Visited there for a pre-employment drug testing. Check-in via a kiosk; very efficient. If you can, schedule an appointment time online so that you do not have to wait in the waiting area. Once the testing started, very quick in taking the samples; explained the steps thoroughly.

Ive had to visit Quest Diognastics 2 times and both times Ive seen Leanne. She is absolutely fabulous! The first time I went, I was dehydrated and she had trouble getting blood. She was so polite and apologetic and told me to drink some water and come back. Today was my second visit to try giving blood again and she was just as amazing! She remembered me from my last visit and what a difficult time we had. But today, we were able to get blood and it felt like a small victory for both of us! She has been the only person staffed both times that Ive been there, meaning she deals with the patients in the waiting room as well as taking blood in the back. She is always cool, calm, collected and polite to everyone. Quest Diognostics is really truly lucky to have such a great employee!

I made an appointment online for a blood draw to participate in my employers wellness program. I arrived 10 minutes early. After 25 minutes went by, I approached the desk to ask if I should re-schedule. The morbidly obese woman at the desk didnt even want to get up to move the sliding glass window to answer my question and motioned for someone else to help me. They didnt even ask why I was there, simply barking at me that drug screen patients needed to wait their turn and I should sit down. I explained why I was there and they took me right back, though to the wrong room....tried to give me a physical. Poorly managed, presumptious, rude women. Bottom line, if you have an appointment, be sure to tell them that when you arrive, as they apparently have no idea. Wow, Lemon-AIDS over here thinks the point is to review my review. Definitely a nice person. You show em, Jebus.

Nice and easy. My orders were not in the system and she called my Doc and got is straightened out.

All the staff i dealt with were extremely rude.
