NextCare Urgent Care Cibolo

Took way too long. I was just there for a simple drug test. Other people came in after me and were seen. Sure i wasn’t there for any emergency, but i literally just had to pee in a cup and had to wait (AND HOLD IT!!!) for about an hour. I wouldn’t have minded sticking around afterwards to do the paperwork, i just had to pee!!

Great Staff!!! So friendly and nice, they go beyond what is required of them to accommodate their patients NextCare in Cibolo is staffed with exceptional employees they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my testing completed when they couldve easily asked me to come back another day I really truly appreciated their help. Thank you so much Next Care employees.Keep up the GREAT WORK.

Great little place. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt that they cared about me and my time. I just moved from the hill country where I also choose the same company of urgent care and my information transfers with ease. The app is easy to use also. I needed a physical exam and was unable to get one scheduled with my PMC for a month. After a quick Google search I booked an appointment for the same day in person at the Cibolo Clinic. The entire visit was simple and stress free, the entire staff was professional, prompt and welcoming and the clinic clean and orderly. I highly recommend Nextcare Urgent Care Clinic is Cibolo, Tx.

My people that helped me were awesome. First time here and their spirited personalities were awesome. Such good conversation and quick treatment put me at a calm and welcome state. Thanks ladies and gent!

The front desk is a 5 star the rest don’t deserve a Single star. I took my son to this location in Cibolo and at first I was pleased. The front desk was very helpful. Getting back to the doc whom I know was ready to go as it was about 45 min to close. Everything became rushed and with his symptoms they decided to check for strep per my request. My son wasn’t able to relay the way he felt and the PA continued to throw words at him to speed up the process. My son became anxious and unable to relay info that they needed to hear for quick diagnosis. $50 co pay and nausea meds later he was told it’s irritation from his sinuses making him sick and causing the issue. With fevers, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and congestion his diagnosis was a stomach ache. Next morning my son is taken to CareNow and diagnosed with type A flu! That is the last time I go to a clinic overcharge for co pay and use a google doc to run the facility. Please hire providers willing to provide medical treatment and not rush to get out the door! This is where healthcare is going… cheapest and quickest. I have been working in the medical field from clinical to inpatient care both active duty and civilian. This care provided the proof of greedy corporate using whomever to make them money. Not all PA’s and NP’s are like this but those that are ruin their credibility. Be better for the future leaders…

Staff were fantastic.  Easy to fill out paperwork, quick checkup and staff was very friendly and offered additional information about my visit on top of what is normally relayed.

From the moment I scheduled my appointment online, until checking out afterwards, everything was great. I had absolutely no problems getting in, no long wait time for the Dr or anything. Checked in on the app, arrived 15 minutes prior and was seen, diagnosed and on my way within 30 minutes of appointed time. NextCare is my go to when I cant get an appointment with my PCM. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Absolute best urgent care in the area for adults and pediatrics. Super quick and always leave with a resolution. Drs are laidback and super friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Woke up this morning with an ear ache and knew I was getting an infection so I called my primary care physician who could see me next Thursday. A week later.  Nope I have pain now.  Call my favorite Urgent Care PA Trina St Anne and she made it happen. With her Assistant Vincent, I was out in 40 minutes from the time of walkIn to completion.  Thats what you want in medicine when you are in pain and have lost valuable sleep because of it.  5+ stars for sure!  I know where to go when I need medical assistance in a flash.   They have Figured IT Out!!!  Thank you thank you.  She was even willing to write me a note for my Boss. Well my Boss already knew I was in good hands.  Im the Boss and she has my referral.👏👏👏👏👏

Today wasn’t my day because of me being unprepared so i didn’t get seen, but miss ma’am at the register was SO nice and did everything she could to try and help me find what i needed!! she sat on hold trying to get ahold of my insurance company for 20 minutes when she didn’t need to do that. she was very welcoming and simply was kind to just be kind. she was SO sweet, i think she said her name was Jaylin?? anyways, yeah.. i go to war for jaylin, dawg. yall be nice to her. that’s my girl right there. luv u jayjay.

No appointment, first time there and it was very easy checking. Wait time was about 15 while they verified my insurance. Attending nurse was great, caring and efficient. Dr. Waters has a great personality, very informative, and professional. He explained what he has done so far and what to expect in the next couple of days while we wait for the results of the culture. Their office will call me with the results. Very happy with the care they gave me and would recommend this provider.

I had been to 3 other urgent cares in the area before coming here because the others didn’t accept my insurance. It was a super easy check in process, zero wait (longest wait was filling out the paperwork on my end), and the staff was so patient and friendly with my toddler which can be a hard thing to do when littles aren’t feeling great. I would highly recommend and we will be back with any urgent care needs.

I’ve recently brought my daughter back to back and both experiences were super pleasant. Checking in is a breeze, waiting was swift and the doctor came quickly to the room to do the check up. Came to a resolution fast and we were out the door faster than I expected, both times. Thankful having them so close to help relieve my kiddos ickies.

At first I was a bit frustrated because I was there early for my appointment and the didnt call me back until 15 minutes passed my appt time and no one was even there seeing the doctor. But once they called me back the staff was amazing! The nurses so nice and the doctor on staff was awesome! Will definitely go to them again.

Broke a painful bone in my foot late Friday night spent all night Friday night and Saturday morning trying to find a place to go, accidentally stumbled on NextCare, took 2 minutes to schedule, 5 minutes to do paperwork, and 5 minutes later was out the door on the way to my appointment. When I arrived it didnt even take 9 minutes for me to be seen. The staff was beyond friendly and professional answered all my questions explain to everything helped me in every way they could, would definitely recommend them. I give them 10 Stars if I could! Thank you so much for all your help and carrying attentive professionalism!

Great experience for our first time. We scheduled online for a 9:20am appointment on a Monday morning. Walked in at 9:10 checked and was immediately called back. Saw the nurse practitioner and were on our way by 9:20. We were at HEB waiting on our prescription by 9:26am. Couldn’t be happier with to rambunctious kids to be in and out.

Very friendly office staff. Was able to be seen quickly and everyone was very pleasant.

Great front desk staff and the provider, Henry Waters, was very personable. I easily made an appointment online and filled out most the paperwork though you can just walk in. I was in and out in 46 minutes. I overheard staff saying they don’t currently do x-rays if that saves you a trip. They desperately need to replace the couch in the waiting room and do some paint touch-ups but the staff more than makes up for the waiting area. And most importantly, you don’t spend a lot of time waiting.

My son hurt his arm in PE. The check in process was simple. The wait time was less than the normal ER. The provider was  friendly ,efficient and knowledgeable . I would definitely recommend the provider. And the supporting staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place for anyone but particularly for veterans! I was recommended this clinic through the VA. As a veteran moving from overseas, my wellness and healthcare visits have been minimal so it was time to get some nagging injuries checked out. Upon walking in, I was greeted and told to fill out the preliminary paperwork. They got me taken care of within minutes. Had to go across town for X-rays but it covered what I needed done. This location is very close to home (Cibolo/Schertz area) so I’m sure I’ll be going back when needed. Highly recommended!

Trust me dont waste your time.I should have turned back right when I saw the barcode you have to scan in for a walk in rather than just telling the front desk clerk who was hiding behind the desk.Never again waste of time.Very unprofessional and pictures on Google need to be updated.The place looks nothing like it.

Very fast and efficient. I saw Henry Waters, PA. He actually heard what I was saying and understood what I needed! I was supposed to travel today but because of my illness, I needed a medicines to help with my symptoms and a Dr’s note to cancel my flight. Well done!! Thank you

The attending physician was personable and great with kids. The sports physical process was quick, but thorough.

Son needed an X-ray for his collarbone.  I made an appointment and we practically walked right into the back.  Super easy, the folks in the back were friendly, and helpful.  Hopefully I never have to go back for an injury but if I do I’ll be using NextCare.  Thanks y’all

I could not see the receptionist behind her computer all the time I was there. Im required to complete paperwork online, which I despise. I needed help with it, which was given...but I had to look over her computer screen to find her. I like to have person to person response.

Medical staff were kind and compassionate. Triaged quickly, and Dr. St. Anne had the best bedside manner. Professional and caring. This is the Urgent Care Team I plan to see in the future to take care of me during times of illness. Thank you Next Care!

I went there today to have some testing done. I was able to get in right away and when I showed up at the clinic I was seen very quickly. Everyone I dealt with from front desk to the tech to the doctor were all very helpful and very informative. The tech and the doctor explained to me what to expect and what my options were. I am a cash pay patient and the fee was very affordable. I will definitely use them again if I ever need them.

Dr Waters was super compassionate, and caring. he cared about my comfort while I waited tests and made sure that I had fast efficient care while taking into consideration my medical history. I felt very listened to and a part of my treatment plan.

All the staff was friendly, professional, with bedside manners . Would recommend them.

Woke up Sunday morning not feeling well. Got online to schedule a same day appointment with ease. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff was outstanding.  I definitely would recommend them for your medical needs.

Awful very poor customer came here for a preemployment drug screening never been here before. They don’t explain anything about their process. Also witnessed an older lady that came for an appointment and they cancel her appointment and didn’t let her know. Hope I never have to come back

I was in and out within minutes. I was examined by professionals who were courteous and listened to my concerns and had my prescriptions sent and all taken care of in minutes. Would definitely go there again if I can’t get into see my doctor.

Decent experience overall, however the PA that saw me was not helpful. After my diagnosis (made from lab results), she essentially refused to help me with any of my additional concerns. Waste of money and time.

I brought my son in the NextCare UC because he was not feeling well. The Dr. was helpful and found out what was going on fast. My son and I were able to get in and out. This is my second time visiting both times I felt the doctors cared and were really helpful. The lady at the front desk is polite. Best in the area for sure. Thank you NextCare UC!

They are so amazing. They not only make availability to get you seen but do it very quickly as well. Weve never spent more than an hour there. They also call in your perscriptions right away!! This is the quickest,cleanest, most caring urgent care ive ever been to. I highly recommend them to everyone!!! I have been there several times. I had to take my 5 year old this morning for a swollen rash on her face. They treated her with Benadryl and a steroid and this afternoon… her rash is completely gone. I had also taken my 14 year old son for a foot injury. They made sure to order him xrays and perscribe him antibiotics . They truly care for thier patients and it shows. They are most definitely our go to Urgent care..😍😍

I have been coming to this clinic when I can’t get an appointment for years and I just love it and the staff here. From the moment I got there until the moment I left I felt safe and taken care of.

Relatively frustrated, I went in to get my partners shoulder looked at, and there is a sticker in the window that says they accept care credit, only for the girl at the front desk to say it declines all the time and they don’t take it. Please take the sticker down if that is that case

Wonderful staff! Excellent bedside manner. They know how to keep you feeling at ease if you are worried or nervous. Very knowledgeable. Easy to make appointment online and complete paperwork online before you arrive. Prescriptions are sent directly to pharmacy of your choice. Stress free visit and very convenient. Always my “go to” when someone in my family gets sick or needs urgent care.

I am a teacher who is not feeling well, so I went to the closest NextCare Urgent Care during my conference period today. After sitting there for 15 minutes, the front desk person asked me to come up. She told me that I had not met my deductible. I tried to explain to her that I do NOT have a deductible. I know that is a hard thing to believe, but it is true, we do not have a deductible. I am very well-versed in my insurance coverage, I promise you. I let her know that my copay was $15. I also told her that the last time I was there, 5 months ago in May, I paid the $15 copay without any issues. She said that my copay was $145 today. I told her that I would NOT be paying that because my copay is $15. She told me that if I did not pay the $145 ($130 MORE than my copay) I would not be able to be seen, so instead of continuing to stand there and argue, I left. I had to get back to school by a certain time and I certainly did not have the time or the energy to stand there and continue to argue with someone who wouldnt even pick up the phone and call my insurance. All it would have taken was one phone call by her and my insurance would have confirmed what I was saying, but no. So now I am back at school, still feeling bad. I will be going somewhere else after school today and I will NOT ever be going back to NextCare. Perhaps in the future, front desk personnel should be better trained in customer service and confirming insurance coverage.

Poor customer service, I felt unwanted. The receptionist had no desire to help, especially when I let her my Wifi was slow, she answered and told me to step outside to see if it works Really or I can manually put you in I guess no desire to help me. I have worked in Healthcare for 30 years, and this place was terrible. Even the staff in the back just sat there, never came up to advise or give help. I asked her to please give me her name the front desk receptionist and the managers name she hands me the sticky note with just his information so I walked back in to get her name while they were all chatting in the back im sure talking about me. Her name is Caroline, and she needs to attend customer service classes on how to treat people with respect, kindness, and empathy. I ended up going to nextlevel care that treated me with the respect and care that they should have for patients.

My child decided he needed a physical and due the next day ! So I scheduled online the next available which was within 15 min and was able to check in online and do all the paperwork. I Walked in and there was about 9 kids waiting as walk ins. I don’t remember the girls name up front but she was getting everyone checked in and ready to get pulled back. The physician and her assistant were so quick and made the appt easy. I like in and outs. Especially just for a physical !! Recommend!!

Terrible waiting time. I had an appointment and had to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor. They told me they were 30min to 1 hour behind because they had appointments every 10min but obviously a doctor can’t see a patient in 10minutes. Very poor management…They have an app that tracks your place in line that is inaccurate so what is the point of having something that doesn’t work?The doctor and the nurse were nice but I had to wait another hour inside between X-rays and waiting for the doctor.Terrible place. I won’t be coming back.

I was having a terrible cough, congestion, sore throat and runny nose. I went to Nextcare in Cibolo and received a thorough examination and prescriptions. Two days later, the PA that I saw called me at home to check on me. She was sincerely concerned about me and I really appreciate her for her care. I recommend Nextcare to anyone.

Second time visiting and can say that Dr. Waters was much better than the previous doctor I saw (cant remember her name). He was very polite, caring, and overall a great doctor. The staff working with him were also great and friendly, as well! If you have an urgent medical need, I recommend.

Love the staff and the Dr here. She always listens and makes my care a top priority. As a vet and a introvert, it is very hard for me to find care that removes the anxiety I usually feel and the Dr and this location gets my care and business because of this.

The PA and nurse who helped us were very nice and caring towards my son who wasn’t feeling well. The receptionist was very rude had an attitude out the gate, and was lacking of any type of communicative skills. After filling out the COVID questionnaire I stood there for a few minutes before asking if there was anything else she said no and that was it. She could have told me to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. If it weren’t for the great and kind service from the nurse and PA I would not recommend this place again simply because of the receptionists attitude upon entering the establishment, made me feel very unwelcomed and almost like I was a bother to her while trying to care for my sick toddler.

Don’t bother with this facility. Walked in with my 1 year old who was sick (tested positive for RSV at a different facility). Took the receptionist several minutes to even acknowledge I was there because she was too busy complaining to someone on the phone. When she finally decided to talk to me she rudely said “scan the code here and fill out the paperwork. If you’re a walk in ALL these people are ahead of you so you’ll be waiting a long time.” I decided to sit anyway. 2 people came in after me. The first person she told them the same thing but said it was an hour and a half wait. They left. Followed by another patient which she then changed the time to 2 hours even though no one else had signed in. One lady went up to the desk to ask a question but couldn’t even do that. The receptionist told her “you need to go sit down. I’ll be with you in a minute.” Absolutely disgusting behavior towards sick patients trying to get care. Don’t trust this place at all.They have also treated my husband poorly as a previous patient (nurse practitioner and receptionist). The service isn’t good at all! I would recommend going to Medpost urgent care or Physicians Premier ER across the street.

I would definitely recommend this place. The staff was nice (especially Victoria) and there was no long wait. I brought my daughter there for the first time and we were in an out in less than an hour. I truly appreciate how kind everyone was. Thank you.

Team is helpful. Have seen Dr. Henry Waters for child’s sport’s physical and today for sick kids. They listen to the patients and I trust their guidance! Highly recommend when dr is needed!

Our visit was short and quick. Paperwork took longer. I love this clinic. Its my go place when I cant get my children into the clinic at Randolph AFB to for my kids. My son absolutely enjoyed his time with the doc there. Veey friendly staff.

The computerized sign in process is confusing, but the front desk was very helpful. Service was cordial and professional. Exam and diagnosis was prompt and accurate w powerful, effective prescription.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early. The office is very clean and inviting. I was called back to triage within 5 minutes and moved to a room. The doctor was in within 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out within an hour! Definitely one of the best experiences at an urgent care I’ve had.

I am so impressed on how this place care for their patients. I’m a new patient walking in with allergic reaction to unknown. I walked in and asked to be seen. The doctor agreed to see me even if they are fully booked tonight. They saw how I am so miserable with the allergy. They are compassionate and very friendly. I never like to leave a poor review, but I was really upset about the service we received last night. I’ve used this place several times, but I just learned that the owners have changed (Fast-Tex). Definitely a different service this time. I came in after my daughter had left cheer. I didn’t realize how bad she was feeling until she had finished. She came out crying and when I hugged her she was burning up. I ran her over to this clinic because we had had such great service in the past. Online it said walk-ins were welcome until closing. When we arrived they were taking one family back, but the rest of the waiting room was completely empty. The lady at the front desk said we could only be seen if they had seen her before. Even though the rest of my family has gone there, my daughter is a new patient. As my six year old stood at her front desk crying because her throat was hurting so bad, the receptionist turned us away and told us she would not see her because she would have to do new patient paperwork. We walked out and went around the corner to Medpost. My daughter was a new patient there, but they got her in, seen and out the door before closing time. Under 20 minutes with paperwork, Covid and strep test. My daughter was positive for strep throat, so I’m so thankful for MedPost. If you need to go somewhere, go next-door!

I debated On leaving this review but decided to do it. I’ve been seen at this location many times. The PA is always very nice and knowledgeable but the service is different since they changed from Fast Tex. Unless it’s an absolute emergency I will Not be going back. I was Seen this morning and had a reaction to the medication. I tried calling the clinic and was on hold 45 minutes total between the number online and the one of the discharge paperwork. Finally decided to drive in to see if they can switch the medication to find out the numbers are to a call center and there’s no direct number to the desk. The girl at the front desk wanted me to discuss the symptoms of my reaction that I was Having at the front desk with 2 other patients in the lobby which is a direct HIPPA violation which left us both annoyed because I asked Her can they take me to the back to discuss.They also need to clean the clinical space. It no longer looks super nice and tidy. The female provider is great but the last 2 times I’ve been there the receptionist was not great and now I tried To call to discuss my medication plan and couldn’t get in touch with anyone.

Excellent visit. I was in and out in a thorough and short visit. Confirmed a suspected ear infection, prescribed the remedy and I was on my way. Great staff and providers.

If this visit is an accurate reflection of how it always goes, then I am sold. Receptionist was kind and engaging. The nurse listened and the doctor took his time to explain to myself and my son about what was going on. If ever urgent care is needed, this is where we will go.

I had a disappointing experience at this facility. I went in because I was having finger pain, and thought I had possibly broken it. The front desk person was not very friendly. The intake nurse was wonderful. Once in the exam room, the NP on duty walked in, didnt even say hello, and instructed me to Google something. I was a little confused, and then he asked if I had my phone and to Google a certain medical condition. I did so, and he said thats what I have. I questioned if he was certain it wasnt broken (he didnt even look at my hand while I was there and no x-rays were taken), and he said he was. He also advised me that going to a specialist would be pointless as there was nothing they could do for me. Despite his advice, I ended up seeing a specialist this week, who took x-rays and actually looked at my hand. She confirmed that I did NOT have the condition the urgent care said I did, and correctly diagnosed and treated the problem.

What is the point in an Urgent care that runs by appointment?You might as well just be a clinic/Dr office. I walked in for a straight forward flu swab and was told they were booked despite their website saying walk-ins accepted. The receptionist was rude and even though I had one previous good expirence here under previous owners I do not recommend. To me an urgent care should be just that, an urgent care if you work off appointments only then its false advertisement. There are better actual Urgent cares close by go to one of those.

Got worse after being seen, returned to the clinic. I received wonderful care, no one treated me like I was crazy for returning! On the mend now… thank you for a smooth, experience!

Although this location is fast and a good place when you don’t want to wait 3 hrs in the ER., you run the risk of being misdiagnosed. They diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection. I had no congestion nor a cough. However, I had swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, fever, and body aches. They ran the flu and strep test that came back negative. Said to take OTC meds and should be good in a few days. Unfortunately, I got worse. Went to another urgent care 1.5 days later and was diagnosed with tonsillitis after being tested again for flu, strep, but they also tested for COVID and mono. They seemed more thorough. And they actually prescribed me with proper medication/antibiotics. Thankfully I’m feeling better now, but I will not return to this location.

We arrived on time for our appointment and we were seen right away. There was no wait time. Staff members courteous, friendly and patient - explaining what they were going to do and why. Test results arrived as promised. It was a great experience (considering) and we will definitely be returning to Fast-Tex!

Waste of time. Very inefficient. Whats the purpose of inputting your issue in your intake form BEFORE you appointment, only for them to tell you once you arrive on your scheduled time that there are no providers that day? A call, a text, something, wouldve been nice instead of wasting my time and couldve booked another appointment elsewhere.

I rushed in with an eye injury 2 minutes before they closed. Their door was still open and they still had the open sign above their door. The front desk lady turned me away and said they were closing. It was 7:58, they close at 8:00. And they turned me away with an eye injury.

Polite and efficient! We came in for a hand x-ray for my daughter who has sustained a soccer injury. We walked in to an empty waiting room. From start to finish we were there less than an hour, which is unheard of at a minor emergency facility.

Loved the Fast-tex clinic. I was able to easily make an appointment online and they were pretty quick when I got there. There werent too many people waiting and the office was clean. The PA we saw was great too. He was very interested in getting to the bottom of the problem to help us be on our way.

Refused refund for double billed visit and only offered a credit. Then billed against the credit for a test that the doc told the front desk they were out of prior to us showing up. Steal from me = never coming back. Try around the corner for much friendlier, more competent staff.

We love Fast Tex Urgent care. It is was faster than being seen at the ER. The nurses who treated my child were nice and explained everything on a level she understood. When they had to do her strep swab they explained the procedure from start to finish and were gentle while doing it. The service we received was fast, friendly, and we were in and out in less than an hour.

The PA listen to my concerns and treated me with respect.

Shout out to fast Tex urgent care for turning me away while I’m having an allergic reaction and the entire right side of my face is swollen. Definitely good to know these are the kind of people we have to take care of us in our weakest moments.

Got in filled out paperwork and saw the Dr as soon as I got there

Came in for a follow-up and once again I had a very pleasant experience. Professional and courteous staff, no issues with anything. I had never visited this clinic until last week and id recommend it if anyone wants good quality help.

I have been to this location a few times. My appointments are always quick, and the staff are always nice!

Had my appointment when I got there, there was only one person ahead of me. I got seen 45mins after my appointment. Got inside the wait after vitals they took another 30 minutes to see a nurse.I left the appointment and I tried calling them back because I had a question about medication. Was on hold for 33 minutes for a call center. I hung up and called I was on hold again in the billing department for 41 minutes. I had no way of getting ahold of anyone from the actual clinic. They said they will give me a call back, when they finally called back they told me the would put a prescription in but it would take a 1 hour cause they where very busy. I went to the pharmacy 2 1/2 later they never called in my prescription.

I was in and out in 20 minutes. The ladies there are very caring.

Efficient, clean, professional place. Made appointment ahead of time and had no wait. My teen mom foster daughter was treated with kindness and respect; that doesn’t happen very often. I appreciate the sensitivity and care.

New place - Nextcare is HORRIBLE.... will NEVER return EVER!!!! I went in on 04/25. With extreme itching / reaction. The receptionist, Bianca was not friendly! Im trying to check in while unable to stop uncontrollably scratching to the point of tears. Bianca, asked for my insurance card and instructed me to have a seat. I explained to her that I was way too uncomfortable and...since I could see all medical staff in the back area, I asked if I could be taken back due to the severity of my condition. Bianca replied that I could not because she had to run my insurance. She stated that I wasnt in their system and I insisted that I was as I had been seen there this current year. I provided her with my insurance card but she persisted to ask me about my spouses insurance ..to which I replied....This is my current insurance card. Still scratching and itching BADLY, I asked what the cash price would be...and she replied $200-500. I took out $200 and asked her if I could pay this up front JUST until she was able to run my insurance so that I could have my vitals checked and proceed to get the help that I needed. Ive worked in Emergency rooms for over 10 years and I KNOW that insurance information can be process WHILE a patient is being seen. However, Bianca refused and made me wait 15 minutes in PURE AGONY. Then when she finally allowed me to be taken back....I returned to a bill $185.00. I know that my insurance covers urgent care so I asked Bianca to provide me with a detailed statement/ receipt so that I could file with my Flexible Spending Account. To this Bianca replied that I would have to wait for that to arrive in the mail. Today, I log into my insurance portal only to find out that Bianca ran my PREVIOUS insurance number (which apparently was in the system already).....for the same insurance provider...NOT the number on the card that I had provided her with at check-in. That coverage was DENIED as it is no longer active. Did she mention this? No she did not! She made me WAIT AND didnt even process my insurance properly!!!Now I have to spend my time, getting this issue corrected AND requesting a refund of my funds. Bianca LACKS EMPATHY and Medical common sense, she is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!There is NO WAY that I would EVER allow myself or my family to ever be seen at this place again.** Note : the Physician or PA was phenomenal once I FINALLY got to him.

My name is Teresa Hall, I visited this place because I have had a cough for three weeks/spitting up mucus. The doctor at hand was not personable, he listened to my lungs and not my chest , prescribed me an antibiotic and cough syrup and sent me on my way. This was on Friday 6 Jan 2023. Today is 10 Jan 2023, I still have the same symptoms/no relief.I gave this place 2 Stars, the staff was great.

Quick and easy. Needed a physical & letter for work stating that I’m physically fit enough to participate in a fitness program. They checked me out and wrote the letter even though my job didn’t provide really specific guidelines. Staff is friendly and understanding. Paperwork is quick and painless especially if you have your insurance card on hand.

My son had an injury, PCP wouldnt get us in for another two weeks. Made an online appointment here, was able to fill out the paperwork and forms online ahead of time. Arrived, was seen in and out under an hour. Very clean facility, Doctor was able to answer all our questions, and entire staff was friendly and professional.

Everyone at this location has been so great, Moe was very friendly and made me comfortable while taking my vitals prior to seeing my provider, Daniel, who was so nice, professional, and informative as he thoroughly took care of my issue and made sure to answer any questions I had. I had no idea this place existed until today.. My son has been getting sick a lot since we moved from El Paso a few months ago.. But it has been horrible trying to find a clinic who accepts his type of medicaid insurance.. Finally!! And it is so close to our home!! Just a few minutes.. We got here and the staff if very friendly!! The doctor who attended is great at well and very professional.. I recommend it to everyone! Will be definitely coming here from now on when our primary care provider isnt available.. 5 stars for sure!!

Dont do it! Take your business elsewhere. The front desk person, Blanca is an aggressive person and threatened me. She needs a class in customer service and/or really does not need to work with people. Supervisor or whomever she was texting when I was talking to another staff member, didnt bother to contact me to see what was going on. Absolutely awful customer service.

Great experience today for my son’s school physical. I made an appointment online and we got right in upon arrival. The PA was very thorough and all of the staff was professional and kind. The cost was cheaper than his pediatrician’s office as well.

Fast and convenient! Been here a couple times. Was able to get a rapid covid test when other places and zero availability. Well managed and clean. Friendly front desk and helpful medical assistants. Happy they’re in network with my insurance.

Since the new company took over this once excellent clinic has went to heck... The most of the staff is great but if you need and help from support they completely suck. Very few appointments and no walk in available for non covid issue. Its a shame they use to be great.

When this location was previously known as Fast Tex it was AMAZING. They have since been taken over by NextCare and it’s terrible.I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to get pricing information. I was able to drive to the place and physically get the information all while on hold and still no one answered. It had a generic answering service that was too busy to answer simple questions. While I was there I asked if there was a way to reach the clinic instead of the call center and the answer was no. In order to reach them you have to register for their services, schedule an appointment, then wait for them to text confirm it, then you can message them directly. That is a lot of work for a simple price quote. On top of that theyyy quoted me upwards of $350 for a Single visit! They did provide some medical discount options but they were expensive monthly subscription type services. Plan 1: pay 3 installments of $117 then is $39 for every visit after. Plan 2: pay $390. For an annual year then its $39 per visit. Plan 3: one time fee of $65 then $125 for every visit.I have always recommend this place to my friends that needed urgent care service. When they were still known as fast Tex it was $150 per uninsured visit. This new place is ridiculous. It’s sad because I always had a great experience with this place until they changed companies. The staff is still friendly and professional, but after having to jump through hoops to make an appointment or talk to anyone it’s not worth it.Save your money! Medpost in front of the goodwill has better pricing, and they answer their phone.

I have been to this urgent care 3 or 4 times now. I almost never wait and if I do its for like 5 minutes. The place is clean, theyre fast, and everyone is very nice. This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. I recommend this place to anyone who needs one.

They do NOT take care credit, we called, looked on the care credit app, looked on the actual website, and they have a sign on the door that says they take care credit, and we got in and I tried to pay and apparently every time they try a care credit card it declines, so why was I told they take it when we called? And why is there a sticker plastered right next to the door that they take it if the cards always decline?

Receptionist was so rude she wouldn’t allow me to talk continued to talk over me & I was just trying to explain my situation and kept telling me she’s not going to let me be seen sooner that’s not what I was trying to do my ankle is possibly broken and all I was asking for was help. She then tells me this is the worst place to come for a broken ankle all we will do is look at it and tell you it’s broken. Very unprofessional and if you don’t enjoy caring for patients you shouldn’t be in this field.

Front desk girl wouldn’t check me in bc their card system is down and she wanted me to allow her to write down my card number so she can charge it later instead of billing me the whole $25 co pay 💀 hard pass.

Always have a great experience here. This is my number one place to take my children when they are sick and cannot get in to their pcp. Wonderful staff and that is definitely a plus in my opinion. Very quick at being seen as well. Thank you for being so thorough.

Bad customer service. Refused to see me because they couldnt get a live person on the phone from my insurance company. I provided all cards and info, but they sent me away. I waited for close to an hour with an appointment and was told they couldnt see me.

NP and nurse were amazing. Front desk was a different girl than usual and not friendly or willing to hear my out regarding my copay.

I brought my son here on Wednesday suffering from a stomach bug that caused severe dehydration. He was seen immediately, quickly evaluated by PA Jeff Scott, and was treated with IVs and nausea medication. Mr. Scott was extremely helpful and answered all my sons questions in a very patient and professional manner. It was an outstanding experience and we will definitely be coming back for out urgent care needs in the future.His clinic is new, very well laid out, and the staff was courteous and very helpful. This is our new urgent care clinic!

When our family needed them most, they were there. All 7 of us came down with the flu. They got all of us in in a timely manor, took amazing care of us all, and were incredibly nice. We’ve used them for years, but never have we had everyone in the office at once. They’ve become our PCP basically would give 6 stars if I could

Don’t trust your family’s care to this place. Since NextCare acquired it from being Fast Tex, they are grossly incompetent and far from what an urgent care should be. I had been here many, many times before as a patient, and even trusted my children’s care to them, but not after today. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

First time trying to be seen here. Walked in to see if we could be seen and the front desk lady was full of attitude and not wanting to help. I put her out of her way just by walking in and annoyed her by asking if they had a walk-in appointment available. Nbd just turned around and left and went to Med Post where they make you feel welcomed and take care of you with no attitude.

All Ers were full the day after Christmas, 5 + hour wait. I found out from a friend that they take my insurance and drove there for help. Only an hour wait to be seen. Glad I went, Doctor was thorough and very helpful.

I cant POSSIBLY say enough about this immediate care facility. They are kind,professional, and know EXACTLY what theyre doing in medical practice. Ive been going to them for over 2 years, I havent even looked for a primary care provider because theyre so thorough. Once,I went to MedPost in this area.The doctor was arrogant, and didnt treat my bronchitis correctly, and I would up back at Fast Tex.This is a great location with EXCELLENT service.

The dr we saw tonight for a sport’s physical was AMAZING!! Very interactive with my 13 year old and very thorough but awesome time efficient.

Went last night and was greeted by a nice lady who checked us in. Then when they called my kids name to go back it turned. The guy came and took my daughter for xrays was rude and in an extreme hurry. He was barking orders at her like he was wanting to leave but because she was there, it was keeping him from going somewhere. Then less than 10 minutes later another person came in said they were the dr. Said it wasnt a fracture, and wrapped her ankle without realizing we were there for her foot. No way that xray read that quickly and we were out the door in less than 45 minutes. That was start to finish. Im sorry if coming in so close to closing put a damper on leaving early, but you are there to care for patients till closing time.

Each time I have visited NextCare Urgent Care, I am overwhelmed by the excellent care I receive. I would recommend them every time.

Wonderful experience. PA Scott is caring and attentive, listens to you thoroughly. The nurse was quick to act on orders, again with s caring tone. Interactions were great, will absolutely go back!

I came to FastTex needing a stitch or two when I accidentally cut my finger.The staff was very helpful and friendly, service was quick.I have a severe allergy to an ingredient in the tetanus shot and they were very attentive to ensuring I had what I needed without worry of my allergy.I called the next day with a question about aftercare and was able to speak directly with PA Scott. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgable.I highly recommend this place if you need an urgent care!

With everything that is going on I was unable to see my PCM, so I went to Fast-Tex for treatment. They were fast, professional, and listened to my issues. Then when I need to be tested for COVID the process was fast and easy. I received my results within 15 mins. I would definitely recommend them.

I went on Friday because of wheezing, shortness of breath, and a bad cough.I was told it was acute bronchitis and given a steroid pack and an inhaler.I didn’t get better, so I saw my primary care physician and I now have walking pneumonia. I can’t help but feel like I should’ve gotten an antibiotic or another kind of medication during my visit Friday, and maybe I wouldn’t have walking pneumonia right now.

I went in for cough was tested and was told I had Covid and given paperwork for someone else in the parking lot doctor stopped me because I was giving wrong person info HIPPA, came back in side only to leave and have to come back they didn’t give me prescriptions then give them another chance go back this evening because my symptoms worsened and was told I couldn’t be seen because they couldn’t get Ahold of the VA from my previous visit it’s a holiday weekend thanks for everything. Lesson learned

They tried to charge me money for something that VA community care already paid for. Also the male nurse I had was very rude to me in a life threatening situation.

I took my daughter in with a scheduled appointment and had to wait an hour just to get checked in after filling everything out online. Had to argue my copayment. Then waited another hour t be seen. I will not returning.

PA Jeff Scott saw my 3yr old son late in the day after I picked him up from daycare. Had a problem with my medical coverage initially trying to get them to approve the visit. PA Jeff Scott was courteous, great with my kid, helped to get my medical coverage issue resolved quickly, and treated my son all under an hour. Will be back for any future urgent visits!

Came here on the morning of 2/18 for a Covid test after striking out twice at the CVS. Got a rapid test that included the regular flu. Both negative but received a checkup by the PA on duty who found the source of my illness and began treatment on site. Very thorough and good. Only two folks working there and very few patients waiting. Not only that, but because I have insurance and was there for a Covid test there was no charge for the visit.

From time in to time out is normally just my regular wait time at my primary Dr. Great success with PA Scott. From incredible lower back injury to debris under my fingernail from fall in river PA Scott has been able to handle anything. He is clear, easy to understand and gentle even when its deep under your fingernail ( it still hurt).

P.A.Scott and his staff were outstanding! Very professional and friendly.....super quick to take care of us for covid 19 test and provide results. Highly recommend P.A. Scott and his staff.....the service with a smile is very refreshing....Thank you for your compassion!
