The personnel were very professional, customer friendly, detailed and thorough. They were also very knowledgeable and accommodating. The surgeon was very patient and allowed time, without rushing you, to discuss what your wants/needs were without being forceful in trying to steer you one way or another but gave insightful input based upon his expertise. His assistant was very helpful in making notes based upon the consultation between you and the surgeon so that the finance department could discuss with you all of your options. All options presented were very affordable. I look forward to continued business relationships with Meadows.

I have been going to Meadows for quite a few years now and I have had nothing short of amazing experiences every single time. I have used them for everything from surgeries to botox and fillers and I have never left feeling less than amazing. The staff is kind and caring and they always go above and beyond. I absolutey adore Rory who has been doing my fillers the last few times. She is so sweet and takes the time to explain things and make you feel so welcome. Everyone I have had there has been great! This has been a process that has taken months in the making and it has been excellent the entire time. I went to two locations, Buford and commerce, and the staff there are amazing. Everyone answered any questions I had leading up to surgery, and I felt safe, heard, and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Kluska is going to get lots of people referred to him by me! Couldnt recommend this experience enough!

I’ve had numerous procedures done with Meadows from aesthetic to surgical ( multiple) since 2017 and have always, always been treated with respect, prisoner regard and consideration to my needs and preferences for everything I have had done. MSA is, IMO, the offers the absolute best medical attention one could receive (I’ve also had some procedure done at a couple places in Athens and none of which compared to the staff or care I received an MSA ). I have never had a complaint or concern with any of their providers or Office staff. I could not recommend a more positive, healing and truly caring place to have anything aesthetically or surgically done! They are 100% the best!

Nurse Meadows and NP Rory took such personal interest in my history. They considered all options for what I was looking for and their consideration was enlightening. It was a great experience with my consultation and procedure. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Today has marked another great experience at Meadows! I got lip and cheek filler today with April and she was an absolute angel! Everyone of their staff that I have met is so kind and down to earth! I will definitely be back!!

I had the pleasure of meeting April at the Commerce location for my laser hair removal, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. She did an outstanding job—her knowledge and sweet demeanor put me at ease right away. April took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. I left without any pain, which was a pleasant surprise! I made sure to get her schedule before I left because I don’t want anyone else touching my face but her. Highly recommend!

Everyone in the office was amazing. I saw Alexa, and she was very attentive to my needs. She took the time to listen to me, and I never felt rushed during our visit. I have been doing HRT therapy for 7 years, but my previous doctor retired. I have tried several other places, but I felt like it was more about the money than how I was feeling while on the HRT. I finally found my place and Im looking forward to starting a new relationship with her and with the facility.

I had an appointment on Friday, 10/25. I texted Meadow Surgical Arts that MORNING, and they got me in! I was thrilled! I have been to the Buford location and used them for quite a while, however moved to hall county so commerce is an easier drive for me. I had to bring my youngest son (he’s five with ASD) with me, so I brought my oldest son to help watch him. Normally, I’d never do this but didn’t have a choice as I needed to be seen the same day. Let me tell you!!! Not only was this office IMMACULATE and super clean, but Amber was SO GOOD with the Botox injections (and I’ll be going back soon for my lips) and she was so kind and welcoming!! I have never felt more welcome in a business!! They are ALL GIRLS’ girls!! I was having trouble with my youngest when I was done and ready to pay and leave, and 3 girls up front (ladies at the desk and Amber) commented and told me don’t worry, he was fine, it’s not a big deal… tried to help me by giving him a sucker, and was just so kind and understanding!!! I will forever be a long time customer and cannot recommend the commerce location enough! If you’re using another company, I’d recommend just to give them a chance as they are worth it! It’s worth the drive, it’s worth the time! Give them your business! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed, and you’ll feel so comfortable and at ease. I have high anxiety, and I was dreading this appt but WOW! It went amazing and I’ll definitely ALWAYS recommend them!!!!!

Just had lip filler with April, who is extremely knowledgeable. She’s also incredibly personable, and put me at ease with her bubbly personality - plus she’s hilarious!

Everyone is very friendly. The nurse I saw was very nice and was an encouragement. I always have a positive visit each time I come for my appointment.

Tia is my girl! I’ve been getting microderm facials off and on for 10 years now, but they have never been to this standard before. She makes me feel like I’m her only client. She’s thorough and unbelievably detailed. She actually listens to me and customizes my facial to what I need that day. She’s knowledgeable about the industry and has given me wonderful advice that has genuinely changed my skin for the better. She’s made the effort to actually learn me and what I like, so every single facial is amazing for me. I go once a month and every single month I walk away thinking, “that’s the best facial I’ve ever had.” If you’ve had a facial before, but it wasn’t with Tia, you haven’t had a facial before. Whatever they’re paying her, it’s not enough. Lol. This is the best my skin has EVER been.

Incredibly disappointed in Meadows. I had Lipo and a tummy tuck back in 2023. Had several follow ups with Dr. Meadows and the RN who were both amazing. I had some scar issues and was told that they would provide a revision at little to no cost. Sadly, Dr. Meadows passed away and my experience has been down hill ever since. I’ve now had 3 consultations with 3 different surgeons at Meadows all with different quotes. On another occasion I drove an hour for a consultation and when I arrived I was told they forgot to call me and tell me the doctor I was supposed to meet with was no longer there. After deciding to accept one of the quotes I found out that surgeon was no longer there and they would not honor it. The most recent was a 24k quote which is about 4 times my original surgery price. They did have 2 other options but both were not at all even close to the first quote I received and won’t fix the problem. Again, very disappointed in how they’re handling my situation and most likely others. Dr. Meadows built a name for himself that included amazing work but also amazing prices and now that is gone.

I typically see Alexa, and she’s the best. Even when I say the best, it’s an understatement. Their entire office is incredible. They’re all about you. Insanely friendly and professional.

They are generally on time and very personable when I am there. They make recommendations for products and services that I am interested in if I ask.

I have been participating in the weight loss program. I lost 52 pounds in 6 months using Semaglutide - it has been fantastic. No side effects and I’m keeping the weight off. The staff are professional and have celebrated my weight loss with me.

I had breast reduction July 2023. Not even a year later I return and they are wanting to do a completely new surgery. Which I totally agree. Two different doctors, the first no longer there. I have minimal changes, so minor I’m still wearing the same bra as before the surgery. It’s frustrating to know that I’ve wasted such a large amount of money, time, and emotions to just need to do it all over again. I will say Jasmine is the absolute best nurse there. I’m nervous to speak to the doctors or express how I feel, she definitely advocates for me and has my back. Everyone in the office is very supportive and nice, the office is gorgeous. Still on the fence what my plans are. With going through surgery again and the prices not even a year out it’s hard to just say yeah. The new doctor definitely made me feel very comfortable and I feel like he could truly do what I wanted the first time. He seemed confident and reassuring in my issues.

The esthetician that completed my consult and facial was really nice and the facial was great. However I came to learn more about my skin and how to help with some issues I was having. She just listed off a million products with very long names. It was confusing and she didnt mention a routine or anything to help me get the process going.The facility and facial was excellent but the education process Ill probably go somewhere else.

I just had a consultation and it was an absolute pleasure. Dr.K was on the line along with the patient care administrator. This made me feel so comfortable, because most doctors DO NOT take the time out of their day to speak with patients regarding questions and/or concerns. I was referred here by a friend who had her breast done with Dr. Meadows but by the time I came to book an appointment he had passed away. She spoke so well about the clinic I decided to follow with a consult with Dr. Medina. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the entire breast augmentation process. The staff is friendly, nurses are so attentive before and after surgery. It was a bit nerve wrecking, I did my extensive research on him, and asked him millions of questions which he had an answer to all of them (especially with honsety in the CCs to body ratios). Even after surgery you have access to them and constant visits after to ensure you are healing properly which was comforting. I am now 5 months post opp and love my results. My new girls are precious and 100% worth every dollar.

When I retired after 32 years and 4 months with a government agency there were a lot of things I wanted to do but the most important was getting back into shape. I found Meadows Surgical Arts and started going at first just for Botox to scope the place and people out. After a few appointments of that I asked about the tummy tuck. Was told I was a good candidate but needed to lose a few pounds. I was very nervous about having this procedure because I didn’t need to do it but Alexa made me feel so comfortable and like she would be there for me anytime which took a lot of the stress off. I am 6 months after surgery and I love it. My scar is healed and barely noticeable. My stomach is flat and I look great in my clothes. I couldn’t be happier. I have been coming here for years for multiple different things. The staff is so nice and friendly and it’s such a calm and clean facility! I highly recommend!

I have been here several times and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this time I had lip fillers and my top lip was not symmetrical on both sides and had an area on one side that dipped upward. When i went back to have it fixed they were unable to fix the upward dip without dissolving all the filler in my lip. I also had botox in my forehead and frown line which resulted in a sort of ridge in the middle of my forehead which i had to fill with more botox.

Meadows Surgical suffered a great loss with the passing of Dr. Meadows. My surgery was scheduled with Dr Meadows and after his passing everything was put on hold while the staff was navigating what to do. I want to condemn the staff at the Commerce and Buford locations on their honesty and compassion they have for their patients. We were all in a holding pattern trying to figure out what to do. They found an absolutely amazing doctor, Dr. Medina, to step in. I did my homework to ensure the new doctor was up to par as Dr. Meadows was. Dr. Medinas credentials and reviews are over and beyond what was needed. Being his 1st surgery at Meadows Surgical, I was a little nervous at first but the entire staff was so gracious and patient in the process. I am now 1 week post op I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Medina and the Meadows team. Thank you to the entire staff, but wanted to especially thank Brynn and Monica who had to break bad news to me several times until everything was in exact place for Dr. Medina to take over. I first found Meadows Surgical Arts while doing some research for botox. I made an appointment and the staff made me feel like I was important to them. At my first appointment, I had asked for information about breast implant replacement. The front desk suggested that I schedule a free consultation, so I did. It all moved very quickly after I received such an affordable quote for surgery. I went in for surgery on a Thursday and I was back at work on Monday. I had a great experience with Dr. Palakodeti as well as the entire staff. I am thrilled with my results and look forward to being a client for many years to come. It is now 7 years later and Meadows is still just as amazing. The staff makes sure I am well taken care of and the results I have seen through out the years is unbelievable.

I went to Dr. Meadows for breast augmentation. After nursing two babies, I had lost all fullness in my breast. One of my concerns was getting the desired fullness without going over the top in size. Dr. Meadowss staff was so good about listening to what I wanted. I wanted to fill up the skin I had. I felt very comfortable and trusted them completely by the morning of my surgery. 1 month post op and I fit perfectly into my nursing bras. They gave me exactly what I asked for, and I am so happy with the results. I would recommend him to anyone! Staff is great!!

I LOVE Dr. Meadows and his team and I absolutely LOVE my results! I found Dr. Meadows when I was looking for surgeons in the Buford area, and the moment I walked in to the office I knew it was going to be a great expirience. The woman behind the front desk in the Buford office was filled with so much love and joy and she immediately made me feel comfortable and at home! Dr. Meadows answered all of my crazy questions and always made me feel like I was the only patient he was seeing that day. After my breast reduction I not only love the way I look BUT I no longer have pain in my upper back. I already referred about five people to Dr. Meadows because I believe in him, his work, and his love for the people he helps! (He even prayed with me before my surgery which calmed every nerve.) I cant say it enough... he does great work and I am so in love with my results!
