Yesterday I went in to have my Iron checked and first of all the process was so easy and quick to do through my phone. Michelle took me to the back in less than 15 min. We made small chat as she was getting prepped I told her I wanted my iron checked for an upcoming surgery. She realized I was set for the wrong iron test and quickly fixed it for me! Thank goodness because this is so important to me.Plus results of my test will be in one day and on a Saturday too! They are so nice and helpful here. And it’s very clean! I was able to get in and out very quickly and got great customer service! She did a great job and using the appropriate size needle… I hardly felt it and only with one stick. My veins like to move around and have had other places have to stick my several times. When I fist initially called to get a certain test done the lady I spoke with was very informative. She sent me a text with the link I purchased and set the apt the same exact day. When I arrived, the 3 lady’s that were working were very polite, I signed in and waited maybe 8 minutes top! I received my results the next day as soon as I woke up it was there in the portal.

This place was super fast, I did all the paperwork online, I was able to text them to ask questions and get quick responses (Michelle Schlotter was friendly and helpful), plus they gave me a discount for doing multiple tests (3).I think I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Its hard to find a business that has the same level of person to person customer service as this place has. I couldnt even speak to a real person when I called Quest to try to get some help.

Had an A1C, cholesterol, and thyroid panel done at the Everhart location yesterday (07/12/23). It was a breeze, from the wait time and especially the blood withdrawal!! I was prob in and out about 20 mins!! The lab tech Victoria aka Kitty Soft Paws has such a soft hand that I didnt feel a thing!! Im not one to be squeamish in stuff like this but if you are, shes amazing!!! The whole staff is awesome tbh!! I also received my results the very next day!! Thanks again ladies, 10/10 recommend!!!

I went to this lab today to get my blood drawn and this was by far the best and fastest lab Ive been too. The ladies up front were professional, kind, and helpful. The girl that took my blood Nichole walked me through it and I didnt feel a thing. Before I knew it she had drawn my blood and I was good to go. These people are professional and friendly. We needed a Covid test for a cruise and they did it while we waited. We spent the morning going from place to place trying to get tested until we found these guys. We just walked in and in twenty minutes we were tested and had our results. The manager really saved my bacon when everyone else was closed, late on a Friday. They dont take Medicare but they kindly took my blood anyway & made sure it got to CPL! That was a real favor to me & we had never met. My tests required a lot of vials of blood, & often my veins are hard to find, but she had zero problems & it didnt hurt at all. It was a super smooth experience-- if I wasnt on Medicare I would absolutely be going back here (when I need labs of course).
