I feel relieved and so supported by the staff at LifeSpring. Thank you for taking care of my mental and emotional needs. I was entering a new chapter of my life and I didn’t now where to navigate next steps. I needed to hear a reassuring voice and a listening ear to help me get through my life changes. I’m beyond grateful that there’s a place like LifeSpring who simply welcome you with open arms and free of judgments. No matter the situation you find yourself in, big or small, please do yourself a favor and make an appointment with LifeSpring. They are discrete with reaching out to you, the facility is clean, warm and welcoming, and I can’t say enough about the staff. Simply amazing! My heart and mind are at ease because of them and for that, I am forever grateful.

My husband and I have been coming to the pregnancy center since I first found out I was expecting and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. They are so friendly, welcoming, and inviting. I am very pleased with the whole encounter! I highly recommend anyone to go to the center. I feel extremely blessed to have met some amazing people during the process!

*Note: I went to the Greenbrier location* Don’t go here if you’re looking for an abortion. They do not perform them and do not refer for them. And based on the box of plastic fetuses out in the open in the examination room and the general vibe of the discussions I had, they will try to discourage you.It’s a Christian organization, if you scroll down on their homepage it says it. This place is good if you are looking for free std testing and don’t mind being told how “committed relationships” are the best thing for reducing stds (they discourage having multiple partners, I have a whole pamphlet about it that they gave me.) There was a whole session with the nurse before the actual test that almost felt like a therapy session and she asked about my relationships, religion etc. I did feel like she cared and I was feeling vulnerable, so I spoke freely. At the end she asked if we could pray together and I said yes. I didn’t mind personally since I was raised Christian and just wanted free std tests. I was taken off guard at first, but I didn’t mind having this discussion and a short prayer if it meant free testing. So my personal experience wasn’t terrible, but I can see how other people might be uncomfortable, which is why I’m offering a heads up. However, I don’t want to think about how it would have gone if I was pregnant and looking for an abortion. This is NOT the place for you if you are.I didn’t want to review this place because the people I met were nice, but I had to just in case someone out there accidentally thinks this is like planned parenthood and goes there for an abortion or a referral for an abortion. When I just googled “Charlottesville Abortion,” this place popped up in the search results and that is NOT GOOD. I know they would try to discourage the person, not in the best interest of the woman, but because fundamentalist Christian ideology is the framework of this organization.If you, like me, are able to nod, smile, and just want some free std testing, this works.

The Pregnancy Centers of Central VA provide women with hope, help & practical support that gives them meaningful choices. Choices plural - not just one. To say they will not support you if you choose abortion is untrue. If a woman makes an abortion decision & struggles afterward (as many do), places like PCCV provide compassionate support, at no cost. Unlike an abortion clinic, who will only support you if you *do* choose abortion - a decision from which they profit.

This place was amazing for me and my boyfriend, The lady name Amy keeps in contact with us every 2 weeks . They are always open to hearing questions or concerns you may have, I recommend them def a 5 star in my book...

Lifespring is a very giving place which encourages the health, Independence and well-being of women, I am very grateful for their presence.

I like the Building Blocks program and how you can get supplies you need. And the counselors are there for you.

I am glad they have helpful information on all aspects of pregnancy and want to support families in difficult situations.
