Staff is very very nice,therere very professional, more hands on,office and exam room very clean,Dr Merrill explained everything as far as whats going to happen in my surgery she made fell very comfortable Dr Merrill Assistant was very very all and Dr Merrill office made you feel like family would recommend Casper Women care,PC for anything that has to do with the body of a Women.

The care is great, if you can actually get anyone to answer a call. We travel from out of town. Trying to schedule an appointment almost always involves leaving a message, and when you do they dont listen to what you requested or follow up how you asked them to. Even during business hours their answering service picks up. They dont listen to patients until you get to the doctor level, and evidently despise actually speaking to them. They prefer emails, not conversation. We love Dr. Merrill, but actually getting to see her is always a problem. Hopefully they become more patient-friendly in the future.

I have always had a good experience here. Dr Merrill delivered both of my children safely. Everyone in the office is kind and caring. I have never felt mistreated. I called them a lot during my second pregnancy and they always took care of me even during times that they were clearly busy. I will continue to trust them with my health. Thanks for everything Ladies!

I felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated.The office and waiting room is soothing and I felt safe. Im happy to find a good women’s health team in Casper.I so appreciate their mission statement of care for all women and human beings.No shame, no judgement. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic team of ladies in the office! So nice and professional, they listened well to everything I said which is so important and reassuring.

I have been going to Casper women’s care for over 8 years. The office has dropped off a cliff since Dr Salvino left.I have felt uncomfortable with Dr. Merrill since 2019 with my 2nd pregnancy. Thank goodness an on call OB listened to me at WMC when my daughter needed to be delivered early due to preeclampsia (despite me expressing concerns over and over to her about my BP being too high).I’ve made it a point to see Catherine (who is INCREDIBLE) any time I need a consult or exam because Dr Merrill isn’t very considerate, nor does she have any bedside manner. I am having terrible period cramps and wanted to be seen asap, so I scheduled with Dr Merrill.Before she came in to the room I could overhear a conversation with clinic staff at the nurses station containing “we have done everything we possibly can for her- what the hell else does she want from us?!” I couldn’t help but flash back to my own pregnancy in 2019 when I felt like I was a burden to her and the office staff any time I had a question.. they were probably nice to my face but complained about me after anappointment or call..When she came into the room for my recent appointment she didn’t even care what I had to say. She had her mind made up on a diagnosis before even entering the room. She told me “I already know what’s wrong” before I even had a chance to share my concerns. And when I was finally allowed to share them, I was “wrong”.I felt my symptoms were completely disregarded and I left unsatisfied with the outcome. She also sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy… probably because she wasn’t listening to me and was on her own agenda.I have recommended countless women to CWC, however I will no longer recommend Casper women’s care, and will also be finding a new provider myself.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Easy to get an appointment, easy check in. Felt at ease through the whole appointment.

Ive been going to Casper Womans Care for 13 years now and have always had the best care. My last two pregnancies I was high risk. My first one, I was diagnosed with preeclampsia. Dr. Merrill looked after me well and made the right call to deliver my baby at 38 weeks after noticing a spike in my blood pressure. I now have a happy and healthy 5 year old because she gave me such wonderful care and supervision. This last pregnancy was a little harder on me. I was diagnosed with cholestasis of pregnancy, I was a very worried and stressed mama over it since it is a very scary and serious condition. Nurse Trisha and Dr. Merrill both eased my mind and made the choice to again deliver early due to the higher change of stillbirth and the condition. My babies are both alive and well because Dr. Merrill and her staff took me and my high risk pregnancies serious.

Casper Women’s Care is top notch for all of your gynecological needs. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful and they are so knowledgeable. I couldn’t imagine going any place else.

I have been going here since I was a teenager, then through out my first pregnancy and beyond! They are always so amazing and accommodating. Every time I come in they ask me how my little guy is doing and it feels so welcoming to know they recognize their patients and show an interest in their lives❤️

Only go if you want to be mocked and belittled. I used to really respect Dr merill but all respect has been lost for good.

I have had nothing but the best care here. Everyone has been so amazing throughout my pregnancy journey as a first time mom and even after. Everyone makes you feel so welcome. I highly recommend Casper Womens Care to anyone!

I have been to their office about 3 times now. Each time I have gone in the front desk lady, Davina and my doctor Catherine have been amazing. Their communication skills are great and I always feel welcomed and appreciated. They can always answer my questions and help me feel secure while I am there. Highly recommend(:

The ladies up front are absolutely the best! Welcoming and informative! Dr. Catherine is amazing as well! Takes time to hear you out and address any and all concerns. She is friendly, compassionate, and super easy to talk to. Highly recommend this place!

Heather in the front, is awesome and very nice.With that being said, I have been going here for about 4-5 months. I had surgery in august and have been bleeding everyday since, the Dr and the nurse were not concerned with it. They wanted me to wait 3 more months before they would do anything about it. Dr doesn’t listen to what you want or need. They talked me out of a surgery that I have been told by other drs I needed, and performed a surgery she thought was what I needed, told me surgery went good, which obviously the surgery didn’t work, and then refuse to help me afterwards knowing there is something wrong. Now I am going to another office and probably gonna have to have another surgery, when this could have all been avoided if she would have listened to me and what other doctors said in the first place. I would not recommend going here at all.

I absolutely love this office! They are always kind and caring. I have been coming here for years for my care and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had my very first child with dr. Salvino, and loved her. Got pregnant again, but salvino moved, but dr. Merrill is amazing. I’ve never had issues with the staff. I love this office.

Its been a while, but I saw Catherine Monhollen twice. The first time was as a new patient and I felt comfortable and welcome. I would have given her a 4 or 5 star rating then. The second time I felt rushed and my concerns quickly dismissed. I rememer her making little eye contact as she worked on the computer or wrote stuff down. I suppose just the way she worded things made me feel stupid for asking and like I was just a number. I had to really interject to get all that I wanted to say in. A 30 min. time slot took 12 mins and the cost was nearly $100. I found a new provider. I hated how Catherine made me feel. The receptionist, however, was very personable and kind and for that I was thankful.

I am almost half way through my pregnancy and have never had a concern about this place! Everyone is kind, caring and informative! Dr. Merrill seems amazing and the scheduling staff is friendly and professional!

I’ve never felt so heard, seen, and taken seriously in a medical establishment. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that my official exam took less than two minutes. Impeccable work!

They were polite and very accommodating from start to finish. Great attitudes from every staff member and are all about helping you reach your goal! I would 100% recommend.

3 years ago I went to Casper Womens Care for a second opinion on symptoms I was experiencing and they not only listened, but did testing, and caught cancer early which may not have been caught as soon otherwise. I am very grateful!

So you want to have a kid because you think thatll make you happy? Yep thats what was said to me. If you want to be spoken to like this then this is the place for you. All the other staff was fantastic. Nurse practitioner... nope not so much.

Dr Salvino is awesome!!!!! She has done several of my surgeries..She goes above and beyond to make her patients happy and healthy. Her staff is also very helpful and always very friendly. Would highly recommend!!!!! Wish I could give her 10 stars

This place is extremely unprofessional! I was never told my children could come with. I had to stay in the car while my 14 year old daughter went in for the first time by her self. This was ridiculous as she wanted me there. My children are 5 month old babies not running around children. I do not recommend this place for a younger teenager at all she is so traumatized by the experience.

Dr. Merril and Dr. Monhollen were both very excellent every time Ive been in! I was able to get results back very fast and with the problems I had going on at the time they were very fast and efficient letting me know exactly what was going on and getting me set up with a further doctor. Excellent nursing and administrative staff as well.

Dr. Merrill and her staff are professional in all aspects. Dr. Merrill is always current on all of the latest information. Appointments are always on time. All concerns are covered fully. We are in and out in a maximum of 45 minutes. I would highly recommend.

If I could leave six stars, I would. From front staff to bed side manners these women couldnt have made me more comfortable. Dr.Merril and her staff were amazing.

The care at treatment at this clinic is excellent!!! I was really having a tough time and they made me feel 99.9 % better

I would give them negative stars if I could. I set up my insurance 2 weeks in advance (like they require), and then was still required to pay for the full amount of the visit (which was more than just a couple hundred dollars) because I didnt set up my insurance in advance. They provided tests that they said were covered by insurance, but werent. They said that they would call with the results of the tests, but didnt. They also lied to my parents, saying that I NEEDED a checkup, but then told me in the office that I didnt need a checkup for a few years.

I do not recommend using Casper Women’s Care. They constantly have “communication errors” which results in you not receiving your prescriptions. Their staff is unprofessional. Highly recommend going somewhere else for your gynecological needs.

Was 8 weeks pregnant and miscarrying. They wouldn’t help me or even see me because I wasn’t far along yet. Now I’m 13 weeks pregnant and they still won’t take me. I do not recommend!

I had a few diffrent issues here the first one was a dr saying to me because I was 18 and pregnant saying oh so I take it this was a mistake also my baby was born small for gestational age (sga) and the drs should have diagnosed me and taken precautions I wont recommend for anyone to come here very disapointed!
