an issue. I was so depressed and had many regrets. I had wished I never decided on an augmentation. I was confident before and now I was so insecure. I was fortunate that after reaching out to Acadia Womens Health, Dr. Gonzalez was willing to take on my revision. I felt a sense of hope after my first appointment with him. It has now been two weeks since my revision and I am BEYOND happy! My breasts are so beautiful. Dr. Gonzalez is a magician in the operating room. If only you all seen my before and after! What an amazing and wonderful transformation he did for me. My only regret now is that I didnt go to him for my initial augmentation! On another note, the facility is beautiful and the nurses and desk staff are awesome! The two nurses in the operating room with me were the absolute best. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez! Staff always great. Never got the look that was shown to me and was told sorry I could not give you the look you wanted. Very minimal changes what I paid in cash was equivalent to almost 3 surgeries at another clinic that had awesome results. Top of stomach not flat even after hernia repair and 35 pound weight loss. It’s not visceral fat but they insisted. I was told to loose more weight and they would revise my tt but I would have to pay. I guess it depends on who the patient is. It’s sad when the next surgeon laughs and says what they did for that amount of money you paid. A lesson well learned but very dissatisfied.

Dr. Crace did my breast augmentation and he did incredible. They look so good! 10/10 would recommend to EVERYONE. Really knew what he was doing and was extremely helpful with any question or concerns. All the staff is really sweet too!

Dr. Owens is warm and friendly she seems to really care about her patients! She has helped me a lot in the last few years. She is an amazing person and doctor!!

I was skeptical about having lipo of my abdomen but after my first visit with Dr. Owens I gained the confidence I needed. She has such a great personality and bedside manner. I have told all my friends and family about her. I am pleased with my results and may God please continue to use her to help women love their bodies and give them the courage to fix what can be fixed! I’ve officially had my procedure done. Tummy tuck with muscle repair and 360 Lipo with Dr Johnson. He was fabulous and so focused on doing his best to make me look my best. I’m only 4 days post op and I am already so happy with my results. I saw Dr Crace when I went in for my one day post op visit - dr J was still in surgery and they never make you wait! I cannot remember the nurse that saw me but she was phenomenal the entire time. I was in a good bit of pain and very weak and slow and she was so caring and supportive and extremely patient the entire time. Dr Crace was awesome as well. Very thorough, made sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered.I’m so thankful for my journey here !

I want my money back!! The more I think about it, the more upset I get!! I had a procedure done by dr owens and it was not done as discussed! The area I had done looks exactly as it did before procedure. All of the lines that she drew on me and the procedure we talked about weren’t done the way it was supposed to be!! A 3 hr procedure took only an hr!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! I was basically pushed out of the office after my procedure. Not given time to do anything except get my belongings and walk out the back door.Then to have her fix what she didn’t do, I’d have to pay even more! Very disappointed!! It will now cost me way over what a full tummy tuck costs!! If that was the case I would have gone with the full in the first place!! 😡😡

Dr. Gonzalez and his staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make my visit so comfortable. Their facilities are beautiful and inviting and they have a great system from the moment you walk in the door.**Now that I’ve had my tummy tuck I want to add to my review. I am four weeks postop from a tummy tuck and muscle repair with Dr. Gonzalez and it has gone above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. The recovery has been amazing and honestly so easy. I feel so great, and I don’t even think I was mentally prepared for what I would look like, because I could not imagine it. My scar is pretty perfect, if scars can be beautiful it is and it healed so quickly. I have this really cute new little belly button that makes me smile every time I look at it. Pretty much all my stretch marks are gone and I’m not mad about that. My mommy pouch is gone and so is all of my back pain I was carrying around from everything that was hanging off of the front of me. I could not have asked for a more caring doctor/staff. I think their years of women’s health makes them even better at this kind of cosmetic work. You’re not just another surgery number. They know you, they remember you. I would choose Dr. G a thousands times over. I think magic happens in his OR. That’s what my body says when I look in the mirror now anyway.

I was made to feel very welcome from the time that I walked in. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and all of my questions were answered.

I was greeted as I entered. When I was called to my room the nurse was very friendly and inviting. While waiting for the doctor the nurse asked if I had any questions or concerns and she was very helpful in relaying the message to the doctor. The doctor addressed my concerns upon entering the room. The doctor gave me suggestions on how to proceed. I felt welcomed my entire visit.

Loved the tour of the office and being offered something to drink. Everyone was polite. Seem to be a bright cheerful office environment. I would have liked to have had a book of pictures of before and after surgeries done by my doctor to view.

This is the WORST PLACE to go for COSMETIC SURGERY. Dr. Owens ruined my body. I’ve had lipo 360 done. With in 3 months I started to noticed she botched my body. I had the perfect canvas for a lipo 360. After this surgery I now have a bulging stomach. She stretched my stomach muscle out further which cause me to have diastasis recti now which I didn’t have before. I literally have upper & lower back rolls now. My stomach has rolls and is leaning forward. The surgery was painful, not to mention she stuck my midsection, lower & upper back to inject the Anesthesia, that hurted. After surgery I scheduled POST OP Lympathic drainage massages through them $100 for 45min. The lady massaged me for 15min. I’ve wasted $6500 at this place. These ppl are not surgeons. Oh yes I went back & she saw it was botched & she blamed it on me & expected me to pay for a tummy tuck with lipo 360 for the cost $11,000…because ofc the rolls I have now isn’t her fault. I’m so depressed behind this. I wished I hadn’t went there. Please please please yall DO NOT GET COSMETIC Surgery done at this place.

I scheduled a mommy makeover consultation had such a wonderful experience wirh Dr . owens and the staff.Dr Owens did a thorough exam on me and let me know that she recommended a more involved procedure that their surgeons didn’t do ( body lift ). I was impressed by her honesty and professionalism- as she could have just told me I’ll be fine with a tummy tuck to get my business.I consulted with another surgeon who agreed with her assessment. So I did not end up scheduling surgery with them but I’ll definitely be back for other procedures !

I would love to rate more stars but I feel that I wasnt taken seriously. I went in last year in may. I explained for 8 years I had pelvic pain every day, bad periods, nausea every time I eat ect. All the symptoms of endometriosis. It even runs in my family which I explained. When I explained it I was told it could be a cyst or something. They gave me pain meds I could have gotten over the counter and I was on my way. I then had an ultrasound a week later and since it all looked fine I was given more meds and told to come back in october. I talked about the surgery option to look for endometriosis because the way they had done it you cant tell through. Needles to say I went to a different gynecologist and was immediately taken seriously and had gotten an amazing surgeon and in December I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I wasnt lying and I knew that it wasnt a cyst. I just wish I had been taken seriously. I did have high hopes for this place.

Dr. Crace is a favorite! He has definitely kept me from looking like a potato and that’s an A+ all by itself!

My experience at Acadia Women’s Clinic was a great one. I had been wanting to have a breast augmentation since 2009, after my oldest son was born. My breasts since breast feeding had drastically changed shape and were also asymmetrical. After finally deciding I was ready to go through with it, I scheduled a consult. I didn’t have a specific doctor in mind for the surgery. Dr Johnson happened to be in between patients when I came for my consultation, so he was able to come in and answer specific questions that I had regarding this surgery. After meeting him, I decided that I wanted him to be the one to do it. He was kind and made me feel super comfortable. He was patient with all of my questions and concerns and shot it to me straight about the possible risks involved. He explained pre-op and post-op in full detail and told me what to expect. The next appointment we discussed sizing options and what would work best for me, based off what I trying to achieve. We decided to do Silicone for a more natural look and feel. During the surgery he explained step by step what he was doing and even sang along with me to a song on the radio, which helped to lighten the mood, because I was very nervous!! The nurse in the OR was absolutely fantastic also. Dr Johnson gave me his personal cell phone number to call with any concerns I may have after the surgery. I reached out to him one time with a question and he responded within 10 minutes. I’ve never had any doctor for any reason offer to do that and to follow through with it. I am 6 weeks post op and I am thrilled with my results! I can’t get over how great of a job he really did! He nailed it! I love being in a swimsuit now! Prior to the augmentation, I was so insecure about the way my breasts looked that it made me dread summer and even intimate moments with my husband. I would recommend Acadia Women’s Clinic to anyone with 100% confidence that this clinic would deliver fantastic results. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for how well Dr Johnson did on my surgery! My husband may not be happy when I tell him that I am already planning on having a second procedure there soon! Highly recommend!

Only complaint I have is that the office wants you to pay full price for the surgery the day of the preop before meeting the dr. So it’s consult then preop then surgery. Dr Johnson allowed me to meet him before paying, and Jacie was very empathetic! Great bed side manners!! And after the surgery, not only Jacie but the other nurses helped me with my garments. My daughter had to go back for a “touch up” which I don’t think is something that normally occurs.It was free of charge and I guess because of that,the bandage used after was too small. It didn’t cover the whole area so on two sides of it,the tape used to secure it went over two of the tiny “holes” as I call them. It’s where the surgeon entered with whatever it is they use for liposuction. That is unacceptable. There’s enough naturally occurring pain after any type of surgery with out more being added by shoddy aftercare. I doubt it was the surgeon of course who bandaged it afterwards and he needs to know about this.You don’t need a medical education to know how to apply a bandage. Common sense says you don’t use tape on top of a wound,no matter how small.

The staff and Drs are great. Dr Owens is the first gynecologist that ive been comfortable with and Dr Gonzalez did a great job on my breast augmentation.

My daughter had a procedure with dr. Owens when she was 12 years old. Dr. Owens put us both at easy during the consultation. After her surgery she gave us her cell number for any questions. We travel about 1.5 hours for her and she is worth the trip. My daughter has very little scarring from her surgery too. Shes amazing.

Definitely unimpressed. Giving the accurate cost to a new potential patient is so important. Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. I asked the appointment scheduler specifically about cost. I drove from a completely different city 30 minutes away to be told the total opposite information. Money is not an issue, but when youre told completely different information over the phone and in person it is very frustrating. The esthetician couldnt even get an approval on the options that were previously given to me for payment,because she said that no doctors or office manager were available. She told me to call back on Monday. After the weekend? Like really?Sweet and inviting person answering phones I cant say the same about the Rest of my experience 10 minutes after leaving she calls me to tell me the price is double the normal cost if I were to pay theway the inital office member told me I could. I had cosmetic surgery back in July and it’s been life changing. So many compliments! Acadia Women’s Health is the place to go if you want any kind of cosmetic surgery!

***update Dr. Owens called me personally and explained me everything! She is an amazing person who actually cares!! Thank you so much Dr Owens for taking time out of your day to check on me and be sure I was okay!!If you’re pregnant/plan to be/even have a slight chance please do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR from ACADIA WOMEN’S HEALTH!! They did not take the proper procedures/precautions when I was being told I had a miscarriage. I’ve brought this to their attention on numerous occasions when I was bullied/manipulated by the business office manager with information that was obviously false which was confirmed by a nurse working there reviewing my medical records with me. I’ve paid a good amount of money to them since February 4th 2021 and all I asked was that my remaining balance (a little over $100) being taken care of due to the fact that I’ve recently found out that I am halfway through my pregnancy with a healthy baby boy. If I would’ve taken the medicine prescribed to me (without a follow up ultrasound) after my “miscarriage” there is no telling the health conditions my child may have been facing. Ladies, I am NOT at all the type of person to bash a place of business, but I’ve shared my experience in hopes no one else has to mourn the loss of their child for 3 months while still being pregnant.

Dr. Owens is an extremely Compassionate Caring Doctor. She has been our Doctor for Thirteen years.I have 3 daughters and 4 grand children. Dr. Owens delivered 3 of my granddaughters.Shes not only my Dr. but my daughters Dr. Also.If you want a Dr. With compassion, will go that extra mile, aND always has a positive attitude, then Dr. Owens is your Doctor.Her Colleague, Dr. Gonzalez is also a very excellent Dr. Too!!If I could Rate her 10 stars plus believe me I would!

I highly recommend , I seen Dr Owens for different things over years and she is caring easy to talk to and very knowledgeable . Her nurse is really great too.

The staff and nurses here are absolutely AMAZING! They make you feel welcome and it’s such a friendly environment.

The worst experience I have ever had! Woke up screaming during surgery, the dr ripped my muscle and after almost two years still having horrible pain. I will be having the removed soon.
