I enjoy my services when i come to the clinic. The staff is excellent. Brittany, Ashley, and Michelle are great!

The shots have made him feel better, but I dont appreciate the nurse flirting with my husband. He came home one day and said Ashley told him his butt was cute and that she was single. Very unprofessional and disrespectful, not acceptable behavior from a nurse.Hes also had trouble with the home shots trying to get the teledoc to schedule a call. He got two weeks behind and had to go back to the clinic where Ashley has made him uncomfortable and me upset.

I can attest to everything previous reviewers have said about this place - it truly has gone way downhill. Before their buyout/merger they were a great place to go, but since then EVERY shipment has been late ( 4 months total ). As if being late with hormones youre dependent on isnt bad enough, the clinic wants to CHARGE you for their mistake for the missed injection.There is seemingly zero communication between providers or any decent record-keeping going on. Multiple times Ive been told to show up for blood work - and when I do, the provider has told me Im not due for bloods yet or they dont know why so-and-so would tell him to come in - its awful.If youre reading this looking to see if this is the clinic for you, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Mark Dugger, an NP for the clinic seems to have a fundamental misunderstanding of estrogen/estradiol in males, on a few occasions after bloodwork Mr. Dugger has had me take anastrazole to manage estrogen, but when I expressed my concern about nuking my estrogen levels he said he wasnt concerned with estrogen levels in men. I wont dive in to it here, but that a simply dangerous statement.Reponse to owner:The location on Ziegler road.I cant say that Im surprised that the record-keeping is so poor that it doesnt show me as a patient - classic Low T Center !

Great staff that are there to treat the patient and not just a number. My last urologist was content with just barely getting me in the normal testosterone window. I still felt like garbage.

Their staff is good, but the pharmacy that they use is straight trash. The LT center is more than aware than the pharmacies continued issues, but does not do anything about it. Now, if the pharmacy does not send your shots on time (which is often), The clinic expects you to pay almost $60 out of pocket for their mistake. I would recommend going somewhere else

I have a mixed review about the low t center. The staff and process at the local Chattanooga office are great. The personnel thre are very nice and courteous. However , the pharmacy they use for self inject patients like myself, is very sub par. I have been waiting on my prescription for 2 weeks and counting. This is not the first time. Its been an ongoing struggle to receive my medication for the past year. They are going to lose my business if something doesnt change. Absolutely ridiculous service from village lane apothecary. Yes, I gave them a terrible review also.

Don’t waste your time. Started out good for a few months then had multiple issues with waiting weeks for prescriptions to be refilled. Been waiting 7 weeks for blood work results. Called 3+ times a week and left messages to the receptionist. Was told “a doctor will contact you” never got a call back. It’s been 4 weeks since anyone has even answered the phone.

Very confusing place to deal with. They keep making changes and everyone you talk to tells you something different. One time I’m told I will pay $155 a month as self pay and that includes all labs and medication, then I go for labs and I’m told that I have to pay for my labs out of pocket and pay a $105 every month. Yesterday I had my first Telehealth visit and I’m told I need to pay $105 every 3 weeks to get my shots. If you make a payment every month that equals $1260 a year but if you have to make a payment every 3 weeks that equals $1785 a year, that’s quite a difference in money. I would recommend finding a different place for treatment. Updated on January 9,2024. It has been 3 weeks since my telehealth visit and I still have not received my shots in the mail. The full name you want is my husband’s name and I’m not leaving it on review. Low T Center needs to figure out a better process because what they have right now SUCKS.

I have held off on doing a review but enough is enough heres my experienceI noticed my blue cross statement showed lower charges than what i should have been billed so i asked them to audit, they did credit back $275 (why should we have to audit?)I have been waiting 2 years for a deposit on my cpap to be returned after being approved on my insurance. That is over $300 i have mentioned it on multiple visits. They finally advised me that they applied it to an open balance when I have never walked out the door without paying a substantial sum. (See previous note about the audit) still waiting on a call back after I pointed that out.Here’s where they are about to lose meThey changed pharmacies and everything has been late for the last 6 months , the pharmacy they now use has 1.25 stars on google (village lane apothecary). Multiple disruptions in my medication.Now they changed the self inject process to “‘make things better” yet the same pharmacy is back ordered so no one is getting shipments. I am almost 2.5 weeks without my medication so that means i have to travel out of my way to go onsite. I have been patient but close to leaving them. The nurses are the only saving grace. However its a whole new set of people every 6 months?

I will just agree with about all of the bad reviews. Just called them today and told them I have moved on to a better local clinic. Im a self injector. I was on a hormonal Rollercoaster because I could never get my Test on time. Told me to stop using app that you atest to which screwed up everything. Then following that fiasco, the pharmacy couldnt get shots out for 2 weeks. I take injecting things into my body very seriously and wish they took it a serious as the patient does. I work out of town 8 months of the year so i cannot just walk in and get a shot when things go wrong, which is very frequent.

This place is ridiculous. Ive been going here as a cash patient for about a year and while the staff seem nice there are some major issues.1) They are smartphone app based. The app itself does not seem to be well supported. Ive had dozens of issues with it either not recording injections, freezing my payments, showing nothing when it alerts me that I have important messages from your provider.2) there is very limited patient support. When theres an issue and you call the office they tell you to either come into the office for a visit or use the app. This may work for people that are retired that live close to the office, but for those of us that have full time jobs and live an hour away it is incredibly inconvenient. Dont even bother with the app, the response rate is 20% at best, 80% is simply ignored.3) there are no reminders for when your labs are due. You show up to the office and its like, hey kiddo, pop quiz day. Also, unlike a standard medical practice where the practitioner calls you to review your labs, its your job to call the office and good luck getting someone to answer. Ive had to start the practice of calling until it goes to voice-mail, hang up, call, rinse and repeat.4) as a result of all of these things Ive had to stop and restart my therapy 3 times already because Ive had to go weeks without receiving the medication that has been already paid for because of one issue or another

The staff is good but if you do self inject go somewhere else. My injections have been late for three consecutive months. I cant get a answer as to why. The app is trash as well.Update. They have changed systems but now my insurance will not cover it. From what I gather lowT center labs has been going off of free testosterone instead of total testosterone. Now they want me to crash my testosterone so my insurance will cover it. This is one of the bigger dumpster fires Ive ever been a part of.

This place is a joke. Normally I dont waste my time writing bad reviews but hopefully I can save some of you some aggravation.I began treatment Jan 2023 as a self inject patient meaning I pay monthly in order for the pharmacy to ship my meds to my door. I do this because I live 45 minutes from the office and I do not have time to waste 2 hours of my day every 4 days. As soon as began treatment they switched pharmacies, took over 3 weeks for them to finally ship my meds after already beginning treatment. Meanwhile I am paying for self inject but wasting my time at the office.I pay extra for HCG. After my supply ran out their coveted App is supposed to alert the pharmacy to resupply you. Never came, you cant get a hold of anyone at the pharmacy. You can only send them a message and they respond 2 days later. 3 weeks or so later I finally get the HCG, Meanwhile my test levels are all over the place and so are side effects.Finally smooth sailing for a while, till bam I know longer qualify in Sept 2023. The provider who set me up in Jan did so under one set of guidelines and now Mark is telling me I have to requalify. And to do so I had to stop treatment for over 2 weeks then give qualifying labs twice within a week. After requalifying I had been off treatment almost a month. My levels were jacked up and so were the sides.I started getting supplied again...6 injections at a time. However I was told by at least 2 technicians they were doing away with the app and going to be shipping 3 month supply. I asked Mark when this was taking place, he told me like I was an idiot this is a controlled substance we dont do 3 month supply. Ok asshat why are your techs telling me this then.Went in today for labs so I can get my next shipment. Mark says I have to requalify...are you screwing with me I just did this. He says no you havent qualified since Jan 2023. GTFO dude I did it in Sept. Well according to Mark just stop treatment for another week and then come back. Are you for real! In less than a year my treatment for test or HCG was interrupted 4 times for up to a month at a time.If you need reliable treatment go somewhere else

I cant say enough about the level of service this facility and staff provide. Every visit has been met with a smile, professionalism and attentiveness to the patients concerns. From initial patient inception I was educated on the best treatment plan that not only fit my financial parameters but was also within my time constraints for treatment options. For a facility with a high level of patients, the staff has not lost sight of true patient care which is tremendous in todays market.

It just keeps getting worse, and Im not talking about the staff at this location. Im talking about corporate.Meds continually dont ship, and now were expected to pay out of pocket for what used to be a courtesy injection.Im done. Ill be looking for a new place asap

Was hesitant to try the low T center. After having started I wish I had done it much earlier. Feel more energetic and less mind haze. Only a few weeks into treatment but very happy with it thus far. The people are great and you are in and out very quickly. They seem to be more on top of cutting edge treatments than my normal doctor. I always get the same answers and the same tired treatments when I go to the regular Dr. I am happy to be trying new things and they seem to be working so far . The people are great. If you are on the fence then give them a shot. I do not think you will be disappointed.

I have been using this company for years but there has been some horrible business decisions made by them. I ordered my self injection kit over 2 weeks ago and nothing. I have called many times and if i can get someone i get the runaround they pass the blame. I called the alleged Pharmacy village lane apothecary nobody answers the phone and nobody ever calls back. While the medical staff are great the business is going down hill. I can no longer do business with them unless they clean up their game.Old reviewI have been going there for over a year and have had a marked improvement. The staff is great knowledgeable and friendly.

Ever since they switched pharmacies, my husband hasnt received on time shipments. Running out of HCG and/or Testosterone has been absolutely detrimental to his every day life. Its impossible to get updates from the pharmacy and no tracking info on shipments. Last shipment was placed two weeks ago and still nothing.With the old pharmacy, we would receive shipments before we ran out of his last shot...Were told to use the LTC Chat Support for updates that says a response will be given in 2-3 business days. Messages were sent on 9/8, 9/10, and 9/13. Not a single response on any message.We understand it isnt the location he goes to itself that is causing the issue. Rather, its the higher ups in Corporate who have made poor decisions with zero consideration for patients.

Great customer service full of positive energy. Quick, fast, and listen to any of my needs and always answers any of my questions. Feels like a good honest connection with all of the staff. Highly recommend anyone who has any questions about their healthcare to check this place out.

Coming here has really changed so much in my life!! It all starts with one phone call to set up an appointment, and the rest can become History! I absolutely recommend any man thats 40+ to get you Testosterone tested and checked just to see where youre at with it, cause it may be the difference between constantly being in a state of depression from unknown reasons, or feeling like a changed man that can actually take on the world we live in!! The place is awesome. Very friendly staff always willing to help. Low T center always refers out for other services. I tore my ligament in my left elbow. When the staff found out about my elbow. They put the referral in to see a top orthopedic surgeon. I use Low T center like my primary care office now.

I’ve been on the program since February. I was depressed and angry to the point that management where I work was noticing it. I felt like a wounded animal walking around lashing out at anyone who came too close. The treatment changed all that, it took about six weeks but my attitude and my health feel like I’m in my twenties again (I’m in my 50’s). I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time. Never should have wasted the years putting this off.

Always a good experience. Usually pretty quick in and out. I didnt know how much they actually did here till I started coming in. They handle tons of things regarding mens health besides testosterone. They actually find a way to get you feeling better.

This is one of those things in life where you can honestly say “ I wish I had visited Mark and the LowT center a lot sooner in life”. This has been a life changing experience for me and my family. At 54 I am in the best shape that I have been in for a long time. They have taken care of every facet that I was worried about as I got older. Everything is on track - my blood pressure, my diabetes, my sleep apnea and all my blood work is spot on and lower. I feel younger, healthier and stronger not to mention my weight loss has been incredible. They greet you with a smile and know you by name. I can’t thank Mark and his staff enough at the LowT Center for honestly saving my life!

I did a google search for Sleep Apnea treatment and this location came up in my search. Made an appointment online and filled out the requested info in which I indicated Sleep Apnea. When I arrived, there was no one at the desk.After a few moments, the staff member arrived and handed me an iPad to sign in. I signed in and then guessed where to go next. She then told me that she had given me the wrong device because I was a new patient. She asked for my drivers license and insurance card. She also asked if I need blood work and I said I didnt think so because I was there for Sleep Apnea.After doing the second devices questionnaire (mainly aimed at low testosterone), I handed it back and was directed to an exam room.Nurse Dugger came into the exam rooms and asked again if I wanted blood work. I said I didnt think so if it didnt help with the sleep study and was given more forms to fill out. He smelled like an ash tray.Many of the questions duplicated what I filled out online and what was on the check-in device (symptoms, name, insurance info). Some of the information requested I had now provided 3 different times.I asked the next staff member if they were aware that they were collecting duplicated data and could they not pull it from the info I already provided. She said that she would check but she wasnt sure where that online data was sent. She went to check and then came back and measured me for what I assume was a device to monitor my sleep.Nurse Dugger came back and asked me if there was a problem with the paperwork. I said that I had been asked for the same information multiple times and wondered if he was aware. He said most folks just print the form. I said that I filled an online form and I didnt see anywhere to print it. He said that I had been trouble since I walked in the door and if I wanted to leave, nothing would make me happier.So I left. Ill first start by saying that Mark Dugger is awesome!! He and the staff @ Low T Chattanooga are top notch. They care about your health and your time. Always trying to make things better and easier. Very Well ran center.I appreciate all they do for me.

Been going here a few years. Everyone is really nice. It’s convenient to have them handle a variety of medical needs like vaccinations and things like that too.

My husband went for his first appointment and signed in on the tablets up front as he assumed he should.He was later called up to provide his information to the lady at the desk and afterward went to sit back down and wait.While waiting the lady at the desk kept complaining to the other nurses that would walk up front to ask for things saying she is behind because she had this new guy sign in on the tablet and she had to sign him out and then enter everything and sign him back in or she has another new guys who signed hisself in and they need to put a sign up for these new people not to do that. After a few times he simply asked for his stuff back and left. New customers dont know what they are supposed to do and it is not good business to bad talk them for this in front of them.

This clinic is excellent. True professional’s and polite staff. Very knowledgeable and thorough. There might be similar clinics that are top shelf but I’d guess NONE are better!

Been coming for over 3 years really good folks and great service, this stuff really works!! I highly recommend Low T Center.

So people are confused about this place, so Im going to tell you about the testosterone injections info are since Im a long term patient of this place. So its $280 a month if u dont have insurance then after week 6 u can do at home injections which is $160 monthly. They do blood twice in the first 48 hours to test everything, not just testosterone. U got to have low results to be able to get shots After that u will get around 200mg shots weekly depending on how low ur levels are. Every 6 weeks are more blood test. Too much Testosterone can be bad like getting sore women looking breast if u abuse it. They do have estrogen blockers for that if that does happen. Visit are usually quick like 10 mins quick when they do the shots. If u are trying to bodybuild and think u can pop 1000mg a week, just forget it. Staff is friendly. They put mostly young talkative women as their staff for the men to feel confident like a promotion thing, but the doctors are professional.

I highly recommend anyone that needs TRT to check out The Low T Center. Everyone is great and they ensure you get exactly what you need through routine blood work and a personalized treatment plan.

If so that is truly sad. People have to come in for injections?! LOL, sounds like a money grab. You guys make your diabetes patients come in for insulin too haha? Every 7-10 days is also a joke. Sounds like you guys are really up to date on current science.

As a combat disabled veteran with tbi testosterone shut down for years.. VA hospital in kc that had me going from one horrible endo to the next The low t center of chattanooga has been a blessing !! i cant say enough great things about the staff their punctual labwork and expertise. I am extremely impressed and happy they are great and i highly reccomend all vets or civillians who think maybe they are having hormone or testosterone issues, GO HERE dont waste time and money... they are by far in my 10 years of bouncing around heads and shoulders above anyone ive came across, not even close..and they have the best most polite staff you could ask for...i truly cannot find a bad thing to say about this place.
