Dr. Amberly is a super personable, kind and caring doctor. She really invests in her patients. The staff is always helpful and respectful. The person who is in charge of the online chats gets back to you much more quickly than any MyChart response. I would recommend HerMD to anyone and everyone, and I have!

As a middle aged woman and health care professional I have very high expectations for my healthcare providers. Every time I visit HERMD, I am incredibly grateful to have found them. I see Donna and she exceeds my expectations. She’s down to earth, listens well, she’s to the point, creates an action plan and does what she can to give me the results I am seeking. Post menopausal, figuring out hormones are a challenge and she is patient and creates an action plan to do her best to get me where I need to be. So thankful to have found her. I will never need to search for a new office because their entire team is wonderful. Their office is clean and beautiful. The staff is kind and professional. AND they don’t give you a paper gown!!

It’s been a year since I started going to HerMD. My friend at work recommended the practice to me and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walk in the door, I’m made to feel as if I’m the most important client they have. Michelle is one of the most caring people, understanding and compassionate. First the office at HerMD is so comfortable! I saw Dr.White for a surgical consult and I could not have been happier. He not only discussed surgery, but was also extremely knowledgeable and took time to discuss all the other options too. I felt heard as he answered my many questions! It was really a conversation about my care.Dr Davidson is who I normally see. She asks questions, is a great listener and takes time to explain next steps. She has been extremely thorough in my care. I have been not only satisfied at HerMD, but impressed! I could not recommend this practice anymore highly!

Michelle Wallace was PHENOMENAL- She listens, is so kind and provides honest yet caring feedback. I have never felt so comfortable with a healthcare provider and I truly felt like she took my concerns seriously. The facility was beautiful and the front desk staff were so accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment. Leah (nurse) made me feel so comfortable, at ease and was so kind. Best of all, they take insurance! It feels so good to have such incredible care that is so accessible!

I met with NP Jackie Martin. I did my research and she had the experience I was seeking in a specialist. I drove from Columbus to meet with her in person. The office is very pretty and the front desk was very pleasant.Jackie took her time meeting with me. Explained her background and then discussed my symptoms and suggested a course of action. All while asking if I had questions along the way. I felt heard and that meant a lot. Highly recommend!

Front office staff has zero customer service skills. Luckily whoever was sitting off to the side was able to understand how hard it is to 1. Travel from 40+ minutes away and 2. Reschedule for the same day or same week for an appointment. They need to have a better late policy. My appointment was right at 8am, which of course that’s when they open and they don’t answer the phone before. I called at 7:30am and left a voicemail to let them know my daughter’s daycare was closed upon arrival and I would be a little late to the appointment. When I arrived 10 minutes late, the girl at the front said “oh Olivia Edwards that was supposed to be here at 8am” so I asked if they listened to their voicemails and they said no. Luckily the girl to the side booked me for a virtual appointment. I won’t be coming back, the front office is a direct reflection on how they treat patients behind the scenes. Teach your practice better empathy for working mothers.

Its hard to express in words how hard it is to get quality womens healthcare during perimenopause, and also hard to express how grateful I am for Dr. Davidsons care at HerMD. It has taken years of gaslighting from other mainstream doctors and it is such a relief to get the labs ordered that I need, and show deficiencies that need replaced. I so appreciate that Dr. Davidson is up-to-speed on modern menopausal research and applies that to her practice. The staff is also super responsive and prompt with emails, which has been amazing!

Before I arrived I spoke with the practice manager with questions. She was very sweet and kind and very helpful. When I arrived I was greeted by the desk person and treated in like manner. I drove from Independence, KY, to see Dr. Amberly Davidson at HERMD because the practice came highly recommended to me by a friend, and Dr. Davidson is a menopause-certified practitioner. It was SO worth it! First of all, the location looks and feels like a spa, not a doctors office. The ladies at the front desk were warm and friendly. I waited less than 5 minutes before being taken back to the exam room. Dr. Davidson took her time with me, listening to my concerns, asking me questions, and giving me options. HERMD has an amazing phlebotomist on staff, so I didnt have to go somewhere else for bloodwork. The best part is that my follow-up could be done via a telehealth video chat, so I only need to go into the office when I need a physical exam or bloodwork. Highly recommend!!

I discovered HerMD after a very disappointing, upsetting experience with a nearby hospital system. The atmosphere and staff are excellent. I’ve never before had an office call me and EXTEND my appointment time to make sure there was enough time for the doctor to visit with me and answer all my questions.So grateful for this practice that plans, listens, and puts the patient first.

I was scheduled for a new patient appointment this morning, and after driving for 30 minutes to get there, I was told I would need to reschedule my appointment because I had not completed the new patient paperwork in advance online. I never received an email, text, or phone call asking me to fill out any paperwork in advance. I wasted over an hour of my time today driving there and back. I will not be rescheduling my appointment or going back if this is the type of service I can expect.

Jackie and Michelle, the nurse practitioners, are amazing. So knowledgable and understanding. Nadia from the office is so responsive and kind. I feel so blessed to have found HerMD!

My Dr. Amberly Davidson is the best and she recently joined Her MD so I made an appointment. To say I am impressed with Her MD is an understatement. I just was amazed and super impressed! It was a very welcoming feeling as I first walked in. The decor is not what you find in a regular doctors office. It felt as though I had walked into a relaxing comfortable home. I have been a patient at HerMd for a couple years now. This is my second review. Recently had an appointment, supplied my insurance info, etc. There was an issue on the back end of my insurance so I was billed. I called the office & the team was so incredibly helpful & kind. We worked through the issue together, I provided the follow up insurance documents they needed & within less than 24 hours my patient portal went from pending patient payment to pending insurance payment. Again, so thankful for this team! THANK YOU!

Going to the gynecologist was one of my #1 biggest fears in life, but as a mid 20s female, I knew it was essential. I got the recommendation of Her MD from my therapist but was still very nervous. Despite my severe anxiety, I had the most positive experience and can not speak highly enough about Dr. Amberly and the staff of nurses there in the office. Everyone was incredibly kind, considerate, accommodating, and supportive. I could not have asked for better care during my short annual exam, and I will never, EVER go anywhere else. Dr. Amberly was amazing, and made the entire process pain free and comfortable. I am confident that there is no better OBGYN doctor/office out there.

Wow! I had really hoped to love my services at HER MD. However, I was incredibly disappointed. I booked an appointment two weeks out for a chemical peel, and when I got there, I was told that maybe a chemical peel wouldnt be a good idea for me. The anesthetist talked me out of any services aside from a hydra facial. I went ahead and had one at a price of $150 The service lasted less than 25 minutes. During the session I was told that she could cauterize some bumps on my forehead. She then could not get the machine to work, and said if I came back on Monday, they would take care of it for me. I called Monday morning to make sure the machine was working and never heard back. When I got there, I asked the receptionist if this was included with my treatment from Friday so I would not have to pay anything additional. She said yes it is our fault that the machine was not working. When I came out from having the service I was told it was going to be $190. This is the first I heard that I would need to pay for the cauterization as I thought it was a part of the service from Friday. I will say that Lexi the anesthetist from today was very personable, and she knew what she was doing. The anesthetist from Friday seemed like she was afraid to do a chemical peel or cauterization.With the number of salons and med spas I would think that HER MD would up their game with their service providers and be more transparent.

Dr. Davidson is amazing & such a kind doctor to have. She eased my anxiety by discussing with me pros & cons of taking “the pill” to help my PMDD symptoms, overall health & later planning for a family. Before my wedding, I had been looking for a way to prepare my skin and look my best!! I bought the bridal package at HerMD and Lexi walked me through step by step everything that needed to be done!! I had an amazing Hydrafacial, lash lift/tint, lip perk and have never looked and felt better, I cant wait for my next appointment and feel so relieved to know that I found Lexi before my big day!I then was going back and forth about getting lip filler or a lip flip, and Donna is the absolute BEST. She walked me through the pros/cons of each and how it would effect the look on my face. I absolutely loved the way my lip filler turned out, I feel like it gives me a whole new look.

I met with Michelle, and I had a lot of questions. Michelle sat with me for almost an hour. She took her time explaining things in a way I could understand, and did not rush me out of the office. She seemed to care about my issues and offered the best advice for moving forward.Great practice with lots of friendly faces!

I’ve unfortunately been through many doctors that have failed to help me. After reading reviews, I came here with high hopes. While I’ve only had one visit so far, I’m already feeling like I’m getting better care! The NP was there to listen, she was interactive, and acknowledged EVERYTHING I was feeling…which for me has been a rare occurrence with doctors. I am really happy here!

I experienced an amazing appointment today. I saw Michelle today for a new patient visit! She made me feel comfortable , talked with me about my concerns and health issues! I had the best experience! Lexi did an amazing job on waxing and tinting my eyebrows. She is so friendly and personable. I am getting married on Saturday and was nervous about the tinting because my brows are so blonde, but she made them visible and they look amazing!! I highly recommend Lexi! I promise you wont be disappointed!!

I can’t begin to convey how deeply disappointed I was in the lack of compassion for patients evidenced by the HerMD staff. I had a 5pm appointment, which I had to wait quite a while for and was imporant to me. On the day of appointment, my mother was in the process of dying (she passed 5 days later), and her abilities were declining from day to day. On that day she transitioned from being somewhat mobile (with walker) to not being able to walk at all. As a result of changing caregivers, I got a slightly late start leaving for my 5 pm appointment. Per GPS directions (Waze), I was to arrive at 4:53pm, which is a little bit closer to the appointment time than I usually aim for. I then proceeded to run into unexpected traffic. I called from the car so that the office would be aware I was on my way and would not think I was a “no show.” It took me four calls to get through to a human, but when I did, I told the woman on the phone I was approximately 12 minutes away. Amazingly, I was able to arrive at exactly 5:12 pm. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when she said she would have to reschedule me because I had exceeded the 10-minute grace period (by literally two minutes!). The parking lot was empty, leading me to believe the medical professional was likely alone (if there at all), yet she did not come out to explain the rigid “policy.” Instead, the young woman at the desk was tasked with turning me away. It’s a sad situation when a doctor’s office has so little flexibility and compassion. The doctor–patient relationship should involve trust, consideration (such as evidenced by my phone call advising of my slight delay), and compassion, especially related to medical emergencies. This office is sorely lacking those qualities.

She took the time to sit and listen to everything I was worried about or had questions about. I never felt like she was rushing to get out of the room to get to her next appointment. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain things to me.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Literally they make you feel so comfortable and the service there is off the charts. Lexi is absolutely amazing with the hydro facials. I kid you not 100% your skin feels better and healthier after one time. She truly cares about each individual patient and how to help you with all of your skin needs and wants. Truly can’t wait for my next visit with her. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her.

I have been looking for a doctor to finally take my health seriously. I have endometriosis and have been struggling for years. Michelle Wallace was amazing and took almost an hour to just talk to me about possibilities, treatments, and other options/advice. I have never felt so comfortable and cared for before. I have been going to Dr. Javaid for quite some time and have seen her for routine care and several medical procedures. Each time I felt confident I was getting the best care possible! Several weeks ago I was fortunate to have Dr. White perform a procedure, and what a wonderful addition he is to the group! He took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. Not only are the doctors great, the nurses and staff are friendly and helpful. We are extremely blessed to have them in the Northern KY and Cincinnati areas!

Lexi is awesome! I originally scheduled a hydrafacial but after Lexi examined my skin and we discussed issues and goals. She was honest and said that she didn’t feel comfortable doing the hydrafacial and made a plan to go another route. There was a significant price difference so I appreciated her honesty and taking charge to formulate a plan for my skin.

The office is beautiful when you walk in, its a very welcoming atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk welcome you with a smile and are very friendly. Lauren did my lip filler and she did an AMAZING job!!! She is very thorough in explaining the process and the consultation was great. She listens to what your desired outcome is and is very knowledgeable about the available products and what she thinks would work best for your desired results. I highly recommend Hermd and Lauren!!

Once you get into see someone, they are very nice but it is so hard to find a live person to talk to you on the phone. You have to leave a message. Wait for someone to call you back and then they will not let you speak to the specific individual you want to speak to.They ask you to send them an email if you want to communicate with them directly. Bottom line, not a convenient place of service. I am changing doctors.

I got a dermaplane and hydrafacial with Lexi and I am so happy with my results. My skin looks rejuvenated and brighter, and my make up is going on much smoother. I love to just use a light coverage tinted moisturizer and feel so much more confident in my ability to do so when I keep up on my facials. Lexi is so good at what she does!

Lexi is amazing. I’d never had a hydrafacial and she is insanely knowledgeable not only about the service she is performing but about skin! I was worried that my skin would be too complicated and tricky as it’s not just oily or dry etc, and she was very upbeat and reassuring. I’ve had bad experiences with OBGYN’s, and not taking my concerns seriously…saying that it was normal for me to have inconsistent periods and to bleed as heavy as I was. HERMD was recommended to me and they’ve been incredible so far. They listened to my concerns, they ran tests, and ensured I not only felt heard, but that they would be with me throughout the journey. Unfortunately we tried an IUD, but it hasn’t been going well for me. However, the doctor’s wanted to make sure I was okay so they scheduled an appointment 2 days after the procedure, and another appointment a week later as the pain still hasn’t subsided. I would highly recommend HERMD to anyone, as they’re the first place to try and get me some answers.

First experience with Dermaplaning alongside a Hydrafacial. Netrani was professional and I immediately felt at ease. Skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. The next morning I already had compliments about how smooth my skin looked. Will definitely go back ( Franklin, TN office)

I am new to Hermd and all I can say is wow! I booked an appointment with Donna the nurse practitioner. I got botox and filler. She took her time and answered all of my questions. It was painless and looks so natural. I love it. After I seen her I had questions about sunscreen with a tint of color that was right for me. That is when they told me to see Lexi.She is fabulous. She recommended 3 different products by Zein Obagi and I love all 3 of them. It was money well spent. My face is already looking better in just 2 weeks. I will definitely be returning to see Donna and Lexi again.

Facial treatments with Lexi...First of all, one look at Lexi’s skin and you know she knows what she’s talking about! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the anatomy of the face and skin and all available treatments—I always learn while I’m on her table. She can recommend helpful products at all price points and even helped me correct some redness with an inexpensive over-the-counter product. I decided to try the Morpheus8 and am already seeing great results beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend Lexi and Dr. Javaid’s office in general for skin care and GYN care.

Nurse Jackie is amazing! I didn’t have a pleasant experience with my previous GYN. She asked questions and spent time with me to figure out what was going on. My previous GYN quickly came in and out of the room and I didn’t feel heard.

The services and providers are always awesome! Checking out continues to be frustrating- a few times they couldn’t find my credits within a package (stopped getting chemical peels; was not worth the hassle!) and then the last time, they used the wrong gift card and 25 minutes later, the office manager came to help and was able to figure out the girl’s mistake. This time, I was told I couldn’t use gift cards on Makeover Mondays- new policy (used gift cards for probably 3+ years).... it just never ends! I dread checking out every single time!!! I highly recommend the medical spa providers though!

This is incredibly painful. Ive been a patient of Dr. Javaids for a decade. My annual appointment was this morning at 9:40AM. After driving from Good Samaritan Hospital (all the way downtown with many other talented doctors), I arrived nine minutes late to my appointment. I was told I could not be seen. OK. Fine. I drove 50 miles round trip for nothing. And then I am told Dr. Javaid is no longer doing annual exams, but I could see her nurse practitioner. Yeah. No thanks. I will just find a new doctor. And it breaks my heart, because I absolutely love Dr. Javaid. Theres a reason Ive been a patient for 10 years (and Ive followed her from UC to Red Bank to Mason). But today I am pretty upset. Shes the best doctor Ive ever had. But seriously? I think my loyalty should have been a little more appreciated. They didnt even ask Dr. Javaid if she could still see me. They just said, Youll have to reschedule. But not with Dr. Javaid. Makes me so sad I have to find a new doctor.

Referred by ob/gyn after years of pain preventing a comfortable sex life. It was embarrassing for my husband to come with me and to describe issues to a Dr wed just met.
