I was told on 9/3 by practitioner Hazel after doing a full vaginal exam that I had BV and was given antibiotics right away. Well, two weeks later I’m still not feeling normal and decide to get a second opinion elsewhere and come to find out I’ve had a tampon stuck since 9/1. The nurse practitioner at Bay Area was shocked that Ms. Hazel didn’t see it when she did my full exam. I’m beyond upset that Hazel didn’t do the exam correctly or thoroughly which could have caused me to get toxic shock syndrome. Please be careful ladies.

Cant recommend this clinic more! everyone was extremely sweet and patient with my concerns/questions. the CPA and the DR who saw me were absolutely phenomenal. I feel like I received the BEST care possible. the front desk people were really nice too. overall great experience and I will be back. thank you guys again ♡

The Medical Assistants are wonderful. However, I was in the room waiting for an exam. The NP came right in & said Your the one that came in last time DRUNK, 😳 EXCUSE YOU! She said give me a minute. Came in said Im sorry ,wrong person. Wish I wouldve got her name. Visit was uncomfortable after that.. Months later another NP was judging me when she was asking me questions with an attitude & when I was answering her she was shaking her head as if Im a child. There goes my anxiety. I wont be keeping my mouth shut. The next one that does this I will get a name & report them to the Texas Medical Board. Your a professional so act like one. Other than that everyone else is wonderful. That is why they got the 2 stars. Keep up the good work Medical Assistants at least we feel comfortable with you all.

I have been coming to this location for years. Even though I have a regular doctor I have always received top notch care. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The nurse practitioner Dana has been very informative and very responsive. Thank you for your amazing customer service!

I had a hard time finding an OB GYN in Corpus, every front desk lady put me on hold and then hung up or they weren’t taking any new patients, the front lady here was super nice and gave me an appointment within 4 days.Dr. Liza Naranjo was super knowledgeable, patient & helpful overall I had a great experience with all the staff!

I recently found myself in need of medical care. Thank God for the Dillon clinic....It was a nice experience, all things being considered. The clinic itself is nicely decorated and has a living room feel. The staff is warm and welcoming. And the nurse practitioner that treated me, Miss Dana, was professional, compassionate, and courteous. Not only did she treat me, but she treated me in a manner that allowed me to retain my dignity. She actually talked with me and asked me about me. I never felt judged. And I never felt rushed, either, as some clinics are prone to get patients out as quickly as possible....Nurse practitioner Dana was my Florence Nightingale. And I shall praise her and her staff for as long as I have breath...THANK YOU!

LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! I transferred to this one from the Holly location because the staff here overall is seriously so helpful and kind. The nurse practitioners there are phenomenal and always return your phone calls when requested and to follow up with you. This location has never given me a hard time about anything. Highly recommend.I also transferred from the Holly location because I didn’t like the way they did things over there, and the staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them whenever I went in for appointments.

Usually when I go to the Dillon location the staff has been friendly, however today it was very uncomfortable and felt judgement. The front desk staff Teresa was rude, the way she spoke with an unhappy attitude and every time she talked she rolled her eyes. I plan on going to another location if needed. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Teresa needs to learn some customer service, no matter where she works!

My first experience with this clinic was great! I wasn’t feeling well due to Covid and wasn’t in my best mood. They dealt with me patiently and did a televisit. Service was fast and again these ladies were amazing! Thanks for taking care of me immediately and effectively

As a transgender Latina I’m selective as to which resources I feel safe in. For someone of the LGBTQ+ community this is a safe space. They have worked with local LGBTQ+ organizations to educate on general health and safer intercourse practices. The times I have gone in for resources, they are very professional and respectful of my pronouns and name. I feel very comfortable being my authentic self with the staff and medical professionals. I feel I am able to discuss what I’m seeking without judgement. They were even more helpful working with me on a sliding scale for coverage of certain services. Thank you for all you do not just for the LGBTQ+ community but also the Coastal Bend.

They genuinely care about you here. I had gone to a new doctor before this for a routine check up and they lied to me and told me I had hpv and maybe cervical cancer and needed a expensive biopsy bc they refused to give me a Pap smear but they “weren’t sure if I had it or not” . I came here to try and get one and ended up have three different women tell me I had nothing wrong and the other doc was trying to use my insurance for money. They made sure I felt safe and took such good care of me and sat there with tissues while I cried from relief, even went on to request info from the other office and we’re willing to report the doctor. These women are so kind and amazing and a truly here to help. I will only come here from now on.

Nurse practitioner Christinais very helpful when it came to advising me on my health testing for (thyroid ,diabetes). The staff is very friendly as well and very welcoming. I like it here probably better than other doctor offices that Ive visited in the past. I just want to sayThank you!

My friend and I went together to get the copper IUD. We waited about an hour past our appointment time but the workers were very kind. My friend and I had two separate sets of nurses and doctors. My nurse was so so kind and the doctor was very informative. She used the speculum and tried three times but was unsuccessful with inserting the IUD. That isn’t necessarily her fault though.My friends doctor didnt even try to insert her IUD and was a bit more abrasive from what my friend told me. Nonetheless, they were kind even if we got different info from our different sets of doctors. We both have to come back at a different date.The clinic was clean, mostly friendly and we got a first/time-bidit gift box.

Great experience at this location. Thank you Teresa for being so friendly and knowledgeable when you’re out educating the community, especially our teenagers. They feel comfortable talking to you and trust you.

Would be 0 stars. These people do not know how to work I went in for labs which I asked otp if I have to wait a whole year or not to do again and they said no mam I can schedule you for this date and time and I went to my app in the afternoon fasting for about 24hrs just to be told they cant help me. Waste of my day and time! 😡

Love Christina, so knowledge. Dont trust the nurses when they give you your medicine, they dont know what they are talking about half the time. One literally told me to stop taking my pills I was already taking. Asked to talk to Christina again and she said no do not stop taking them or I would get worse.

Every time I have gone in to WAHS everyone has been friendly, and very helpful with answering all of my questions. Yvette Galvan always goes the extra mile!

Very helpful clinic went for my 6week postpartum check up i wasnt working and I payed $0 and on top of it they gave me a 12month supply of birth control for free. Would recommend this clinic to all womens with no money or very tight on money.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DILLON CLINIC TO ANYONE!!! YESTERDAY WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 07/05/22. THAT I WOKE UP THIS MORNING & DECIDED IM GOING TO REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BURAL. DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID WITH FRONT STAFF & SO CALLED CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANTS.

For this being a place where women and men can go usually for free, I am always pleasantly surprised at how kind the staff is. I have never had a bad experience at this location and this is why I will continue to go there. 10/10

Make sure you triple check your appointment with the person who makes it they don’t seem to kno what they doing …. They will act lk they didn’t make u one ….

I went to the worst clinic of my life so that they would send me my blood pressure pills that I had run out of, they blackmailed me that if I didnt get a pap smear they wouldnt give it to me well at the end of the story they didnt give it to me in order to collect money they take I give one of the super nasty nurse lab rabbits a 10 out of 10
