Great staff. Facility needs some help. The young gal at the front desk really cares about her job and was exceptionally friendly. Dr. Beene was great! One of the best urgent care/ER doctors I’ve come across. Almost wish she had a PCP option!I’ve been twice now to this clinic. First time was very quick in-and-out. The second visit made me wonder if I should have gone elsewhere. (Even with an appointment, the visit took 2 hours). The facility needs some updates and a good cleaning. The room I was put in did not have soap in the dispensers and had a tongue depressor jar left me wondering about other cleanliness of the facility.Overall, If you need a scrip for a cold- no biggie. If you’re getting stitches or something of the sort, may want to reconsider your options.I would probably go back (with caution) just because of how great the staff was.
Great staff. Computer program was down yet staff maneuvered the problem professionally. Quick service and efficient staff. Very personal and professional. Front desk girl was great, efficient and caring. Tech was diligent; gave a great injection. MD was efficient, confidant and caring. Very warm and personal yet professional and competent. Would not hesitate to use their service again.
Doctor Beene has been my doctor for years. She is the best doctor I have ever had and is the only doctor I trust. But sadly her hands are tied on continuing to see long time patients like me because corporate is putting all these guidelines and rules on her stopping my care.
Scheduled an appointment just to be told in a rude way when I showed up that they were 3 hrs behind because the system had been down. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I have been receiving text messages all day confirming the appt but no text to say the wait is 3 hrs long. In my opinion the front desk receptionist was not friendly and the office was dirty. I went around the corner to CareNow and received much better service and was seen in a more reasonable time.
NextCare in Cedar Hill is wonderful!!! The scheduling process is super easy, checking in gives you options to wait in the office or an alternate location and I can’t rave enough about the lady who works at the front desk of this location as she is the epitome of what office personnel should be. Always pleasant, and extremely professional, and you can always count on her getting paperwork completed in a timely manner and correctly. She should train all medical front office personnel. She is a keeper!!!
My appt was at 9:20. I was not seen until after 10. Water fountains were inoperable. The blinds in my room looked as if a dog had got ahold of them and ripped them up! Tech was fast and efficient. Doctor was kind. Upon reading all the paperwork I received, not one mention was made as to exactly what I had! I hope the five medications Im taking cure whatever it is I have.
Had the opportunity to visit this location. The staff was timely and very patient oriented. The doctor seemed to be very down to earth and did not act as if she was in a rush to get to her next patient the way most caregivers do nowadays.I do hope they upgrade the facility soon as it appears to be dated and worn down. I will use this location again.
The receptionist was very professional and polite and of course Dr. Beene has excellent Bedside manners and take pride in being professional and thorough with her patients, but The Hispanic guy who took my vitals was extremely rude. It was evident he didn’t want to be there…I sat and heard the way he called patients back and he’s in the wrong field. Once he called me back it was I could since by his nasty demeanor he didn’t like working in an area that was predominantly African American. His tone was completely different when speaking to patients of other ethnicities. I didn’t want him doing any of my bloodwork. I’ve been going to that office for over 10 years and everyone would be so kind and professional, I’d offer to order Donuts or pizza sometimes because it would be so busy. I believe his name was Alex or something to that effect. He needs to find another job if he doesn’t want to be there. People are already sick and then to have to be treated bad by one of the staff…unacceptable!!!
To schedule this appointment for my daughter’s physical was extremely easy. Very convenient and most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced. There was a bit of a wait but the receptionist let us know what was going on and made sure to get us seen as quick as possible. The doctor was very curious and made my daughter feel comfortable. We will definitely be back for another check up
Went in for earwax removal after hearing a good recommendation. The doctor had her nurse perform the procedure alone. The procedure itself was very uncomfortable, painful and long. I left with the worst swimmers ear Ive ever had which is lasting for hours, and a prescription for antibiotics and steroids. Ive had many earwax removals in the past and none of these complications occurred. Lesson learnt.
After getting the run around at several other urgent care places, we were treated well here, and they took our out of state insurance. Dr. Beene was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was nice. Only complaint was the exam room was too hot, but I almost rather that than being freezing like typical doctors offices.
The place was nice and clean. Had to wait a little while, but I was I walk in. Next time I will check in online. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very kind. I will definitely use this facility again.
I called in for a walk in CDL physical at 5:00pm and the receptionist said, “come on in”. I couldn’t believe it after being rejected by 3 other doctors offices. When I arrived and checked in with receptionist, the doctor called me to the back before I could finish paperwork! Other places I called were offering me appointments 2 weeks out and showed no understanding that my CDL physical is my livelihood. I am new to Cedar Hill and I found my new doctor. Everyone was extremely nice and today they did a follow up call to see if I had all my paperwork. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I’ll be back! Thanks NextCare Urgent Care Cedar Hill-
Excellent Service! Everyone was very friendly and compassionate. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and took time yo explain everything to me and my son. Will definitely recommend to others.
Excellent service from the Nurse and the Physician Assistant or APN.The staff got me in and out quickly and I felt well taken care of and like my issue was important. The price with my insurance was great. The distance from my house was great.
This is top-notch doctoring and healing by Doctor Beene. She is attentive, flexible, smart, and will work with you. My chronic illness is being addressed, and the doctor has taken the time to review my research and listen to me about the pathogen that has plagued me for for more than 30 years. Doctor Beene has been immensely insrumental to my path of a cure of Enterococcus e. Faecalis, where even specialist have failed to identify and effectively treat my condition. I highly recommend Doctor Beene at NextCare UrgentCare Cedar Hill, TX.The front staff as well as the nurse were superb as well.
The team is very professional. They are nice, friendly and caring. The only problem is I waited for 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. It would be better if there could be one more doctor.
The receptionist, nurse and doctor were spectacular. Receptionist and nurse very friendly and the doctor was very thorough, polite, and relatable. If I cant get to my pcp this is my go to!!!!
Will not be going to that location again for sure, he litterly ask me how much I weight instead of actually weighing me. I also was litterly the only one there and still weighted over 25 min, they were there just talking and talking until I asked if it was going to take long thats when they decided to take called me to the back.
I took my daughter here for a sports physical. The doctor and staff were all nice and the appointment did take long. Will come back next year.
My husband, and I had a great experience, as usual there. We really liked Kelly, and she did blood draws without any pain for us…Dr Beene is the greatest! She is the best Dr we have ever had, and we take every chance to share that with people, she has always taken her time to answer all of our Heath issues for our age group… Thanks Dr Beene!
Initial interaction with front desk was not friendly nor pleasant. Was very rude at 1st and told me to just sit down. Dr came in seemed like very annoyed. Tried to “help” me but gave me meds that may treat my symptoms and seemed like to just want to get me out of the way
Took my daughter in last min, and was able to get x-rays fast. Rooms do need to be cleaned a little more. Other than that great people working there from MY experience.
CONSISTANT BEAUTIFUL HOSPITALITY: My son was complaining of chest pains and a headache. This was not my first time coming to NextCare urgent Care and each time the staff has been exceedingly hospitable! We love Dr. Bean!!! You can tell that she is passionate in what she does. She has a BEAUTIFUL Spirit!! Keep up the great work NextCare Cedar Hill!! 💖💖
They did a great job. I feel so much better. I feel like the staff saved my lifeIm very blessed and grateful 🙏
This was my second visit to NextCare in the last year. Great service from caring staff. I love Dr. Beene! She was personable with a great bedside manner. She reminded me of how my late brother, Dr. Anthony Hall, treated his patients. I will return when I am need of urgent care.
Check-in was easy. Seen the same day at the time that worked best for me and my schedule. In and out in about 10-15 mins. Dr. Beene was nice and answered the few questions I did have. Chose this location cause it was on my drive home from work (convenient) vs me driving to Addison to see my PCP the next day.
I really enjoy bringing my kids there for anything they need. Friendly staff . I don’t feel rushed. Great service overall
The visit was ok ….The Dr was very thorough and the service was timely….The place itself needs a complete makeover like floors cleaned and thorough cleaning ..However I got wat I needed for care…
The staff has great customer service. You are in and out pretty quick. The doctors and nurse are all amazing! NextCare is our go to Urgent care facility when myself or a loved one is feeling sick.
Clinic was dirty and made me feel uncomfortable. The exam room I sat in was filthy. The patient bathroom had urine near the sample cups. Check in was not welcoming and on a person phone call.
Customer service was great. The nurse was great. The doctor was great. However, the facility needs so much work. I can come for good customer service but the facility it will make me not be able to come again please upgrade your facilities make it comfortable for people to want to come in today Teara not already made the appointment, if I would’ve walked in off the street, I would’ve changed my mind. I hope that this message comes through very clearly because I want great customer service which are receipt but I also wanna be in a facility that I would like to sit in. it was very run down worn out like it had been there for 10 or 15 years please do something.
My son woke up with a sore throat. We made an appointment and arrived 20 minutes early. We waited in the lobby for 2.5 hours, way passed our appointment time. I filled out all the necessary forms at home before we left. The nurse was very rude. Once we got into a room we waiting another 45 minutes. The dr was in the room for 3 minutes and said she would be back to give us our discharge paperwork. Well that look another hour. Finally I left the room and found the dr at her desk asking about the discharge paperwork, she got them off the printer immediately. Horrible service. Would not recommend nor will my family ever go back!
2020 Update: even in this Pandemic, my service and safety wasn’t compromised. My experience was still wonderful. Was in & out, I make my appointments via web checkin. The staff is AMAZING 😉. Keep up the good work PrimaCare, this is always my go to Urgent Care.2019: Quick wait time, in & out within an hr. Professional staff & attentive to patients. Very clean & kept location.
I went to this urgent care complaining of abdominal pain. He mentioned that I would need a ct scan completed to get any results so I found one in my area that does them without contrast. Instead of stating it would need contrast he goes ahead and prints me a request for one. I never got a call back the next day from the report. I did go ahead and go to the ER (inconclusive) but they stated I should refute the $325 I had to pay for the CT scan since no one can tell what I need from this test without having contrast. Now I am out $325 for a test I couldn’t use.
The staff was very friendly. I had to wait a bit because of a lot of walk in patients. The doctor was professional and listened to my concerns and complaints with patience. Didnt rush in and out and realy cared about me as a person. I always come her when l cant see my pcp due to no available appointments. Great staff!!
Wait time was low. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Provider was patient, kind, thorough, knowledgeable and quick in the room. Everything I need while not feeling well.
Got in and I got out! Absolutely love Dr.Bean and the nurses are great . But if I have one critique, they need to update the facility.I was placed in a room. Ive never been in before, and its was not the best. On the other side of the building the foundation had separated from the floor which left a very big gap around the room. Which air was coming in which made my feet very cold.
Felt rushed the doctor didn’t come and tell me my results after test were ran she just had someone send my discharge papers
I gave 2 stars for convenience and easy booking of appointments. The lady at the front desk was rude and bland. No one wants to be greeted with a “what do you want” attitude. I brought my daughter in for a covid test and her insurance wasn’t accepted even though I’ve brought my son there with the same insurance a month ago. Communication tone needs improvement. People are sick and they don’t need a stink attitude to go along with it
I was greeting with reception. She told me I have been check in and nurse will be with me. Did not take long for nurse to call me. She was friendly and all the questions she ask was right on point. Omg Dr Beene told me in detail what I need to do. And she gave me information what I need to do. I was very impressed. I have never felt this comfort. Coming to facility felt welcome. Thank You ladies you all wonderful. Women Power. Other facility take note.
I absolutely love the care and professionalism displayed by staff and Physicians. Dr.Beenes.compassion and care for her patients is exemplary. .Professional, yet kind and compassionate, Dr. Beene goes the extra mile to resolve medical problems. This clinic exemplifies professionalism, care and kindness!
Very fast and easy check in. The front desk young lady and Doctor was great. They clinic immediately sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy. However, the pharmacy had closed. I was able to have them transferred and pick them up at another pharmacy. The clinic is so efficient and I have received two follow up calls. The people seem to actually care about your experience and I 1000% appreciate it.
I was unsure about going here but the receptionist up front with her sweet face made me feel better about being there. On top Dr. Jhasmun Crutcher came in with her sweet voice and her Patience. I didn’t feel like she was trying rushing to get me out of the waiting room. She actually took her time to examine my 3 month girl and was so helpful. I do recommend this place. Thank you ladies for your job!
Ive used their service in the past with my childs sports physical, from the front desk to the exam room, staff is excellent. I recently had to find a clinic for my grandson on the first day of school. I went with recommendations from school , that didnt work at all and location was not convenient. I took a minute to regroup and remembered my first stop last year, I didnt regret my decision to return...
Great. Medical practice. We were treated and diagnosed. Treated well.
Whole experience was great. Good Dr and medical assistant!
Fantastic care! Made appt online. Was in waiting area less than 5 mins. Once moved to a room, again waited less than 5 mins. David Lee was friendly, eased my concerns and thoroughly explained what to do to get better. Great visit!!
The pharmacist told me the medicine was better and stronger than the one Ive been taking. So Thank You
The staff were amazing and deserve 5 stars. The billing department is who I have an issue with. Going on 4 months waiting on a refund and no one replies to emails or calls with updates. Also, when you call them, their system transfers and then drops the call. Had to reach out to them a total of 5 times to even get someone who could provide me with information regarding the status.
Upon arrival I was hit with hot air as the waiting area AC was out. The lady behind the counter was not very welcoming but seemed out out even though her area was cold. She pointed to bar code to check in. Ok then I did that I and there was 4 ahead of me. Waited an hour in lobby which windows doors needed cleaning. Whole area needs updating. I was taken back and vitals taken in one room then to a patient room. Was told there were 3 in one room then I was next which took an hour. My room needed cleaning and be sanitized. Now all of that the PA and doctor Beene were nice once I saw them which was about 5 minutes. To be honest only a bug bite or poison ivy. I was in and out around 2 hours. I will go back praying they get some help and cleaning staff.
My son did his sports physical here and we were in and out and the staff was friendly
Nice visit, staff was friendly, Dr. Rhonda Beene was very professional and caring.
Had a great visit! Tony was great with me and my family! He even showed my little one the X-ray machine. The waiting time wasn’t long and the doctor was in direct with care instructions.
The staff was very nice and professional. Once I was called to the back, I was examined, got prescriptions I needed and left pretty quickly. I did like their app where I could see how many people I had in front of me. I had to wait over 3 hours to be seen, but I stayed home until there was only a couple of people left. The waiting area is clean and seats are a good distance apart.
This was the absolute worst urgent care experience I have had to date! From the horrible customer service to the filthiness of the facility, I will most definitely not be back! I paid a copay and waited over an hour for two blood draws, and to pretty much be prescribed something I was already taking. This was a waste of a trip. Ill stick with my other urgent care facility in the future. This was not it!
Professional and thorough.. took her time to assess all symptoms on my first visit.. NP Jhazmin was great. Now, I was not pleased with how my follow up (not walk-in) was handled. I was literally only one person ahead. Prior to being called back. An individual comes in stating they sat in their car waiting after checking in online. Instructions state once online check in then go to front office upon arrival. The individual sits. I am called back, I sit in my room for for 40 minutes, then hear the individual being seen. I knew it would prolong my visit.I was given this Saturday date as a follow up by the clinic.Again the NP and staff are very professional and thorough and takes her time with patient, only reason its not a 5 rating
Quick in and out. Been several times. Highly recommend. Will return again.
Fast and friendly service. Best of all, their in network with most major insurance and allow self pay if you dont have private insurance. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and Laryngitis and I was in / out within a total of 30-35 minutes. Great service.
Quick service. Thorough. Tested for flu, Covid, Strep at once. Got medicines for cough and sore throat. No waiting. Online appointment. Accepted by Insurance. Felt relieved to have such good care.
Everyone was so nice and helpful! And the wait was very short.
From the front desk to the nurse practitioner and everyone involved. The service was thorough and efficient. Thank you all! David Lee is amazing.
Very nice people clean place doctors and nurses are very informative
It was a long wait but I also was a walk-in. The lobby area was set up for Covid distancing. Once they called me back the triage nurse was very nice and took all of my vitals, gave me a thorough throat swab. I then went in a room and the NP came in she was friendly, professional and very thorough! I was very impressed to see that they were there to help and serve with no fear of catching anything they wore masks & gloves when needed. Overall, I would definitely come back here, next time I will schedule an appointment.
Hardly any wait time. Everyone was nice and personable.
Great service! Went for a sports physical. $35 in and out!
Had to go there for a fit test and drug screen. Both the lady at the front desk, and the lady who did my drug screen and fit test, were so incredibly polite and nice. Usually people I see at urgent care clinics couldn’t care less about being polite, not the case at NextCare Urgent Care. I highly recommend this place!
I always have a good experience when I see Dr.Beene. she is always thorough and listens to what you have to say.!Thank you!
Was able to get an appointment and I didnt have a long wait. I would definitely go back!!
Polite and professional! From the moment we arrived we knew we chose the right urgent care for our needs and then to be told, Thank you for coming in as we left. A huge difference from the other Urgent care near TGI Fridays!!!
Dishonest, the doctor and the billing department!!! Beware, this doctor will bill as a specialist and you will owe extra beyond your urgent care copay. False advertisement, I never even saw a doctor. 😤
I checked in today at 3:02 p.m. I was a walk-in and so I sat down. About an hour later it was a little after 4:00 p.m. a lady walks in and she makes an appointment right there with the receptionist to be seen today. The app on my phone shows on the waiting list that I was next in line to be seen. The next thing I know the lady that walked in at 4pm was ahead of me on the wait list. So I said to the receptionist its almost 5:00 now I see other names in front of mine on the app that werent there before. The receptionist says oh thats because she has an appointment and you are a walk in. I said but Ive been here since 3:02 and this lady just walked in and made an appointment she says well as a walk-in waiting for 2 hours is pretty good thats good timing !!! She said This lady waited for an hour and she had an appointment. The lady didnt have an appointment she walked in at 4pm and made an appointment right there at the desk. The receptionist did not honor that I was there since 3:02 p.m. I took screen shots of when I was next in line and when the other woman jumped ahead. Of me on the app.Its obvious to me that the receptionist picks and chooses who can be seen next regardless of you being an early walk-in or if you just made an appointment an hour after the person walked in.I was finally seen at 513pm!! The receptionist picks and chooses who can be seen next regardless of what the order shows on the app she doesnt even go by whats on the app. She has access to control the order of the wait list. Here was also 3 people names who were called but did not show. I dont think she is being fair and she doesnt really show concern about the wait time of when people come in.I also saw a lady walk out of the building with crutches to her car. She looked like she was in much pain. While I was still waiting to be seen I heard someone tell the receptionist that theres a lady outside still waiting in her car for you to give her her paperwork because she cannot come inside she can barely walk with her crutches. She had been waiting in her car for 2 hours for the receptionist to give her the medical documents she needed!!! I guess the receptionist forgot about her and then 2 hours later she finally gets up, gets the papers and goes outside to give to the lady that was on the crutches. Also whenever you call Uptown next care in uptown you cannot make an appointment like the lady the receptionist she never answers the phone even if you leave messages she never returns your call the phone calls are always transferred to a third party outside operator. The physicians and the nurse are all great. But I think management, human resources, or the corporate office needs to really get involved and deal with the customer service at this facility.People are really sick and for someone to be working for next care and to play games and play favoritism that is so wrong and its cruel but something should really be done about the receptionist and their customer service because they dont abide by the wait list thats on the app and then when you confront the receptionist about it she makes up another excuse. Its really wrong because people are suffering and hurting and I think if she doesnt want to work in the health industry she should find another job.
If I didnt need to be seen, I would have definitely not come to this location. Customer service is horrible. No urgency or care for customers needs. Why do places like this hire people with bad attitudes or those who dont really care for people? Then someone in the waiting room blast music without head phones...it was really sad, but I needed to be seen.
First time visiting here no complaints it was great staff and doctor time service all was good thanks
The medical assistant and the provider were excellent , knowledgeable and helpful.
Ive been 2x with 2 of my kids for ear infections. Each time the check in process has been smooth.. not an outrageous wait. 1st time I did walk in and they were honest about the wait time So we did go through a drive-through and the girl in the front kindly called us when it was time for us to come in period this 2nd time I did the online appointment and check in and I was seen at my appointment time and out in a timely fashion. Everyone was nice that worked there, if I ever need to go to urgent care again thats where well be going
All the staff were very nice and helpful. This is my first time going to an urgent care I was worried They wouldn’t honor my appointment time with the patients they had walking in but they did. got me in quick. X-rays aren’t done at this location so I had to go to the one in desoto and they were super nice as well. Definitely recommend this urgent care.
Needed some testing done for foster care cert. Took my kids here to get it done. The staff was very professional and friendly. Wait was not long at all. Facility was clean. One of my kids had an unexpected reaction to the test, got lightheaded and almost passed out. The staff were quick to attend to him and were very caring and compassionate. Their bedside manner is top-notch. It is obvious they really care about their patients.
I took my almost 3 year old in and had a pleasant experience. I set an appointment online and check in was smooth . The only thing is there is this weird smell in there . Smells like dirty bathroom . The lobby area was clean but the rooms need some thorough wall cleaning and trash cans with lids . I work at a different doctors office not associated with them and our higher ups grill us on these things so it just observations that I make .
Called the office the day before as directed by my job.Me: Do I need to make an appointment.Clerk: Well, our wait is about 2 hours. So you might want to try Arlington because they rarely have anybody.”Me: “ok, I’ll make an appointment.” I completed the online paperwork for an 8:40am appointment on June 27th.Day of Appointment. I arrived and there is one person waiting. I’m thinking, “why would she tell me that there will be a two hour wait?”After checking in…Clerk: yea, so we don’t have an X-ray tech right now. Arlington might have one, but I’mNot certain that their machines work. Matter of fact, I know Desoto will have one because I sent several to them yesterday. And you don’t need an appointment, they have walk-ins.After driving to Desoto, they refused to see me because I didn’t have an appointment. I told her that I was sent from Cedar Hill. With only two families in the waiting lobby, they still refused until I made an appointment for another date. So, I walked out and drove to a better community and location where machines work and who are willing to have enough empathy and level of professionalism to help people who are feeling well.
Wait time was as to be expected.I was quoted 2 hours for a walk in and I was in and out within that time frame. The lobby was extremely hot and uncomfortable! The staff was friendly. The doctor came in quickly and was very pleasant. She told me what was wrong, went over what to do and the prescriptions she was prescribing. Overall I’m pleased with the care I received.
Wasn’t To Packed..Went In And The Desk Clerk Was Very Helpful And Polite..Nurse Assistant Ms Karla Was Nice And They Worked In Accordance..Got Me In Diagnosed And Out In A Timely Matter!!!
Everybody who attended me was very friendly. they took care of business almost immediately the only bad thing about it is the process of applying if its your first time you going to spend an hour or two for sure LOL
Great place for a short visit. Very professional and caring staff.
Fast and easy! Love the convenience of the app, to where you can complete paperwork in advance, upload your insurance card and check- in.
Great place! I never write reviews, but I was so thrilled with the service that I received the other day that I wanted to share my experience. While appointments can easily be made online, I waited too late in the day to make mine so all were taken. I decided to walk in. Glad I did. They seem to operate very efficiently because I did not have to wait long in the waiting room, and when I was called back I had x-rays and saw the doctor in a short amount of time. I was pleasantly surprised. Another HUGE plus, the entire staff could not have been friendlier! Dr. Beene, Kelley, and the lady who greeted me at the front desk (wish I would’ve gotten her name) were awesome! Ladies - Thank you for being so kind to me! Dana
Was a great experience all around the receptionist was nice and friendly the male medical assistant was also very helpful and patient...Dr. Rhonda was very knowledgeable , friendly and informative...AND I WASNT EVEN THERE A LONG TIME THANK YOU JESUS!!!!
Good experience overall but the wait time was extremely long
The office staff was very informative and kind. When I was having trouble finding someone to see my grandchildren because of their insurance, they said they could help them. We were taken on a walk in basics and seen in a timely manner. The doctor was very nice and thorough. They are already doing better and will be forever grateful for their kindness and services. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs help.
I had a great experience other than the stupid facemask requirement.
Spoke with front desk named representative named Alexis, called to ask for phone number to cancel a reoccurring charge on my account.Alexis from front desk was very rude and insisted I have to show up in person for me to get the phone number to call to cancel this reoccurring charge.I asked if there someone else I could speak with that could maybe help and she insisted she was the only person working at the time.Very unprofessional customer service in front desk every time I’ve visited clinic.
My appointment for my daughter was at 5PM today, and it’s been 40 minutes and she still hasn’t been seen. It’s not a busy day nor was there many people in the lobby. The thing is, don’t say your available for a certain time and have your patient come in and wait. Time is valuable.Edit- an hour later, I asked how come we were not seen yet. Front desk said if there’s a walk in, then they will see them first even if there was a set appointment for another patient. Lesson learned- don’t set an appointment at this clinic because it’s not honored nor will they value your time.Updates : finally got into a room after 1 hour 11 minutes. After that, another 15-20 min wait until seen by doctor. Staff member did not identify themselves (“hi I’m the nurse”, “hi I’m the doctor”).
The doctor and staff had great bedside manner and seemed to care about my well-being. Although they were very busy, you could tell they were moving as efficiently and expeditiously as possible without rushing the patient or patient care.
This was my first time coming here, and I gotta say I love it. Dr was very nice and caring and took time to listen to me and diagnose me her nurse was great as well. The front office was professional and clean love how she sanitize while I was there. It makes me feel comfortable to know they care about there patients.
Don’t bother with making an appointment. You’ll still wait for hours. Even as a walk-in ! You can arrive a few minutes earlier than your scheduled time and the excuse receptionist always uses is “ we are running behind “. They’ve turned people away with this also saying they are running so behind they aren’t taking other appointments or walk-ins. After 3-4p.m. You can have an appointment at 3:15 and don’t get called until 3-4 hours later! I’ve been another time in the morning and I didn’t come out till after 4:30! No seriously , then to test you and wait again for results which should be a wait time of 20mins . But you can wait another hour just to get seen by the doctor. Doctor’s come in and out at that. Like why do we have to wait so long if you’re in and out ? Anyway, This even happens if you do a morning/afternoon walk-in. So just a heads up, if you plan and decide to come here make sure to eat and clear off your whole schedule cause you’ll be spending the rest of your day waiting to get seen. No matter how sick you’re feeling. It’s ridiculous!! Not once was I or my family there was an in and out kind of visit.. I’ve been coming here for years. And yes, I still come here. I say to myself “maybe this time it will be different “. 😏 Wish there was another one near by. Something has to be done here it’s always the same situation can be a day with just 3 people in the waiting room. Still the wait time is ridiculous! Feels like it’s being done on purpose. Do they want business? Other than that Doctor’s and nurses are nice in the back.
The doctor that I usually see wasn’t there today and she’s out for a while. But the nurse practitioner I saw was kind, caring, as she listened to what I needed her to know. It was a very good experience. It was 180° different from the last experience I had there. I’m glad I had a good experience.
They give great caring and compassionate service.
Scheduling online was fast and efficient, can quickly upload your docs necessary for the appointment. Staff was friendly and thorough! Would recommend. Schedule online so you dont have to do excessive paperwork upon arrival. My husband and I both have used NextCare✅
I always have a bad experience with the receptionist. The receptionist who initially welcomed me and my 3 year old daughter was nice but the other one was rude. After the friendly receptionist check us in we sat down. I received a text from them to upload my photo ID so I pulled my mask down so my phone could recognize my Face ID. Out of no where the rude receptionist says, “ma’am you do have to keep your mask on at all times. I just sent you a link for you to upload your phot ID.” Since I was told to keep my mask on I approached the window so the receptionist could enter it in on their end. The rude receptionist said she couldn’t do it since she doesn’t have access so I asked the friendly one if she could do it and she said yes. I had a bad experience with the last receptionist at the Desoto location and that is why I came to Cedar Hill. Next the medical assistant must have been tired or had a bad day because his communication skills lacked, I could barely hear him and it was not the mask. He took my daughter’s vitals and nothing was communicated with me about it. He asked me to pull her mask down so he can swab her nose. He didn’t even tell me what she was being tested for, later the provider told me for flu. As far as the provider she was friendly but we again waited for awhile. It seemed like she was the only one available to see patients. She did communicate with me and answered my concerns. Overall not good experience, the only good was the nice receptionist and the provider. The worst part was being talked to very rudely in the lobby by the receptionist (she had a unique hairstyle, the side was shaved off) especially while other clients were around. That is the reason I will look else where, not even another location but a different business overall. Overall the wait time was horrible and I had an appointment; was there an hour and a half.
My son brought my granddaughter there because she had been running a high fever for two days. Tess was ran. The conclusion was no Covid no flu or whatever else in the end results. No medication was given to my granddaughter and I have a problem with that because I literally watch this child shaking from a fever. I’m assuming since she was not running a fever they assumed oh everyone has been coming in with the same symptoms. If her dad in with flu like symptoms and they live together i would assume it’s safe to say she got the same issues he was having. So my question is why was he given medication and she wasn’t and she is a child. Maybe because he was seen by a woman and she was seen by a man with less empathy. But whatever the reason wasn’t right and this the reason for this review now let’s see if i get a call back from the provider.
Very kind and caring staff. The facility was dirty and needs remodeling.
They were attentive and took the tests to figure out what the cause if my symptoms could be. Not to forget they saw me the same day I wanted to go in. No waiting a month out.
Made an appointment for my mom at 11:40 am got there earlier to see if they could see her. We got seen around 12:00 Dr.B is very nice but the waiting period to get seen and to get discharged is not the best. The medicine was forgotten to be sent so when we got to the pharmacy ( 30 min after leaving the clinic ) there was no medicine in the system. I had to call and they said they forgot to send the prescription so we had to wait 30 more minutes at the pharmacy. Doctor is great , nurse as well but they need to work on their time management.
It was quick; i was in the waiting room for 15 minutes and I didnt sit in the clinic room more then 2 hours only about 30 min. I was very impressed with the staff and the doctor. I am an RN and I do rarely give 5 stars.
The staff was friendly and professional.Dr. Beene was great, she took the time to hear what your issues were and she explained what was going on.
PrimaCare is a nice place. The wait was not long at all! Services are surrendered faster than going to an Emergency Room. They practice social distancing which is excellent. 👍 Staff is professional, kind and understanding. The doctor is concerned about your health. And Im feeling better! 👍 Thank you, PrimaCare!
Sorry to say that this location sucks. Not what it used to be. No A/C in the lobby, you set an appointment and still have to wait over an hour. Place smells bad and neighbors are noisy. This place lost his charms and great service. Top notch. Improved the performance. Web page to schedule and pre fill paperwork is great. Receptionist was great and went a step ahead to provide great service. As always, doctors and nurses are on top of their game. Thanks.
Very nice pleasant personnel. I saw Dr. Jasmine. Very impressed with her professional consultation regarding what I was being seen for. If I ever have to go to Urgent Care for anything, this will be the Urgent Care I will be going to. Thank you!
I had appointment on Thursday Nov 17 at 500pm. When I got there the appointment was rescheduled by staff for Monday at 200pm because my case was workers comp and that dr would not be in until Monday. I got here at 145p and was told it would be an hour. It is now 331p and I have still not been called back. People who made appointments earlier in the morning were seen before me. I don’t accept that there is one doctor excuse especially when you know the volume of individuals coming through.
They took great care of me. The wait time is a little long sometimes so plan your visit ahead and be prepared even then to wait. They told me an hour wait but it ended up being shorter. They play fun movies in the waiting rooms and exam rooms so that made my stay more fun.
I had a nice visit. It has a nice clean atmosphere. I think the front desk secretary probably has to many duties. She seem to be focused on too many things( All job related of course) Lighten her load other than that I would have given this place a 5 star. The gentlemen who did my xrays was very kind and patient and the doctor was attentive and very friendly, she seem to really care about my complaints.Thank you,Stephanie Davis RN
No appointment necessary and still reasonably timed and kind service.
I was there for 3 hours! I have to say the PA was thorough, tested me for Covid and the flu. I waited on the results for an hour. I was in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours before I was called back. My doctor couldn’t see me so I had no choice. I think I will look for a different PrimaCare! Also, the rooms smelled like propane, very weird!
Got us in and out for a last min. School physical. Thank you ladies!!
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I took my 6year old here who has asthma and was wheezing and it was literally only one person when I got there. He was called to the back while my son and I were in the lobby waiting. What kind of medical professionals do y’all have? As if wheezing is not a medical emergency. Ended up having to just bring him on to children’s but I wanted something immediately because you could clearly hear him wheezing. I wouldn’t bring my dog to this place because evidently they don’t know how to triage.
I had a very pleasing experience here. Very prompt, courteous, and thorough. My son wasnt nervous at all.
Worse experience ever! Had an appointment and waited more than 3 hrs sitting in the exam room. No has came in to tell me there is no dr so instead of informing me so I can reschedule they make me wait more than 3 hrs in the exam room.
Went for walk-in and was told it was a 2-hour wait. I asked if I could complete the registration forms, turn them in and come back when they were ready and was told I had to stay for the whole wait. Not worth my time driving here.
Super nice staff. The wait for a COVID test was about 2 and a half hours, but for a walk in I’m more than thankful they were able to give me a test since most places require appointments or were closed today due to the New Year. Doctor was nice as well and I should have my results in 3-5 days! Thank you PrimaCare.
Took my child in for pain. Let me say that person that sits in the front getting you checked in I Appreciate her because usually yall are the 1st person we see its always great to have a Good Attitude. I was tired just got off work and had to take my son in to be seen I just appreciate her for being friendly. Time Management was on point the Doctor THANK YOU for all you do. Thank you for genuinely caring for your patients. She came in check my kid out and new exactly what was wrong didnt keep us waiting long. I Appreciate the team at PrimaCare Great Service well done Ladies.
My visit with PrimaCare was a very pleasant experience. My appointment was on time and the nurse and doctor were extremely helpful and caring. I always like when a doctor ask if you have any questions. Most important to me was I didnt feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this facility!!!
My wife took me here when my fever would not go away after 4 days I work outside and got heat exhaustion and out me out of commission we went in because it seemed to many days and fever would bounce from 100-101 and although they did do all the basic checks to exclude possible COVID or flue and took my blood while talking to one of there doctors she mentioned that to much Acetaminophen which I told her I was using NyQuil and DayQuil to reduce the fever was bad she went over the proper time lines and the change to Tylenol and ibuprofen alternating. While there I did a search of Tylenol I never get sick so not familiar with all these things and found that it has the same Acetaminophen so I was a bit confused as to what the difference would be started checking things online while there and found an article that said Acetaminophen for patients with heat exhaustion was bad stopped taking any medications did not follow what they told me and the next day felt better no more fever hope this helps someone heat exhaustion is serious I’ve been working outside for 10 years in Texas never had this happen will take it more seriously from now on butJust because it’s a clinic or there so called doctors doesn’t mean they no what there doing in my opinion a lot of times they send out the assistance to see you from now on making sure I get someone with experience
Great job. Thank you. People super friendly
The staff is very friendly and professional with beautiful bedside manners. Dr. Beene was very caring, considerate and thorough. She made me feel much better!
I visited this place back in June , they sent me bill two months later for me and my sone with unrealistic charges there . I called to understand the agent said it looks like there is an issue I will call the McKinney Texas clinic and get back to you. Of course nothing happened after. I decided to pay it and not use their service again specially they havent helped me that much in medical side . I paid my invoice through doxo it took from them two month to clear the check and they havent applied the payment into my account , called three agents this morning heard three different scenario, I have all the the support documentation that shows they cleared the payment, however, Im still showing I have the same balance, called emailed spent almost for hours with no luck. Please dont waste your time there . ITS SO FRUSTRATED
Our experience here has been good. I would suggest you schedule an appointment in advance and do the early check-in. Be prepared to wait if you don’t. JP and Dr. Beene were attentive and great to work with. The place is neat and clean (which is always comforting).
No sense of urgency for an urgent care facility. They have no sense of respect for your time or understanding of what making an appointment entails or implies. Have some self-respect and go literally ANYWHERE else.
Im old and in a W/C but easy access and very helpful MA with getting settled in a room. The NP was very caring and talked about my problem and reviewed my overall health issues before making a care plan. Thank you Adrian MA and Jhasmun Crutcher FNP for your caring examination. I will be returning and recommend your services.
Went today about 5:15 and waited over an hour to be seen. Don’t go this time of day because there is no A/C in the lobby. So very hot! Everyone was sweating. Once taken back the back area was super cool so that was a plus but please, NextCare, fix your A/C!
Although the wait could have been better, it was the least of it. With Covid’s day and age, it’s expected. Once I was in their care I felt I got exactly what I needed. All the staff from the receptionist to the doctor were amazing and friendly. I’d visit them again for any future health worries!! Thank you to all the team!!!!
Staff was very professional and nice. No long wait time to be seen and treated. Physician/PA-C were excellent and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use this center again if ever needed.
The service was fast and they were able to do curbside treatment for me due to my symptoms. Everything was great the only reason I rated 4 stars and not 5 was because website states Rapid Covid Testing however they do not do rapid testing, the test has to be sent to a lab and was told it could take 5-7 days for results. The main reason I scheduled appointment here was for the rapid testing but I was still tested so I am glad they provided.
Evening of 11/02/22 I called to see if I could bring my 81 yr old mom in to be checked out. She was having some chest pains. I was told as long as I arrived before 8pm she could be seen as a walk-in. I arrive at the facility as was refused service even after I explained that my mom was elderly and in pain. I told the man that if anything happened to her I was coming back here because he refused to see her. He had the nerve to say that was fine. No sympathy or anything! I would like to report him. I believe they were just trying to leave.Negligent behavior....I wasted time driving to the facility when I could have been driving to somewhere else to get her help.I would like to report the young man that refused my mother service. Pull the video footage. I do not have his name or position.
Online appt and check in were MUCH easier than Care Now. The 3 staff members were friendly and efficient. However, I gave 3 stars bc of the condition of the office and uncleanliness. Compared to any other medical facility, this one was stark, run down, and dirty. It looked as if they were about to close their business, furnituremissi g but the floors hadn’t been cleaned underneath yet. The baseboards were falling off the walls, the shades had seen better days, the window ledges were very dusty, and the furniture looked like it came from a garage sale. We have used Care Now numerous times through the years, and their facilities and staff are both clean and professional. This prima care was the complete opposite of that, and the employees of the facility deserve to work in better conditions. My teenager even noticed and mentioned it! The only reason we didn’t go to care now in the first place was bc we could get an appt faster here, but now I know why. If the owners are reading this, PLEASE bring your facility up to our cities standards!!! A business is only what you put into it! Thanks for allowing me to speak up here.
This was my first time here and the experience was great. I checked in online (recommended), got my text 30 minutes ahead of my arrival time, and waited less than 5 minutes after completing paperwork. The office staff, the nurse, and Dr Beene were friendly, timely and professional. My diagnosis and discharge paperwork was explained in detail and my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy electronically before I left the building. Everything was clean and tidy. Im not in a hurry to go back to any doctor, but if necessary Ill come back here.
The staff was very nice but the wait was quite long. Im not complaining because I needed to be seen today and they still had appointments available in the evening.
All staff were pleasant and professional. Dr Beene was wonderful. Very nice visit and so glad I chose Next Care Urgent Care.
The wait was average but the care was outstanding. The nurse and the doctor was thorough and quick. Dr. Beene was to the point in a warm comfortable way and I felt our time was not wasted. The nurse took time to get us to a close pharmacy because we were out of town. We will be using PrimaCare again.
This is the absolute WORST service I’ve experienced in my entire life. Appointment was at 2:30pm wasn’t seen until 4:00pm. While waiting an older man a little less experienced with technology came in with questions and the woman working the front desk was being SO RUDE to that poor man. The building itself was pretty nasty looks like there’s been no cleaning since it’s opened. The bathrooms: DISGUSTING, no toilet paper, no hand towels, no soap and when we told the front desk lady there was nothing she didn’t give a care in the world. Online it says rapid testing, well that’s a lie it’s 3-5 business days. This place really deserves 0 stars.
Wonderful service! From the receptionist at the desk, from the med asst checking his vitals and the nurse practitioner in the exam room it was fast! I brought my 10 yr old on a Sat afternoon didnt wait long, quick diagnosis and he was feeling better within a few hrs after we got home and Rxs were sent fast to the pharmacy. Thanks so much! Highly recommend!
The visit was a good visit. The nurse and Dr. Beene were great. Very informative and patient. Pleasant disposition. The front desk clerk did her job but was clearly bothered we came in at 4:35 on a day the close at 5:00. She wasnt rude. Just gave that look like I know you didnt come in here 25 minutes before we close. Again, she wasnt rude. Or, maybe it is me. Maybe she had a bad or rough day. I will recommend this locations to others and will return myself.
Everyone was very polite, informative, inviting and compassionate! The wait was a bit long, however; it was worth it. They ensured that my immediate medical needs were met. Thank you NextCare!!!
I made an appointment online the day of and completed the required paperwork online before my appointment. Once I was there and checked in, I only waited maybe 10 minutes before being seen in the back. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I’ve been to other urgent cares in the area with similar systems, but this one has been the most efficient! I will definitely return if i need assistance again!
My overall experience went well with all the staff from the front desk, to the tech, even the doctor 👩⚕️ showing the great patient care, and manners. The only thing I would recommend is it could be a little bit more cleaner
My family and I have been going to this location for the last few years, for everything from sprains, sports physicals and illnesses and we have always received good service. Yes, sometimes we’ve had a long wait time but I have the sense to understand that there are other patients who are being seen and you just have to wait your turn.( It’s urgent care!) Just because there are only a couple of people in the waiting room doesn’t mean there aren’t patients in the exam rooms. I can’t wait for the Desoto location to open, I know I will receive the same great service there as well.
Efficient and Professional physician and staff. Received a call from Dr regarding my lab results and cultures when completed. Follow up instructions given verbally as well as written.
The workers were very nice and showed professionalism!
The lobby was setup 👌 for safety purposes and very organized. I previously had an appointment so it wasnt a long wait. Everything from the receptionist and nurses were excellent, very kind and helpful. I liked the text notices that were very informative. Thank you for your service. 🙏
Went in yesterday for a bad pain I was having on my shoulder, the nurse Amanda check me in and took my x-rays within half an hour of me arriving. She was so sweet & funny, listened to all my concerns and took attentive notes, and seemed to really care! Had me taken care of in no time, great location wonderful staff!
I’m very satisfied with my visit today. My daughter couldn’t be seen until next Monday by her pcp. I was able to get all of the care needed, questions were answered, and the correct medicine was provided to treat my daughters conditions. I’m usually leery about trying new places, but I felt completely comfortable as the np shared that she too experienced some of the things my child had. Clean place and timely service.
I really like the place! I didn’t have an appointment so I did a walk in. The ladies were really nice and the doctor went the extra mile to figure out the issue. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars because I did have to wait for a while, which is expected in this day and age. If you do try this place out, just expect to be waiting.
My experience with NextCare was perfect, polite, prompt, good customer service. And the physician team is awesome no wasting time. I rate this facility the top number there is.
We have brought our daughter here twice now and they have always taken such GREAT care of her. We tried the online check in this time and I am happy they have it. We arrived, checked in, waited maybe 5-10 minutes, got called back, saw a nice doctor of waiting 10 minutes in the back. She was very thorough and listened to everything we had to say and had concerns for. We will continue to come here. Thank yall for your AMAZING Team and work yall do. God Bless!!!!!!
Wait was a bit long, but the staff made up for it. They were all so very nice a accommodating. Quick diagnosis and treatment options. Dr. was very nice and thorough.
Fast and efficient. Dr was attentive, listened, was not rushed. I got the antibiotics I needed. The bathroom where I had to pee in a cup had no water faucet to wash hands. It was distressing.
I came in to get my physical done for college. The lady in the front was unprofessional. When I was called to get my physical done, they put me in a room at around 5. I’ve been sitting in the room for almost 2 hours, near closing time. I needed the physical to be done that day, and they forgot about me in the room.
They had me in and out. Loved the customer service from receptionist to medical assistant, especially the black nurse practitioner, sorry cant remember her name. I showed up as a walk in around 8:30/9a. I only waited 15 minutes because someone else had did a web check in bumping me to #2. The Nurse Practitioner had a thorough diagnosis and got me the meds needed. I felt better within hours. I have insurance and its cheaper than the emergency room. You can get seen quicker for less money and get the same results. Ill definitely go back if I need care. If you know it may be a busy day or time, do a web check in so you dont have to wait.
They are thorough and detailed. It took a little longer than I’d like but the nurse practitioner is knowledgeable and friendly. I was nervous about going here because I’m new to the area but I like them here. I’d be willing to come back if I had to.
Check in was easy didn’t wait to long in lobby but when I got to the room I waited almost 35 mins before dr came in she was very nice and sent prescriptions over and gave me discharge info
Waited for over two hours in the waiting room (from 5:30pm until 7:50pm) there was only one other person in the waiting room when we got there so it’s not like they were really busy. The two stars are for the lady at the front desk. She was very polite and even let my son pick out a movie to watch on the tv in the waiting room. There was only one doctor working and she spent less than a minute talking to me about my daughters symptoms. I felt rushed and I was even cut off while trying to explain something to her. She was nice but obviously overworked and trying to rush me out of the office. The assistant who took vitals wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t nice either. Actually she didn’t say much of anything...just took my daughters temperature, blood pressure, etc and told us to wait in a different room.I probably won’t be back. The wait was rediculously long and the staff wasn’t very friendly. I still can’t get over how long we waited in an empty waiting room. It would have been faster to go to the ER.
I thought they were closed when I walked in. When I tell you that this place is absolutely HORRIBLE that’s the nicest way that I could put it!!! We walked in & there was NOBODY at the open window. I stuck my head in the open window (as in NOT slid closed; talk about HIPPA, huh) & yelled Hello & nobody said a word. So I had to go knock on the side door very hard & ask the gentleman if there was someone that could help us. He said that someone would come to help me but that took and additional 10 minutes. The young lady, Alexis, came to the window with Nike slides on with a what looked like hot sauce on them with the NASTIEST attitude ever. Now why in God’s creation would someone come to work in Nike slides & scrubs?! This was a clear indication that was about to be a mess SMH. She handed me a clipboard and said that she’ll be back up here (to the front desk) in a minute. She evidently went to finish her food. After a few minutes she came back with a styrofoam cup and wearing AirPods. She definitely was over the day & didn’t care about the others outside of my son & I that were needing medical assistance. This has been by the far the WORST experience that I had & if this wasn’t an urgent matter I would have went somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this place!!! Then this office has the unmitigated gall to have a sign posted that reads Aggressive Behavior will not be tolerated as if this type of behavior won’t make you wanna match their energy SMH! Do better because we as patients expect and deserve better!
The NP and whole office staff was a pleasure to work with. They truly cared for my husband and I, and didn’t rush through our appointment. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for quality care.
So my child was not feeling well. This facility is out of the way but I choose it. Everybody from front office lady to the MA to the practitioner Jesilinah were very nice. The front office Assistant quickly got us checked in.The MA was kind and reassuring to my child even when required performing tasks that made my child uncomfortable. The provider however, was the icing on the cake.Jesilinah spoke very caringly to my child. She asked question in a calm way and was not hurrying through the procedures. You could see she was interested in my childs health as well as his stories. When the results came she explained everything to me, page by page making sure I understood the recommended medicines and other protocols to follow.I have been to many clinics where you feel you are just a number. Although nobody ever looks forward to being sick, this lady Jessy is who I want taking care of me and my family.
The wait was not long and the overall process went really well.
I usually hate going to places like this & especially now since covid is everywhere. To my surprise the office was spotless, chairs moved apart, rooms sanitized & everything. My experience was smooth even though I had to wait. The doctor addressed my concerns & got me on my way. If your regular doctor cant see you I recommend coming here.
I would recommend you guys do something about all the extra paperwork. We fill out all the paperwork on line checking in and believe me it’s a lot then get there and there are a lot of the same information already been filled out. Totally a waste of time also time can be better, I checked in at 1:30 there was only one person in front of me and I still didn’t get called back until a whole hour later. Other than that the people was friendly.
I set an online appointment for a rapid Covid test. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and learned they couldnt perform a rapid test. This was my 4th facility (not all PrimaCare). I was told results would take 3 to 7 days. I was frustrated but had to go through with the test. It too an additional 30 minutes to get the test done. I let the fact of going to 3 other facilities and the time to see a doctor get to me and that raised my blood pressure! To be fair, the workers were friendly and did their jobs well.
Lady at the front desk is rude and quick to catch an attitude. Came because my antibiotic treatment was not working and my PCP’s office was closed for the holiday. Instead of driving all the way to Mansfield or Arlington to be seen, I found that this location was in my network of providers. I did everything on my part, but had my appointment canceled due to wanting to wait in the car due to me knowing my symptoms. Finally get in, and accused of nothing being there when called though I had to state I was waiting in my car. Doctor Tried to imply that my health issues were the reason for me catching laryngitis….but I got what I needed in the end…hopefully Next time I’ll just make the drive instead of wasting my time here.
Service at the clinic was good but still waiting on a prescription. My child is sick and needs her medicine. Its already been 2 days. Ive called multiple times requesting it.
Most of the staff was very polite and accommodating, but one of the assistants made an inappropriate comment to me during my visit that made me uncomfortable especially in a medical setting. will not be returning.
Easy check in and didn’t have to wait too long. Hardly anyone in front of us. Dr. Beene was awesome and got us in and out pretty quick. Highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work!!
Went two days in a row and was told they were not taking anymore patients! There was no one in waiting area and this was at 11AM! Why stay open then, at least have a sign on door or tell the person calling for info before going not go in at all. Very disappointed and receptionist was not personable at all with a snide smirk. So much for urgent care...ended up going to ER! All I needed was a strep test for my 9 yr old and it was weekend so I couldn’t take her to her pediatrician.
Smooth and easy process. I’ll be back!
I came into the office as a walk in patient at 8:00 AM. The assistant let me know that appointments would be seen first and it could be as much as two hours before I would be seen. The staff treated me and processed and sent my scripts to my pharmacy by 9:45 AM. I have waited longer at clinics when I had a appointment. Thank you so much for great service.A. Griffin
I used the OnLine service to check in, and had about a ten minute wait for a 4pm appointment. Very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the medical assistant at beginning of the exam. But really loved Dr.Beene, thought she was awesome. My perception is that she is skilled as a Doctor, combined with a caring and compassionate manner. I had to have an X-Ray to assess whether or not I had a broken bone, and that, too, was handled in a timely manner, and left me confident with Dr.Beene’s assessment.
Love this place, its my go to for urgent care. Online appointments and check-in are great. Staff is what makes it the best for me. I never feel rushed, my concerns are always addressed in a professional manner so I dont feel like Im asking silly questions. Even my teenager loves going.
In spite of the resson for my visit, I had the most amazing experience! Although I was almost the last patient to be seen, no one made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. All of the staff was so friendly and patient. The nurse that gave me my diagnosis was AMAZING. I will definitely come back for all of my and my families non urgent medical needs!
I dont see the point of online check-in. Its a complete waste of time. Be prepared for a long wait time. If you have small children pack snacks and entertainment.
I am so thankful for this center. I just skipped much of the wait I would have been waiting primarily at children’s for. The doctor was very patient with my son whom was screaming to the top of his lungs because he was so nervous. However the doctor and nurse remained very calm ….which helped me feel at ease during the process. Went in for a splinter that ended up swelling at the site. Came out splinterless Thank God.
I made my appointment online and filled out all of my paperwork. Got to the appointment and was out of there within 1 hour. Staff is vey nice.. If I am ever in that area again and need a doctor, this will be my place to go.
The staff that I interacted with were professional and friendly. I had an appointment and was seen soon after my appointment time. Dr. Beene was easy to talk to and did not make me feel rushed. I would recommend this PrimaCare to anyone who might need it.
They were very nice ,patient,& Highly professional..I felt comfortable & confident in the care I received 😘Thank You 🙏🏾💝🙌🏽
5/22/2018 - scheduled for 1700m. Showed 20 minutes ahead. Paperwork finished at 1652. Name called at 1725. Went back. Gave info. 1736 - Taken back to hospital bed. curtains closed at 1737. Waited for a bit, but the doc got me back to good! Great place, long wait, but that is standard when you do a great job! Staff was friendly, front desk girl was amazing. Great talk!
Sports physical… efficient, fast and decent pricing
The physician was late and I had a long wait time but everyone was so nice. The facility could use some work. I was in a room with cracked walls, and I saw a bug crawl from underneath it.
The staff was friendly and courteous. They get you to a room quickly but you will have to wait a long while.
I really like the staff, doctors, and they take time listen to you & treat your illness. Nice & clean waiting lobby. My only concerns are:*The wait time being 1.5 hours or more just to be taken to a room where youre seen. Also, I dont bother checking in online because it makes no difference.*Twice theyve sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy. You tell them that they did, which doesnt help because once your insurance has already gone through at the wrong pharmacy it cant be sent to the correct pharmacy without a major hassle.
My daughter physical was so quick. The office staff was nice. The lobby ant rooms were clean.
Waited almost 3 hours to be triaged, then waited about 30 min to see the doctor. I guess that’s normal for urgent care; there were only 4 people in front of me and only one doctor. After receiving care no one explained my discharge instructions or medications. Some things I did like is the restroom was clean, the staff was nice, and you can see your place in line online. This is a place to go to if you’re desperate, but I recommend you find another place if you can.
Even though we were the first ones there, we still waiting 30 minutes. When we were finally seen everything else was awesome. The staff was kind , professional and answered all of my concerns.
If you have a special needs child or adult do not take them here. They are clueless on how to handle their needs. Went in for a physical for her summer camp. They had no ideal how to get her to take the physical and even told me she didn’t qualify because of eyesight even though she has a new prescription less than a week old. We left with an unsigned physical and have to run to Fort Worth from cedar hill to get an ok from her optometrist and cardiologist. Waste of money and time. She has had at least six physicals for camp and we have NEVER had these issues before. I suggest looking for another place.
Everyone at this facility was great really appreciated them helping us.
I have insurance and unfortunately this location has charged me out of pocket and charged my insurance, privately without notice under next care not prima care , a tremendous amount of money after I already paid the out of pocket. I will be disputing this charges, I have been to plenty of urgent care facilities and this doesnt happen ever let alone for a visit of tonsilitis.
Wait time, nurse and physician. Knowledgeable friendly.
Nurse Practioner and office nurse were great! But that receptionist made no bone about letting me know she was angry with my late arrival. Even though they still had a patient in a room. I am 66 and still a practicing Nurse. I actually started to feeel so bad because she was going on and on about it that I finally asked her “look what do you want to do here? Do you want me to come back tomorrow?” Of which she said No but had to tell me yet again I was lateEvelyn Howard
Definitely don’t recommend this place. I sat in their lobby for 2 hours with a allergic reaction waiting to see a doctor and while waiting people that checked in after me got to go before me even though on their check in system I was clearly ahead of them. And the woman they have running the check in desk is very unprofessional she’s just there to collect a check. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I actually had an appointment scheduled for my daughter - at 4.20 pm. We didnt get out of the waiting room until 5.30, and the MD/PA didnt see her until 5.50. We are still here in the exam room waiting for my daughter to get an XRay and that is taking time too. It is now almost 6.20, and she still has yet to receive her Xray.I think they have one practitioner, one medical assistant, and one nurse.I was expecting to have a shorter wait time because I scheduled an appointment, filled out the paperwork ahead of time, and checked in online, but after this, Im reluctant to come here again for anything. Nothing was prompt, there was no sense of urgency, and every one moves like snails. What a waste of time!
The staff at this office is amazing. Very sweet. I just had a problem with being there for 2 hours. I checked in on line and they told me when to be there. Thought this would be a faster process and it was the same amount of time if I was to just have walked in.
Very professional, very efficient, Physician was very attentive and understood my concerns and considerate of my history to agree on past medications I’ve had regarding my issues. Very clean also. Front Desk very lovely and MA was also was great and friendly.
