Tennessee Reproductive Medicine

It’s been five years ago since I started my IVF journey I luckily got pregnant The first time everyone there was great I definitely LOVE Jessica Scotchie! She has great bedside manners, and answered any questions I ever had and she was really good about communicating back with my OB with anything that he would need to know!

We had a journey of trying to get pregnant for 7.5 years before we finally had our daughter, Isabelle, through the help of TRM. My only regret is that we did not reach out to them sooner during our fertility journey. We recently gave birth to our son, Miles, who we conceived with the help of TRM. Dr. Scotchie is very kind, wise, and professional and I love how vulnerable and open Dr. Murray was with us about his own fertility journey. I also was able to see their newest physician, Dr. Vukmer, a few times and she was also a delight to work with. We also received great support from many staff members, but in particular I thought their finance department was really kind and easy to communicate with. There is also a lot of informative content on their website that I found supportive to read when we were going through the journey of trying to get pregnant. I love that this clinic not only has a good reputation with high success rates, but they are also compassionate and empathetic. I often look at my children and our beautiful family of 4 and feel deep gratitude to TRM. Thanks 🙏

Dr Vukmer is one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and she has kept me comfortable and informed every step of my journey here. I feel like I’m in the best hands with this practice, and everystaff member I’ve meet have been kind and caring!

My experience with Tennessee Reproductive Medicine has been frustrating, mainly due to communication issues and poor service management. Whenever I’ve called, no one has ever picked up the phone. Leaving voicemails hasn’t helped either, as they’re never returned.I also faced a problem with sperm storage. I stored sperm there as a backup, but after having a baby naturally, I no longer needed this service. Despite informing them that I wanted to stop the storage and no longer required their service, they continued to store it and charge me for it. I’m still trying to sort this out with them.Overall, dealing with Tennessee Reproductive Medicine has been more of a hassle than a help, with unresolved issues and poor communication.-Update: I was able to resolve this issue. I think some simple improvements to their communication system could go a long way. I’m sure they provide an outstanding service on the backend, but their front end, ie their public facing communication system, needs some work.

Dr. Vukmer is wildly competent & has such wonderful bedside manner. She can also take a joke & offered personal info to ensure my comfort/confidence. I’ve never felt so cared for as a patient & felt so connected & confident in my path forward. She translated everything in terms I can digest & comprehend, didn’t make me feel like a leper, & made me so relaxed. I’ve never had fun while getting good care!If you’re looking for fertility specialists in Chattanooga (or Atlanta/Nashville) GO HERE. So straightforward, ALSO THEY WORK WITH INSURANCE!

I absolutely love the staff at this office. Everyone is very nice and caring! They take their time to explain everything and answer any questions, which is very important when going through something new and scary! Dr. Murray is very thorough and helpful, he’ll even draw you up a nice picture to make sure you understand lol. I have not completed my IVF cycle just yet to know if I will have a success but they get 5 stars from me!*UPDATE* March2021 I am now 13 weeks pregnant from my 1st FET from this clinic! I will most definitely return in the future to conceive again! I love the care that I received. I was confident in Dr. Murray’s protocol and the staff was very helpful. TRM was like a family during this time!

I am so thankful for TRM and for all the staff there. Everyone is great and willing to help. Dr. Murray is fantastic and really helped me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The nurses are great, I remember asking or emailing different nurses at times (not necessarily the one assigned to my case) and they were all willing to take the time to answer my questions, and I am the type that will ask several questions just to make sure I was understood and that I was doing it correctly. Thanks to him and everyone at TRM I am typing this review at 5 months pregnant after finding out we are having a baby boy!

We are so grateful for Dr. Murray for helping us with our dream- having a family! He is a very honest doctor and he knows exactly what hes doing. He helped us in every way he can and with Gods help we are now enjoying our twins! YES! We have twins- boy and a girl! Dr. Murray is a blessing to us! We thanked God for using him as an instrument to make our dreams come true. We highly recommend him to our friends and family!

Dr. Scotchie is one of the most attentive and caring doctors Ive ever seen. I had been to other fertility doctors before this office, but I never left feeling as calm and confident as I did after each appointment with Dr. Scotchie. She wasnt just my doctor, she was my biggest advocate and cheerleader through the whole journey. Im now graduated from their office and 18 weeks pregnant.

My husband and I were trying to conceive for a very long time. After going with my aog for a long time, i finally asked him to refer me to a fertility clinic. He referred me to Tennessee Reproductive Medicine with Dr. Jessica scotchie. She saw my case and after a lot of tests she did a ivf treatment. It was successful on my first cycle . Dr jessica she was very nice to me. And didnt do my embryo transfer until she knew i was ready. After a long time waiting i got pregnant. Unfortunately my baby came at 24 weeks, but she was able to make it. She was born on september 8, 2022. She spend more than 3 months in the nicu, and came home on dec 12 , 2022. She is a beautiful girl, and she growing fast. Thanks to my prayers to god and dr jessica i was abel to become a mother . I will definitely recommend this clinic if you have a dream to become parents..

The first time I ever went to TRM was 9/27/17, and my husband and I have been through multiple obstetricians and doctors who wouldnt take the time to listen or even care about our story which of course it was because we are young. I was overlooked by them. When i walked into the office today to see Dr. Scotchie she actually listened to my journey and cared. And for that I am forever grateful to have met this wonderful woman. Im so glad she is my fertility specialist and I am so priveledged to have her as my fertility specialist. She truly is a very sweet person who really cares about your journey and your struggle. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling to conceive. She is awesome.

Dr Murray is amazing and helped us achieve our dream of having a baby! We welcomed our son in September after doing Mini IVF at TRM. Im so thankful to him and all the nurses/staff there. Look no further if you are looking for a fertility dr!

TRM will always hold a special place in my heart and I HIGHLY recommend them for their compassion and expertise in infertility. From the doctors, to the nurses, both embryologists and the front desk girls, they ALL make the journey (both successes and failures) an enjoyable one. Drs. UPDATE: 1/6/22After several calls I was forwarded to Angie, an administrator, and received a follow up call from her and then Dr Murray the next day. Both demonstrated much greater empathy, professionalism, engagement, and clear communication than anyone I spoke with prior. Dr. Murray apologized on behalf of TRM, explained the shortcomings without dismissing the problems, and told me ways they plan to learn and improve from the experience. THANK YOU!ORIGINAL: 1/5/22Incapable of simple communication and follow through. Ive been hung up on, redirected to voicemail (never heard back after leaving a message), and generally not helped at all. Its been two weeks since I turned in a sample and Ive yet to hear anything. Ive called several times, Ive asked my doctor, his office has not received any correspondence from TRM.

Update: got specimens reviewed. DOC apologized greatly.Had a pleasant experience so far, except trying to get results from my husbands analysis. He was sent information regarding the portal, he made his portal, and we have yet to receive anything. We check daily when it said we would receive it withing a week, typically. They all claim the portal isnt great, but theyre working on it. We are worried that the sample wasnt even analyzed... This is crucial and the waiting game IS NOT fun

Haven’t even been to this practice yet but had to give an excellent review already! After spending weeks trying to get help and some answers from doctors in atlanta area, I reached out to Tennessee Reproductive medicine. Angie Robinson returned my call and was the most helpful person I have encountered in so long! I have been in tears for weeks trying to get help and today I was in happy tears bc Angie was so helpful over the phone. I finally feel like I am getting somewhere! Didn’t know it would take traveling to another state, but I feel confident that TRM will be an excellent choice for our family needs! Thank you, Angie! You truly were such a Godsend for me in a time where I really needed it!

Dr. Murray & staff were great! I had a wonderful experience with them. They make sure you know everything you need to. He’s also going to explain everything from beginning to end. Awesome Fertility clinic would definitely recommend!!!

I dare you to attempt to leave them a message after they’ve left you one. Just give them a call after 5 PM and enjoy your 5 minutes of prompts.

Dr. Vukmer is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and really listens to your health history.

Drs. Murray and Scotchie were such a blessing for us during our infertility journey and I would highly recommend them. The knowledge and care youll receive from the entire staff is top notch and we are so fortunate to have them here in Chattanooga.

A wonderful place! Dr. Scotchie is great and we are so thankful for her expertise and care. Staff are friendly and I never had to wait long at my appointments. Most importantly, we found success with TRM!

TRM made all of our dreams come true!We also felt like we were more than just a number. Working with other fertility centers that is more likely what you will find.Also they offer mini IVF! Which is the only IVF treatment we were open to. They were very respectful and open to all of our requests.Our baby is due in February 2018!! 3.5 years of trying, praying, dreaming. So thankful and we couldnt have done it without TRM. ❤️

We could not have imagined a better team than we experienced at TRM. The expertise, individualized care, and empathy is exceptional and rare. Our gratitude is beyond words.

I told Dr. Murray I was having vaginal pain during sex, he told me not to worry about it. I respected his opinion as a professional. I have now been diagnosed with colon cancer where the pain was.

The Doctors are very good, but the administration and staff are horrible, you can wait in your car for an hour easily before they can take you in, they dont answer the phone and mess up appointment time as they want and on top of that they are rude
