I can’t remember the name of my dr but he was honestly amazing!! Was straightforward but relaxed at the same time, he made me feel immediately comfortable about the situation I was in and made me feel a lot better! Thank you to him!!! Now I do have to say I’ve had mixed feelings with the receptionists in there. They’re amazing women and they are just doing their job but sometimes it feels like they’re annoyed that you’re there. The nurses are also amazing they are just always good at what they do.
I had been not feeling well for several days, and had a slight temperature yesterday so I was able to schedule an appointment same day! I was able to update all my paperwork and documents online, so when I arrived, I just told them my name and was checked in. The wait time wasnt long at all. The MA checking me in was very nice. The provider, Amanda, was amazing! Fantastic bedside manner, very thorough, and gave full explanations for what she was diagnosing as well as ways to help avoid some of my symptoms. This was probably my best experience here!
When we checked in, there was only one person in the waiting room ahead of us. It still took about an hour and a half just for a sports physical that took less than 10 minutes, because they had all 8 rooms in the back full for 2 providers! It was quite deceptive how long our wait would be. Just understand that if the waiting room is full, expect all their rooms to be full as well. Last week we tried to go but waited almost an hour and half and still hadnt been put in a room. We ended up leaving because we had somewhere to be, but also didnt want to wait any longer around so many who were sick, when we werent. Not a very efficient way to do it.
The ladies at the front desk were friendly and efficient. The MA was pleasant while I read off my long list of medications and drug allergies; she never tried to rush me. The NP was friendly from the moment he walked into the exam room. He listened to my symptoms, did a quick exam to be sure things werent spreading, and prescribed medications I have been prescribed by other practitioners for the same symptoms. I did not have an appointment, yet even though several people were ahead of me, I was out of there in less than one hour.
Super clean! They could teach Banner a thing or 2. However I spent more time waiting than actual time with the nurse. No real bedside manner so to speak just a 1/2 min exam then what script I’m getting and done less than 5 minutes. But maybe that’s just how it is these days.Again though the facility is immaculate! Front desk staff was friendly too.
Im never coming to nextcare ever again. This is NOT the first time Ive had issues but this was the worst! I was there for respiratory issues but let the nurse know I was experiencing kidney pain, in the event it was related to my illness as flu virus can cause the kidneys to inflame and become painful. I was met with so much push back. I was told they can only treat me for my respiratory illness or the kidney pain But not both bc they have too many patients and theyre too busy. Mind you, I made an appointment - I was not a walkin. So said again, my primary concern is that I cannot breathe! And I think my sinus infection turned into bronchitis. But before I could even finish my sentence the provider was very condescending and said Honey, a sinus infection has nothing to do with ur kidneys. I looked at him and I said I know that, but I think its bronchitis and Ill see my pcp for my kidney issues if needed. The Dr then proceeded to ask me questions about my kidneys even tho they told me I would be treated for my respiratory illness only. I told the Dr that my son has the flu so it maybe the flu. Hes like no honey it all came back negative. Ur breathing fine! I then started to have a full blown panic attack bc I felt Iike they wanted to take my money and talk down to me, but not treat me. Im sick and cannot breath but yet Im perfectly fine? Makes no sense! The dr opened the door and all the patients and staff could see and here me having this horrible sounding panic attack bc I have so much mucous in my chest I cant breathe! Ive been sick since mid-November been to two nextcare drs and they both told me to take OTCs. After I started having the panic attack The dr finally decided to refer me to get a chest X-ray. I left that office crying, they didnt give me any discharge paperwork even tho I asked if I needed to wait for the chest X-ray referral. They said no ur all set and sent me with absolutely nothing. I dont know if the pharmacy will get my rxs in time before they close bc im not even sure if nextcare sent anything at all bc I didnt get any paperwork of my visit summary). I can barely talk or breath, and have the worst sore throat. They Didnt check for strep or test my urine (which is quick and easy and wouldnt take too much time). I cannot believe they only half treat patients for one thing at a time (even if the symptoms may be related in some way...I dont know bc Im not a an dr!). Just telling them my symptoms bc they ask and then theyre like well choose a symptom to treat. Horrible horrible horrible patient care. Dont go there you less you have no where else to go. And I know sometimes that is the case.Update (1-11-25) nextcare saw this review and left me a vm. They said the patient is responsible for asking for their visit summary so if I wanted it then I should have asked for it and waited. They also told me that I was confused about my medications. They told me to call them back to clarify my confusion and I can come back to get my visit summary. What a joke! My family and I have been going to this nextcare for over a decade now and never once have I had to ask myself for my visit summary. They have always given it to me before I left so I know exactly what meds im getting. Not once did they apologize in the VM. They told me to have a blessed day. Which is nice but the tone I get from the call is...Im the dumb one...not them. I guess they were perfect in providing me with patient care! Wow!
The nurses and doctor were both exceptional. I felt that they went above and beyond. The front desk staff needs some training. They were rude and short with people. I had an appointment at 1:45 so I walked in and checked in with the front desk at 1:30, she said I got you checked in. At 2:15 my husband went up to ask how much longer of a wait. She says oh she is next and at that same moment I got a notification on my watch that I was now checked in. She never checked me in when I arrived 15 minutes early. Instead of owning up to her mistake she just tried rambling off excuse after excuse.
I have never experienced such rude front desk healthcare workers. They would not help when I needed help with the WiFi. They just pointed to wall full of papers and told me the info was on the wall. When I asked again for help they acted like they couldn’t hear me and I was standing right in front of them. The DR and the intake nurse were great but they need new front desk people, maybe ones that like what they do.
Horrible I took my son to get a Covid test and my self .my son is sick . And the lady that did our Covid test had them both together in her hand with no names on them . Long story short , doctor comes in and says I have Covid not him . I sailed are you sure not him. We check out and I get paperwork saying I have Covid and have to be re cleared to return to work and he can go tomorrow. After I asked are you sure she didn’t mix them up . I went to cvs and bought 2 test I took one right away negative when we got home he took his Positive.like I said
Provider was excellent and professional. Diagnosed my health issue and sent prescription to pharmacy. Front desk greeted us and made the process somewhat easier, being first-timersAfter a wait our medical information was gathered. The operation was pretty busy apparently a provider fell sick and needed to leave, backing things up for all. We would return if necessary..
Thankful Next Care was open on Christmas Eve since I was very sick & needed care. Easy to schedule online to make an appointment the day before & check in was easy too. Great customer service and care that was given by all. Thank you
Great service. My moms Drs office was closed for some reason so we called urgent care and they got her in right away. everyone was so polite and Dr. Gilbert took good care of her.
Wanted $400+ for a basic walk-in check up! Couldnt tell me that over the phone when scheduling an appointment. Better have insurance before considering any of these places. Better off with self care, if you need paperwork for work clearance and dont have insurance dont waste your time go to e.r.*DID NOT strive to be transparent with price. Youre owned by an insurance company, truly making the difference. Ill go to your competitor thats FAIRLY PRICED
Went In for lady issue and saw Dr. Davis. I was expecting the same hymn with antibiotics and leaving. Dr. Davis listened to me and actually got me a referral to a specialist and gave tips that I was unaware of. I am pleased with my care, considering I was a little bummed to find Dr. Montano not there any more. But if/when I need treatment in my future, I feel much better knowing there is a kind, considerate and compassionate knowledgeable Dr named Amanda Davis there in his place. I highly recommend Nextcare Ugent care in Casa Grande. Most affordable, quick care facility you have in CG. Dr. Davis is amazing! If I could make her my primary care I would! Definitely go to nextcare urgent care in your time of health needs.
This was the second time I visited in a week as the first round of couching meds didn’t work with me BUT the other antibiotics killed my ear infections and helped my breathing. Alberto was terrific to open me up. This second round was 50MG methyl pregnisone and 100 mg of doxycycline. This knocked to out in 36 hours. The staff was very pleasant. Amanda and Audrey were super. Very knowledgeable and helpful treating my awful bronchitis.
Front desk ladies were very nice. Provider only looked in my son’s ears. Didn’t check anything else. No glands, no looking in his nose or throat, no listening to his lungs. The office needs a deep cleaning and fresh paint. Dirty floors and baseboards and bed steps. Broken counter in room and very dirty bases to medical equipment like rolling lights and blood pressure machines.
I needed a prescription renewal pending a visit in 3+ weeks with my new PCP. The doctor asked questions, verified that I did have a PCP and sent the prescription to my drug store.i was very pleased with the process.
Have been sick with a head cold for a couple of weeks then it moved to my chest which is never good for me! Starts out bronchitis and then turns to pneumonia quickly! Luckily today it is just bronchitis & a sinus infection 😓 now I have to deal with taking steroids for 6 days and the huge shot of them I got in office! being diabetic this really sucks. steroids and diabetes don’t play well together!! this was our 1st time to this office and I will definitely be back! very friendly staff and I loved the PA I saw (can’t remember his name) only place I think they could work on is the wait times especially once you are in the back. we got taken back aprox. 12:20 and it was after 2 pm before we got out! only tests they ran were Covid and flu and those are rapid tests during the time waiting for the test results I had a breathing treatment and a shot in the hip of steroids. I would say we sat and waited at least an hour longer than necessary. IMO. but again loved everyone and will be back!!!
I received strep and flu testing. The whole visit was only 28 minutes. He didnt tell me results for the flu testing. He said i was not contagious and told me to take allergy medication. Given the severity of my symptoms, I chose to visit the emergency room. Well, the tests i did there confirmed that I had the flu and was experiencing a high heart rate. Terrible experience.
Don’t recommend, I told them what was going on with me when I first got there and they had me wait in the waiting room for 2 hours and in a patient room for an hour just for them to tell me there’s nothing they could do for me. Staff wasn’t friendly. I’m sure they’re tired and overworked, but some resemblance of customer service would have been appreciated.
Bernadette, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and very personable. Amada Davis, PA, is an exceptional provider and person. Her demeanor, attentiveness, professionalism, and expressed desire to help patients get better is evident in her approach, her eyes, and facial expressions. She genuinely appears to enjoy helping people. I cannot remember feeling as comfortable and important anywhere else when seeking medical care. Amandas personality, knowledge, and expertise in providing care is well above and beyond anything Ive experienced in 74 years. Lastly, but not least, I am feeling better than I have in over a month and 2 other of
The entire experience was pleasant. I never felt like I waited too long for anything. Everything was efficient. Everyone was nice.
Even when creating an appointment still was there for over two hours AND the MA assistant asked me to set my infant down on the scale where they weigh everyone. I had to ask her to either wipe it down or add something on there as it’s unsanitary for me to set my child somewhere everyone steps on.
I would like to compliment Lindsey Jones, her quick and professional skills for my bronchitis and cough. Cured it.. And add Samantha Acuna, front desk, easy check-in.. This was my first experience.. Well done.
The girl at the front was really rude and didnt want to do her job. She tried to say needed a insurance number or social to find out insurance stuff. Which is WRONG Ive been to urgent care before all our stuff is in the system she just didnt want to do her job cause it was almost close which is completely unprofessional I had to tell her the urgent care in PHX does it no issues before she would even look then all the sudden she found one of my daughters but said she couldnt find the other she stopped looking cause they both go to the Dr together every time so both of them are in the system she just didnt want to do her job! She had attitude the whole time as well. There was another family trying to be seen as well and she apparently told them they had to have a insurance number they were in a panic trying to charge a phone to get the number so the child could be seen all cause the girl at the front desk didnt wanna look in the system for passed visits for anyone cause it was 20 mins before they close. The Dr was a not rude as well Dr Gilbert didnt wanna refill there breathing machine treatment he said a primary Dr had too but again thats NOT how urgent care works in the CITY! If urgent care prescribed anything for breathing theyll always look in the system to verify then send in a refill. The Dr said NO without checking the system again. This clinic is LAZY needs to be trained again on customer service and how to do their job correctly and understand you work til the time on the door says not give up 20mins before your off and closed.DO NOT GO HERE they are horrible and unprofessional! To turn away sick kids cause you wanna close early your in the wrong line of work!
I was able to book an appointment that was an hour out from the time that I booked it. After checking in, I waited for about 15 minutes before I was seen. Sylvia was amazing! Not only was she understanding about my situation, she gave me advice on how I can continue maintaining a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend this provider if you are in the Coolidge/Casa Grande area.
Went in for help with an ear infection, it’s painful to travel so I called first and was told no appointment necessary. Just stop by.Upon arriving I was told to come back in 30 minutes and they would take me.Returning 30 minutes later the front desk said they took their last walk in for the day.I just wanted help… but they gave me false information twice.Just go to banner urgent care across the street. Banner helped me in just a few minutes. Maybe next care was just having a bad day but after how I was treated and talked to. Even being as kind and soft spoken as I am. I won’t be returning…
We checked in at 1:24 pm and left at 4:34 pm. The doctor was very nice but I am very upset because they wrote the wrong injured hand on my daughter’s referral. I went over to Simon Med to get her X ray and they wouldn’t see my daughter until NextCare fixed. Called NextCare and they told me there was nothing they could do at the moment bc the prescribing doctor was not in until 12 pm!!! Do HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS NOT REALIZE PEOPLE HAVE TO WORK, I left work to get this completed while my employer waited for my return. I can NOT AFFORD TO TAKE OFF ANYMORE TIME FROM WORK TO GET THIS COMPLETED. I am super frustrated with the competency of our healthcare system especially with NextCare.
Came in with a severe sore throat that I had had for two weeks and was hardly greeted by front desk staff. One of them actually gave me a look like why are you here. Wait wasnt to long but when I was seen by JADEH MARSELIS MOORE FNP he barely wanted to listen to me, & barely checked my throat. Stood uncomfortably close to me and was dismissive when I tried to state my concerns. conversation with him took less than 5 minutes. I requested a test he didnt think I needed. He told me it would take 3-5 days for results. I called every day just about for 8 days to get the results of this test. Every time I was told no results but you dont have to call us we will call you. On day 8 they finally contact the lab for me and looks like the lab doesnt have my swab. I am extremely saddened by the terrible service provided to me. I will heal myself and diagnose myself from now on. Im almost 4 weeks into my sore throat now and chest pain so good job NextCare.
I was so happy with my experience at this clinic two days before Christmas what a crew. Lovely provider best bed side manner.Amanda Davis
Nurse practitioner was outstanding , helped and and did what I needed. Was in quickly and staff was very nice thru whole process.
I saw a nurse practitioner at next care. He was polite and knowledge. Answered all of my questions and provided good care.
Medical staff and the provider that attended to me were kind and professional. Time to get seen was also pretty quick and the provider seen I was in bad shape even if my test for the flu came positive and prescribed me the appropriate needed meds to attack this to start the road to getting better.
Every time I go there they claim they cannot verify my United Health Insurance. I had my insurance rep call them and I was told this place does this often because they want you to pay cash. Ended up taking my son to the hospital where they had no problem verifying the insurance.
The staff and doctors seem to not want to do their job. They are judgmental, and rude. I have been here multiple times and had friends and family receive “care” from this establishment as well, and all our experiences are the same except for once in a blue moon when someone happens to be nice and helpful. If i were you i wouldn’t waste my time with this next care, they act as if their time is more valuable than yours they have no regard to how they speak to their patients and they always seem to have a bad attitude and shitty face expression. Bad vibes all around would not recommend
The front office was very efficient. The attending nurse was very pleasant. (I wish I could remember her name) Jadeh Marselis-Moore was incredibly kind, and understanding. I was not expecting any of that at an Urgent Care Center. Very pleasant surprise. Also the wait time was about 10 minutes which was also unexpected!
December 20th Friday night 6:20 p.m. please keep all the medical assistants in the doctors on NextCare Urgent Care payroll I thought they were super great workers and have wonderful hearts and they take care of you very good 🥰🥲😇🙏🙏\ Susan Johnston December 20th 6:20 p.m. Friday night ~~~ again the girls were super great and the doctor was super great and just keep them on next care urgent care payroll🤩🤩🥰🥰
Scheduled online about a week prior to appointment and still had to wait about an hour and 20 mins until I was finally seen by a RN.While sitting in waiting area we overheard front desk staff informing several walk-ins that their wait time would be an hour....Needless to say that it would have been an all 5* rating if I could have been seen at or at least close to the scheduled time.
I was ordered to get x-rays and found things wrong with my back. The Dr was very understanding and thorough. She helped me with my work time and ordered more x-rays. She was fantastic. I would recommend this urgent care. The only issue I see with this urgent care is they have no x-rays there, or x ray technician. They cant read x rays with a disc sent from the 3rd part x-ray. You have to reschedule another appointment for them to have time for the x rays to be sent electronically to them.
Not really sure how I feel about this place. I waited over an hour to been seen by a doctor. I should have went to my doctors office, would have been faster. The doctor who treated me was super nice and service from him was great. Next time I should set up the appointment online and just wait at home. I would suggest not doing a walk-in as you could be waiting for a while.
Very positive experience. Nice people. Wonderful medical staffDidnt wait long. Im very satisfied and would return , as well as, recommending.
My 99 year old mother had a fall and appointment was made on line. Filled out online all paperwork, received confirmations online. My daughter in law took her to appointment and desk person could not find any appointment or online paperwork. Visit took 2 hours which for a 99 year old in pain is forever. Loved Dr they saw, nothing but praise for her care. Front desk could definitely use some help.
My dr made me feel so much better and relaxed. She called me back like she said she would. She was amazing and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. Katrine
I checked in, was processed immediately, and was seen in short order, within 10 minutes! The clerk took me in for further data input then directed me to the exam room. The PA saw me within 3-4 minutes, performed her examination of my wound, relayed what she was going to prescribe for me and how my hand would be bandaged. Then entire process took less than 45 minutes, was very efficient, and pleasant.
You said:There are no words to truly describe how I feel as Im typing this. Today I had the displeasure of seeing Family Nurse Practitioner, Jabeh Marselis-Moore. I spent over 30 minutes waiting to be seen, only for him to come in for 5 minutes in and disregard that I had any feelings at all. For someone who works in the medical field, youd think hed know how to speak to people, but I have an understanding that it does not come easy to everyone. I come in to get an STD screening and simply inquired about getting full panel done. Moore says that they dont offer full panel testing, which is fine. What is not okay, is his dismissive tone and attitude, saying that Im young and this is why people should use protection. To put it in so many words, I am a victim of SA, which I explain to him, but he was so busy getting out the door, he couldnt care less. I wanted to be seen today just for my own peace of mind, but Im in awe of how carelessly he spoke to me.If I have any feedback for the staff, its to be mindful of the people youre treating, we are all experiencing our own hardship. The air of judgement does nothing for you and if I had known that I would be treated this way, I wouldve went elsewhere.
Kind and efficient staff and doctor was thorough and explained anything I needed to know about my condition. I would recommend them to others. Thank you.
Really nice staff, nurse practitioner, nurse and receptionist. The wait is long on a Saturday but that’s to be expected at an urgent care. They were all really kind in trying to help me with my issue and can’t say how nice the receptionist Adriana was. Tried many different ways to help get everything billed properly. Could have easily charged my insurance and been done with it but she kept trying and found a way to get it covered.
I had to go to urgent care for my asthma yesterday. This is my second time going to this location and both times, they took care of me. I am really thankful for the people of casa grande because ever since I moved here, I have had nothing but good experiences. Thank you to the provider that helped me yesterday :)
Wasn’t a long wait time. The family practitioner was really nice and helped me. Would definitely come back if I ever need to
I had made an appointment online using the Solv app—super easy!! Filled out all my paperwork!! I checked in online when I got to the parking lot! There were people that came after me, but they had to fill out this paperwork, so I was taken in moments after I got there—just a couple of minutes after my appointment time!!! I had great service, super friendly people, good results, and I was out in 32 minutes!!!! VERY HAPPY!!!
I love this urgent care! They are always so friendly and professional! In and out no bull! Thank you to all the staff! You are awesome!
My experience was amazing and I absolutely plan on coming here again next time I’m sick instead of trying to tough it out 💜
My visit to urgent care was ok. The reason I say ok is because the people behind the desk had me scan a QR code and sign in that way. Its getting ridiculous to where they dnt want to do any work. They sit there and gossip all day what kind of work do they do? That made me mad. Oh I forgot theyre there to collect the money from your insurance.
I went in for a UTI. The doctor was very efficient. He came out and had me do a urine sample before I even came into the room. After he did an analysis, he came in and prescribed medicine and I was out of there quickly. I have been here many times and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend. NextCare
Quick to triage, longer wait for the provider, Amanda Davis, but she was delightful! Upbeat, sympathetic, I highly recommend her.
This was the worst experience I’ve had since moving to Arizona. Imagine an experience where you’ve been sick all week. Not improving one bit. Not emergency, but off to urgent care we go. We missed work today.Find a place. They charged me in advance of course. Turns outs there’s no Doctor or PA on premises at this NextCare Urgent Care Casa Grande when I paid my co pay. The so called provider identified herself as Lynn, not a doctor. I asked her if there was a doctor on premises, and she said no. She would have to direct me to director of health management by phone. I left the office asking for phone numbers (refund) from the front desk as I did. Please, this place is a scam and a joke. Help me shut them down.
I go to the ER every few weeks for asthma exacerbation, and spend hours waiting to be told the same thing over and over again. At least with Nextcare, theyre quick, to the point and help you out how you want to be helped.Definitely my first choice when I need to go to the ER.
It is great to have an urgent care facility close by that you can actually make an appointment at.. without the appointment it was 2 and 1/2 to 3 hour wait at another urgent care.
The physician with the dreads really cool professional got my Finger cleaned and dressed within 10 minutes I know it’s not about speed, but he What he was doing and that’s all that matters
Went in for a sports physical for my child, it was super fast and easy to schedule online and we came in and were in and out. The physician was friendly, and welcoming! I definitely recommend Nextcare if you are needing a sports physical for your child!
Great nurses and NP. Very professional. Not a long wait. Will definately recommend them and if the need arises I will go back.
Wonderful and professional staff. I’ve visited 3 times within the past week and wait time was tolerable. Physician and nurse was very friendly with my sick toddler. They were also very friendly when doing employer physical and TB test.Front desk greets respectfully and speaks professionally.A pleasant experience.
The provider was great, he was very professional and fast. I was a walk in and did not have to wait long.
Made an appointment the night before for a likely covid infection. I arrived 15 min early, wasnt taken back until over 30 min after my appt time. The front desk staff and first nurse were very friendly. The doctor (PA?) that I saw wasnt so great. I have underlying health issues that make any lung infection a bigger risk for me. He only prescribed steroids, said he didnt like prescribing Paxlovid (despite it being proven safe). When I asked him about the other common Covid drug (Lagevrio) thats been approved and is perfectly safe, plus my primary care MD prescribed it for me last year Ive taken it before, he said he had never heard of it and wouldnt consider it.
I recently visited NextCare because I was feeling extremely sick, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care I received. Provider Jadeh Marsalis Moore was exceptional. He was thorough, compassionate, and truly listened to my concerns. He diagnosed me quickly, treated me effectively, and ensured my medications were sent electronically to my pharmacy without delay. He made me feel cared for and confident in the treatment plan. The medical assistant, Jen, was equally amazing. She was kind, reassuring, and attentive, going out of her way to make me feel as comfortable as possible during a very difficult time. She was gentle and professional when performing tests for COVID and the flu, and her positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The entire team was incredibly efficient and friendly. The front office staff made the check-in process smooth and seamless. I appreciated how they made it easy to complete my paperwork online beforehand, which allowed me to be taken to a room immediately upon arrival. This kind of efficiency is rare and truly valuable when you’re feeling unwell.Overall, my experience at NextCare was outstanding. From start to finish, the staff demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a clear dedication to patient care. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. Thank you for providing such excellent care!
Dr Jadeh MooreTruly love her personality and how she cares . She explained everything to me.I highly recommend her.
The doctor his name is Gilbert was beyond amazing made me feel like family this urgent care is amazing because of the staff and doctor that helped me.
Friendly staff, clean atmosphere and doesnt take hours to be seen. Me and my family will ALWAYS come to this office. To the staff...thanks for your service!
Staff was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Even ran into an old friend there.
My last experience I fainted but the care of the dr was great . 5 starts. However ,Moore Marsalis basically asked all the questions to assure their assumptions of my symptoms but didn’t ask what may have started them or when . Didn’t leave room for conversation or showed the care to pinpoint the issue . Simply said to go to my primary care physician. I waisted my money and time to be prescribed antacids and not even given the time or opening to talk and figure out the issue together .
Doctor visit was great n helpful ,but send my prescription to Walgreens pharmacy that is. Closed on Sat n Sunday Had to wait until Monday for prescription, not good
The Visit was fast and I was out the door within 20 minutes. Because they were so attentive and prompt I was able to complete the rest of my tasks for the day. Thank you.
Awesome experience! Extremely fast, friendly and professional.... Best urgent care experience I have ever had!
We appreciate the Dr and staff. Everyone attended to our young son with great care.
I saw Gilbert Montoya again. I will make sure to see if he is on duty next time. He is completely incompetent and doesnt know how to practice medicine. I have seen him 2 times now and he has never given me the proper treatment.
The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and quick to getting us in . Your time is greatly appreciated God bless you and your families. Thank you!
They were great and very friendly nice and clean offices and waiting rooms
Very professional, friendly staff, clean facility, and respectful. Highly recommended.
I definitely will go back next time,it didnt take 3 hours there like Banner urgent care.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. My husband and I took our two year old to urgent care because he had a horrible bloody nose and a swollen eye. When we arrived, my active two year old didn’t want to sit, so he threw a fit. Thankfully we were seem quickly. Once we got into our room and his vitals were taken, the “nurse” came in, Jadeh Marsalis Moore. He sat down, looked at my son and told us he had pink eye. He then told us it was because we don’t give him antihistamine everyday. When I asked if we should be concerned about his bloody nose and the amount of bloody he lost, his response was, “if he can throw a fit like he did in the lobby, he’s fine.”He went on to ask if we were first time parents, which we are, he told us that we over reacted and wasted our time coming in. As he walked out, he slapped my husband on the arm and told him to get his son a haircut so he could actually see.I have waited two weeks to give this review because I am still in disbelief that this experience actually happened with a medical professional. Yes we are first time parents and this “nurse” made us feel like complete garbage for bringing our son in.On top of it, we’re now running into problems with the billing.Do yourself a favorite and DO NOT go here.
Staff were professional and efficient. Provider was great and quick. I got received great care.
Dr. John was awesome!! All staff was courteous and helpful!!
I was able to book a same day appointment, arrived early and was able to get in before my appointment even began. They treated me better than my primary and listened to my concerns better than any medical professionals I have ever been to. If I could make this place my primary doctor, I would do it in a heartbeat. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had.
I thought the doctor was very rude he asked Elena why was she acting out because she was crying when the nurse wanted to check her for Covid and strep throat I told h I told the doctor that she up when they checked her and she was scared.that was not nice the way he talked to her so he looked in her in her ears and said she has ear problem and he let her go i feel it was uncalled for i am sorry that this happened
The wait to see the doctor was short, the CMA was professional and the doctor was kind and knowledgeable!
The provider didnt even look at my son before deciding to just tell us to give him zyrtec and send us on our way
Horrible experience . Got here at 12:30 pm and still haven’t been seen and it’s 3:30 . Have not even got my vitals checked when April said it would only be an 1 hour. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had here I don’t feel good and it’s freezing balls in the lobby trying to regulate my temperature going in and outside. overall horrible wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy stay away from this urgent care !!!
Nurse practitioner was very caring makes you feel at ease the MA are also very nice polite
Everyone was very kind & efficient . Still feeling poorly but slightly better.
The location was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. I had a short wait was able to be seen and diagnosed in less than15 minutes.
The staff appeared to be busy with a few irate patients and apologized to me that I had to overhear some of the dialogue, which they were actively trying to redirect to a more private setting.I was very pleased with the service I was provided. The practitioner explained the treatment he was recommending, as well as suggesting over-the-counter medication to supplement the injection he was recommending. He answered my questions and I left there feeling it was time & money well spent.
It was quick visit. The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. Than you
Failed to tell us that their rates had more than doubled until after our visit. No signs of rate increases and definitely not informed by any of the staff. Just a HUGE sign In the lobby saying they will not tolerate an hostile behavior. Well maybe if they were up front with there info people wouldn’t be so hostile. Next time spent the money on a sign informing parents of the rate increase instead of a being hostile sign.
We had an appointment at 2pm and were not seen until 4:15. I wish they would have notified us that they were running 2 hours behind. Being sick and sitting there for that long was miserable.
I recently visited Next Urgent Care, hoping to get relief from severe allergy symptoms that have been plaguing me. Prior to my visit, I called to confirm if they administered hydrocortisone shots for allergies, and I was assured that they did. However, my actual experience was quite different and deeply disappointing.Upon arrival, I was attended to by Family Nurse Practitioner Micaela Strevay. To my dismay, she refused to give me the hydrocortisone shot, citing a study that supposedly indicated potential harm to the muscles. This was particularly frustrating because I have previously received hydrocortisone shots in Show Low without any issues or concerns.Despite my clear and pressing need for effective treatment, I was instead prescribed over-the-counter medication. This was not only inadequate but also a waste of my time and money, as I had already tried those medications without success. The visit was quite expensive, and I felt that I did not receive the care or attention that I needed. Nurse Practitioner Strevay seemed indifferent to my condition and concerns, prioritizing policies and studies over patient care and immediate relief.Overall, my experience at Next Urgent Care was unsatisfactory. The staff appeared more interested in financial gain than in genuinely helping patients. I left feeling neglected and with the same symptoms I came in with. I would not recommend this urgent care center to anyone in need of compassionate and effective medical treatment.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Waited a little while because the system was down, but that wasn’t their fault. FNP was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Night nurses are rude very rude and the doctor was talking so fast i couldnt hardly keep up with her and she couldnt hold still she was moving 100 miles an hr i prefer day time doctor and nurses even my daughter thought they were rude
I get it there are lots of people who are sick and limited staff. They were experiencing computer issues, but I was there three hours.....
Got there early it was full but they got me and out pretty fast I was impressed good job
Got me in pretty quickly and diagnosed. Already feeling much better with prescriptions prescribed.
The Doctor was awesome and very helpful!! Staff was very nice and professional too.
Hope I don’t get injured again. Came in with a throat injury from getting kicked. Went to the ER where they diagnosed my chest pain from the same incident. Put in a note suggesting 2 nights off from work. Went into urgent care for the follow up where they were adamant on overriding the note since I originally came in for my throat. Some kind of patient care I tell you. Can’t wait to work my 13 hour shift with chest pain. Thank you to the providers at Urgent Care.
The process of making my appointment was a breeze. Made it online. Had many times to select from. Office was quiet and organized. The staff members were friendly and organized. I was there for an ankle injury. They gave me a boot and sent me for an x ray.
Dr.Montano is always attentive and cares about us as people and our well being. My Son and I are already starting to feel better! Thank you!
Cut my finger and I needed stitches. I didn’t want to go to the ER based on the dreaded never ending wait there, so I decided to schedule an appointment here online through the website.Super pleasant experience with this place, as soon as I came in, I signed in, and started to dig out my tablet because i figured I’d be waiting a bit..didn’t even get a chance to sit down before I was called back.Altogether, I think I spent a total of 30 minutes which I think is a record for having to go to urgent care or the ER last minute.Hopefully I don’t have any emergencies to require care but if I do, this is the place I’ll be headed.
I was not feeling well, walked in, filled out paperwork, was taken in the back within 5 mins. My MA was very nice & professional, and I was tested for Covid, flu? And strep throat! All negative, thank goodness. The PA was very caring & empathetic, especially when diagnosing me with bronchitis! All told, in & out, diagnosed and sent on my way within 30 minutes!A good experience for being g sick! Kudos to this office!
Very slow! Got skipped over waited for more than a hour just to get a sports physical for my daughter! This place is unbelievable will never come back again!
Made appointment for 12:40pm on a Friday, arrived at 12:30, had all paperwork already done. Still took people with appointments after her. Finally took her 45 min after scheduled appt. When I went to check on how much longer it would be, they said she did not have an appointment but a reservation, not what my texts or their website says. They averaged about 1 patient every 30 min.
I got my appointment right away. The paperwork and insurance process was easy and the office staff were helpful and friendly. The medical staff were awesome and I was well taken care of. I would come to this clinic again. Thank you.
Great front desk Staff and Nurses, and Med Director. Quick appt for CDL. Thanks!
I tried to call and set up an appointment and ask questions about the cost since I don’t have insurance. Never got to speak to a live person. Just an endless loop of automated options. Stayed on hold for an agent for over 15 minutes. Finally got frustrated and hung up.
Sadly the provider that was there at 1145am was short and on a hurry and seemed completely irritated, he asked what my symptoms were and before I could get a word out he kept over talking me and responding with uhuh ok ok, he did not seem happy at all or friendly I explained what I was experiencing and he just shrugged it off and rushed me out the door with no consideration or professionalism on his part he is a Hispanic male older in age and was completely irritated and in a hurry , I came there because I had prior experiences at this location and Everytime it seems like he is in a hurry and irritated, the receptionist bigger girl at the front was also rude and irritated but at least she enjoyed her Starbucks but still she was rude and unprofessional and had a very arrogant additude
Physician was great.Sports physical took 2 hours from time of appointment.
Gilbert is an excellent provider. Gave me the treatment I needed and explained things and was very kind. Receptionist could have acted like she liked her job. All other staff were kind.
We love coming here for our childrens sport physicals. Fast, Friendly and Efficient.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I was there fot an injured toe, xray ordered but had to search around town for a place to get the xray.
It was very quick and pleasant only complaint is dr should have explain how to take prescription medication together but everyone is so caring and respectful and understanding
Visited close to closing time, customer service very nice and polite, quick service
Doctor Freeman was great and he explained in detail about things I can do to get better
The wait wasn’t long for a walk in, and June was the consummate health care provider to my needs.
This place has been a nightmare. It has been 2 months since my visit and I am still trying to get my bill situated. At the initial appointment the front desk made a mistake on my insurance and it put me at self pay. When calling the billing department, someone dropped the ball and Im still waiting for them to fix it. I have $400.00 hovering, while they try and figure out their billing mistake. All that being said. The care I received in the first place was less then good. I give two stars because the they were at least kind.
Place was rude got in a car accident went in for a check up as I was experiencing back pain. The front desk and doctor was upset that we showed up 15 minutes before closing like we wanted to be there. Took them minutes before anybody would ask if we needed help and the doctor was rude when I asked for a note for my work for reference which he put I could return to work tomorrow and no restrictions really after somebody just was involved in a car accident expressing back pain? All of this because everybody had to stay 20 mins over there shift? I’m sorry I just felt like you guys could of showed a little empathy as I stated I just got into a car accident and if we were to late for an appointment you could of told us that. we came at all of the staff with respect I will never go here again banner always treats me and my family with respect and they be having multiple people still in the lobby after they close.
Was attended with friendly staff. Had to wait ...but other people were there before me....and I was from outta town. All went very well !!
Im not really into having to fill out the paperwork on your phone signing in. Aside from that the doctor that I saw was kind of rude. I mentioned another issue I was having and he said well you wrote something else on your paper. And spent literally 2 minutes with Me and nothing was resolved. Anyway hopefully there are other providers there because all someone needs when theyre sick is to deal with someone being the way that man was.Hope that helps. LolUpdate: went back and the doctor literally walked in and asked of what I wrote as my complaint was the problem and I said yes he responded Ill send over antibiotics go up front. I had questions and wanted to talk to a professional about it but he didnt even give me a chance. This place is horrible. Different doctor than the last time.
I was feeling miserable, went in and saw Darlene. She was very knowledgeable and explained why I was experiencing those symptoms. It was refreshing to have a PA who explained everything, took her time doing so AND checked for understanding. Also, check in was quick and easy.
My son was in and out in 15 mins. Great staff and quick.
The front office staff and doctors are always kind and get us in quickly!
The staff was kind and courteous. I was pleased with the services offered. We were in and out quickly.
Scheduled an appointment on Wednesday afternoon for the next day. They obliged. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Dr. was attentive to my needs and prescribed my meds. I was in and out of the clinic within an hour. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.
Called to see if they did stitches there and after confirming made a same day appointment online, prefilled my paperwork, after arriving and checking in I sat down for maybe 2 minutes before being called back. Was in and out after getting 4 stitches and headed home in 45 minutes. Overall pleasant experience and surprised at how fast it was.
Very courteous! knowledgeable. The provider that took care of me was very friendly and helpful. I will be going there again when I need to be seen.
I wanted to express my appreciation to this Urgent care. I went in not feeling good, and everyone there from the front office, to the MA’s, to the doctors was absolutely fantastic, professional, caring, and outstanding. The wait time was understandably and reasonable. I was so pleased with the service I received from this Urgent care. The front office, and staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back.
To schedule a visit online and to fill out all the paperwork is very easy. So is the check in process. The staff is courteous and the facility in general is nice. The doctor was kind and promptly diagnosed and prescribed what was best for my sickness.Only the long wait I didnt like. When youre feeling so sick, a chair in a waiting room is the most uncomfortable place to be. I have to agree is a shorter wait than a Hospitals Emergency room, but still, two hours is a bit too long. I do recommend it to others though. Maybe other days and/or times are not as busy and backed up.
Refused my 2 year old care because she had a fever didnt ask any other questions and referred us to the emergency room. When we got there we told the doctor that nextcare refused a 2 year old and she was appalled and said they do that all the time. My daughter was completely fine btw I wasnt dosing her the right amount of medicine which caused the fever Do not go here this is the second horrible experience Ive had here with my 2 year old daughter what a joke.
I thought it would be a long wait but it really wasnt. The staff was extremely caring and friendly. The Dr or LPN was wonderful and extremely efficient on explaining about my medication as I was very sick. I hope they have a great Christmas
Though the waiting room seemed fairly full when I arrived, my wait time was only 15 minutes and I was able to wait in my car after checking in. I was notified by phone when they were ready to see me. Once seen, my visit was finished within about 15 mintues (total time was 30 minutes from checkin). Staff are polite and professional.
This morning I went to Casa Grandes Next Care and Im very happy to say that their service exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the care and attention from the front staff and the intake person in particular. I wish I had her name but she went above and beyond to assist me with an insurance issue that turned out to be a non-issue. Then I was seen by Gilbert Montano, the family nurse practitioner who was able to set me up for a prescription that would provide relief. I would not hesitate to call on Urgent Care Casa Grande again and would encourage others to do the same!
I had a great visit today at next care. The staff were great, nice, genuine and courteous to me. I like the text and pre-sign in process that took place, made things faster. Everyone was cheerful and happy. They also have an app which makes things even work more smoothly. They get five stars for going above and beyond.
I too had an awful experience with my 3 year old recently. They told me “ I don’t mean to push you off to another place but could you go to Banner” that’s exactly what they said. Incredibly rude and uncaring with the most weak and vulnerable watch out ! Talking over me, the whole staff thumbs down for compassion and sensitivity! Bad experience, medication was not even sent to pharmacy either! Will not be going here ever again, it’s just too bad now ! Be careful and don’t trust these people with your children or yourself!
What a great experience! Dr. Fleming is awesome. I worked Urgent Care for 7 years. This is exactly how things should go. Thank you!
I would only recommend the Casa Grande N.Care location if you are in a pinch. For starters, the website states that this location is open at 07:00 a.m. But thats not the case. They dont open until 08:00 a.m.Next, I was one of the first patients in the door and still waited 45 minutes to be taken back for vitals. Then I waited another 30-40 minutes in a filthy room to be seen by the provider. The rest of the visit went fairly quickly, and I was treated in the same manner. So again, if you are in a pinch and dont want to go to the hospital, this dirty clinic will get the job done.P. S. I would have attached photos to this post. But they have a warning against it in the main lobby.
The staff an Urgent Care are wonderful. I was able to see the doctor, without insurance and the charge wasn’t an astronomical amount. The doctor was very courteous and helpful and got me the medication I needed. The staff was very friendly but efficient. They moved swift and gentle, to do with all of the potential patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Urgent Care, for those with or without insurance.
Jesus Luna was great...he put me at ease and got all my info.PA Davis was professional and very very nice to talk with. She was able to give me the info about my condition without being too technical and she spoke to me as an equal.Im sorry I didnt get the names of the two women who administered my COVID test and gave me my steroid shot but they were very nice to me as well.
Awesome job! Sinus infection, turned out to be bronchitis. Two scrips and all is well. Quick in and out. Minimal waiting.
The receptionist cursed at me, snapped on me, and refused my insurance with no empathy or anything. It’s also a 2 hour wait with only 2 patients. Do not attempt to go here. Rudest staff I’ve ever seen.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor there. Kelly seemed annoyed that I was there because it was my first day of showing symptoms, and she basically told me I might get worse and I’ll have to come back to get rechecked. I was just sick less than 2 weeks ago, went to this location where a different doctor prescribed me antibiotics and was super helpful and made me feel like she actually cared about my well being. Can’t remember her name. It’s now 2 weeks later and I started having the exact same symptoms and was even running a low grade fever of 99 today. After explaining my symptoms and telling her I just got over being sick and finishing my 10-day antibiotic, Kelly proceeded to tell me just to take ibuprofen, tylenol, and TheraFlu, and all around just seemed very irritated that I was there. She didn’t even let me know my tests for strep, flu, and covid were negative, I had to ask her myself after waiting for results for over half an hour. I will most likely end up coming back to this location if I am ever in a bind and can’t get in anywhere else, but I will not be recommending this place anymore and I especially won’t recommend Kelly to anybody who actually wants to know what’s wrong with them. I’m so disappointed in this visit and it felt like a complete waste of my time. April, who took my vitals was very sweet and professional.
Loved the doctor Amanda Davis was caring listened to what we had to say. THE only thing I was disappointed in was we couldnt get X-rays which is way I chose Next care my mom is 84 years old and its hard for her to go to different facilities she wasnt able to walk so it was inconvenient. WISH I could keep the doctor for her primary Doctor she took the time to call me and explain the results very compassion and was very appreciated would 100 percent recommend her..
I was not in the least impressed with this Urgent Care. The wait time was two hours and then another half an hour after they take your vitals. The P.A. on duty did not even introduce himself. He stood in front of me with his hands in his pockets and told me that he has no idea of how to help my situation. Sent me off with a specimen kit and didn’t even know the address of where I had to take it. I should have listened to my friends and not even gone there.
I was totally impressed with my first visit to Next Care. The entire staff was polite and professional. The doctor listened to me explain my symptoms and treated accordingly. I would highly recommend this medical office.
I made the appointment online, drove over, and was seen relatively quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor I saw was caring and listened to me about my concerns. She looked into my ears and eyes and diagnosed me with infections in both areas. I was a mess.. She was kind and understanding. Yay!
Paid $75 to be told that there was nothing they could do. From the time I left the lobby to the time I left the exam room was about 5 minutes. Dont think the visit is worth it.
A very rushed visit considering I waited too long! Definitely don’t feel like I was heard!
Opened on time, friendly greeting and advice on filling forms. Short wait and provided information and after short period was examined by the doctor, he provided test feedback, and advice for follow up. He also was friendly and if he had his own practice and was taking on new clients I would sign up. Thanks for the help and when I need to go again, I will be back for sure.
Im so glad that NextCare was here and available since I was unable to get in at my regular doctors office. Their workers Gracie and Gilbert and front office workers were very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, i wasnt given my prescriptions and care instructions but thankfully I remembered them and went back in before I drove off. Other than that, I definitely recommend them.
The place was huge. Beautifully clean and welcoming. The staff I felt were well supplied with knowledge. I am a baby and they put up with me. Comforted me. Thank You All.
I am so grateful for the provider I saw. I had burned my throat badly and was in a lot of pain. He took the time to do some research and gave me suggestions that worked perfectly! The relief I’m feeling is incredible. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out.
This place got paid for the same service twice because they decided to bill both me and my insurance. Got told on the day of that my insurance would not cover the whole visit and had to pay the remainder which was fine in the moment. Now I’ve come to find out that they billed my insurance for the same amount and got paid by them as well. Don’t recommend a place like this that doesn’t seem to know how to get their billing right
Dr was very friendly and took his time with us. He did a great job of making my child laugh and feel less anxious. We came in as a walk in but were in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
Was able to get an early morning appointment because I have been feeling sick all week. I was in and out of the clinic in good time, the PA and staff were great! They were very thorough in my assessment and diagnosis. I would definitely recommend this provider.
Went to Urgent Care for a test. All staff were very thorough and proficient. They answered all my questions and concerns. Even though I got there at almost closing time, I never felt rushed or that they were trying to push me out the door. I appreciate all of you and your time. They were super fast and great customer services. Best quality of service ever. Definitely best experience in an Urgent Care facility. Would highly recommend if you are needing health services. Thank you again.
Went in on December 19, 2024. I love this Next Care location It’s close to my home. Always clean environment All the staff are nice and helpful I recommend this location
Awesome care. Exactly what i needed in a reasonable timeframe.
I made an appointment day of for my 2 year old son. Was fast and didnt wait long in either the waiting room or when we got our room. Also the nurses were so nice and patient! They gave my son ice cream for being such a good boy! They really cared about his well-being also the lady in the front was so nice and made me less nervous while waiting to be called back! Highly recommended!
My husband had an appointment:1/2/24 we booked online, super easy. They sent a text to file out forms, and a text when you arrive .Easy. professional care
We brought in our 3 yr old for a possible UTI. The wait was a bit (10 min) even though we had an appointment. However, the place was clean and the MA who did the vitals and initial questions was nice, quick, and made our little one feel safe. The Provider saw us shortly after and actually assessed our child which is rare nowadays. She was professional and kind and answered all our questions as well as provided education. Will definitely come back and refer our family to NextCare by Walmart in Casa Grande.
I like the dr, but 25 minutes of wait time for paperwork, for a second time was a bit much
Yes, I had to wait a while because everyone is sick right now. But this staff had their system down to a science with wait times and having people wait in cars to manage the line cue. I felt so safe and cozy in their office. It was very clean and well-managed and they handled every customer with grace and respect. This was by far the best urgent care experience I ever had. And the medical care I got was great!
Horrible attitudes by all staff members. Rude to other patients. Complained about their workload in front office. Called ahead to confirm they could do the services we needed. Drove an hour to get there. Was told 2.5-3 hour wait time. Gave the paperwork we needed filled out to the front desk and explained it again. Almost 2 hours into our wait they took us back. Nurse was very impatient that they couldnt find our pharmacy. Then accused us of not telling them what we needed and informed us they didnt do that kind of paperwork. Proceeded to tell us their customer service system wasnt the best and there was nothing they could do. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never had such a poor customer service experience. We will never be back and will never recommend. And its a shame. We had a completely different experience the first time we came here about a month ago. Guess it depend on what day and who the staff is.
Visit was timely and did not have to wait too long. Nurse and Doctor were very thorough and got the health issue resolved.I checked in on line and waited in my car, but unfortunately the front desk did not acknowledge my check in until I went into the lobby. The statement was I have to check you in and then realized it was done on line.I guess the lobby personal should maintain an updated system with the on line check in, so patients can be contacted especially with pre scheduled appointments.
Positive is the wait time isn’t bad at all. Staff in the front was friendly. Con: Left feeling I was judged and wasted my time and money. Was told I’m not sick just have symptoms. I wouldn’t drive a whole town over and pay a ridiculous copay if I wasn’t. Was provided a few methods to help my congestion on a napkin. I won’t return….
Scratched my cornea. Fast and efficient service; my eye is already feeling better and my peace of mind. Thank you!!!
Everyone was nice, but they dont explain their procedures as you are signing in. Definitely sign in online or you will be placed last as a walk in. They get your vitals and answer your questions, but seem vague. If you need a hospital, go there. Urgent care is for easier to treat patients. Definitely quicker than an emergency room and a start in the right direction for my needs.
I wish I knew the doctors name we saw today! She was amazing! Also our medical assistant or nurse, that took my daughters vitals and all that good stuff- she was fantastic! The two up front were nice too. But the two in the back were awesome! We will definitely be back in the future. 👍👍
They were very kind and understanding took very good care of me did some breathing treatment prescribed medicines for me oh had a shot send us on our wayThank youDebbie Stevens
Fast and precise. In and out in under an hour.
The Doctor I was seen by on 11/3/2024 was excellent and attentive!
Great staff. Best I’ve seen in a while. A lady came in (a female dog) being absolutely ridiculous and they handled it much better than me: kindness and patience.
I was able to check-in by phone which made my wait time there less. Everyone was nice. They took notice of the fact I have a compromised immune system and allowed me to be in an isolated room. I felt comfortable there and well cared for. The room I was in was beautifully decorated. Everything was clean. The doctor was compassionate and competent. They took the time needed to make a diagnosis and treatment plan. I’m glad I found a place I can go for medical treatment that is close and where I feel comfortable and well cared for.
10000 stars if possible. This urgent care have taken my daughters in so fast and easy every time. My daughters unfortunately get sick a lot and when their pediatrician is not available such as on weekends or late, I will take them here. They are very kind and passionate in what they do.
Office is a hit or miss. I have gone and have had fast, efficient help.Today 05/10/22 the office deserves ZERO stars. I set up a scheduled appointment for 2:40, I get a text to arrive at 2:25, I decided to arrive earlier and checked in at 2:13. They took the copayment. At 3:10 I decided to ask how much longer the wait was and was told the wait would be another 1.5 to 2 hours!!! I understand if they are shorthanded, just really wish this would have been communicated to me as soon as I got there, instead of wasting our time.08/31/22 - decided to give them another try. Scheduled appointment at 5.40pm, I arrive 5 minutes before. At 5.45 I get asked for my copay, before paying it I decided to ask how long my wait would be. I was told it would be a 45min to an hour wait. I went ahead and cancelled appointment. I drove to Banner Urgent and was seen without an appointment in 15 minutes.
Been there two times so far with my 8-month-old and the service has been phenomenal theyre really fast and they always take great care of my daughter
Upon first checking in I was a little hesitant (my foot was throbbing after being sliced open on some tile) but after being evaluated by her assistant Dr. Amanda Davis treated me with the utmost professionalism and care. I was impressed by how clean the facility was and how friendly and professional all of the staff were. Being new in town and not knowing what to expect after an unexpected accident, I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. Fair prices and great service. Highly recommend.
A Very Good Experience, Along with Good Service, and Staff Was Excellent in Giving information in detail. Very welcoming. Staff and informative. Would recommend to anyone. Thats needs to be seen for any medical reasons. 👍🏻👍🏻
Great service and quick. Highly recommend every time.
My provider was absolutely amazing! He made my medical experience good, treated me properly, and made it a comfortable environment.
The staff got me in quick and the care I received was phenomenal. Gracie the nurse is who took my vitals and got me set up was extremely nice, caring and professional. The NP Gilbert got down to business and quickly prescribed me the right meds and had me out in a flash. I would recommend the NextCare crew to anyone and am very appreciative for my care and treatment there!
It was super busy, wasn’t even able to check in online so we did a walk in for my son who has been having fevers. Checked in at 1:10pm and waited in my car till 3pm when the live waitlist said there were 0 people ahead of us. We were seen quickly, the NP was kind and courteous. Turned out my toddler was covid + and had a double ear infection. For how busy it was the wait wasn’t bad and I’m grateful we were seen relatively quickly as my son had an almost 104 fever. Was given Tylenol and scripts were sent to our pharmacy.
From the moment that I got there they were very courteous, friendly. I had to fill some paperwork online, when I finish about not even five minutes later they call me ask me some more questions and told me to go in the back of the building and they will call me. Not even five minutes I was call to come inside I was put on a room they took my blood pressure fever and the doctor came To see me, and gave me medication for my symptoms. I got a shot stay 10 minutes just to see if I had a reaction. Again every nurse that I had an encounter with, was very friendly
Always friendly and accurate. I trust their team completely. The wait time is sometimes a nightmare but what can you expect. The care is worth the wait. I get better treatment and more accurate diagnosis from here than at the hospital across the street. Nurses make you feel like you matter. And doctors make you a priority. They listen and they respond. Its also very clean inside. Im never afraid I just walked into a sick trap like I am at some places. Highly recommended for urgent care needs.
Great experience. Reserved an appointment online and was seen quickly when we arrived. The longest part of our wait was to check out and even that was under 5 minutes! Very impressed with the staff and facility. Will definitely use them again for urgent care needs.
We waited three hours even after having an appointment “reservation” scheduled. 2 hours in the car and 1 hour in the office. After waiting an hour in the car the front desk finally called and asked if we still wanted to be seen? She seemed to downplay the reason I was bringing in my 16 month old son. I felt no need to explain to her why I felt the need to bring my son to the doctor. The front desk staff and nurse assistant were very rude and had no sympathy for the fact we waited that long while having an upset baby. The nurse assistant was disrespectful, when I asked what was going on and if we were going to be seen anytime soon. She replied with “no.” And I said no? And then she said “maybe in another 20 minutes.” I was very upset. The doctor Amanda was polite and got us out fast. I just feel the people who have made “reservations” should be put above walk-ins. We respect your time enough to do so and you should do the same with ours. Or at least call and let us know its going to be awhile before making us wait that long. To top it off when we left, all the patients in the lobby had been seen… there was only one patient above my 16month old, yet everyone else was gone when we were leaving. This was super frustrating and not okay. I will not be back.
I am so impressed with the services at this clinic today that I just have to post my review. The reception staff was so courteous and likewise with the nursing staff. I am lost for words to praise the doctor who treated me. She was exceptional, caring, informative and so knowlegable of my condition. I walked out of there feeling so blessed and full of gratitude
The provider was great, very knowledgeable and made our visit very comfortable. My only callout is that there was no x-ray available for our needs. I would highly recommend that service be provided as advertised on the website and in house.
I had a great experience at NextCare. I was able to book an appointment, do most of the paperwork, take a photo of ID and insurance card, and check in on the app and be in my car. After checking in, the receptionist at NextCare called me when they were ready. Which is amazing because I didn’t want my newborn to be exposed to anything that anyone else might be in there for.
When I was waiting for my turn, a lady arrived who said she was positive for covid, the receptionist took her information and asked her to wait until they called her, the woman asked her, can I wait inside or would it be better if I wait outside? The receptionist answered that she should wait in the room together with all the other people and children who were there, that doesnt seem very professional to me for a clinic, exposing patients like that.
This is the third time Ive used the services of NextCare. Awesome facility, knowledgeable and friendly staff, with caring doctors, and almost no wait times. The first time I visited, they were in the middle of remodeling. I thought at the time the offices looked great, maybe they are almost finished. This time I went in, super nice. Even my wife commented on the 3 dimensional design.I dont usually respond to these rate and review ads, and even now I hesitate to reveal this hidden gem.Should I ever need their services again, I hope its not over run, or super busy.Keep up the great job!
I was running a fever on & off last week. I went to the ER & they did nothing for me. I decided to try this Urgent care & best best decision I have made for my health. Amanda is amazing & so are all the staff. She listened & was very kind. Turns out I have an infection. She made me promise her to take my medication. Definitely will go here if it comes down to it and will take my family here as well.
Extremely nice and caring staff! I arrived when they opened, without an appointment and I only waited about 30 minutes before I was seen. Highly recommend them.
Took my wife today, the doctor saw her for less than a minute, did not listen to her at all or let her explain anything about how she felt, prescribed several medications and left. Very unsatisfied.
