I wanted to wait to give them a proper review. I saw them last year for fertility and surgical reasons. They were very thorough and answered all my questions. They were good at explaining everything to me and the reasons why they conduct each procedure. I ended up needing a surgery and they were one of the only people to thoroughly investigate and confirm what my problem was after being dismissed by another doctor. After having a successful surgery removing the irregularity. I am excited to say I am almost into my third trimester with my rainbow baby. I am so happy I was recommended to them. Thank you for helping me.

We (both wife & husband) would award 6 stars if not limited to only 5!! From start to finish we received fantastic care from Dr Tarantino and his wonderful team, especially RN Carrie. His outstanding advice, superb treatment & gracious patience with our ceaseless questions were spot on – the proof is our thriving newborn daughter! We feel EXTREMELY fortunate to have found him. He, Carrie & the entire team that we encountered in both the Clearwater & Tampa locations were everything we could possibly hope for in reproductive medical care! If we choose to go this route again we will want this doctor and only him and his team! We cannot recommend him highly enough!!We are so thankful to be NOW holding our baby in our arms because of Dr. Tarantino & RMG!

Grateful to Dr. McCormick, Kerri, Kaylee and the entire staff at RMG. It made me feel safer and more comfortable to be seen by this truly incredible woman, doctor and surgeon during the delicate fertility journey/process. It was also amazing to get my needed surgery from a female doctor (Dr. McCormick) who is so skilled at what she does. Her and all the staffs bedside manner is amazing. The communication from end to end is always clear, even though the processes may be complicated the team is always there to help. Thank you 🙏🏾

Its rare to have an awesome physician and office staff but RMG in Clearwater has both.Dr. Tarantino is a great physician. He’s very personable and makes sure his patients are well informed.Kerri RN is phenomenal. She is extremely thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients have everything they need. She even remembers smalls things, like vacations.Kaylee is also awesome. She is extremely thorough and keeps you informed. I also noticed she’ll jump in to help where she is needed!Aaliyah is a jack of all trades. She always greets you with a smile. I don’t think I’ve signed in, in over 2 years because she checks me in when she sees me. She knows her patients. She has been beyond helpful with some billing issues before the app was fixed. THANK YOU! She also tries to help accommodate the patient during scheduling. These ladies also acknowledge if they are behind schedule and it shows they value my time. I appreciate you and everything you do. Thank you

This is an extremely late thank you to Dr. Tarantino. I was his patient from 2001 to 2003. He was the first person to bring up PCOS as a diagnosis and also had been attending medical conferences with information about PCOS and its effect on fertility. After my second round of meds with IUI, a preference was confirmed in late 2003. Today, hes a 20 year old man living his best life! I had always planned to come by to see Dr. T when my son was an infant, but the early days of motherhood was a whirlwind. I no longer live in Florida, but I am so grateful for the work Dr. T had done. After my first child was born, it must have fixed the issue because my son has a baby sister two years later. Fertility treatments are always a chance that you take and hope for the best outcome. Its a roller coaster of emotions, for sure.

Wish I had come to RMG sooner… dr Tarantino is amazing and his nurses are the best!! Was pregnant after my 3rd round of IUI after almost 2 years trying naturally at 35 years old. So do not lose hope in your fertility journey! Everything was very organized and specific, as they told me exactly what to do and when based on my cycle. The communication through the prelude app was so easy and response rate is super fast if I had any questions!

Dr. Betsy McCormick is amazing and her nurses are the best! Plus the front office staff that always had a smile and the sonogram tech who I absolutely adored. Im pregnant after my 3rd round of IUI at 39 yrs old after almost 5 years trying naturally. After my Endometriosis diagnosis I lost all hope before coming to this office. Everything was very organized and directions very clear, as they told me exactly what to do and when. The communication through the prelude app was so easy and response rate is super fast. I had no issues with billing or anything and would say yes 10/10 recommend this office. I was so excited to find out I was pregnant but very sad to have to leave. I really cant say enough great things about RMG.

Awful experience with Dr McCormick. I felt as though she didn’t listen to any of my concerns, ignored an obvious pcos diagnosis, and didn’t do any bloodwork monitoring at all during iui cycles. The nurses were great but I’m so glad we switched clinics, I’m learning every day how many things RMG got wrong.

We worked with RMG for almost 6 months and a lot of money. In that time, we had (maybe) 30 minutes of zoom calls with Dr Tarantino. One day we called to schedule an appt and the receptionist said that Dr Tarantino decided he didnt want to work with us. She told us she couldnt say anything else, but made it clear that to the best of her understanding, the doctor felt that my wife, at 42, was out of his age of being able to help.Other reviews on this site, and the IVF advisors weve talked to since, made us feel not as alone after being abandoned by RMG.They may be a good choice for younger would-be parents, but according to their front office, Dr Tarantino isnt up for 42 year old women.

Dr Tarantino (no relation, but it was always a big joke) is the best! He helped me and my husband with our infertility and I am now pregnant on our first try with IVF. I have several friends who have also been to Dr Tarantino and they all said don’t worry, he will get you that baby and they were right. They all have children through him, so he has a good track record as far as I am concerned. IVF is a tough and long process, but everyone we dealt with from office staff to nurses in the surgery center to the doctors themselves were all amazingly kind and caring. I would highly recommend the Reproductive Medicine Group to those struggling with infertility issues.

Thank you for helping to make our dreams of having a family come true!

I have reluctantly paid my invoice for initial consultation and would not recommend this facility to anyone. I had consultations with several fertility clinics, and this was by far the worst experience. They were very disorganized. Post making my appointment there was no conversation about my statement of benefits and what would and wouldn’t be covered by insurance. Every other clinic I spoke with told me up front what the cost of my consult/treatment would be and connected me with a financial advisor so I knew exactly what my insurance was covering and what would be out of pocket, even for my initial consult. The Reproductive Medicine Group does not do this. They never mentioned cost associated with my consultation at any point in our conversations. Come to find out, their out-of-pocket cost for a consult is $250 and every other clinic I talked to was $150. On the day of my appointment (virtual, not in office) the doctor was 20 minutes late, the excuse I was given for her tardiness was things are backed up due to COVID. COVID is no longer a legitimate excuse for being 20 minutes late to a virtual appt. The consultation overall was lack luster. The nurse that checked me in seemed miserable and unhappy. The doctors herself was not positive or reassuring at all. At one point even said “well, there’s really only 2 things I can do for you”. Even if that is the case, my husband and I have no conditions or diagnoses for her to have such a negative outlook on outcome of our fertility journey. I ended the call very disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of positivity/engagement from the doctor. Post the consult a nurse called me and told me next steps would be multiple appointments to complete testing that had already been done recently by my very engaged OB/GYN. I asked why these tests needed to be done again when I had recent record of them and if they had to be done could I schedule one appt to complete them all. The answer was, its protocol, you must do them again. They would not schedule it all in one appointment and wanted to drag this process over multiple appointments. I can only assume this was to get more money out of me and the insurance company. So not only are your prices more expensive than other fertility clinics you have found ways to milk the system and your patients for all you can. At this point I opted to go with another local clinic that I felt relief and positivity after my consult with them. I was informed of everything along the way and was never caught of guard with anything through the process. I don’t regret choosing a different facility as an am now nearing the end of my first trimester and I have had a wonderful experience with the clinic I choose. If you are deciding on a fertility clinic, I would urge you to do you research and have multiple consultations as I did. I’m sure you will find the same result I did, and this won’t be your clinic of choice.

I can not thank Dr. McCormick and the rest of the staff of Reproductive Medicine Group enough. My wife and I had such a wonderful experience with them. As an LGBTQ couple, we assumed that theyd dealt with families like ours before, but nevertheless, we were nervous. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and because of them, we have our miracle boy. While it took time and wasnt easy, they treated us with compassion and professionalism. We are forever grateful!

I was disappointed by my visit here. Admittedly, I should have done my own research and noticed this is more of a fertility clinic, but I had stated when first booking my appointment that I was here more for concerns about PMDD and severe depression/hormonal imbalances that I experience in the week before and was reassured that they can treat this. They advertise as reproductive endocrinology and state they can treat PMDD, but my entire appointment seemed to revolve around infertility (which is a concern of mine, but not as large of a concern as me wanting to be unalive for a week out of every month) Five minutes before my appointment, I get a phone call stating oh, we dont treat PMDD, but lets have the doctor talk to you anyway....okay. The doctor was nice enough, but I did not feel listened to and was blown up numerous times after my appointment about going to infertility tests, which I explained to the doctor numerous times was not my main concern. I honestly felt that they were more after my money and were pulling on my heartstrings to have a child. Frankly, I felt like they were trying to sell me a bunch of testing that was irrelevant to my concerns.

Dont waste your money. My husband and I went to the reproductive medicine group last year and was sent to take dozens of tests. All these were paid out of pocket and we spent well over $2,000 on exams that I didnt think were necessary. My next procedure was to get on the clomid which would have been the last step in my procedure before getting pregnant. Because Dr. McCormick noticed that I was overweight, she sent me to take a sugar test. The test results were only 4 points over the limit, and she dropped me from treatment. She didnt have the decency or professionalism to call me into her office to talk about the results. Instead, she just had a nurse call me at work to tell me to go to my primary care doctor, and that was all. She gave me no guidance on what to do next, and never even worked with my primary care doctor, so I found it kinda odd that she told me to work with my local doctor instead. If passing such a simple thing like a sugar test was so important, she should have made that the first test to take instead of rushing me to take a bunch of unnecessary exams that I paid out of pocket for.

I was a patient of Dr Tarantinos since November of last year. Ive had 4 iuis. I did get pregnant on my third and had a miscarriage. Before the miscarriage I was having some pretty alarming symptoms and the nurse brushed them off and said I was fine. I had to tell them I wanted to be seen. Thereafter I had another iui and it failed. This month I was going for my 5th. I was told after my ultrasound to start my meds and I did. I was then told I would need another ultrasound on a set date and that evening I would take my hcg shot. Following that I would get inseminated 2 days later. Well I felt like I was ovulating due to my cervical mucous and symptoms and I took a test. I was at peak 4 days before I was to be insemenated. I spoke with the on call physician and she said to have my iui the next day (it was Sunday so Monday) This was the day I was supposed to get my ultrasound for the shot. When I called the clinic didnt have the sperm I ordered. The nurse had ordered it to ship out the day I was to be insemenated. I had my ultrasound prior to meds and took the meds for nothing. I could not be insemenated. I wasted a whole months time not to mention money and took meds I didnt need to take because she didnt order the sperm for the correct day. When I asked if they could credit me for the ultrasound they refused. When I tried to talk to dr Tarantino ( the medical director and owner) he refused and told the office manager that I would not be credited. When I spoke with the c.o.o. Susan Guy she stated she had been warned about me. She stated that it was a private practice and suggested I go elsewhere for my services. Such poor customer service and work ethics. I have never been treated so poorly by a physician.

After informing the woman scheduling my appointment that my referring doctor had only provided me with a blank referral form (A form given to the doctor by one of the local sales reps for RMG), she booked my appointment and told me not to worry just bring the name of the referring doctor.Upon arrival (after taking time from work), the recptionist inforned me they would not be able to see me without a completed form. After explaining what I was told when making the appointment she said there was nothing for it.Wasted my time, and my time at work with poor customer service. Poor communication from the scheduling and no offers to assist upon arrival.Would not recommend.
