We were in from out of town and I got sick right before a family wedding. We were able to get in for a same-day appointment and it took less than an hour to get in and out with a script. The meds helped almost immediately and I was able to attend the wedding feeling 90%. better.
This place had myself and my spouse wait 3 hours just get a blood drawn which they never located a vein because the medical assistant failed to go through the steps when not finding a vein. 1. She made my wife pump her fist which is something you should absolutely not do. 2 she failed to apply a warm cloth or anything to re locate the vein. 3. She did ask the doctor to come in and do it but the doctor came in and just left. 4. They gave us a referral to go to the hospital and when we went they didn’t even sign or put the credentials on the paper so we had to drive all the way back over here just for the receptionist to forge a signature. A waste of time
I made an appt for 930 and we were taking back close to that time. Check in was easy and the lobby was clean. The downside was we then sat in that room for an hour waiting for the Dr. I found a nurse and asked what the hold up was. The Dr had to perform a few procedures which is understandable just frustrating to wait. The nurse wad also kind and changed the thermostat ti make us more comfortable.Once the Dr came in she was quick and efficient and very pleasant. She listened and sent us on our way.I will always go back to this urgent care. Ive never had anything but positive experiences in the last few years.
I had knee pain after an accident 3 days ago and could not schedule with my regular Dr. I was able to schedule online, to get an appointment within the next hour. The staff checked me in, took X-rays, game me some medicine to relieve pain and swelling, and discharged me all within 3 hours. A good experience and the staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful.
Went in for a visit because I either had an eye infection or something in my eye. Diagnosed with allergies by the nurse practitioner on duty who never even looked in my eye. Next day wet to the eye Dr who pulled out an eyelash. Tried to fight the bill for five months with no avail. Threatened to turn over to collections. Kinda thought with such bad treatment wouldn’t expect payment. This was not the first situation like this from here. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
The wait time in the lobby was short. The wait time in the exam room a little long but the P.A. was wonderful. She listened to me and worked with me on the right medication. The prescriptions were sent in immediately.
Besides a long wait time that I had. It was a busy time of day that I went. The level of care was great. The nurses were kind and very attentive. They took care of all my needs and questions. The doctor was very nice, she took care of me and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered.
Unfortunately ended up getting Rona which turned into a sinus infection and pneumonia! It was easy to schedule an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes! The doctor was amazing, caring and funny and left with scripts sent to my pharmacy! This is always my go to for urgent care for myself and my family!
Quick to get you to a room but them they make you wait over an hour for a 2 minute consult. They do this because once you are taken to a care room, they can bill you. The Dr. didnt seem to care about doing her job, shed rather instantly send you to a specialist. Pretty obvious this place doesnt provide care, they are there to collect money and refer patients elsewhere.
Was dreading having to go in after being terrible sick for the past couple days. My cough was getting worse so I booked online. Arrived and was checked in almost immediately. The staff was so professional, kind and helpful. Check out was a breeze. The pharmacy they sent my meds to had them all ready when I arrived. Thank you so much NextCare.
I arrived for my appointment at11:30 and had a fairly long wait even though you were not obviously busy. Other than that, it was a pleasant visit. Everyone was courteous and professional
Horrible. After taking vitals we were told her heart rate was 150 when we saw it was 132!! Infection can raise your heart rate. It was still 130 at her primary today and they said that was fine!!
Having an appointment was great. I was seen, checked out, picked up my rx and was home in one hour. Medical professionals were attentive and knowledgeable.
Even though there was a little problem opening, they rallied and did an exceptional job. The check in was easy, the wait for a PA reasonable and the diagnosis was done without a lot of wasted effort.I’d go back without question.
Not good. The doc flat out refused to flush my ear which at a previous visit had resulted in a total lack of pain. So I left in as much pain as I started with. Then he didnt send all my meds to pharmacy, as a result I waited 2 1/2 hours there. He finally resent it but then gave me tablets instead of capsules which irritated my stomach. He also told me that the drops I had been given the first visit were wrong and probably making my ear hurt worse. Dont think Ill go back there anymore.
Made appointment last weekend. I was impressed with both the Doctor and Nurse. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Excellent service.
Wait time was about 40 minutes for a walk in and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and thorough with her diagnosis and procedure. All staff was kind and I was well cared for!
Excellent visit. Quick and efficient. All staff were very helpful and caring. That Danni is a superstar provider. MA Maureen ws so kind abd helpful, and Erica was so welcoming at the front desk. Thank you! Will definitely return.
Very easy to get signed in for an appointment. The doctor was very pleasant and genuinely concerned. She gave me good recommendations and was very thorough.
Horrible. Waiting for 3 hours with my 9 month old daughter just for them to tell me nothing is wrong. (Come to find out after going somewhere else I have the flu) I don’t think they even ran the test, after 3 hours they just sent me on my way. Also the front desk lady was HORRIBLE and super rude had me almost in tears. Saying “Jesus” when she kept getting a phone call. Also told me she ran my insurance and it was an “error” I have premium insurance and haven’t had to pay in 6 years. She lied and just wanted to take my money. Also back to when I went somewhere else the insurance was fine. She just didnt want to run it properly and wanted to take $70 from me. If I could SUE this place I would. I had an appointment at 11:30 they took all the walk ins before me. Didn’t leave till 2:15. Also was told to go back to work with body aches, chills and a fever of over 100.00 the doc cleared me to work. I will never go here again. I posted on a cheyennes page and hundreds of people had the same experience of being told nothing was wrong just to get patients out and moving along. I’m so upset they lied took my money claiming my insurance isn’t working. Went to another place the same day and it was fine. It’s ridiculous.
Wait time in the waiting room and once I went back to a room was short! The only issue I had is my expanded strep test “didn’t make it to the lab” Emily told me they are aware of this issue, but why is it still happening? Why is there not protocols to avoid this issue and the nurses need to be following up on this!
My trip to this falcity went great. They were so good to me after the accident I had when leaving as well as sewing up my finger. Great folks there and will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks everyone🥰👍⚘️
Had an appointment at 5:30 I was in and out there by 10 till nice people clean rooms
The staff is very friendly and professional. I was seen quickly. The doctor took her time with me and explained everything thoroughly.
Ir was a visit Im glad I went.the pa was so. Nice and explained e ery thing too me in details.the ex Ray tech was very. Ice also.i feel your front desk needs some more training.the nurse was nice also.i would go to this clinic again
I got in for care quickly. The staff was friendly and thorough. They were not able, after assessing my injury and doing all they could, to provide the care I needed, so I was sent to the Emergency room.
Went in today after a week of feeling terrible. Both my husband and myself were seen by Chere. She is very helpful and thorough making sure we both have what we need.
Staff was polite and friendly. Doctor was polite and took care of my medical problems quickly and gave me the medications that I needed.I will recommend you to all my friends and family.
This place was awful, we had to wait too long to see a nurse for 5 seconds who told us to go to the ER. They keep sending us a bill when they did nothing expect man us wait longer than we should have. Don’t go here, it’s a waste of your time and money!
I was able to make appointment Saturday night for Sunday morning. Receptionist very nice, nurses very nice and lady doctor super nice. Thank you so much for helping me get better. 🙏❤️🙏
Only saw me for 30 seconds after an hour and a half wait. I did check in online first too she didn’t even touch me but gave me medication that isn’t really working so really bad and it’s not good if you don’t have insurance
The staff is amazing, the doc was awsome.i dont like going to docters but this place made me feel welcome and treated me amazing.so if your like me and dont like going to docters, but you have to,this is the place to go.i really enjoyed my experience.
I would not recommend NextCare. The staff were rude and were not knowledgeable. They kept me in the clinic over an hour, and then told me they couldnt do the blood test on the day (which they could have known from the beginning). Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
The receptionist was extremely accommodating and held a pleasant attitude that I appreciated as I noticed she was busy but patient and kind with every client. I would go here again. Once I scheduled an appointment the wait was not long in the waiting room and even shorter wait to see the doctor. Very helpful as it’s difficult waiting with a sick toddler! FYI I went to bluegrass location because the wait at Laramie st location was long!
Getting injured at work, I was sent here. First physician to see me seemed skilled and genuinely focused on my recovery. For some reason though, they changed who saw me and the new physician may or may not be skilled; I was too focused on his desire to be rid of me. Like I wasnt actually hurt, I was just trying to get out of work. If I need medical care again, I hope I dont have to return here. Still dont know why they had to change my physician without telling me.
I was extremely sick as walk Monday April 1st. Paperwork was easy, wait was what I expected and desk staff was nice. Saw a friendly provider and took a 14 panel lab for bacteria’s and virus’s. Lab results came back the next day and I tested positive H-Influenza. The person that called me told me it was viral and I would just need to let it work out of my system in 10-12 days. After that call a quick google search told me it was bacterial and I needed immediate anti-biotics as it could lead to walking Pneumonia. I called back asked for a copy of my labs and drove back to the get them and then directly to my primary care doctor who was unavailable the day before. I did indeed have H-Influenza but have no idea why I wasn’t given anti-biotics which is what the provider on staff that day said would happen pending test results. The second sheet of the labs they handed me even included a list of recommended antibiotics to prescribe. I have no idea how badly this could be missed, but now have the needed antibiotics and awaiting results of a chest X-ray to see if I have Pneumonia in my lungs. I can only imagine how sick I would have been if I hadn’t asked for my labs and looked up what I had.
Just had my daughter in there & it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. The provider didn’t even bother introducing himself so I can’t tell you who to avoid, but he excessively poked my daughter where she was obviously in pain, said she has an eye infection but I need to let it get worse, come back and spend more money in a few days to get antibiotics for it. Go anywhere else!
It was quick . The dr and nurses were very nice and patient with my 3 year old
My daughter had been sick and we had a hard time getting her an appt with her PCP, so we attempted to be seen at NextCare on Laramie St. They didnt have any available appointments so they sent us to the one on Bluegrass. The receptionist informed us that there was a about a 2 hr wait as they only had one provider. I let her know we didnt mind waiting, but I had to be at work in a few hours. She was honest about the wait times, and they even had my daughter triaged and seen within 40 minutes. I really appreciate the fact that both locations were upfront and communicated wait times and the Provider was kind and efficient and made my daughter feel as though her symptoms/concerns were valid. Thank you for the great care, well definitely be back!
I’m going with what my mama taught me a long time ago… “if you don’t have anything nice to say, say nothing”. I wasn’t going to write this at all, but they kept sending me text messages to leave a review; don’t poke the bear.
The doctor was friendly and detailed when answering my questions. I have been going through an ordeal with my ears and he gave me a few different things to try because the antibiotics were not working. He also saved me time and money by writing me a referral just in case it doesnt clear up in the next few days. A much better experience than the one I had with Bestmed
The doctor really tried to help me got some antibiotics and prednisone I was really stressed out because I couldnt breathe It was really bad I usually dont go to but I gald I did.im breathing alot better
Everyone was very pleasant and thoroughly diagnosed my illness. I won’t hesitate to visit again. Very pleased.
Went to have 15 staples removed my head, somehow they forgot one staple and had to go back the next day for them to remove it. The staff is very friendly but forgetting a staple is unacceptable.
The lady up front when we entered was really grumpy. She said our insurance would not go through so we explained to her that our insurance goes through that but it’s not that but she would not listen so we had to pay 45 dollars. This clinic has really died off. Its not that good anymore
I made an appt, and still had to wait an hour and a half to be seen, because they were short on staff. Then my interview with the doctor felt rushed, and I was given the impression I was an inconvenience.
We went in at 10:45 for a quick physical. They didn’t have an appointment until 12:45- waited and finally was seen and left at 2:15. For a walk in clinic for a 10 min appointment. If you are needing seen I would go elsewhere or prepare to wait all day!
The nurse is friendly, and the doctor is professional that provides productive treatment strategies. It is a nice experience.
I would like to commend this Nextcare location on their timeliness, professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and willingness to go way above and beyond to help me with my concerns today. I felt heard and cared for on a level that is rarely seen. Thank you Nextcare team!!
Ridiculously long wait. They say they take walk- ins, but dont be fooled; they clearly favor appointments. Even with the appointment it took me over an hour to see the physician. Understaffed, overbooked, probably over regulated.
The staff was nice and the Dr. I saw was very helpful in making me feel better.
Theyve always been kind courteous and never turned me away because I dont have insurance. You have to pay up front, which is expected. They always do to make sure their clients are taken care of and what is reasonable. I showed up for an appoint that the wrong building and had no way to get to the other building at the time. They transferred my appointment over to the building I was currently at. Saving me from mass confusion & more embarrassment. That to me says that they really care.Thank you °~•.♡.•~°
What a waste of time. I setup and appointment and spent 15 mins filling out their paperwork on-line. Showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment. After waiting for 30mins past my appointment time, I asked the front desk how much longer the wait would be. Was told she has no idea. She just checks people in. She did know that there were 4 people still in front of us but they would be out shortly to get us. My guess is best case we still had a 40 min wait, but probably more like an hour or more. We left. My advice would be to go somewhere else.
Erika and the nurse I saw were absolutely amazing, reception even if she was busy did her best to help us and was very calm and easy to work with the nurse also has been the only person in the span of a year to give me a legitimate answer for something Ive been dealing with for a whole year, unable to work or move around my own home and now I have some hope my life will go back to normal! Definitely made my days look a little brighter and made everything so easy and feel amazing thank you both♡
Receptionist was rude talking on the phone to family members cussing and screaming and yelling at them and not paying attention to customers.Nursing staff screwed up prescription sent to wrong pharmacy. Even though it was told to them 3 different times.
Dani is very caring and listens to your concerns and explains everything clearly and answers your questions! She doesn’t rush you!
We recently came in on a Sunday afternoon. First visit, overall a very positive experience from check in and interaction with MA and PA. We were in and out much quicker than anticipated and able to pick up prescription right away too. Very efficient and friendly staff.
Thank you for treating me so well.vFrom the time I walked in until I left great experience. And the lady at the front desk was outstanding, Thank you again.
Wow, for a small local urgent care place, the service was stellar. Everyone was friendly and really professional. I recommend.Today was another great visit to Urgent Care. So professional and courteous. Samantha Newton FNP, really helped me out with the highly detailed notes that my employer requested. Thank you so much!
To start, I’ll walk you through my experience. Go in and fill out paperwork. My name is called and I am weighed. I sit and wait. The doctor walks in, I tell her my problem, she says they can’t help me and that I should go to the ER. I was there for maybe 20 minutes and received no service or care at all. That’s fine, no problem. Except I received a bill for 200 dollars a month later. They billed me for a 2 minute conversation with a doctor who then turned me away. What kind of place would tell a person in need that they can’t be helped and then bill them for it? These people do not care about you.
It was very fast and easy to be seen…all of the staff were compassionate, professional, respectful and extremely competent.
The people who work there were very nice, professional and sympathetic to the issue that brought me to them. The P.A. Phillip, and the tech Emily, who took the X-rays were both especially pleasant and competent. The only way it could have been better would be shorter wait times to be seen.
Absolutely horrible. I called before hand to check if I needed to pay anything upfront. I have insurance and do not have a copay. They told me they make everyone pay if they have not met their deductible. My problem is that I had called and asked beforehand. I also checked with my insurance and they explained that the office bills them and they will then bill me. I am also upset that one secretary kept jumping in when I was trying to talk to the one helping me . I asked her to explain why I had to pay and why if I asked over the phone they said I didnt. The secretary who kept jumping in then made the comment that this is not a free clinic. I am aware of this I am using insurance. Very unpleasant experience.
I made an appointment online and it was super easy! It made check-in so quick. We were in the waiting room for about 5 minutes. We got to our room and the nurse was so sweet to my daughter. We did wait a while for the doctor to visit our room, but he was the only doctor there at the time. Even with that in mind it was a pretty quick process. Dr. Chris was also very good with my daughter and she left with some lollipops!
Great service very pleased. Thank you for taking good care of me today.
The front desk lady was helpful besides the 2 Hour long way, just for a preemployment drug screen was horrible. Do not recommend this place at all.
Don’t go here… it’s absolutely terrible. No one cares about any of their patients. Waited three hours in the car and then another 45 in the office. Dr came in for 3 minutes checked his ears and left. He’s banging on the door trying to leave saying please. Healthcare in Cheyenne is a joke.
So happy this place was open on a holiday, they got my child in super fast and got her medicine she needed.
I had to wait a long time to see the doctor (more than 30 minutes past appointment time) despite having scheduled an appointment online. Otherwise it was all fine. Doctor was good.
Took 3.5 hrs to do a 10 min physical. The exam wasnt even thorough. Highly do not recommend going here. Will never use them again. Got there at 10:45 left at 2:18
The receptionist Myra is great. She is easy to talk to and she answerd my questions. Dr. Is great. I would recommend NextCare to anyone. Thank you for getting me in right away.
Everyone was really nice. My visit was good, but long on waiting to be seen
I took my daughter in as soon as they opened and the lady at the front desk was super rude, rolling her eyes and sighing heavily as we were a bother to her for coming in and saying they couldn’t see any patients until 9 which was fine I would have waited and then she said they would be closing the clinic and couldn’t see any more patients. She doesn’t need to be working in healthcare with that attitude.
I visited NextCare Urgent Care after the hood of my car slammed down on my arm. I was relieved to learn that my arm was not broken but I did have a 2”x5” gash in my arm. Dr. Chris Auto made sure my wound was thoroughly cleansed to prevent infection as he knew I was scheduled to have surgery the following week . He took his time explaining things thoroughly so I felt confident taking care of my wound. He was soft spoken and not intimidating at all. I felt his focus was on me and not on himself.
This is an update on 3/14/24. I notice that so many other reviews received replies, but not mine. Dell Range office informed me that they were not seeing patients today, after scheduling online and showing up. Sent us to Laramie St office. 5 minutes after going in, an employee finally showed up. Was snappy and rude. People in there informed us theyd been there for hours, after also scheduling a visit on Dell Range.Seriously, no matter what is said, or how much time between visits, prepare an extended wait and probably frustration!Heres my original posted reviews:Their online check-in system is a joke. They allow people that missed their appointment time hours prior go in a head of you even when you are on time and following their procedures. 1 of the receptionists was quite nice and apologetic about my wifes appointment being an hour and 50 minutes past due while still being told another half an hour. Other one was rude and snapped that since theyre not a primary care provider that they dont care about appointment times. I was very surprised at her unprofessional attitude. I work in Healthcare and would not accept behavior like that from my employees or coworkers. I will be adding more as soon as I get the names of the 2 staff. One great and the other should be reprimanded for her behavior.Went back Jan 30th 2023. Afternoon, made an appointment online and showed 10 minutes early as instructed. Waited for just under an hour to be seen, so whats the point? Its still terrible on that end. Staff were very nice, saw about 5 or 6 of them milling around and only 4 patients... total. Need to get their act together. Probably will avoid going there in the future. Other places are much better about being timely.
Terrible service. I came in around 3:30 pm to ask about getting seen for a potential inner ear infection as I have been sick for about a week and its getting worse. Lady at the counter tells me they have a wait til 5:40, I proceed to schedule an appointment at that time.I come back at 5:20 (the check in time) and they have me wait 10 minutes before checking me in. As soon as I step up the lady tells me Theyre slammed now and dont have time to get me in. Im confused as I have an appointment, Im not just walking in. She tells me to come back tomorrow and I end up canceling. I will not be coming back.
My nurse was very helpful and nice, and doctor also
They were amazing with my twins and very caring towards our needs
I can not speak more highly of the staff her. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me out when it really mattered. The nursing staff in back understood my situation and squeezed me in last minute. Their decisions to be compassionate at the last minute impacted many lives. Genuine care. Thank you
The did a great job when I got there. the lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful and the doctor as well as the triage nurse that took me back. Hard part is getting a hold of them and I am still waiting for my prescription to get sent to the pharmacy. Other than that I will go back to see them when needed
Slowest place ever. Have been here over an hour and still haven’t been seen. I will never be back a sports physical should not take anywhere close to an hour this is bullshit
We are so happy we picked NextCare Urgent Care!We did the online sign in and it made the entire check in so easy! The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Our Nurse was an amazing young lady that took great care of us before our Dr visit.Dr. Chris was so caring and took the time to check us over thoroughly! He explained everything to us and made sure we understood our aftercare completely.I highly recommend those in need of urgent care to go to NextCare! Thank you to the staff!
Very efficient and compassionate. I received answers and the paperwork they promised super quick.
Wait was reasonable. Intake (Emily) was very professional and personable. The attending doctor was exceptional. Asked a lot of questions and did many range-of-motion exercises. Left feeling with my questions answered and next steps clear.
They were polite, professional, and thorough. Treated me like I really mattered.
Great staff! Great care! I recommend this Urgent Care!
Saw a PA who had apparently graduated that morning. Sent out a test for DNA instead of routine swab. They billed me for a level five appointment for a UTI and a test ended up costing me 900$. Also misdiagnosed me and I self treated at home for 9$.DO NOT GO HERE.
Very good medicine attention given me by every one involved..They are highly recommend.
The person who cared for me, Chris, was very thorough and asked lots of questions. Gave me options and made his recommendations. Today, the day after, I have had good results from the medication he prescribed and I very much appreciate the relief that I have experienced. My only complaint was that I had to wait numerous times in the patient room as people did different things for me, and the appointment took 2 hours. I thought that was way too long.
I was fairly quickly. The doctor was very nice and personable
I had a mostly positive experience. Kelly at the front desk was amazing. The provider Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful, but he forgot to come back to the room after leaving to check on my culture. He apologized and I truly think I slipped his mind. We are all human, but there should be a system to remind providers that a patient is still in a room.
Visit went well, Dr. Chris listened, answered questions and concerns, I didn’t feel rushed, which is wonderful. Nurse McKayla and front desk gal were great. All were kind and friendly. The only issue was setting up appt on the app, the website was much easier to use and worked.
Today’s experience was great! The doctor actually listened to me and agreed with me. Very nice and helpfulWhen I was there 2 days ago I tried to talk to the lady and tell her I get upper respiratory infections all the time and told her what I needed. She didn’t even listen to my lungs, She didn’t listen so I had to come back today because it’s much worse. I usually have great experiences so I won’t let that one bad day change my thoughts. They’re really good and would definitely recommend.
It was very good The lady Dr I have was excellent
Scheduling an appointment for my son was quick and easy. The step by step process was simple and easy to understand. The wait time was well within my acceptable time frame. The staff was friendly and caring. Everything was explained in easy to understand terms. I will definitely be returning when I need urgent medical care and will gladly recommend them to my friends and family.
I’d leave a zero star if I could. This was easily the worst medical visit I have ever had. I had an appointment for 8 for a sinus infection, showed up and they didn’t have it in their system. I refilled paperwork out and staff was incredibly rude. I was then not taken back to a room until 8:40 and then waited another hour before I walked out and asked if anyone was going to see me. 15 minutes later a nurse came in and took my blood pressure, asked me why I thought I had a sinus infection and said she couldn’t help but could call in a prescription and then left. Prescription was never called in and I couldn’t even get through to the clinic to see what happened. When I received the “notes” for my visit there wasn’t even a record I had been seen. No comments, no information whatsoever. They then sent me a bill for $150 for literally nothing. Go literally anywhere else. I understand healthcare is tough right now but that’s not an excuse for terrible care and then charging people for it.
The service isn’t bad in house but they always send my prescriptions to random places regardless of the pharmacy I tell them. Yesterday I even double checked. My usual pharmacy has NO idea where they sent my prescription, just that it was processed somewhere, so I can’t get the medication I need. I don’t understand what they’re doing but now I’m still contagious.
The wound on my husband’s arm was treated quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your help.
Staff was awsome front desk person and awesome service all arround thanks agian
Worst ever. Came in at 9am to be seen. Lady said 2 hour wait or I can schedule an appt. Gave her my info for her to copy only to be lost when I came back in. Well choose to schedule the appt. Only option was 4:30pm. I showed up at 4:10 checked in and waited til 4:45. Asked her if the wait was going to be long. She said they were cleaning my room. I said the appt was 430 she said yep. What is the point of making an appt you offered. All I got was yep. I asked how long that would be She said another 30 mins. So, that makes it 5:15, yep was her response. She had the worst attitude and seemed like she was going to add wait time to anyone that complained. Another lady came out after being seen and had a question on how her pcp would recieve the results. The lady at the desk had the nerve to say. I dont know thats not my job. i knew going in that it was probably not going to be a good experience and sure enough I was right. Sorry for trying to be seen at urgent care. Maybe change the name to next day care.
I took my 5 year old daughter here since the doctors offices in town were busy for the next week. Here they were able to see and help my daughter super quickly without having to go the emergency room as I was thinking about doing.Definitely saved us time and money coming to NextCare instead.
Make an appointment on Jan 2 at 1253 for Monday the 8th, over the phone. Get into the office and was told I dont see your name and we have a person in front of you. The examiner was 15 minutes late.
The care was very efficient and I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen.
Zero stars would be more appropriate. Waited an hour and a half when i arrived on time for my appointment. In pain i left without ever being seen to go somewhere else. Unprofessional and cant keep appointment times
Was okay. Not sure what diagnosis was, but being treated for walking pneumonia according to pharmacist.
Ive been to NextCare twice in two weeks. I have been using the website for appointments and like being able to do it online. The staff is always friendly and ready to help.Im happy with their service. Sometimes you have to wait awhile but its worth it 🙂
I was there for a random drug test after a long day from work. The staff was nice and made it as pleasant as a random could be.Erika the receptionist was nice and attentive and handled my paperwork quickly. The nurse Mickalah was very friendly and kind.
Electronic check in was a breeze and I loved how they kept me advised each step of the check in process and the waiting period which was quite short. Also all staff was very professional, curious and efficient. Very thankful since I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular physician for at least 2 days. Thank you NextCare Urgent Care!
Waited an hour and a half in the room with no communication from anyone except the nurse that took us to the room. The front lady and the nurse were super nice!!!
Arrived and checked in at 9:04 for a 9:15am appointment. Didn’t get taken back to a room until almost 10, at 10:45 we still hadn’t seen a doctor. Walked out and there wasn’t a single person in the lobby. Do not recommend going here for URGENT care. I understand a lot of places are understaffed but as a doctors office, you shouldn’t be overloading yourself with patients if you can’t keep up with it. Will never be back to this office.
Everyone one was very pleasant and supportive. THANK YOU.
Had a terrible experience with this NextCare. Waited in the parking lot for an hour and a half only for them to cancel my appointment. Went inside and waited another hour to be seen. Asked the ladies up front for insurance coverage info, they said I was good to go. Got stuck with a bill a month later. Had blood work done, waited two weeks for them to call with results - I ended up calling them to check in just for them to say they “lost” my blood work. But I still had gotten billed for it. I get places are really busy with Covid and short staffed, but come on. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else!
Horrible! Loved the clinic when it was Healthreach, recently need a RX refill receptionist denied me. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a healthcare setting.First she denied me for not having my insurance card, so brought in my insurance card. Then she said they need to deny me due to my Rx being a mental health med! Urgent care should be treating all patient’s. Very rude!Healthreach used to be flowing with patients now it’s empty and I see why. Next “Care” is joke.
Uploaded all documents as requested. Drove 35 miles one way to the office. Greeted by a snippy office member that informed me that she could not use the documents we uploaded. My 11yo son had a broken foot. Poor customer service. Bad attitude. No offers to help in any way. Will not return.
Great place, staff was absolutely the best! Thank you!
We started with getting checked in to find out that they don’t even have a doctor on the floor and we had to do a zoom meeting. I came to the doctors office to see a doctor and so they can see me not on a screen. Then i get to the payment area and on my last visit I didn’t have to do a co pay they just sent it to my insurance and so on this visit I didn’t know why I had to do a co pay bc last time I didn’t and I don’t want to pay for waiting in a room for 30 mins to get told they can’t do anything for me. I admit I was not respectful to the desk lady but she didn’t try to calm the situation instead she just got me more mad and another desk lady said we can leave but it will be billed to my insurance which was they way they billed me last time and I was fine with that and as I proceeded to leave they said I’m not welcome there anymore which is fine by me because it seems like there is no organization or good training there. My first visit they couldn’t get my pulse right nor my temperature. NextCare Urgent Care doesn’t care about there patients they just care about getting the money from patients.
Would advise seeking medical care at a different location. My sister is quite sick, basically had to ask the doc to do his job, which was far from thorough. Very frustrating when medical practitioners charge so much and dont seem to care to do the job they went to school for.
Good attention to what is significant and what treatment options are, in view of elapsed time and type of virus. Doctor and nurse demonstrated great competency, compassion, patience, understanding and positivity. I am glad I went to see them.
Once I was in a room the provider was very friendly and asked many questions to figure out the issue. Front desk lady had an attitude. The room was very dusty like it hadnt been cleaned in some time, and the waiting room smells of mold/mildew.
LPN Bohr was very professional, attentive, and understanding. She prescribed the best medicine and treatment for the illness I have. Thank you!
Came in with my son after making an appointment early this morning. Checked in 10 mins before like asked. Now still here 20 mins after. Went up to counter to ask when we will be going back n asked nicely cause I just had seen the receptionist almost get into it with another guest. She then has an attitude with me cause I asked a question. I go back to my seat with my son an then this man walks in shes back to o yeah welcome attitude all sweet n all.
They apparently ran into an issue submitting a claim to our insurance and decided to bill us directly instead. Talk about a ton of wasted time trying to clear up this matter! They ought to have called us to clear anything up prior to sending us a bill, they did have a copy of our insurance info.
They were quick, friendly and efficient. The staff was great and very nice. It was busy and that is always hard when you are feeling well but they did an awesome job. Keep it up!
Staff is very kind, compassionate and professional from the front door, to the treatment room, radiology, and discharge! Providers are extremely thorough and take their time listening and addressing all concerns and complaints! Short wait times and communicated if something comes up that they are running a few minutes behind. Extremely cautious and thorough in maintaining proper infection control. VERY IMPRESSED!!!
Receptionist was a little gruff. When I walked through the door she said, “Do you have an appointment?” I said yes. I thought she was talking to me but she was talking to another person in the lobby. She didn’t apologize for the confusion. Then WM. Was standing to be helped she ask for a name. I wasn’t sure who she was talking too.
The staff was on top of my medical issues and handled them in a timely manner.I did not have to wait long to be seen even though I was running late to my appointment.I really like the fact that they gave that texting app to contact or for you to contact them if something comes up.Most doctor places I know don’t have that.So I was greatly happy to have it to use.
I never leave bad reviews but this place really didnt care about my family. My two small children and I have almost all the virus symptoms an i had called in advance to see if i could get tested. They convinced me to get all of us tested. Then when I showed up I signed in at the door with their automated checkin machine. Later finding out I shouldnt have done that because I was just there to get tested, so they charged me for a doc appt for me an my oldest son, an i would have to pay out of pocket costs for the virus. Then we waited 30 min in our vehicle, with me an my two boys not feeling good at all. Got called in an after a little bit we got into a room. I was then told only I should get tested and I didnt need to make my boys go through the evasive test. Then we waited an hour without anyone coming to check on us, with all of us feeling to ill to stay there any longer, we left. Mind you my youngest is only 10 months an not feeling well and my oldest being 5 years old. As we were leaving there was no one around to even notice, this is a very poorly ran facility. If you need to get tested I would suggest urgent care on yellowstone. They are more caring an we had much better luck there. Stay safe everyone.
The staff was friendly, patient and gentle. I was heard and not just listened to. Cheyenne and Lauren are the best team of caregivers Ive visited in a long time. I left feeling much better about my health and will be coming back whenever I feel under the weather.
I agree with almost all the poor reviews here. If there was a zero stars option I would choose that. You wait for a long time to be taken back and wait even longer. At that point, someone comes in that offers no help at all, and refers you to other doctors offices. LOL! We would have done that if we didn’t feel it was urgent. What happened to this place?! Health Reach was so much better. This place is very sad. The gal at the front desk wasn’t helpful. Not to us or any other poor person who needed help. Sad. Just sad.
I had some pretty urgent health concerns on a Friday evening. I knew I didnt need to go to the ER and Im not established with a family care doctor here yet anyways. I stopped in at HealthReach and I was back in a room in about 5-10 minutes on a Friday evening. That was awesome. I got a bunch of labs done and went over everything with Dr. Kessler. He was great. He is personable and smart. A couple days later when I needed my lab results they got them for me really quickly, and I really appreciated it. Great job.
I recently have had to deal with a medical problem that isnt fun in the least and can be life threatening in the worst case. After speaking with a nurse, who encouraged me to see a physician immediately, I called HealthReach on her recommendation. Im really glad I did!Their welcome protocol is ideal and very straightforward. On arrival, my health care aide and I were ushered directly to an exam room. All the insurance, etc paperwork had been done on the phone.Once in the exam room, the nurse was friendly and efficient. Before we knew it, the Dr. entered and dressed and bandaged the area in a way that made it very easy to change bandages at home. He provided advice on what I would need, what to look for regarding further care and how to decrease the impact of side effects. All in all, super impressed with the staffs professionalism and stellar patient care, especially the injection of antibiotics which was basically painless. I would highly recommend HealthReach to anyone requiring urgent care. Most especially in the face of a raging pandemic. They are absolutely the team you want in your backfield.Update: Medical condition required a second visit. Per Dr. Matts instructions, I noticed the red flags he mentioned and made a second visit. So happy I did. It resulted in a visit to Cheyenne Radiology and a further visit with the doctor. He advised my case was more serious than wed first thought and recommended a drug therapy rather than a hospital stay. So relieved not to face a hospital stay! He made sure that my primary physician was copied on my records and advised to check in with him within a week.I remain amazed and encouraged at the stellar patient care at HealthReach Urgent Care! Its not often when you get crunched and your life is overcome by events out of your control, that the outcome is a positive one. But my experience with HealthReach was not only positive, it by far exceeded my expectations on every level. The patient experience with staff members is not just positive, but excellent throughout the entire visit. If you have need of urgent care, you cant go wrong with HealthReach! Highly recommend them!
Service was pretty speedy. Much better under the new management, from when it used to “Health Reach”. All the girls were very friendly and concerned about how they could help. Only downside, had to be referred to another clinic, due to maintenance on X-ray equipment.
There was no one in the waiting room when I checked in. It took 30 minutes to bring me back. They took a swab as soon as they brought me back. After that I waited for an hour before seeing a provider. The provider was very nice and helpful.
I have attempted to get in contact with management on several occasions at this point and was told the manager said we would be getting a call back but have not this was before Christmas. January 5 I contacted Sara V direct line and left a message and still have not received a call back in regards to our experience on December 17th. Mistakes were made and there needs to be a discussion but at this point it is obvious that this office is trying to avoid accountability for their actions. When you see this give me a call my number is in your voice-mail box and was also provided to you when you were contacted by the next care service team on the initial call.
I waited for an hour and never saw the doctor. We decided to leave and the front desk refunded our charge before we left the building.
Lauren, the NP that saw me today, was wonderful! She asked a ton of questions, listened to me, and was incredibly proactive towards my problem.I struggle with my health often, and can say with certainty that not all health care professionals are made equal. The Bluegrass location’s staff is awesome.
I went in for flu like symptoms. I ended up having a dangerously low blood pressure and a high heart rate. Dr. Otto told me I needed to go to the ER and when I did, turns out I had Sepsis due to Pneumonia. Without their help, I wouldve died.
Have been here twice this month and both times were a disappointment. First was for back pain. After giving me a shot the nurse disappeared for a long time. It got to the point I just walked out of the room and asked if I was good to leave. She was eating food by the front desk and had forgotten about me.This time I was feeling sick and had a upper respiratory infection that i caught from my step daughter. They ran a covid test and told me to take Sudafed. All I wanted was a doctors note and have been sitting here waiting for the results of the covid test for over an hour after being told it takes 15 minutes. Im still waiting as of writing this.
We had a great experience at NextCare on Bluegrass Circle. The process was easy (literally, you hold your camera over a code - go back to your car) they called us, did our intake over the phone. We were in and out within an hour. Covid test was simple, did not feel like it was going to touch my brain! I’m not sure what has changed, but everyone was friendly, it was fast and we got what we needed. Thank you!
I was able to get seen right away, seen, diagnosed and on my way in less than an hour! Great service!
Dr was great so was the staff.
Tony (E.M.T.) was awesome!!! Couldnt ask for better. He is straight to the point and has a calm demeanor. The provider was awesome today too! Usually when you come in late during the day its almost like you feel rushed to get triage and diagnosed and out the door but today it didnt feel like that. Thank you for everything yall do. Keep fighting the good fight!!😎🩺⚕️⚖️
Don’t answer the phone during business hours posted
Scheduled an appointment at 3:15 didnt get seen by a doctor until 4:30, took them until 5 to get the shots the doc ordered and they stepped havent let us go at 5:22. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Never again. The ER would be fastee.
Doc was awesome, not dismissive, like I am used to. Great staff!! :)
We took our 9 month old baby here and had such a pleasant experience. The doctor was kind and thorough, explaining all possible options. The nurses were excellent and had a wonderful bedside manner.
The nurse and doctor were excellent. They did a great job making my son feel comfortable and to not feel afraid during the visit. Very grateful.
Marsha is amazing and they got me in and out
I loved my experience with Next Care! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The no contact check in was easy and as a walk in it didn’t take long to be seen. Everyone was extremely friendly. I will definitely use Next Care again!!
My family and I have been to HR several times this year. Our wait time has never been terribly long. All the staff and Dr s have always treated us with dignity and respect. My only wish is that HR had an infusions room. I have chosen not to get an IV because I did not want to lay on the hard table in a cold room. Otherwise I am happy with my treatment there.
I believed a script was to be sent to the Walmart pharmacy. It is now 36 hours later and I have no message from Walmart that they have received and filled the prescription. I would really like to get it because my lip is throbbing.Thank you.
I came here twice for a work related injury and the staff was wonderful both times. I especially want to recognize Dr. Matt and Emily. Dr. Matt is very knowledgeable and compassionate in his treatment of patients. He is a provider that you can truly feel comfortable with.
The staff was super polite. I was in and out within an hour. The doctor was amazing!! I would recommend getting stitches here.
Great experience, very professional and personable staff
PA Phil, was thorough, and had good bedside manners. I thought he was great.
The appointment took quite a long time, but I guess that’s the nature of an urgent care. The doctor was fabulous, kind, and thorough, and everyone working there was pleasant.
Waited 1 hr and a half in the back room after being swabbed for flu and rapid covid test during a slow time and bare parking lot. Got a doctors note for one day and still felt sick so I tryed to go back in and get another dr. note for one more day and they said I needed another appointment! I’m not paying for another appointment for a freaking dr. Note I don’t know what they were thinking that I was gonna be better from 101 fever and migraine and full body ache I was gonna be better in 24 hours. I’m done with this place I’ll go else where.
Went in for a cut finger they were fast.
I was able to book an appointment online and check in from my car. Bernard was my NP. He did a very thorough assessment, patiently answered all my questions, took the time to explain what I needed to be on the lookout for, and got me out the door in less than 45 minutes.
Dr. Ptaszkiewicz and the staff were amazing and took care of my daughter when she was having an asthma attack. (First one in over 10 years). They made her feel comfortable and relaxed and got her straight in to a room without having to wait since she was in distress. 30 minutes later she went home feeling 90% better. Thank you!
Great customer service amazing care.
The wait time was less than I expected. They tested me for flu and checked that my lungs were clear to be safe, even though neither of those were why I went in. I received excellent care, and they made sure I had everything I needed so that I dont have to return. It was very reassuring considering the pandemic.
This office used to be my first choice for me and my children. I am not sure what happened but they went downhill super quick. Nurses are rude, front desk on the occupational side is rude. They need to get their stuff together. I am told I owe money so I pay it. Then the next visit I owe that exact amount again so I paid it AGAIN. Went through this process probably 5 times. Now its you owe money we sent you to collections you can deal with them. What was I paying this whole time then!!! Never will I go there again. Horrible experiences lately
Worst experience ever. I made an appointment for a sports physical for my child. I showed up 20 minutes early, then waited 50 minutes PAST my appointment time! They even let someone who had an appointment 30 minutes after us go early! Worst management EVER! Avoid this place!! If I could go negative stars I would.
Went in for a COVID test. Made an appointment 2 hour before, filled out the paperwork online. They texted me 1/2 hour before the appointment. Waited in my car until they Called, got the test. Everyone was nice and professional. No other place would give me the test for 3 days.
If I could give no stars I would! My kids just sat sick in a HOT car for 45 mins when we had an appointment online last night. We watched 6 people just walk in and get seen instantly! They do not answer there phone, and when you go in and ask whats going on you get told you still have to wair 45 mins past your scheduled time. They are very rude and unprofessional! Strongly recommend you do not schedule online as they will have you sitting there for hours.
I used to like this urgent care. I had bronchitis 3 years ago and I was thoroughly examined and I felt taken care of. The last two times Ive come in its felt rushed. The treatment seems to be a shot in the dark if they arent sure because they dont take the time to really look. Ill most likely try a new place if I need an urgent care.
It was really good 👍😊 the doctor was very helpful and couldnt of been any nicer and also she also said that if I dont get any better to come back the staff there is also real helpful and caring thank you all for your help
I could give no stars I would, sat in the waiting with my kids for a 1 1/2 then in a room for another hour. The lady at the front desk is very rude. This is after I made an appointment online and was 10 mins early. We got here at 9:45 appointment was at 10 its not 12:56 and still sitting here.
It was a good visit the Dr. Understood what was going on and figure out the problem
Got back into a room super quick but then sat waiting for the doctor for 2 hours. He hardly checked me out and didn’t listen to all my symptoms, just treated me for one of them. Then told me he would be right back and I have now been waiting for another 30 min. I’m sick and I would just like to go get my medicine and go home.
The doctor and nurses were great. The front desk lady was TERRIBLE. She had such an attitude and I will NEVER walk foot in that place again as long as she works there. You don’t treat people like that, I feel sorry for her and others that have encountered her. They should really do something about that, she needs an attitude adjustment.
I followed procedures to be pre checked in got there waited to check in and when spoken to the first thing I get was no hello or how can I help you I got there a 2 hour wait I continued to let her know I have. Appointment shed y name the just stated there some many in front of me and said nothing else I had to ask what does that mean to get a idea of what we were looking I under the line there and t the end of the week its difficult to stay up beat but we all come in cause of sickness and to sound like your pushing us away when jut getting there on top of felling bad is horrible it not the first time this individual has been like this to my or my spouse we are kind and resppeople that will say please and thank you to whom ever we are speaking to
Great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Showed up for a covid test. Checked in online ahead of time and filled out all necessary paperwork. Appointment time was 1215. At 1215 once I arrived I got a text stating it would be 30 more mins. After 2 hrs with no communication I finally went inside where they said this is normal and too bad. I stayed twice as long as my lunch was allowed hoping for care. If you don’t have an entire day to waste I would never go to this place. Honestly if you’re really sick stay away you could get worse waiting and never be seen. Could be the worst service of any business I’ve ever been. Goodluck and stay away from this place!!! Ps I was forced to put a 1 star id like to put zero if possible.
They were fast and efficient. Very professional. The drug screening tech was very nice and well mannered and efficient. Great over all experience.
I would give this place no stars if it would let me. I have been going to this place for 8 years for my DOT physical and always had a great experience. I even went in December 2020 with a great experience. Today I walked in, waited for the lady to check me in, she stared at her computer, didnt say hi or Ill be right with you. She finally said something never taking her eyes off her computer. With her not looking at me, with her faced covered with a mask and big plexiglass separating us, I asked her to repeat herself. She took her eyes off the computer, looked at me and YELLED what she had just mumbled. I replied to here question, she turned back to the computer without saying a word. About a minute later she mumbled something else again, I said I cant hear you. She turned and YELLED again. I turned around and walked out. Health Reach! You lost a loyal customer today, you lost me for life. AVOID THIS PLACE!! If they continue to treat their customers like this, they will be closed by the summer.
Dr. Kessler is great! Front Staff are great! Nurses/Techs/Radiology all great! Accounting manager....not so good. Never returns calls & seems to be gone a lot. The wait time has also increased significantly.
So first impressions are important for a reason. My first experience with these people was outstanding.Im sick, have an ear infection and bronchitis so not feeling well. They were very professional and treated me like family all at the same time.I know you dont want to be Ill but, the next time I will gladly return.
I love that so can check in online. I show up for my appointment 10 minutes early and am seen on time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great Care that is convenient with a busy day and unexpected illness.
We came here today because they were the only ones open at 7:30am. I wish we had waited for Stitches to open, our visit took 3 hours from when we walked in to when we walked out. They also refused to bill insurance for part of the visit. I highly recommend going somewhere else if at all feasible for you.
I’m not sure what the point of making an appointment is if you still wait 30min + to get called back and walk-ins are ahead of you. Once you’re back seeing the provider is pretty quick.
One word describes this place, awful. Scheduled online for 3:30 pm. Arrived and checked in at 3:12 pm. Walked in to check on the status at 3:35 pm. Learned that there were 11 other people ahead of us and that it was a 2 to 3 hour wait. At no time did the front desk receptionist make any attempt to let us know that our 3:30 pm appointment was in reality a 5:30 pm appointment (at best). Only one provider was on duty. Trust me, go anywhere else besides Nextcare.
Would give 0 if I could. The receptionist ladies had nasty attitudes and just completely unprofessional presentation. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was not seen until 30 minutes after my appointment had been scheduled. Terrible experience, terrible front desk ladies
I was very pleased with my visit today. Last urgent care I went to was quite the opposite, so considering my experience today, I know where Im going to go. The people at Health Reach were very professional, friendly, and prompt. In less than an hour, I got in and out and was also able to get my prescription.
If only zero was a possible choice. Made an appt. online for a shoulder injury. Just wanted a Toradol shot. Filled out paperwork online. Arrived 10 mins. before appt. as asked. Checked in. I was told to wait in the car until called. Waited in car for 30 minutes before called in. Shown into a room. Had a nurse check blood pressure and temp. Waited for a doctor for 20 minutes. Doctor came in asked a series of questions. I was told I need an x-ray. Waited another 20 minutes for that. Finally back in room. Sat and waited for doctor to stick her head in to ask which pharmacy I liked. She left came back 15 minutes later. My x rays looked ok, here is a script for a pain med. Bye. One hour and 20 minutes to actually to speak to someone for 5 minutes. Just wanted a shot.
I like being able to schedule an appointment. Got in and out on about an hour. I felt the PA was thorough and addressed me concerns. Glad I didnt have to wait to see my regular doctor.
Staff were all kind and caring.
Professional, friendly and very welcoming. I live in Laramie and work in Cheyenne. I called 3 other places before HR regarding Rapid Covid testing. Amber at the desk was so friendly and very knowledgeable with all my questions. Will definitely recommend and use in the future. Thanks again!
Today was the second time I brought my kids in to this facility. Everyone was really caring and helpful! The nurses were great and the PA and NP were great.
Great service! Everyone was so nice & pleasant which helps…no one likes going to the doctors! Thank you for the quick & professional care!
Great service. Kind caring staff. In and out visit.
It was a slow and confusing beginning to set the appointment for a COVID-19 test for me and my great/granddaughter. Due to the large number of people, the Health Reach staff underwent a waiting list. Thanks to Maureen Kougl, who helped us get our appointment rescheduled, we were able to check in and get tested the next day.
The service in the clinic is great, but you can’t reach them directly and every time I’ve had to get ahold of them I have had to call and wait for up to 30 minutes on hold to simply talk to a customer service representative who then will call the store and talk for me on my behalf.. This seems super backwards. I’d rather go to a clinic that I can speak directly with that location instead of waiting on hold for forever with a call center. I used to love this location when it was owned by Healthreach, but they got bought out by a larger corporation that has less to offer.
We have been trying to get into this place to be seen for 3 days. They canceled our scheduled check in twice due to staffing issues. Then today they changed their hours with out notice. This place is a mess. They used to be a good, reliable clinic.
Amazing front staff took extra time to figure out insurance issues. Nurse and doctor were nice. No long wait. We was in and outb rather fast. Nothing that made me say wow, but nothing to say bad either. I would definitely go back and recomend.
Scheduling an appointment was super easy and convenient. My FNP, Lauren M., really listened to my concerns and was compassionate. I would absolutely use NextCare again.
Jennifer (front office) is rude as hell. You should probably hire someone who - smiles - has empathy - and isn’t rude. That’s to start. Their policy of requiring my credit card is bull when we have insurance that is paying in full. That’s one of the dumbest things I have ever heard to make me give you credit card information when I don’t even owe anything. That totally sets me up for fraudulent charges if the accounting department is anything like the front desk clerk. We ended up leaving without being seen and won’t be back.
I checked in on-line at 11:30. I received three texts saying my approximate appointment time was 12:18 and to arrive 10 minutes early.I arrived with only two patients ahead of me and was called by a nurse within a reasonable amount of time. The nurse remarked how all of the exam rooms were open except for one.I sat in the room waiting for a doctor for over 45 minutes. I had to walk out after that as I am certain they forgot me. Front desk staff seemed unconcerned. The care here has never been stellar, but it has served my family adequately in a pinch in the past. As service continues to decline, this will be our last visit.
