Very good care team. Highly recommended.If youre looking for quality of care, this is the place.Physician, Lab, Pharmacy all in one building.If youre in a rush, and you do not have an appt, this might not be your go to. This is not an urgent care.

Making an appointment is like pulling teeth! Expect to navigate a tedious outgoing message only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes+ without no ability to contact anyone at the clinic. Its unclear whether they are understaffed OR the telephone system leaves a lot to be desired.If you cant make it in the door the quality of the healthcare (which is good depending on you provider), is irrelevant.

After being a client here for a few months I am not a fan. Im sure the providers are good people but the clinic is terribly managed. Its literally impossible to get a human being on the telephone and leaving a message is pointless because rarely does anyone call you back. Then if you go into the clinic to talk to someone they make you sit and wait until you just get frustrated and leave. Ive never been here when I was called back within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Maybe its management. Maybe its public health and they are understaffed. Maybe its the fact that nobody has a clue that this is a business that serves customers and therefore they should have a sense of urgency and exhibit good customer service. In any event today will be my last visit.

This is the worst facility in the world! People go hear from medical treatment that theyre transgender to get medical treatment but yet theyre always discouraged for going into the place because hell everybody in the place discriminates against everyone that goes in there thats transgender really makes it hard for a person to go into a facility that takes 45 hours to answer the phone they do nothing there they have nothing they have no clients there and chapter 13 in this got bailed out by desert AIDS project how theres nobody but volunteers over at Teds AIDS project to talk to anybody to get anything done then you have a supervisor over here that gives you a phone number to get in contact with her but yet she never answers the phone when you call over there to have any medication it takes days for it and if you call over there to ask for any type of medication youll never get a phone call back just makes no sense that this company is this lousy right here in Riverside county and it explains it the reason its so lousy this is the most corrupted and the most dishonest organization in the State of California

The facility is really quite nice and the providers & staff are always helpfull and friendly to me. I absolutely love the pharmacy, they always are stocked with my medication (unlike the big chain pharmacies) and the staff is friendly and informative. I hope that DAP does not ruin this facility now that they are purchasing Borrego

Henry is the best!The office staff is helpful and efficient.The clinic is small and welcoming. With the pharmacy right next door it doesnt get much more convenient.I dont like medical appointments but I never have the usual feeling of dread about Stonewall. The community is very fortunate to have this valuable team of physicians and medical professionals!

Ignore that review from Bobby!! He is so wrong. This place rocks! The staff rocks, they ALWAYS answer the phones there, you have to wait maybe 5 mins if that until you are called in, the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and caring and helpful, the pharmacy and the pharmacy staff are the best Ive ever experienced. They never forget your name and they always say hello to you. Way way above 5 stars with customer service! So Bobby you must be giving off some negative energy or something and getting it back cause its a completely opposite experience for me. And Henry, you rock my world!

Its basically impossible to get anyone on the phone here to do anything. Wanna schedule an appt? Good luck. Wanna see a doctor? Good luck. The pharmacy is good but the rest of this place is such a disorganized mess that accessing care feels like an insurmountable task.

Couldnt be a better experience. Bruce Hinton is the best PA Ive had in the 10 years Ive been with Stonewall. Informed and informative . Empathetic. Capable.

I’m so thankful to have Dr Cac Cook as my primary doc. He is very compassionate and cares about my overall health. The front desk staff and security are very nice and professional. I wish I can give 10 stars ⭐️.

Its unfortunate, but with the loses of Dr Scheibel and Dr Shegaino, Stonewall Clinic seems to have lost its way. It was never the fanciest place in town but I was always treated like a king. Never had to worry that things would get done. They always were, and done well too.With the 2 loses and Covid Im afraid that no one is driving the train anymore. Stuff gets forgotten, pushed aside and simply lost. I love everyone there, especially Andre and Tony in the pharmacy. They do extraordinarily work. And it shows. But I have trouble recommending Stonewall to friends as I had just a year ago. Im going to stick with it tho. It still beats the heck out of DAP. Dr. Scheibel saved my life. I do owe them a lot. I just hope they can pull it together sooner rather than later.

Got an attempt to contact letter from theses people, so I went in to hand in some paperwork describing my disability. I went in with a Neuropsychological evaluation, the letter of contact, a letter from another doctor refusing service, and my advanced directive. They would not take my medical records and called the police. The police told me I would be arrested for trespassing if I came back.I can see treating your patients well is your top priority stonewall.Watch your stars fall like a meteor.

This is a small specialty medical clinic which provides a variety of treatments for HIV, HEP C, and other illness. This clinic is part of Borrego Health group which also own several poor performance medical clinics throughout the Coachella Valley. This specialty clinic is very different from the other Borregos clinics since the quality of service its way superior than the other ones.The clinic has been opened only for several months, therefore the operational management is still in process of adjustment of being a new venue.The doctors have many years of combined experience treating patients with infectios illnesses and transgender transition.Dr Schiabel and Dr Henrry are the best doctors I have had since moving to the desert 5 years ago.This place caters to a very large low income ans transgender patients, so if ethnic diversity bothers you, this is not the place for you.

Dr. Shigeno is the best! Hes very compassionate, caring and believes that patients are first above all. Hes has the best bedside manners and really listens and hears what I have to say. Hes very thorough, fastidious, and a great doctor. The rest of the staff are courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Shigeno in particular!

Completely abandoning your trans patients who are further out in the valley and dont live closer. Your doctors dont even have the decency to notify their patients that they are being dropped after over 4 years of care. Ridiculous. You should all be ashamed.

My spouse and I drive from out of town to see Dr Gennady Nosovitsky.Professional staff are friendly, helpful and thorough.

Good facility...However, JOE @ the front desk has left me on hold yesterday and today (when all i asked was to be transferred to a certain extension) and i had to hang up and repeatedly call back . I was also transferred to the INCORRECT EXTENSION 3 or 4 X yesterday and then again this morning the same exact thing happened. Is this guy on drugs or what ? He also doesnt answer the phone for 5 -10 min @ A time 😴 throughout the day and then it just goes to his v.m. 👎👎👎

Best clinic for Transgender patients. They care and also advocate for your medical rights. The staff, pharmacy, and Doctors care and apply SOC7 standards and WPATH standards.

Wished every TRANS SOUL IN USA could come here--luv the guys n galz at the desk...soo comfortable there..THEY CARE--they really care...and the ez connected pharmacy makes it even BETTER..where can u be at the phrmcy and yur doc is there TOO...I believe they save young TRANZ lives..i see them there happily...they look safe...ITS A VERY SAFE PLACE..GOD BLESS this place...FYI the dr.s are trans specialists with your surgery pre n post too...its the PLACE TO BE,IF YUR just not feeling well..

After being on hold OVER 3 hours someone just hung up the line and ended the call. Was on hold for COVID-19 testing.

This office is mainly for Trans. People. Great staff, real friendly. Love them hugs
