The absolute nicest group of ladies youll ever meet. Friendly and kind while very professional and sincere. Even though shes the director of the facility, you would never know it. Jen is bubbly and chipper every single time you see her. And Im pretty sure she knows absolutely everything! Oh! And she aint scared to discuss ANYTHING thats on your mind. Kinsey is my pick of the litter. Quick witted, with a fast smile and doesnt miss a chance to tease people.Even though it was a little uncomfortable to come here to check on the issues they work on, meeting this group of ladies is such a fantastic thing. Makes it far more tolerable.

I can’t for the life of me understand how anyone can give less than a 5 star. You must be doing it all wrong.I go in every week for 4 years now see the Dr. get my shot, pay and I’m out the door 10-15min. Then off to breakfast like clock work.Except for lab day it takes 25 min. The staff even with changes have always been great.Try doing it the right way and you will be in and out no fuss.

I am close to completing my 1st year of TRT with Low T Center in Carmel and have had an excellent experience every time! All of the staff are welcoming and have helped me reach my TRT goals! As a weekly visit, you appreciate the timeliness they perform week in and out while helping many clients!

The entire staff is extremely friendly and personable. They are always accommodating when I miss my scheduled day as well. Jennifer leads by example and does an excellent job in explaining labs and results, answering all questions in detail. The overall experience has been fantastic.

Very friendly and knowledgeable.. They really look into what issues you are having and come up with a comprehensive treatment plan thats tailored to you.. Cant recommend them enough.

Ive really enjoyed this practice accompanying my journey to improved health and wellness. Theyve allowed me to check my hormones, blood panels, and cardiovascular health without needing to schedule with a hospital/outpatient speciality clinic. Ive enjoyed the short (or non-existent) wait times and the ability to see a provider remotely to fit my busy schedule.Practices of this nature are the future of preventative maintenance to your health and wellness, and when a practice runs as well as this one, you save time and frustration as compared to normal large speciality clinics.

Life changer!!I’ve been with Low T Carmel for 4 years now and couldn’t be happier! The staff is amazing. They care, they listen and most of all they want to help make you the best YOU!

The staff here are impeccably amazing. I think the world of everyone from the front desk, to the nurses and assistants here. They have great deals on vitamins as well with none of that filler.

This is my final straw with this place! What a rip off!! No one communicates with anyone in this place. No one knows what actually is going on with your particular situation. They blame their systems and the pharmacy for everything. I cannot for anything even after months and months and months keep a consistent routine of injections coming despite complaining and being reaffirmed that it will get better. Now, I just paid for a 3-month checkup 4 weeks aga and I am being told before I can order another round of scripts, I have to pay for a 6-week checkup? This place nickels and dimes you, doesnt follow up regarding your individual health goals, and fails to own up to the mistakes and horrible customer service when mistakes have been made. I will be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward...I would encourage you to do the same if you have read this.

Ive been a client at the Carmel office since the office opened. I was a client when they were in the Castleton area. All the staff are pretty friendly and know their field. Im very pleased with the service

This is an update to the prior 2 star rating. The staff is very friendly and this would be a great place if you could go in and have your shots done in office. With that said, the shipping system still needs a lot of work. It has gotten noticeably better. That is primarily due to the pharmacy that is outsourced to ship the testosterone. Significant improvement to how it started out.

Believe all the reviews that say the self-inject program is a disaster!I started going to the center several years ago. At the start, they didnt have a self inject program.Then they added it as an option, which was great!Then, not long after that, corporate decided to remove the self-inject program and require in-clinic injections only.Now theyve brought self-inject back, but require all their self-inject prescriptions be filled through a single pharmacy. That mail-order pharmacy, Village Lane Apothecary, is horrible and has a ridiculous backlog of prescriptions. My current order went in over three weeks ago and has yet to be processed, much less packaged and shipped out to me. The staff at the clinic is sympathetic, but say theres nothing they can do about it. The Low T Center corporate office is also aware of the problem, but says its out of their hands as well.At the moment, the clinic is offering courtesy injections to cover people who cant get their prescriptions. While its better than nothing, this removes the convenience of self-injecting at home. And with the number of people needing to go in to get their courtesy injections, the clinic is often quite crowded and getting in and out quickly just isnt going to happen.Other reviews here are getting responses from Low T Center that seem to be offering to look into missing prescriptions. However, as of my discussion with their corporate office today, it appears theres no resolution in sight.

Go here at your peril…Been a patient here for several years, staff okay but very similar story to others, very unreliable at-home delivery going on a long time now plus being lied to regarding courtesy shot which was disgraceful given you are told not to come off Test cold-turkey.Latest fiasco was during their change in delivery practices, no Test delivery in-site, gave me a ‘courtesy’ shot (don’t forget that there have been many missed deliveries over the last year or so even though payments miraculously were taken on-time every month, so ‘courtesy’ is not accurate, I was owed the shot), told by the tele-medicine nurse to go in on Friday for a shot if not arrived, went in to only be told that I’d previously been given a 10 day dose and to go back in the next week. Very inconvenient to say the least. Went back the next week the day after being contacted by the delivering pharmacy (clearly a delivery was not happening within the next 3 days minimum) for the next complementary shot to be told ‘we’ve stopped doing complementary, you now have to pay $70!! Totally disgraceful… they tell you not to come off Test cold-turkey then force you to…. Disgusting work practices. Thanks Low-T for screwing with my body – I don’t feel well.

Just needed my blood work done to check my numbers compared to years prior. Consultation was quick and easy to understand. Also there’s a hot woman with red hair that works here. Makes consultation that much better.

Really frustrated with the delivery for home interactions. I was charged for a December delivery which I never received. I finally made a trip to the office and was told they were changing how deliveries worked. That would have been nice to know! Got my blood work done, courtesy injection, and was told Id have injections 3 days after the telehealth appointment. I had the telehealth appointment and paid more money for injections, not sure what happened to the money I paid in December for injections I never received.The telehealth appointment was a week and a half ago, I should have had a delivery on 1-5. I was notified that the injections were going to be delayed another few days pushing the delivery to the 9th. I made another trip for a courtesy shot and was told we have to pay 70 dollars for them now, even though the delays arent my fault.

Have been a client for over a year. Low T staff in Carmel is inadequate in every area. Customer service at front desk is rude and uniformed. Staff doesnt change gloves between clients, and medical staff blames pharmacy for any issues that arise. Policies seem to always change and this location is unprofessional. Find another provider before being stuck without proper health care.

This place is ok if you want to do in clinic treatment, however I advise NOT to do the at home injections. Ive had issues with getting my shots since I started this back in May. For example, my injections were ordered on 10/16. The status in my order history is still, as of 11/1, ordered.... ithey say just come into the clinic for your courtesy shot BUT I dont have the time nor the gas to spend on going back and forth which is why I chose the at home program to start with. So, in clinic they are great but at home program is horrible and your levels float down to where you started by the time you receive your next shipment

Great place with helpful staff. Kim and the ladies here are always friendly and attentive. I enjoy popping in each week for my shot and to sat hello. Definitely worth it. The injections have made a huge difference in my day to day - increased energy, less brain fog, increased mental acuity and physical stamina.

Life changing care! I’ve heard their commercials for a few years and each time I told myself “I should check them out because I check all the boxes.” Finally made an appointment…a few months into the care, I have more energy, better mood, and better focus (especially late afternoons). The staff is always friendly and helpful at their Indy/Carmel location. I would give them 6 stars if I could! 😊

Took forever to get my prescription filled the first time. Had to go for two weeks to get my injection. The people injecting me bruised me and I bled alot. Hmm, that doesnt happen when i do it. Professionals, huh? Lol. Now they switched the injections from 4 days to 7 days...What makes that awesome is they had no problem taking my money out of my account but didnt notify me of the change. Which means they didnt send WHAT I PAID FOR ALREADY. Now theyre saying I have to come in for blood work to start the new regiment all over again. Btw for people who know nothing about this, like most their STAFF. The shelf life for test c is like 8 days. Two days after injection it starts fading away. Meaning you will be tanked by the time you take your next shot. Up and down hormone levels is what creates CHAOS. Thats why the every 4 days was the best way. Lets be real, the only reason theyre switching the regiment is because they cant fulfill their obligations in an efficient manner.

Getting treated for low testosterone from a family doctor can be difficult. In my case he said no, then gave me Prozac (side effects) and Cialis. Treating symptoms not root causes. Jennifer was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. She made the process easy which has been historically hard. I’m glad I found this place.

I had an issue with the in-home injections for a month but they made it right. I appreciate them taking the time to read my previous review and responding to my concerns.

Before I came here I was so tired and lethargic. Low T Center has made such a positive change in my life. I have energy now and feel great. It’s welcoming, the staff knows you by name. You sense they genuinely care about you and your health. This place is the best!

They really take good care of me

I started coming here in August. I had brain fog, was always tired, and zero motivation to do anything. Since then I have zero brain fog, I’m not as tired and the staff here is outstanding! Super friendly and they listen to you. Highly recommend!

The staff here is amazing but getting started on the TRT as a self injection patient leaves much to be desired. The overseas support staff is a joke. You will wait two days for a response if you get one at all. First shipment was almost two weeks late. I dont know why they dont send you home with eight shots after you get approved when they know their are shipping issues. Very frustrating to have to make time to go in for an injection when youre a self injection patient. I wouldnt recommend unless they are able to get the logistics figured out

I’ve Never seen or heard of a more Smoothly ran medical office!! All personnel know their job like the back of their hand which frees them up to pour more Greatness into their personality’s! All nurses are very fine and full of smiles making you feel like you belong there! Like it’s your place to be!😇 The Doc is very thorough running thru everything you need to know(doesn’t leave you hanging) and always asks if you have any questions before he leaves the room!!Thank You Low T Center for being So Good to Me!!!

Been coming to the T Center for 6 years. At one point I stopped going for a few months, and completely crashed. I resumed my visits and it absolutely provides a better quality of life on a daily basis. Much more energetic.

The people are what make this place great. With so many choices in town, and the ability to do in home, the staff keeps me coming back!!

Very thorough questionnaire felt like it was written for me. I had no idea how many symptoms I had that could be the result of low t. I’m looking forward to getting my vitality back. Very courteous and professional staff.

Honestly one of the best medical clinics Ive ever been to in my life. All the people are REALLY nice and the prices/services they offer are VERY good. Highly recommend.

This place was pretty trashy. When you walk in you immediately notice how well the sound travels. I could hear with crystal clarity what was being said in each patients room. Share what you want with doctor but you’ll also be sharing it with everyone else in the office. The staff looked completely disinterested and disheveled. The chairs have ripped upholstery. I would imagine this is the cheapest place on this side of town to have this type of service and it looks that way. The intake process horrible as it was run by a nurse who could clearly care less about accurate information. Yuck!

Honestly one of the best medical experiences Ive had. The doc took over 30 minutes to sit down with me, go over every bit of blood work data, and have an actual conversation when answering my questions. Im a fan.

Ive had a fantastic experience at Low T center. They truly care about their patients and have a friendly staff that remember your name and everything about you. I see people complaining about their testes shrinking and gaining weight leaving bad reviews. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GETTING ON TRT! They told me to do my research and I did. I LOST 35 pounds since January. I have no shrinking of the testes whatsoever. Thats what HCG is for. If youre worried about being infertile and dont want testes shrinking, definitely get on HCG. Cant say enough good things about low T center and their amazing staff. dont listen to the bad reviews. Seriously, give them a chance and you wont be disappointed
