The personnel were very professional, customer friendly, detailed and thorough. They were also very knowledgeable and accommodating. The surgeon was very patient and allowed time, without rushing you, to discuss what your wants/needs were without being forceful in trying to steer you one way or another but gave insightful input based upon his expertise. His assistant was very helpful in making notes based upon the consultation between you and the surgeon so that the finance department could discuss with you all of your options. All options presented were very affordable. I look forward to continued business relationships with Meadows.

I had the pleasure of meeting April at the Commerce location for my laser hair removal, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. She did an outstanding job—her knowledge and sweet demeanor put me at ease right away. April took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. I left without any pain, which was a pleasant surprise! I made sure to get her schedule before I left because I don’t want anyone else touching my face but her. Highly recommend!

Everyone in the office was amazing. I saw Alexa, and she was very attentive to my needs. She took the time to listen to me, and I never felt rushed during our visit. I have been doing HRT therapy for 7 years, but my previous doctor retired. I have tried several other places, but I felt like it was more about the money than how I was feeling while on the HRT. I finally found my place and Im looking forward to starting a new relationship with her and with the facility.

Had a visit today with Tia for a Diamond Glow Facial. WOW ! I’m in shock at what one visit did on the glow, pigment and change of my face. I can’t wait for my next three visits. Tia provided me with a kind , safe, relaxing atmosphere with great conversation. I normally don’t talk through my visits or carry little chatter but I was so enjoying our conversation. I have always loved Meadows Surgical Arts but I’m her raving fan.

My experience at Meadows Surgical Arts is always exceptional. The staff is incredible, and I would like to give a special shout-out to April. She has been expertly handling my Botox and lip injections for several years. Aprils skill and professionalism are outstanding, and she consistently makes me feel comfortable and relaxed during my visits.

Incredibly disappointed in Meadows. I had Lipo and a tummy tuck back in 2023. Had several follow ups with Dr. Meadows and the RN who were both amazing. I had some scar issues and was told that they would provide a revision at little to no cost. Sadly, Dr. Meadows passed away and my experience has been down hill ever since. I’ve now had 3 consultations with 3 different surgeons at Meadows all with different quotes. On another occasion I drove an hour for a consultation and when I arrived I was told they forgot to call me and tell me the doctor I was supposed to meet with was no longer there. After deciding to accept one of the quotes I found out that surgeon was no longer there and they would not honor it. The most recent was a 24k quote which is about 4 times my original surgery price. They did have 2 other options but both were not at all even close to the first quote I received and won’t fix the problem. Again, very disappointed in how they’re handling my situation and most likely others. Dr. Meadows built a name for himself that included amazing work but also amazing prices and now that is gone.

I have been seeing April for years now and I love catching up on our girl time! I trust her completely with my facial needs and she always gives me her honest opinion about what I need and where to help me age gracefully!

First impressions mean the most. I check in and I’m sitting on the couch in front of the front desk. The 2 front office girls are talking about a patient of the office. One says, we are just going to have to call and say, I’m sorry you are about to lose your house, but you owe us $50. Then they both started laughing. That about sums up the kindness and caring of the office. It felt very much like a run of the mill type of business. The only nice person I encountered during my visit was Alexa. I got in my car after my visit with tears running down my face. The commerce office needs consulting on professionalism and kindness. I had a consult with Stephen Lober in Athens and would 100% recommend him. It was a completely different experience. I work in healthcare as well. We are here to help others. This place is not!!!

Staff were so very accommodating and explained everything in great detail. We were encouraged to take our time and review all the options offered. They gathered appropriate medical information to consult with my husband’s providers for approval in implementing a weight loss protocol in his best interest and we appreciate that. Once the criteria is met, we go from there in our decision. No pressure and gained lots of knowledge from our visit today.

I had breast reduction July 2023. Not even a year later I return and they are wanting to do a completely new surgery. Which I totally agree. Two different doctors, the first no longer there. I have minimal changes, so minor I’m still wearing the same bra as before the surgery. It’s frustrating to know that I’ve wasted such a large amount of money, time, and emotions to just need to do it all over again. I will say Jasmine is the absolute best nurse there. I’m nervous to speak to the doctors or express how I feel, she definitely advocates for me and has my back. Everyone in the office is very supportive and nice, the office is gorgeous. Still on the fence what my plans are. With going through surgery again and the prices not even a year out it’s hard to just say yeah. The new doctor definitely made me feel very comfortable and I feel like he could truly do what I wanted the first time. He seemed confident and reassuring in my issues.

I love everyone at Meadows. Everyone is always so nice and professional and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my needs! Hands down the best place in the world.

The staff and doctor was amazing. I felt really comfortable with them. The only problem is the surgery is done in Commerce. I wish they did surgery closer because it would work better for me.

The esthetician that completed my consult and facial was really nice and the facial was great. However I came to learn more about my skin and how to help with some issues I was having. She just listed off a million products with very long names. It was confusing and she didnt mention a routine or anything to help me get the process going.The facility and facial was excellent but the education process Ill probably go somewhere else.

I have been going to Meadows Surgical Arts since 2017. Kathryn Meadows is an artist! She is meticulous in her injections. And she trains and holds her staff to the same level of skill and professionalism.

I just had a consultation and it was an absolute pleasure. Dr.K was on the line along with the patient care administrator. This made me feel so comfortable, because most doctors DO NOT take the time out of their day to speak with patients regarding questions and/or concerns. I could tell her cares about his clients and is very sincere. I felt his charming and pleasant demeanor over the video call and I must say THIS IS THE ONE! Finally I’ve found a doctor to do my breast augmentation!!!!

Dr Klsuka is an incredible artist, magician and plastic surgeon all wrapped into one! He has the BEST bedside manner, always makes sure the patient is 110% comfortable with everything and makes what feels like the impossible sound/look totally simple. When I retired after 32 years and 4 months with a government agency there were a lot of things I wanted to do but the most important was getting back into shape. I found Meadows Surgical Arts and started going at first just for Botox to scope the place and people out. After a few appointments of that I asked about the tummy tuck. Was told I was a good candidate but needed to lose a few pounds. I was very nervous about having this procedure because I didn’t need to do it but Alexa made me feel so comfortable and like she would be there for me anytime which took a lot of the stress off. I am 6 months after surgery and I love it. My scar is healed and barely noticeable. My stomach is flat and I look great in my clothes. I couldn’t be happier. Tia is my girl! I’ve been getting microderm facials off and on for 10 years now, but they have never been to this standard before. She makes me feel like I’m her only client. She’s thorough and unbelievably detailed. She actually listens to me and customizes my facial to what I need that day. She’s knowledgeable about the industry and has given me wonderful advice that has genuinely changed my skin for the better. She’s made the effort to actually learn me and what I like, so every single facial is amazing for me. I go once a month and every single month I walk away thinking, “that’s the best facial I’ve ever had.” If you’ve had a facial before, but it wasn’t with Tia, you haven’t had a facial before. Whatever they’re paying her, it’s not enough. Lol. This is the best my skin has EVER been.

I was referred here by a friend who had her breast done with Dr. Meadows but by the time I came to book an appointment he had passed away. She spoke so well about the clinic I decided to follow with a consult with Dr. Medina. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the entire breast augmentation process. The staff is friendly, nurses are so attentive before and after surgery. It was a bit nerve wrecking, I did my extensive research on him, and asked him millions of questions which he had an answer to all of them (especially with honsety in the CCs to body ratios). Even after surgery you have access to them and constant visits after to ensure you are healing properly which was comforting. I am now 5 months post opp and love my results. My new girls are precious and 100% worth every dollar.

I have been coming here for years for multiple different things. The staff is so nice and friendly and it’s such a calm and clean facility! I highly recommend!

I have been here several times and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this time I had lip fillers and my top lip was not symmetrical on both sides and had an area on one side that dipped upward. When i went back to have it fixed they were unable to fix the upward dip without dissolving all the filler in my lip. I also had botox in my forehead and frown line which resulted in a sort of ridge in the middle of my forehead which i had to fill with more botox.

My favorite place for injectables and Botox. Ms Katherine is the best I’ve ever used all across the US. Amazing staff as well.

Meadows Surgical suffered a great loss with the passing of Dr. Meadows. My surgery was scheduled with Dr Meadows and after his passing everything was put on hold while the staff was navigating what to do. I want to condemn the staff at the Commerce and Buford locations on their honesty and compassion they have for their patients. We were all in a holding pattern trying to figure out what to do. They found an absolutely amazing doctor, Dr. Medina, to step in. I did my homework to ensure the new doctor was up to par as Dr. Meadows was. Dr. Medinas credentials and reviews are over and beyond what was needed. Being his 1st surgery at Meadows Surgical, I was a little nervous at first but the entire staff was so gracious and patient in the process. I am now 1 week post op I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Medina and the Meadows team. Thank you to the entire staff, but wanted to especially thank Brynn and Monica who had to break bad news to me several times until everything was in exact place for Dr. Medina to take over. They continuously eased my fears and gave me the option to get a refund several times. I’m glad I chose to stick with them as they did me. Their customer service is top notch! Thank you!!! Sincerely a patient forever.

I just had an upper/lower blepharoplasty with Hetter peel at Meadows Surgical Arts. The MSA staff and Dr. Meadows are wonderful! I was so nervous, but everyone was so kind! My husband and I both felt so comfortable. MSA took great care with every aspect of my care from start to finish. I love the fact that Dr. Meadows takes time to pray over you before the procedure. It is so comforting to know hes asking for Gods guidance. After I was home, Dr. Chris called to check on me every day and to ask if I had any questions with my recovery. I was extremely honored to have been able to meet and be operated on by Dr Meadows. He did an amazing job. I had implants removed and a lift. Minimal discomfort afterwards healed beautifully. Had a credit and only used half for a procedure & was going to use the other half for another procedure. Called to make the appointment and was told that I had already used the credit. Assured them that I had not. They were not willing to help because they went to a new system. So I am out of $350 dollars & no procedure. That is terrible customer service. Do you treat all your patients like that or just the ones of color?

Dr. Meadows and his whole staff are AMAZING! I had breast implants put in back in march, and I could have asked for a better experience. From the consultation to the pre-op appointment to surgery day and post surgery care the whole thing was just great. I was so nervous the day of surgery, and Dr. Meadows came in and prayed with me before going into surgery and it just gave me a feeling of peace! After surgery I would get phone calls checking in on me, anytime I needed them they answered right away. They really show that they care about their patients and that they aren’t just another name on their list. I will definitely go back to MSA for any cosmetic needs I have. I have never felt so confident, I have gotten so many compliments and I love telling people my experience and showing off my results! Was told he wouldnt do my implants unless I got a lift too because it wouldnt look good. Pretty much telling me they dont look good to begin with. Very rushed and rude at consult. I didnt want a lift. My body my money my choice. I went elsewhere(:Edit to response: I did not want a more youthful perkier appearance. I simply wanted bigger breasts. And he did not give me a recommendation, he simply refused me unless I did what he felt looked good. He wasnt after giving me what I wanted clearly. The response from the practice is irrelevant.

I first found Meadows Surgical Arts while doing some research for botox. I made an appointment and the staff made me feel like I was important to them. At my first appointment, I had asked for information about breast implant replacement. The front desk suggested that I schedule a free consultation, so I did. It all moved very quickly after I received such an affordable quote for surgery. I went in for surgery on a Thursday and I was back at work on Monday. I had a great experience with Dr. Palakodeti as well as the entire staff. I am thrilled with my results and look forward to being a client for many years to come. It is now 7 years later and Meadows is still just as amazing. The staff makes sure I am well taken care of and the results I have seen through out the years is unbelievable.

I went to Dr. Meadows for breast augmentation. After nursing two babies, I had lost all fullness in my breast. One of my concerns was getting the desired fullness without going over the top in size. Dr. Meadowss staff was so good about listening to what I wanted. I wanted to fill up the skin I had. I felt very comfortable and trusted them completely by the morning of my surgery. 1 month post op and I fit perfectly into my nursing bras.
