Quest Diagnostics Kenwood Crossing Way

Staff is very Professional, Personal and Pleasant! I just wish they were located on the first floor when you first come into building! Theres a vacant Space that has a roomy waiting area and easier to access with wheelchairs! I have had numerous tests here and it was completely and unbelievably painless!!!! The two young ladies that work here are a Dream Team and are truly a great Asset to your company!! Its not everyday you see people that love what they do !

This place was an absolute joke. Went to take a drug screening for my job. The nurse had an attitude.Took my urine sample and let it sit for at least 5 minutes then told me it was too cold and they failed me. Well no kidding, when you let it sit for a period of time the temp will drop.It cost me my job. Absolutely pathetic. As was the service. Im going to contact the higher authority of this business/practice.Absolutely terrible.Ill do everything in my power to make sure no one goes here or has anything to do with this place. That nurse should lose her job for costing me, mine.

I would follow Lisa Healey anywhere . I already have, to where this Quest is, from where the Montgomery Quest was . She is very professional , sweet , funny , comforting , and virtually painless . I know when I have to get blood drawn , it is not going to be a procedure that I dread having done . Thank you for having her as a long time Phlebotomist ( or as I call her - my favorite Vampire ) of Quest ..

These girls are excellent at customer service. I recommend anyone needing a lab test To come here!! I come every few months and would never think of going anywhere else. These girls are awsome!!

Writing this while waiting since forever for someone to address me..! Have been waiting in the lobby for about 40 mins, there is no one to address at the front desk. Wish staff was more organized to cater the needs
