I loved this place. It was clean, well organized, and structured well. This was my first time going there. The wait time was far less than other urgent cares. The staff were very helpful, polite and caring. My daughter was seen efficiently and professionally. I will definitely go there again if need be. One advice, sign up online for faster service. You should be in and out in an hour.

Great staff. I took my daughter for a sports physical because I couldn’t get in at her doctor in time. They were more efficient than her general practitioners. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all fantastic and patient. The facility and rooms are clean and well maintained. Thank you.

All the staff were very friendly and professional. They explained everything they were going to do. We didn’t have to wait long but they were not busy at the time. Quick results of tests preformed. I thought it was odd we did not receive any paperwork. I had to ask for it. The office was clean and modern. Would definitely go back if needed!

I really was impressed with this clinic. My son had a persistent terrible cough and my husband and I wanted him to be treated asap. This was our first visit here and everything went great. Staff was friendly and professional. The wait wasnt long at all. The doctor listened to us and understood exactly what was needed to treat my son. Dr Wilson was professional, friendly, very personable which I respected. My son felt comfortable and cared for. Overall, great experience!

I am recommending this place. The clinic is super clean with a lot of parking slots to choose. Everyone, the staff, doctor were very nice and accommodating. I am happy because they had evening hours for immediate clinic needs and was able to take me in.

Went here after not being taken seriously at a different place. I was treated with respect and even though my rapid tests came back negative for strep, they understood I was in a lot of discomfort and prescribed me medication to help me feel more comfortable so that I could sleep. I definitely recommend going to be seen here!

Made an appointment at 10:30, was seen by 11:00, and finished by 11:10. I did not feel rushed but was 99% certain of what my symptoms were anyway, I imagine if I had questions I would have been able to ask.Dr. Wilson was wonderful, professional and kind. The office was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was efficient and friendly. I Will definitely be frequenting here for fast service in the future!

Such a happy and friendly staff. My daughter loved the nurses and the doctors and was even held by one of the doctors her second visit. I appreciate your doctors and team. We drove 25 minutes there and back as this location took our insurance. Thank you !And a very special thank you to Dr. Iryna Petriv, I was having so many issues with Walgreens and insurance and she had no issues with me calling and resending her prescriptions. Pleasant experience. Relatively short wait time, but try to set up an appointment if you can, to minimize waiting. The staff were professional and friendly, took my concerns seriously, and did their best to help me.

I had a very good experience. I was seen within 10 minutes (which is amazing compared to other immediate cares I’ve been to). Every employee was super friendly and helpful. The doctor addressed my concerns and did a very thorough exam. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely go back.

The whole staff and doctor were really amazing. It was my first time there, and I was there for a pretty traumatic thing. They were incredibly sweet and I genuinely felt like they cared. I will definitely come back here for any medical needs.

I am very grateful for the medical care provided at this location. The nursing staff is professional and has extensive knowledge. They know how to treat patients. The medical staff was accurate in their diagnosis when I had a fracture in the 5th metatarsal bone of my right foot. I arrived there after visiting around 6 locations to receive care. I congratulate and thank all the staff for their warmth in caring for me and their professionalism.

I was feeling sick and had severe pain in my tongue and throat. Was told I had strep throat and prescribed antibiotics and given instructions for over the counter aid as well. I am feeling extremely better and am thankful for coming here. Staff were friendly and I didn’t feel nervous dealing with them like I normally do when I see a doctor. If you need urgent care I’d recommend this place.

Walked in needing stitches. They were very pleasant, had me fill out paperwork and took me right in. This is what a urgent care facility is supposed to be. Very satisfied with how they took care of me. Very professional.

Long story short, my cat did not like me messing with him and reminded me he has teeth, sharp ones, that dont tickle when he clamps down.So needless to say after a day of a pinky the size of my thumb, I went to Midwest Express Clinic.Staff was incredibly helpful, pleasant and quick. From the moment I walked into the door till I saw the doctor was under 15 minutes. 10 minutes of that was filling out new patient paperwork (Im slow at that...lol)Nurse was great, very down to earth and took my corny jokes about the situation.Doctor was amazing, friendly and quick. Plus she was absolutely beautiful. I know, not really important for a review but felt compelled to make her smile even if for a moment.(if she reads this)Bottom line, although I hope I dont need to use their services again, I will absolutely go here again if needed at any point.Great job MEC. I can’t say I looked at the time exactly but it seriously felt like I was in and out in less than a half hour (including me signing all paperwork)! Staff was so nice and efficient and the doctor came in, diagnosed and sent me on my way so quick, answering all my questions too. I’d also like to mention it was so clean in there. Highly recommend.

My daughter is so scared of doctors visits, unfortunately she came down with a bad ear infection and cough, so we headed here! The male that took her vitals and Covid/flu test was so patient with her and did them so gently and slow! I truly appreciate someone that shows the compassion that he did! Im so fortunate to have such a top notch clinic so close to my house. They made my visit as painless as possible. I went in to have my stitches removed and they made it as painless as possible, from filling out the new patient paperwork to sending me home suture free with enough bandages to finish the healing process.

My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to some antibiotic. Dr. Charlie at Midwest Geneva Rd was very very thorough and respected my wish of no more oral medications. She was understanding of my fear of another oral medication and gave topical. She was friendly, approachable and I would definitely recommend this location!

I was able to complete the online registration in 10 minutes from my home and I was seeing the doctor in person 20 minutes later. The building is brand new and as clean as can be. Excellent front office staff who are kind and courteous and a highly professional medical team. Could not have asked for a better experience at the doctor’s office. I will certainly be back for future medical needs.

The friendliest/ most hospitable front desk and Dr that I have quite literally ever had. Very informative on treatment, thorough for what I specifically needed assistance with, and speedy all around. Truly was in and out of there in the best way.

I think she goes by Charlie but she is the best nurse practitioner here please give her a raise. She did what my doctor couldn’t do in a span of 15 minutes for me all while being attentive to my symptoms and concerns. The office is friendly, clean and they are thorough and take you seriously for once. I would def come back if I and any urgent care needs again. I’m an RN and I do not say these things often!

My son was suffering from an ear ache on a Sunday and thankfully I found this clinic! The staff is so nice and helpful. We saw a nurse practitioner named Charlie and she was AMAZING! She took the time to answer all my questions, and actually listened to me. She didn’t rush us, and we were in and out less than 45 minutes! Thank you!

The Dr. was extremely knowledgeable about my needs. She cared and she was genuine. Her bedside manners are AMAZING! Most doctors come in do a job and leave. She was the total opposite. Glad she was the one that saw me on my visit.

Everyone here was helpful and pleasant! My only complaint is that the business is listed as providing in-house x-rays, but they dont mention that they dont always have the x-ray tech there to do it. I came here initially and then was sent to another location 30 mins away for X-ray. If Id known in advance they couldnt do x-rays that day, Id not have come here. But again, otherwise a pleasant experience.

You dont even have xrays,you refer people far away and want them to come back to your clinic for care,probably the worst and shouldnt be open!

Took my daughter here a few weeks ago because she was running a fever for 5 days, they did a strep test, influenza test and said yeah, nothing to do, keep giving her the over the counter medicine you have already been giving her for 4 days. I just got my bill and oh man will I never be going to this place again, $355.15 for putting me in a room for 45 minutes, seeing us for 5 and sending us home with some stickers for my daughter...Update: dropping from 2 stars to 1. I called them June 13th and asked for an itemized bill since I thought $355.15 was a little ridiculous, I was told I would have one within 1 week. Today July 5th I called again because I never recieved one, they said yeah no clue what happened, it does look like you requested one but for some reason we never sent it but we will get you one. The person on the phone pretty much said if you come to our clinics NEVER say you have insurance, not only will they be billing your insurance a crazy expensive amount, but you will be paying more with insurance than you would without insurance. My insurance covered $120, they still wanted $230+ from me, but if I said originally I had no insurace it would have cost me $175... Oh and the itemized bill, new patient costs $249.06 just for walking in the door and getting stickers for your child, definitely avoid midwest express clinics, or if you must go, just play like you have no insurance, at least that is what they tell you to do when you call to complain about the costs.

I went to the River Forest location. Easy parking, the building is located next to the Panera Bread. Pleasant interior, the front desk personnel are very attentive and helpful. Short wait time. The Walgreens is within a short walk to get your prescriptions filled.

Got in quickly and staff is always wonderful. I’m so glad they are close to my home.

Definitely recommend! I registered online through their “web check-in” system and they got me in and out within minutes! Clinic is brand new and super clean, and the staff couldn’t be any friendlier and professional! Should I need to, I’ll be coming in for any future urgent care visits.

Went for my CDL medical card. They were very nice. Call before going for this reason to make sure they have a DOT CDL doctor there. They arent there every day. Took awhile, they are very thorough but, also, so very kind. I highly recommend them.
