In all the years I have been associated with this organization. I never heard of problems about the organization. There almost always was a person going through a very difficult situation and finding the path to a life that is more stable and joyful can take months or years to reach.

This place is notoriously racist and Ill equipped to serve or help any community let alone the community affected by HIV. Knowing that HIV affects mostly LGBT and African Americans they choose to not only hire mostly middle aged Caucasians, they ALL do the bare minimum work (They ALL work from home! #LAZY ) to avoid working with the community they are suppose to help while pocketing most of their grant money. Most of the work they do and number of people they say they serve are fabricated or complete lies so they can report for more money. I highly recommend seeking ANY other community organization for help especially if you are a person of color. They will only smile in your face and throw your care to the side soon as you walk away. Do not trust these people! There is a reason no black organization in the entire city will work with them.

The staff at this location fosters the effects of positive diversity cohesion and promotes inclusiveness on health awareness. I want to send a shout out to George who is an example of what it takes to help someone navigate homlessness and even desparities .In my further experience with Caracole health care and wellness are all important attributes to a well balanced quality of life in Caracoles infrastructure, all while building intrinsic values in someone to maintain health and wellness.

The awesome staff are so welcoming, charming, and professional. For the serious nature of testing and the nervousness before hand, they really are supportive and comforting. I appreciate it!
