My 99 year old mother had a fall and appointment was made on line. Filled out online all paperwork, received confirmations online. My daughter in law took her to appointment and desk person could not find any appointment or online paperwork. Visit took 2 hours which for a 99 year old in pain is forever. Loved Dr they saw, nothing but praise for her care. Front desk could definitely use some help.
Bernadette, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and very personable. Amada Davis, PA, is an exceptional provider and person. Her demeanor, attentiveness, professionalism, and expressed desire to help patients get better is evident in her approach, her eyes, and facial expressions. She genuinely appears to enjoy helping people. I cannot remember feeling as comfortable and important anywhere else when seeking medical care. Amandas personality, knowledge, and expertise in providing care is well above and beyond anything Ive experienced in 74 years. Lastly, but not least, I am feeling better than I have in over a month and 2 other of
Really nice staff, nurse practitioner, nurse and receptionist. The wait is long on a Saturday but that’s to be expected at an urgent care. They were all really kind in trying to help me with my issue and can’t say how nice the receptionist Adriana was. Tried many different ways to help get everything billed properly. Could have easily charged my insurance and been done with it but she kept trying and found a way to get it covered.
The staff and doctors seem to not want to do their job. They are judgmental, and rude. I have been here multiple times and had friends and family receive “care” from this establishment as well, and all our experiences are the same except for once in a blue moon when someone happens to be nice and helpful. If i were you i wouldn’t waste my time with this next care, they act as if their time is more valuable than yours they have no regard to how they speak to their patients and they always seem to have a bad attitude and shitty face expression. Bad vibes all around would not recommend
The front office was very efficient. The attending nurse was very pleasant. (I wish I could remember her name) Jadeh Marselis-Moore was incredibly kind, and understanding. I was not expecting any of that at an Urgent Care Center. Very pleasant surprise. Also the wait time was about 10 minutes which was also unexpected!
I was ordered to get x-rays and found things wrong with my back. The Dr was very understanding and thorough. She helped me with my work time and ordered more x-rays. She was fantastic. I would recommend this urgent care. The only issue I see with this urgent care is they have no x-rays there, or x ray technician. They cant read x rays with a disc sent from the 3rd part x-ray. You have to reschedule another appointment for them to have time for the x rays to be sent electronically to them.
I was able to book an appointment that was an hour out from the time that I booked it. After checking in, I waited for about 15 minutes before I was seen. Sylvia was amazing! Not only was she understanding about my situation, she gave me advice on how I can continue maintaining a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend this provider if you are in the Coolidge/Casa Grande area.
I checked in, was processed immediately, and was seen in short order, within 10 minutes! The clerk took me in for further data input then directed me to the exam room. The PA saw me within 3-4 minutes, performed her examination of my wound, relayed what she was going to prescribe for me and how my hand would be bandaged. Then entire process took less than 45 minutes, was very efficient, and pleasant.
Wonderful and professional staff. I’ve visited 3 times within the past week and wait time was tolerable. Physician and nurse was very friendly with my sick toddler. They were also very friendly when doing employer physical and TB test.Front desk greets respectfully and speaks professionally.A pleasant experience.
I went in for a UTI. The doctor was very efficient. He came out and had me do a urine sample before I even came into the room. After he did an analysis, he came in and prescribed medicine and I was out of there quickly. I have been here many times and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend. NextCare
I go to the ER every few weeks for asthma exacerbation, and spend hours waiting to be told the same thing over and over again. At least with Nextcare, theyre quick, to the point and help you out how you want to be helped.Definitely my first choice when I need to go to the ER.
Went in for a sports physical for my child, it was super fast and easy to schedule online and we came in and were in and out. The physician was friendly, and welcoming! I definitely recommend Nextcare if you are needing a sports physical for your child!
I was able to book a same day appointment, arrived early and was able to get in before my appointment even began. They treated me better than my primary and listened to my concerns better than any medical professionals I have ever been to. If I could make this place my primary doctor, I would do it in a heartbeat. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had.
I had made an appointment online using the Solv app—super easy!! Filled out all my paperwork!! I checked in online when I got to the parking lot! There were people that came after me, but they had to fill out this paperwork, so I was taken in moments after I got there—just a couple of minutes after my appointment time!!! I had great service, super friendly people, good results, and I was out in 32 minutes!!!! VERY HAPPY!!!
This was the worst experience I’ve had since moving to Arizona. Imagine an experience where you’ve been sick all week. Not improving one bit. Not emergency, but off to urgent care we go. We missed work today.Find a place. They charged me in advance of course. Turns outs there’s no Doctor or PA on premises at this NextCare Urgent Care Casa Grande when I paid my co pay. The so called provider identified herself as Lynn, not a doctor. I asked her if there was a doctor on premises, and she said no. She would have to direct me to director of health management by phone. I left the office asking for phone numbers (refund) from the front desk as I did. Please, this place is a scam and a joke. Help me shut them down.
Friendly staff, clean atmosphere and doesnt take hours to be seen. Me and my family will ALWAYS come to this office. To the staff...thanks for your service!
You said:There are no words to truly describe how I feel as Im typing this. Today I had the displeasure of seeing Family Nurse Practitioner, Jabeh Marselis-Moore. I spent over 30 minutes waiting to be seen, only for him to come in for 5 minutes in and disregard that I had any feelings at all. For someone who works in the medical field, youd think hed know how to speak to people, but I have an understanding that it does not come easy to everyone. I come in to get an STD screening and simply inquired about getting full panel done. Moore says that they dont offer full panel testing, which is fine. What is not okay, is his dismissive tone and attitude, saying that Im young and this is why people should use protection. To put it in so many words, I am a victim of SA, which I explain to him, but he was so busy getting out the door, he couldnt care less. I wanted to be seen today just for my own peace of mind, but Im in awe of how carelessly he spoke to me.If I have any feedback for the staff, its to be mindful of the people youre treating, we are all experiencing our own hardship. The air of judgement does nothing for you and if I had known that I would be treated this way, I wouldve went elsewhere.
Made an appointment the night before for a likely covid infection. I arrived 15 min early, wasnt taken back until over 30 min after my appt time. The front desk staff and first nurse were very friendly. The doctor (PA?) that I saw wasnt so great. I have underlying health issues that make any lung infection a bigger risk for me. He only prescribed steroids, said he didnt like prescribing Paxlovid (despite it being proven safe). When I asked him about the other common Covid drug (Lagevrio) thats been approved and is perfectly safe, plus my primary care MD prescribed it for me last year Ive taken it before, he said he had never heard of it and wouldnt consider it.
I got my appointment right away. The paperwork and insurance process was easy and the office staff were helpful and friendly. The medical staff were awesome and I was well taken care of. I would come to this clinic again. Thank you.
My last experience I fainted but the care of the dr was great . 5 starts. However ,Moore Marsalis basically asked all the questions to assure their assumptions of my symptoms but didn’t ask what may have started them or when . Didn’t leave room for conversation or showed the care to pinpoint the issue . Simply said to go to my primary care physician. I waisted my money and time to be prescribed antacids and not even given the time or opening to talk and figure out the issue together .
I had to go to urgent care for my asthma yesterday. This is my second time going to this location and both times, they took care of me. I am really thankful for the people of casa grande because ever since I moved here, I have had nothing but good experiences. Thank you to the provider that helped me yesterday :)
The Visit was fast and I was out the door within 20 minutes. Because they were so attentive and prompt I was able to complete the rest of my tasks for the day. Thank you.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. My husband and I took our two year old to urgent care because he had a horrible bloody nose and a swollen eye. When we arrived, my active two year old didn’t want to sit, so he threw a fit. Thankfully we were seem quickly. Once we got into our room and his vitals were taken, the “nurse” came in, Jadeh Marsalis Moore. He sat down, looked at my son and told us he had pink eye. He then told us it was because we don’t give him antihistamine everyday. When I asked if we should be concerned about his bloody nose and the amount of bloody he lost, his response was, “if he can throw a fit like he did in the lobby, he’s fine.”He went on to ask if we were first time parents, which we are, he told us that we over reacted and wasted our time coming in. As he walked out, he slapped my husband on the arm and told him to get his son a haircut so he could actually see.I have waited two weeks to give this review because I am still in disbelief that this experience actually happened with a medical professional. Yes we are first time parents and this “nurse” made us feel like complete garbage for bringing our son in.On top of it, we’re now running into problems with the billing.Do yourself a favorite and DO NOT go here.
Failed to tell us that their rates had more than doubled until after our visit. No signs of rate increases and definitely not informed by any of the staff. Just a HUGE sign In the lobby saying they will not tolerate an hostile behavior. Well maybe if they were up front with there info people wouldn’t be so hostile. Next time spent the money on a sign informing parents of the rate increase instead of a being hostile sign.
The process of making my appointment was a breeze. Made it online. Had many times to select from. Office was quiet and organized. The staff members were friendly and organized. I was there for an ankle injury. They gave me a boot and sent me for an x ray.
Hope I don’t get injured again. Came in with a throat injury from getting kicked. Went to the ER where they diagnosed my chest pain from the same incident. Put in a note suggesting 2 nights off from work. Went into urgent care for the follow up where they were adamant on overriding the note since I originally came in for my throat. Some kind of patient care I tell you. Can’t wait to work my 13 hour shift with chest pain. Thank you to the providers at Urgent Care.
The staff appeared to be busy with a few irate patients and apologized to me that I had to overhear some of the dialogue, which they were actively trying to redirect to a more private setting.I was very pleased with the service I was provided. The practitioner explained the treatment he was recommending, as well as suggesting over-the-counter medication to supplement the injection he was recommending. He answered my questions and I left there feeling it was time & money well spent.
Made appointment for 12:40pm on a Friday, arrived at 12:30, had all paperwork already done. Still took people with appointments after her. Finally took her 45 min after scheduled appt. When I went to check on how much longer it would be, they said she did not have an appointment but a reservation, not what my texts or their website says. They averaged about 1 patient every 30 min.
Not really sure how I feel about this place. I waited over an hour to been seen by a doctor. I should have went to my doctors office, would have been faster. The doctor who treated me was super nice and service from him was great. Next time I should set up the appointment online and just wait at home. I would suggest not doing a walk-in as you could be waiting for a while.
Gilbert is an excellent provider. Gave me the treatment I needed and explained things and was very kind. Receptionist could have acted like she liked her job. All other staff were kind.
I recently visited Next Urgent Care, hoping to get relief from severe allergy symptoms that have been plaguing me. Prior to my visit, I called to confirm if they administered hydrocortisone shots for allergies, and I was assured that they did. However, my actual experience was quite different and deeply disappointing.Upon arrival, I was attended to by Family Nurse Practitioner Micaela Strevay. To my dismay, she refused to give me the hydrocortisone shot, citing a study that supposedly indicated potential harm to the muscles. This was particularly frustrating because I have previously received hydrocortisone shots in Show Low without any issues or concerns.Despite my clear and pressing need for effective treatment, I was instead prescribed over-the-counter medication. This was not only inadequate but also a waste of my time and money, as I had already tried those medications without success. The visit was quite expensive, and I felt that I did not receive the care or attention that I needed. Nurse Practitioner Strevay seemed indifferent to my condition and concerns, prioritizing policies and studies over patient care and immediate relief.Overall, my experience at Next Urgent Care was unsatisfactory. The staff appeared more interested in financial gain than in genuinely helping patients. I left feeling neglected and with the same symptoms I came in with. I would not recommend this urgent care center to anyone in need of compassionate and effective medical treatment.
Im not really into having to fill out the paperwork on your phone signing in. Aside from that the doctor that I saw was kind of rude. I mentioned another issue I was having and he said well you wrote something else on your paper. And spent literally 2 minutes with Me and nothing was resolved. Anyway hopefully there are other providers there because all someone needs when theyre sick is to deal with someone being the way that man was.Hope that helps. LolUpdate: went back and the doctor literally walked in and asked of what I wrote as my complaint was the problem and I said yes he responded Ill send over antibiotics go up front. I had questions and wanted to talk to a professional about it but he didnt even give me a chance. This place is horrible. Different doctor than the last time.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Waited a little while because the system was down, but that wasn’t their fault. FNP was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
The location was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. I had a short wait was able to be seen and diagnosed in less than15 minutes.
I was not feeling well, walked in, filled out paperwork, was taken in the back within 5 mins. My MA was very nice & professional, and I was tested for Covid, flu? And strep throat! All negative, thank goodness. The PA was very caring & empathetic, especially when diagnosing me with bronchitis! All told, in & out, diagnosed and sent on my way within 30 minutes!A good experience for being g sick! Kudos to this office!
Very slow! Got skipped over waited for more than a hour just to get a sports physical for my daughter! This place is unbelievable will never come back again!
I tried to call and set up an appointment and ask questions about the cost since I don’t have insurance. Never got to speak to a live person. Just an endless loop of automated options. Stayed on hold for an agent for over 15 minutes. Finally got frustrated and hung up.
Dr.Montano is always attentive and cares about us as people and our well being. My Son and I are already starting to feel better! Thank you!
Very courteous! knowledgeable. The provider that took care of me was very friendly and helpful. I will be going there again when I need to be seen.
It was very quick and pleasant only complaint is dr should have explain how to take prescription medication together but everyone is so caring and respectful and understanding
The receptionist cursed at me, snapped on me, and refused my insurance with no empathy or anything. It’s also a 2 hour wait with only 2 patients. Do not attempt to go here. Rudest staff I’ve ever seen.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I was there fot an injured toe, xray ordered but had to search around town for a place to get the xray.
Place was rude got in a car accident went in for a check up as I was experiencing back pain. The front desk and doctor was upset that we showed up 15 minutes before closing like we wanted to be there. Took them minutes before anybody would ask if we needed help and the doctor was rude when I asked for a note for my work for reference which he put I could return to work tomorrow and no restrictions really after somebody just was involved in a car accident expressing back pain? All of this because everybody had to stay 20 mins over there shift? I’m sorry I just felt like you guys could of showed a little empathy as I stated I just got into a car accident and if we were to late for an appointment you could of told us that. we came at all of the staff with respect I will never go here again banner always treats me and my family with respect and they be having multiple people still in the lobby after they close.
This place has been a nightmare. It has been 2 months since my visit and I am still trying to get my bill situated. At the initial appointment the front desk made a mistake on my insurance and it put me at self pay. When calling the billing department, someone dropped the ball and Im still waiting for them to fix it. I have $400.00 hovering, while they try and figure out their billing mistake. All that being said. The care I received in the first place was less then good. I give two stars because the they were at least kind.
Scheduled an appointment on Wednesday afternoon for the next day. They obliged. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Dr. was attentive to my needs and prescribed my meds. I was in and out of the clinic within an hour. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.
Paid $75 to be told that there was nothing they could do. From the time I left the lobby to the time I left the exam room was about 5 minutes. Dont think the visit is worth it.
The place was huge. Beautifully clean and welcoming. The staff I felt were well supplied with knowledge. I am a baby and they put up with me. Comforted me. Thank You All.
I was not in the least impressed with this Urgent Care. The wait time was two hours and then another half an hour after they take your vitals. The P.A. on duty did not even introduce himself. He stood in front of me with his hands in his pockets and told me that he has no idea of how to help my situation. Sent me off with a specimen kit and didn’t even know the address of where I had to take it. I should have listened to my friends and not even gone there.
I was feeling miserable, went in and saw Darlene. She was very knowledgeable and explained why I was experiencing those symptoms. It was refreshing to have a PA who explained everything, took her time doing so AND checked for understanding. Also, check in was quick and easy.
Cut my finger and I needed stitches. I didn’t want to go to the ER based on the dreaded never ending wait there, so I decided to schedule an appointment here online through the website.Super pleasant experience with this place, as soon as I came in, I signed in, and started to dig out my tablet because i figured I’d be waiting a bit..didn’t even get a chance to sit down before I was called back.Altogether, I think I spent a total of 30 minutes which I think is a record for having to go to urgent care or the ER last minute.Hopefully I don’t have any emergencies to require care but if I do, this is the place I’ll be headed.
Refused my 2 year old care because she had a fever didnt ask any other questions and referred us to the emergency room. When we got there we told the doctor that nextcare refused a 2 year old and she was appalled and said they do that all the time. My daughter was completely fine btw I wasnt dosing her the right amount of medicine which caused the fever Do not go here this is the second horrible experience Ive had here with my 2 year old daughter what a joke.
The staff was kind and courteous. I was pleased with the services offered. We were in and out quickly.
I loved the doctor I come here all the time and they always get me better.very caring and polite
They were very kind and understanding took very good care of me did some breathing treatment prescribed medicines for me oh had a shot send us on our wayThank youDebbie Stevens
Horrible experience . Got here at 12:30 pm and still haven’t been seen and it’s 3:30 . Have not even got my vitals checked when April said it would only be an 1 hour. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had here I don’t feel good and it’s freezing balls in the lobby trying to regulate my temperature going in and outside. overall horrible wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy stay away from this urgent care !!!
Great customer service from front desk, MA’s, and Provider. Wait time was not bad and online portal was easy to navigate.
Was able to get an early morning appointment because I have been feeling sick all week. I was in and out of the clinic in good time, the PA and staff were great! They were very thorough in my assessment and diagnosis. I would definitely recommend this provider.
I too had an awful experience with my 3 year old recently. They told me “ I don’t mean to push you off to another place but could you go to Banner” that’s exactly what they said. Incredibly rude and uncaring with the most weak and vulnerable watch out ! Talking over me, the whole staff thumbs down for compassion and sensitivity! Bad experience, medication was not even sent to pharmacy either! Will not be going here ever again, it’s just too bad now ! Be careful and don’t trust these people with your children or yourself!
Very rude front desk person. Shows no compassion or care whatsoever. Didn’t feel like good quality care.
We were out of town for the weekend and needed an urgent care. Minimal wait and I really liked the doctor 👍🏽
Without insurance they wanted 430 dollars to see a sick child. That is not affordable for majority of people. Its more like punishment for people without insurance.
My provider was absolutely amazing! He made my medical experience good, treated me properly, and made it a comfortable environment.
Took my wife today, the doctor saw her for less than a minute, did not listen to her at all or let her explain anything about how she felt, prescribed several medications and left. Very unsatisfied.
Scratched my cornea. Fast and efficient service; my eye is already feeling better and my peace of mind. Thank you!!!
Dr Marselis-Moore was excellent. Knowledgeable, thorough and informative. Excellent communicator and listener. Thank you for your accurate diagnosis.
I wanted to express my appreciation to this Urgent care. I went in not feeling good, and everyone there from the front office, to the MA’s, to the doctors was absolutely fantastic, professional, caring, and outstanding. The wait time was understandably and reasonable. I was so pleased with the service I received from this Urgent care. The front office, and staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back.
Though the waiting room seemed fairly full when I arrived, my wait time was only 15 minutes and I was able to wait in my car after checking in. I was notified by phone when they were ready to see me. Once seen, my visit was finished within about 15 mintues (total time was 30 minutes from checkin). Staff are polite and professional.
I thought it would be a long wait but it really wasnt. The staff was extremely caring and friendly. The Dr or LPN was wonderful and extremely efficient on explaining about my medication as I was very sick. I hope they have a great Christmas
Called to see if they did stitches there and after confirming made a same day appointment online, prefilled my paperwork, after arriving and checking in I sat down for maybe 2 minutes before being called back. Was in and out after getting 4 stitches and headed home in 45 minutes. Overall pleasant experience and surprised at how fast it was.
This morning I went to Casa Grandes Next Care and Im very happy to say that their service exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the care and attention from the front staff and the intake person in particular. I wish I had her name but she went above and beyond to assist me with an insurance issue that turned out to be a non-issue. Then I was seen by Gilbert Montano, the family nurse practitioner who was able to set me up for a prescription that would provide relief. I would not hesitate to call on Urgent Care Casa Grande again and would encourage others to do the same!
I would only recommend the Casa Grande N.Care location if you are in a pinch. For starters, the website states that this location is open at 07:00 a.m. But thats not the case. They dont open until 08:00 a.m.Next, I was one of the first patients in the door and still waited 45 minutes to be taken back for vitals. Then I waited another 30-40 minutes in a filthy room to be seen by the provider. The rest of the visit went fairly quickly, and I was treated in the same manner. So again, if you are in a pinch and dont want to go to the hospital, this dirty clinic will get the job done.P. S. I would have attached photos to this post. But they have a warning against it in the main lobby.
What a great experience! Dr. Fleming is awesome. I worked Urgent Care for 7 years. This is exactly how things should go. Thank you!
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor there. Kelly seemed annoyed that I was there because it was my first day of showing symptoms, and she basically told me I might get worse and I’ll have to come back to get rechecked. I was just sick less than 2 weeks ago, went to this location where a different doctor prescribed me antibiotics and was super helpful and made me feel like she actually cared about my well being. Can’t remember her name. It’s now 2 weeks later and I started having the exact same symptoms and was even running a low grade fever of 99 today. After explaining my symptoms and telling her I just got over being sick and finishing my 10-day antibiotic, Kelly proceeded to tell me just to take ibuprofen, tylenol, and TheraFlu, and all around just seemed very irritated that I was there. She didn’t even let me know my tests for strep, flu, and covid were negative, I had to ask her myself after waiting for results for over half an hour. I will most likely end up coming back to this location if I am ever in a bind and can’t get in anywhere else, but I will not be recommending this place anymore and I especially won’t recommend Kelly to anybody who actually wants to know what’s wrong with them. I’m so disappointed in this visit and it felt like a complete waste of my time. April, who took my vitals was very sweet and professional.
This place got paid for the same service twice because they decided to bill both me and my insurance. Got told on the day of that my insurance would not cover the whole visit and had to pay the remainder which was fine in the moment. Now I’ve come to find out that they billed my insurance for the same amount and got paid by them as well. Don’t recommend a place like this that doesn’t seem to know how to get their billing right
To schedule a visit online and to fill out all the paperwork is very easy. So is the check in process. The staff is courteous and the facility in general is nice. The doctor was kind and promptly diagnosed and prescribed what was best for my sickness.Only the long wait I didnt like. When youre feeling so sick, a chair in a waiting room is the most uncomfortable place to be. I have to agree is a shorter wait than a Hospitals Emergency room, but still, two hours is a bit too long. I do recommend it to others though. Maybe other days and/or times are not as busy and backed up.
A very rushed visit considering I waited too long! Definitely don’t feel like I was heard!
Jesus Luna was great...he put me at ease and got all my info.PA Davis was professional and very very nice to talk with. She was able to give me the info about my condition without being too technical and she spoke to me as an equal.Im sorry I didnt get the names of the two women who administered my COVID test and gave me my steroid shot but they were very nice to me as well.
I like the dr, but 25 minutes of wait time for paperwork, for a second time was a bit much
I was totally impressed with my first visit to Next Care. The entire staff was polite and professional. The doctor listened to me explain my symptoms and treated accordingly. I would highly recommend this medical office.
I was able to get an appointment same day. Everyone was very professional.
Nextcare urgent care has the best providers and it’s quick service less expensive and less time-consuming than going to the ER. I highly recommend Nextcare
Dr fleming is awesome! Treated my 9 year old grgrandson absolutely wonderful!
The experience was amazing. Mr. Gilbert was awesome and very professional. Thank you again, Mr. Gilbert
DOT Dr was great. But we the CDL Drivers should be told a head of time how long before dr can see us. I was on a full blader of water. Didnt even have to do test.
I made the appointment online, drove over, and was seen relatively quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor I saw was caring and listened to me about my concerns. She looked into my ears and eyes and diagnosed me with infections in both areas. I was a mess.. She was kind and understanding. Yay!
Efficient at front desk, short wait, in lobby and in office waiting room. Smart and thorough PA. Feeling so much better
Im so glad that NextCare was here and available since I was unable to get in at my regular doctors office. Their workers Gracie and Gilbert and front office workers were very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, i wasnt given my prescriptions and care instructions but thankfully I remembered them and went back in before I drove off. Other than that, I definitely recommend them.
The nurse practioner listened to what I was saying and treated me to help me heal. Very happy with my care.
The staff an Urgent Care are wonderful. I was able to see the doctor, without insurance and the charge wasn’t an astronomical amount. The doctor was very courteous and helpful and got me the medication I needed. The staff was very friendly but efficient. They moved swift and gentle, to do with all of the potential patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Urgent Care, for those with or without insurance.
Been there two times so far with my 8-month-old and the service has been phenomenal theyre really fast and they always take great care of my daughter
A very nice Doctor which was very helpful and helping me diagnose the issue that had been going on.And very good backstaff
I was in and out , loved everyone there very nice people and the doctor Mr, Gilbert found out what was wrong and took care of me very well , thank you all
Loved the doctor Amanda Davis was caring listened to what we had to say. THE only thing I was disappointed in was we couldnt get X-rays which is way I chose Next care my mom is 84 years old and its hard for her to go to different facilities she wasnt able to walk so it was inconvenient. WISH I could keep the doctor for her primary Doctor she took the time to call me and explain the results very compassion and was very appreciated would 100 percent recommend her..
My husband had an appointment:1/2/24 we booked online, super easy. They sent a text to file out forms, and a text when you arrive .Easy. professional care
Dr was very friendly and took his time with us. He did a great job of making my child laugh and feel less anxious. We came in as a walk in but were in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
Amanda was informative, knowledgeable and had great knowledge on the struggles I came in with! Looking forward to her referrals to get through my struggles and be well! Thank you Amanda!!
I was seen fast and I felt listened too. Excellent care and bedside manner
Had an amazing Nurse Practitioner that do my daughters sports physical
Couldn’t have been happier. Amanda was the PAC we saw and she was so comforting.
Opened on time, friendly greeting and advice on filling forms. Short wait and provided information and after short period was examined by the doctor, he provided test feedback, and advice for follow up. He also was friendly and if he had his own practice and was taking on new clients I would sign up. Thanks for the help and when I need to go again, I will be back for sure.
I am so grateful for the provider I saw. I had burned my throat badly and was in a lot of pain. He took the time to do some research and gave me suggestions that worked perfectly! The relief I’m feeling is incredible. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out.
I had a great visit today at next care. The staff were great, nice, genuine and courteous to me. I like the text and pre-sign in process that took place, made things faster. Everyone was cheerful and happy. They also have an app which makes things even work more smoothly. They get five stars for going above and beyond.
Service was great. I was out in less than an hour . Customer service excellent
Great staff. Best I’ve seen in a while. A lady came in (a female dog) being absolutely ridiculous and they handled it much better than me: kindness and patience.
Very efficient. I was a new patient and was in and out in 45 minutes.
10000 stars if possible. This urgent care have taken my daughters in so fast and easy every time. My daughters unfortunately get sick a lot and when their pediatrician is not available such as on weekends or late, I will take them here. They are very kind and passionate in what they do.
A Very Good Experience, Along with Good Service, and Staff Was Excellent in Giving information in detail. Very welcoming. Staff and informative. Would recommend to anyone. Thats needs to be seen for any medical reasons. 👍🏻👍🏻
Yes, I had to wait a while because everyone is sick right now. But this staff had their system down to a science with wait times and having people wait in cars to manage the line cue. I felt so safe and cozy in their office. It was very clean and well-managed and they handled every customer with grace and respect. This was by far the best urgent care experience I ever had. And the medical care I got was great!
Positive is the wait time isn’t bad at all. Staff in the front was friendly. Con: Left feeling I was judged and wasted my time and money. Was told I’m not sick just have symptoms. I wouldn’t drive a whole town over and pay a ridiculous copay if I wasn’t. Was provided a few methods to help my congestion on a napkin. I won’t return….
The provider was great, very knowledgeable and made our visit very comfortable. My only callout is that there was no x-ray available for our needs. I would highly recommend that service be provided as advertised on the website and in house.
I went to urgent care first time I would go back in a minute they was so nice and it went much better than any emergency room Ive ever been inthank you so much
We brought in our 3 yr old for a possible UTI. The wait was a bit (10 min) even though we had an appointment. However, the place was clean and the MA who did the vitals and initial questions was nice, quick, and made our little one feel safe. The Provider saw us shortly after and actually assessed our child which is rare nowadays. She was professional and kind and answered all our questions as well as provided education. Will definitely come back and refer our family to NextCare by Walmart in Casa Grande.
Extremely nice and caring staff! I arrived when they opened, without an appointment and I only waited about 30 minutes before I was seen. Highly recommend them.
Visit was timely and did not have to wait too long. Nurse and Doctor were very thorough and got the health issue resolved.I checked in on line and waited in my car, but unfortunately the front desk did not acknowledge my check in until I went into the lobby. The statement was I have to check you in and then realized it was done on line.I guess the lobby personal should maintain an updated system with the on line check in, so patients can be contacted especially with pre scheduled appointments.
Horrible attitudes by all staff members. Rude to other patients. Complained about their workload in front office. Called ahead to confirm they could do the services we needed. Drove an hour to get there. Was told 2.5-3 hour wait time. Gave the paperwork we needed filled out to the front desk and explained it again. Almost 2 hours into our wait they took us back. Nurse was very impatient that they couldnt find our pharmacy. Then accused us of not telling them what we needed and informed us they didnt do that kind of paperwork. Proceeded to tell us their customer service system wasnt the best and there was nothing they could do. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never had such a poor customer service experience. We will never be back and will never recommend. And its a shame. We had a completely different experience the first time we came here about a month ago. Guess it depend on what day and who the staff is.
The people at this clinic were professional and caring. I got good effective care and woke up feeling Much better today.
Everyone was nice, but they dont explain their procedures as you are signing in. Definitely sign in online or you will be placed last as a walk in. They get your vitals and answer your questions, but seem vague. If you need a hospital, go there. Urgent care is for easier to treat patients. Definitely quicker than an emergency room and a start in the right direction for my needs.
Quality/caring care given and grateful they were able to get me in quickly.
Made an appointment and was seen within the hour. They were very busy, yet professional in front. Dr was amazing, caring, and went over everything. Highly recommend.
I was able to check-in by phone which made my wait time there less. Everyone was nice. They took notice of the fact I have a compromised immune system and allowed me to be in an isolated room. I felt comfortable there and well cared for. The room I was in was beautifully decorated. Everything was clean. The doctor was compassionate and competent. They took the time needed to make a diagnosis and treatment plan. I’m glad I found a place I can go for medical treatment that is close and where I feel comfortable and well cared for.
I arrived at 12:52 PM. and was told we were NEXT IN LINE. we wait for ever. and after an hour and a half they finally call us to the back and once we have an exam room we waited ANOTHER HOUR to wait for the doctor. like never again. I even checked in an hour prior to arriving smh
There is one dr that I got today every time I get him end up having to go somewhere else after, because he does nothing. I have chronic sinus infections and he does nothing. Doesn’t even look at me. It is getting worse not better. Normally he gives me nothing for it. But I had already a few days ago so someone else there that asked about it and gave meds. Said come back if not working. I have had for week and a half. Getting worse.
TERRIBLE Experience...went in for a dog bite and was told that they dont do anything for that. So I paid a copay for bandaids, that didnt even last the way home. Dont recommend this urgent care location.
I had a great experience at NextCare. I was able to book an appointment, do most of the paperwork, take a photo of ID and insurance card, and check in on the app and be in my car. After checking in, the receptionist at NextCare called me when they were ready. Which is amazing because I didn’t want my newborn to be exposed to anything that anyone else might be in there for.
Went to Urgent Care for a test. All staff were very thorough and proficient. They answered all my questions and concerns. Even though I got there at almost closing time, I never felt rushed or that they were trying to push me out the door. I appreciate all of you and your time. They were super fast and great customer services. Best quality of service ever. Definitely best experience in an Urgent Care facility. Would highly recommend if you are needing health services. Thank you again.
Upon first checking in I was a little hesitant (my foot was throbbing after being sliced open on some tile) but after being evaluated by her assistant Dr. Amanda Davis treated me with the utmost professionalism and care. I was impressed by how clean the facility was and how friendly and professional all of the staff were. Being new in town and not knowing what to expect after an unexpected accident, I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. Fair prices and great service. Highly recommend.
Got in quick! Everyone so nice & helpful! Answered the questions I needed!
I tried to come to you guys for help. The hospital said to see a non emergency doctor for care and symptom relief. I get to the office and I am told there is nothing you can do and to go back to a hospital. I have gotten tossed back and forth non stop regarding this issue and no one wants to help. Very frustrating and disheartening when you dont feel that anyone in Healthcare cares anymore about you as a patient. I will not be coming back.
All of the staff have gone above and beyond and there care and concerns say it all Dr Amanda is amazing and polite and professional she was thorough and informative and provided excellent service and empathy, all the staff are friendly and very patient and helpful
The staff got me in quick and the care I received was phenomenal. Gracie the nurse is who took my vitals and got me set up was extremely nice, caring and professional. The NP Gilbert got down to business and quickly prescribed me the right meds and had me out in a flash. I would recommend the NextCare crew to anyone and am very appreciative for my care and treatment there!
My brother has trust issues when it comes to anyone outside the family. After physician Bret Jacobsen PA-C left the room my brother commented that he was nice and that this was the first time he felt comfortable meeting someone for the first time. Me personally, Mr. Miller was so approachable and took the time to explain in detail and with use of illustration as to what was possibly going on with my brothers health. Thank you so much for an awesome job and your professionalism. 5 stars indeed!
I made an appointment day of for my 2 year old son. Was fast and didnt wait long in either the waiting room or when we got our room. Also the nurses were so nice and patient! They gave my son ice cream for being such a good boy! They really cared about his well-being also the lady in the front was so nice and made me less nervous while waiting to be called back! Highly recommended!
It was super busy, wasn’t even able to check in online so we did a walk in for my son who has been having fevers. Checked in at 1:10pm and waited in my car till 3pm when the live waitlist said there were 0 people ahead of us. We were seen quickly, the NP was kind and courteous. Turned out my toddler was covid + and had a double ear infection. For how busy it was the wait wasn’t bad and I’m grateful we were seen relatively quickly as my son had an almost 104 fever. Was given Tylenol and scripts were sent to our pharmacy.
Very competent personnel and theyre very nice and understanding. I had a great experience at the clinic today!!
Best urgent care visit I’ve every had in a long time. Easy to make my appointment and easy to register and check in. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was taken back on time. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Lindley jones was wonderful and very patient listened to everything I said and provided medications my kids needed thank you so much 😊 the medical assistant was also very patient and nice ☺️
The people here are so nice. They treat me with such respect and the front desk ladies are super understanding. Definitely coming back! ❤️
We waited three hours even after having an appointment “reservation” scheduled. 2 hours in the car and 1 hour in the office. After waiting an hour in the car the front desk finally called and asked if we still wanted to be seen? She seemed to downplay the reason I was bringing in my 16 month old son. I felt no need to explain to her why I felt the need to bring my son to the doctor. The front desk staff and nurse assistant were very rude and had no sympathy for the fact we waited that long while having an upset baby. The nurse assistant was disrespectful, when I asked what was going on and if we were going to be seen anytime soon. She replied with “no.” And I said no? And then she said “maybe in another 20 minutes.” I was very upset. The doctor Amanda was polite and got us out fast. I just feel the people who have made “reservations” should be put above walk-ins. We respect your time enough to do so and you should do the same with ours. Or at least call and let us know its going to be awhile before making us wait that long. To top it off when we left, all the patients in the lobby had been seen… there was only one patient above my 16month old, yet everyone else was gone when we were leaving. This was super frustrating and not okay. I will not be back.
The front desk staff, MAs staff & the Providers are all great and show they care for their patients. Im truly thankful for you all being there when we needed you. My daughter has been there twice and you all are awesome!Thank you for caring Nextcare staff!! ❤
I wish I knew the doctors name we saw today! She was amazing! Also our medical assistant or nurse, that took my daughters vitals and all that good stuff- she was fantastic! The two up front were nice too. But the two in the back were awesome! We will definitely be back in the future. 👍👍
This is the third time Ive used the services of NextCare. Awesome facility, knowledgeable and friendly staff, with caring doctors, and almost no wait times. The first time I visited, they were in the middle of remodeling. I thought at the time the offices looked great, maybe they are almost finished. This time I went in, super nice. Even my wife commented on the 3 dimensional design.I dont usually respond to these rate and review ads, and even now I hesitate to reveal this hidden gem.Should I ever need their services again, I hope its not over run, or super busy.Keep up the great job!
Great experience. Reserved an appointment online and was seen quickly when we arrived. The longest part of our wait was to check out and even that was under 5 minutes! Very impressed with the staff and facility. Will definitely use them again for urgent care needs.
It was easy to check in. The nurse and NP were very kind and friendly. Took good care of my illness
Service was great but it felt slow. I had to do a lot of waiting around.
This was my first time at Nexcare. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time & approximately 45 minutes later I was called in for treatment. Everyone was very nice & professional. Kelly handled my problem exceptionally well and in ways nobody else thought of. I will return if I ever need their services again.
When I was waiting for my turn, a lady arrived who said she was positive for covid, the receptionist took her information and asked her to wait until they called her, the woman asked her, can I wait inside or would it be better if I wait outside? The receptionist answered that she should wait in the room together with all the other people and children who were there, that doesnt seem very professional to me for a clinic, exposing patients like that.
I was running a fever on & off last week. I went to the ER & they did nothing for me. I decided to try this Urgent care & best best decision I have made for my health. Amanda is amazing & so are all the staff. She listened & was very kind. Turns out I have an infection. She made me promise her to take my medication. Definitely will go here if it comes down to it and will take my family here as well.
Very polite, got in fairly quickly. Price was reasonable.
Office is a hit or miss. I have gone and have had fast, efficient help.Today 05/10/22 the office deserves ZERO stars. I set up a scheduled appointment for 2:40, I get a text to arrive at 2:25, I decided to arrive earlier and checked in at 2:13. They took the copayment. At 3:10 I decided to ask how much longer the wait was and was told the wait would be another 1.5 to 2 hours!!! I understand if they are shorthanded, just really wish this would have been communicated to me as soon as I got there, instead of wasting our time.08/31/22 - decided to give them another try. Scheduled appointment at 5.40pm, I arrive 5 minutes before. At 5.45 I get asked for my copay, before paying it I decided to ask how long my wait would be. I was told it would be a 45min to an hour wait. I went ahead and cancelled appointment. I drove to Banner Urgent and was seen without an appointment in 15 minutes.
Always friendly and accurate. I trust their team completely. The wait time is sometimes a nightmare but what can you expect. The care is worth the wait. I get better treatment and more accurate diagnosis from here than at the hospital across the street. Nurses make you feel like you matter. And doctors make you a priority. They listen and they respond. Its also very clean inside. Im never afraid I just walked into a sick trap like I am at some places. Highly recommended for urgent care needs.
I had been suffering with congestion for 7 days. I had a hypoglicemic attack upon arrival. They took me back right away and got me straight, examined me and prescribed an antibiotic. Im feeling much better now. Thank you to the staff and the Dr. for being a good listener and treating me with care. Much better treatment then Casa Grande Hospital.
All the staff and the doctor herself were very nice very polite and very knowledgeable! ❤️
The receptionist was extremely helpful to us. Helped with our insurance company. The medical staff were knowledgeable, caring and efficient.
The doctor was very attentive and so nice. She gave a lot of comfort to my child. But the front desk people have a bit of an attitude not really very personable especially when youre dealing with people who dont feel well. I forgot to ask the doctor a question so when I asked them they referred me to the paper that was given to me which wasnt much help at all
Our visit went smoothly. Thank you very much.
All of the staff was nice except the DOCTOR whose name was Kelly I believe. She came in the room with major attitude, even made my 6 year old son feel bad (which is who she was seeing for strep throat). She was awful. Horrible bedside manners!
There is usually a little bit of a wait but thats to be expected in this city. The ladies at the counter are always nice as are the doctors. Prices are very reasonable. Place is clean. What more can you ask for. Good job NextCare UrgentCare.
They are very friendly and efficient. Only thing that could improve is they have no x-ray machine, so it makes it hard to treat simple breaks and sprains. Other than that they are excellent.
I came after a dentist refused to change my antibiotic. Amoxicillin doesnt work on me and I told him this. I took it for 2 days and only got worse. I came to Nextcare and was treated properly and with respect. I highly recommend NextCare!
We had an hour and a half to get in, be seen and return to to the clinic who referred us and made it with time to spare
This was the only doctor that helped me after my visit in the hospital.
Considering the wait time after I made an appointment that was my only issue. The nurse that took care of us until the doctor came in was excellent as was the doctor. The staff there on a Sunday morning was very very friendly willing to help and make me feel better.
Today was ok, I’ve definitely had better experiences from Next care providers. Today I saw Gilbert and he was mediocre. Bedside manor not good he needs more soft skills.
Went in with a sore shoulder that turned out to be tendonitis. Received some pain medication via shots and a sling. All within an hour from walk into walkout. Very happy with NextCare and their staff
Wonderful receptionist and nurse. Short wait time and thorough testing.Would definitely recommend and would go back with no hesitation. Thank you.
Staff was friendly and my Tb test was painless
I am mostly deaf and I am sick and cannot talk very well. Everybody seem to be in good spirits. The doctor was very pleasant! They got me in at my appointment time and out the door very efficiently.
From the moment that I got there they were very courteous, friendly. I had to fill some paperwork online, when I finish about not even five minutes later they call me ask me some more questions and told me to go in the back of the building and they will call me. Not even five minutes I was call to come inside I was put on a room they took my blood pressure fever and the doctor came To see me, and gave me medication for my symptoms. I got a shot stay 10 minutes just to see if I had a reaction. Again every nurse that I had an encounter with, was very friendly
Excellent service. In and out within 25 minutes with appointment.
The doctor is great! She knew exactly what was going on and ordered the necessary prescriptions. I was very hesitant at first but could not get an appointment with my doctor for over a month! I think eyes are pretty darn important and should not wait a flippin month so i walked into the Nextcare Urgent Care and am so very glad I did. If your doctor does not have time nor think it is important come here. The doctor is here to make it better. She cares and it shows!
I am so impressed with the services at this clinic today that I just have to post my review. The reception staff was so courteous and likewise with the nursing staff. I am lost for words to praise the doctor who treated me. She was exceptional, caring, informative and so knowlegable of my condition. I walked out of there feeling so blessed and full of gratitude
Im still in shock over this. The doctor who assessed my condition told me that I need to take vitamin supplements and use a humidifier instead of taking antibiotics for an infection. She started talking about energies(chakras) and alternative medicine, and told me that conditions like POTS and Depression are caused by energy imbalance and malnutrition. I told her my POTS is genetic(I know this for a fact,) and she told me I needed to go find integrative medicine and these doctors can use my PAST LIVES? to find the real reason for my GENETIC condition. I did not even ask her for input on my conditions. I went here for help because of my active symptoms of a sinus infection and got a lecture about western medicine and spirituality. She also told me infections arent actually infections unless youre in intense pain and theres pus in your phelgm. This is just simply not true. She is implying people shouldnt be given antibiotics until their infection has progressed, often needing emergency care by that point. The nurse I saw prior at least tested me for strep, which I appreciated. But now I need to rely on my immune system to get me through this week-long sickness which Im confident is an infection and risk needing hospitalization, because I was not even OFFERED antibiotics.
Those who know me, know that I travel extensively and rarely have medical issues. I was so very fortunate to be near Nextcare Urgent Care as I’m a snowbird from Wisc. I received a warm welcome and sympathy for the pain I had with my hip and was easily processed with a few pieces of paperwork. The front staff were great. I was seen by the PA who immediately connected with me as a person and understood and was able to diagnosis my condition quickly. The staff in the back are so nice and friendly too. My thinking is now each time we are here during the season, we have a place to go if another situation arises.
Wasnt too long of a wait and all the staff I had were nice
Everyone was friendly, quick and the doctor had a great bed side manner and was very supportive of my daughters anxiety. I would highly recommend!
The facility is always clean and the staff is friendly. Even with an appointment there is usually an hour or so wait but the doctors listen and seem to genuinely care about getting patients feeling better. Theyre quick with sending prescriptions if needed and usually do a follow up call or email to see how youre feeling.
Got in and out quickly!!! The Physician Assistant Aaron Newton was so nice and very thorough! Explained everything he was doing and how he wanted to go about the plan for my care. Extremely helpful and sweet! Thanks so much..
So I have not the slightest clue how this place has so many stars… not only did they never tell me what I actually had for sure, but they prescribed me medication I’m allergic to…. My pharmacy called and was like arnt you allergic to this medication and I said yes. So I called and had y’all change it…. Just to find out y’all prescribed me another medication that had the same stuff I’m allergic to in that as well… lol third time is the charm I guess right… Don’t go here unless you wanna get prescribed stuff that can possibly kill you lol. Thanks so much guys 🤌🏻
Although I made an appt online for tomorrow at 2pm, I decide to stop in and see how long the wait is. She told me about an hour or so. It was a total of 90 minutes and I was pleased with the professional ism of the front desk staff, the nurse that took me in for vitals, and the PA who visited with me, asked plenty of questions, and ultimately wrote a script, which is just what I wanted and expected. I would definitely go back again if Im in the area.
Visit was prompt! Total time 20 min! Very nice personnel!
The nurse practitioner was really kind and listened to my concerns. Diagnosed me with a double ear infection and got me on my way pretty fast. I didnt have insurance so I got $165 up front and then $90 for the strep test still cheeper then the ER.
Worst urgent care experience. You cant communicate directly with the facility desired when you call. Must talk to central call center who is clueless about what is going on. After being seen, I was trying to get a prescription to my pharmacy ALL DAY and they kept saying they were sending it right over. After 3 trips back and forth and several phone calls, still no prescription (5 hours later). I finally asked for a paper copy so I could take it over myself and they said they cannot do that. Steer clear of this place.
Visited this urgent care due to a cough that has been persistent for over two months. Had a chest x ray done and have been waiting 6 days for the results. I am concerned that I have heard nothing and trying to speak to someone in person is nearly impossible.
Scheduled an appointment in advance for my son because neither if us feel good and I didnt want to wait for hours to be seen. The online system told us to check in 15 min before our appointment time, which we did. Then they told us to wait in the car for the back office to call. They called, did a brief triage over the phone and told us to park in the back and when a room opens someone will come get us. There was no available parking in the back so I parked on the side. After 90 min of waiting in the car, I went in to ask if wed been missed since we couldnt park in the back and was told that there is no precedence given to appointments, its more of a reservation. Why offer appointments online then? Whats the point if youre just treated like a walk-in when you show up?
Was a 5 star now a 1 star. Went Sunday morning at 7:59am. Was told to get out as they werent open till 8am, but the door was unlocked because the office manager didnt have the keys. Was told didnt you read the sign closed sign. Treated rudely. Went back and joked with the first nurse and asked if I could speak with whomever is the manager of the two rude ladies. Was advised one of them is the manager and advised a diffrent reason for not being able to stay in the lobby for less then a minute. I asked her to advise the manager of my rude treatment. Instead of it being constructive she took this criticism as being a threat and canceled my appointment immediately. I asked to speak with the doctor on duty. Charissa or Clarissa came back and advised me the doctor is with a patient and wont speak with me and said I have to leave the premises immediately. So I left. I never raised my voice or cursed at them just told them Id call corporate. They showed no concern showing me that this type of treatment is condoned. Went to banner urgent care was scene as a walk in quickly easy peasy.
Will never go back to this clinic and will be sure to go out of my way to let anyone and everyone know how bad the service is here. After scheduling an appointment for my 16 month old, we were asked to wait in the car till they were ready for us. WE WAITED FOR THREE HOURS. After the first two hours we decided to let our now fussy toddler cry in the waiting room. 20 minutes in the waiting room lady at the desk finally decided to put us in a room. My girlfriend was very frustrated and was going to go ask what was going on. When she opened the door another worker was walking by. My girlfriend explained to her that we had an appointment 2 1/2 hours prior to this point and asked if we would be seen anytime soon. The worker in the rudest way possible said “No.” and told us that they were backed up. No sympathy at all. The cherry on top was when we left, the packed waiting room of walk ins was empty. Doctor was nice but the other two workers don’t deserve to be in this field of work.
Great friendly staff, excellent service and easy to get appointment, just walk in. Authorized to treat veterans makes life easier when seeking medical treatment.
My personal experience here has been one of what healthcare should be, CARE!The check-in nurse was very sweet and thorough, Gilbert the PAC was nothing but most caring and respectful. Within 24 hours I was on the mend. Thank you !
I went in with something simple but I felt I was treated as importantly as the last person. Friendly staff! That is a big help by itself. Kind and patient. The Doctor I saw made me feel at ease and was quick and again, kind. I cant say enough good things. Keep up the great work!!
You’re not even allowed to wait with a loved one in the waiting area because these people are still pushing the Covid nonsense 3 years later. Well, at least that’s what I was informed of. Even though there’s clearly other people in the waiting area with their loved ones. This is absolutely despicable and ridiculous. My loved one was also denied access to a bathroom while waiting alone in the waiting room. But at least she has her useless face diaper to protect her right? You people are a joke.
The Staff was very polite and helpful. Waiting time was a little longer but they had a laceration patient that needed care right away. To me Emergency patients are first to be cared for and we just need to be understanding and put ourselves in their case. Very Professional Staff and would go again. Excellent Service.
NextCare does it again! Another great experience with another great doc! Dr. Aaron Newton was exceptional. He was personable and kind, made me feel heard and didnt make me do a song and dance to get the treatment I genuinely needed. Whoever is doing the hiring here is really top notch. Dr. Fleming, Dr. McFann, Dr. Gilbert and now Dr. Newton...all outstanding and I would recommend any of those docs to anyone.
My experience at urgent care was great even though I was feeling terrible, the staff was friendly and efficient got me checked in right away and , I was called back within 10 minutes, the entire visit was less than 45 minutes and in was on my way to feeling better . Thank you for you exceptional care.Scarlet Kasa
All of the staff were amazing! We had a short wait, but the quality of care was more than worth it. Thanks NextCare!
Front office staff werent that friendly but the MA and physician made up for that. The MA was doing vitals on my son and called the physician in right away. My son needed a breathing treatment and they were very quick about getting it done. They also explained everything clearly, were very nice, and super helpful.
Brought in my sick granddaughter. She had just been croupy and with the Christmas amen me coming up, didnt want to delay any possible treatment. Dr McCann was wonderful! Very patient, kind and thorough in her observation of the little one. Thank you for your service!
Today I took my daughter in to be seen and was greeted very kindly by the front desk clerk. Then I was quickly brought back to get my daughters information and Alicia did an outstanding job getting all the information she needed even with my child being distracting she managed the situation so well and we hope to be taken care of by her again, she quickly got us into a room and even joked with my girls and made us feel very comfortable which is saying alot as my daughter hates doctors offices. The provider was also very thorough but I forgot the name. Overall Id like to thank your office for making our experience a relaxed and comfortable!
It was a great experience staff is polite and helpful although there is no x-ray technician therefore i wasn’t able to get the x-rays i needed at the clinic. they definitely need a tech because it was an inconvenience to go to an outside x-ray lab.
Was checked in by front desk, she was thorough and made sure all my demographics where up to date. Then I was brought to the back to be triaged by Mona, who from the scale up until all my information was obtained gave attitude and only somewhat changed the way she spoke to me after I asked for her name. Further more once in the room I could hear her talking about me and how I asked her her name to which she told other staff yeah I told her Im Mona, if she wants to file a complaint she can . To me this is extremely unprofessional, I am personally in the medical field and I would never treat my patients in this fashion. I can only hope that she doesnt treat all patients this way. I will always recommend Nextcare because I know the providers always provide thorough and excellent care, however I do feel that staff should be educated about patient care.
