Amazing place I really like the staff here super nice and respectful! They listen to your wants/needs and definitely pay attention to what you are there for and give you the best help! I would definitely recommend coming here.

The office is very clean.All the nurses and Dr. are kind and polite. They listen to your question very carefully and answer back very nicely professionally.

The woman who performed my exam was amazing right along with all her other other coworkers;) I love it here- and she remembered me!!

They are fast and friendly but yeah they do go by appointments..walk in do take longer but still got seen way sooner then drs office.. outside is small but inside is nices

I made an appointment for 1:10 got there on time well ahead of time took them an 1hr and 30 to call me in the back. But al the ppl who came after me who had appointments well after me was getting called fast...can we guess who it was a hint they make bomb enchiladas 😒

Youre not delusional, black patients wait longer in the office. Close to 2hrs with an appt :) men and women. And they wont call you back for results, you have to visit the office yourself or wait 4-6weeks for your online portal to be updated

I went today, they told me the last walk in was by 3:30. Its cool, I show up by 3:15, the place looked a little sketchy on the outside...but on the inside it was so nice and clean. And all of the staff was very friendly. The doctor Ashley was the sweetest!! I highly recommended you ladies go. They took care of all my needs and were very sweet and professional. I had a wonderful first time experience, I hope to continue going there in the future.

Went for UTI scan and everything was explained and the staff is so nice!!

It’s a good place to go when you are in need of female medical attention. I believe that if you’re going to have an abortion there that 3 months should be the latest to do a procedure. That is just my opinion overall I had my 10 yr iud done there

Do not come here, if I could give 0 stars I would. They denied me services just because they wanted to leave early and supposedly having one clinician. I hope no one ever turns away their daughters nor themselves when they need healthcare.

They take forever. Waited over an hr to be seen when I arrived 10 mins before my appointment . No sense of urgency or professionalism.

I was a little hesitant at first because of his location… But what’s funny is this is the best Planned Parenthood and all of LA. It’s very clean, very professional, and barely anybody who’s waiting there… My appointment was on time and I was out within less than 40 minutes.

This location always makes me wish I could afford BETTER insurance because the 2 hour wait times every time I come here are WILD.

Everyone here was very nice and I think this is the quickest visit I’ve had to any Planned Parenthood ever went to get some blood work done they did very well and one of the girls who tried to take my blood was so sweet and apologetic when she was having a hard time finding a vein to get blood from they had me sit down in the waiting room for a few minutes got back to me quickly and had some different took my blood draw been with paperwork and being seen quickly I think I was in and out of there within less than an hour

Fast and staff was friendly

I went two times to this place and they told me they couldn’t take me in I went later at 3:00 pm & they said they couldn’t take me in because they were about to close if they don’t want to countries working until closing time maybe they should change there closing time to 3:00 instead of saying they close at 4:00 or hire people that actually want to work

First time being here and everyone was friendly seen me as a walking and was out super fast
