Any Lab Test Now

Ive been to Any Lab Test Now twice, and each time was a great experience. Lets be real, getting blood drawn is never fun, but I barely felt a thing when I came here. The staff is so kind and sweet, and always make me feel welcome and at ease. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Took 8 days to get my results when they initially told me 3-4 days. On the 7th day they said I should get my results within 15-20 minutes as they were having trouble getting results from lab. Waited and still no results. Called over 10 times on the 8th day with no results from them still and no one answering the phone. I’m going to assume it’s because they seen my name on the caller ID. I reached out to another facility and had them email them about me getting results and then they miraculously appeared thru email. It’s a shame that they can’t answer the phones and atleast let me know what’s going on after I spent $160 for my testing. I will definitely NEVER return or use them ever again. They initially had good customer service but the process for getting results was very frustrating and lengthy. Again It should never be an issue to atleast answer the phone and let your customer know what’s going on.

Sal and Hannah were so helpful and friendly. Sal was the one who drew my blood.. she did a great job. She was compassionate and gentle. I was having a bad day and she and Hannah were so kind to me. Great place to get blood drawn. ! Helpful, considerate and efficient !

I got off my schedule and arrived an hour early. No problem. They ushered me in, gave me the most unobtrusive, painless needle stick in the history of needle sticks and I was out in five minutes. Personable people, low price, and a very clean environment. I love my regular doc, but will probably never get another drop of blood drawn there unless its part of a routine exam. I highly recommend them.

We walked in and requested a same day PCR COVID-19 test. Probably done in 10 minutes. Didn’t get a test result at 5 so called in to check. The lady was very nice and said she’s working on it. Finally she called back and sent me the test result within an hour. Thank you! Wonderful and responsible employee!

They should change the name. My ePassport said walk-ins welcome. Thats an absolute lie. The rude person told me I needed an appointment and could not have more rude about it. The place looks completely empty as I sit her hoping to get in as I get ready to travel and cant come back in the timeframe I was given. Also, nothing worked. Computers didnt work. Printer didnt work. Good luck with your results being accurate.

The overall experience at this location has been excellent each time I visit since they first opened. The staff is always friendly and works very efficiently. My most recent lab results from early June came back to me in less than 24 hours, which is amazing! I would definitely recommend Any Lab Test Now in Carmel to anyone for very reasonably priced lab services!

Any Lab Test Now went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute need for a Covid-19 rapid test. They worked hard to get our daughter and her friend a test in time to attend a concert. They had a blast!! They were welcoming, friendly, and the facility was very clean. Thanks for your hard work. The girls and I really appreciated it.

I scheduled a work trip to Europe and as part of the travel requirements to enter was a negative Covid test within 72 hours of arrival. Logistically a bit of a challenge and although turnaround times have improved with the CVS’, etc I needed some additional personalize service. I spoke to the director of the Carmel location who called the provider to ensure I could get the results the same day the sample was received! Absolutely flawless and he even followed thru with tracking the sample and result down on a Saturday. Thank you!

Terrible customer service!Thank you for the reply Chris, just Iike we spoke on the phone, the reason that we cancel the appointment was because we got shouting at our face before we even setp a foot into the door. Your employee made us feel unwelcomed, and my 62 years old mother felt unsafe to getting anything medical services done in your facility. It has nothing to do with walk-in or not. Its the attitude and basic professionalism that she is lacking.

If I could give them a zero, I would! We scheduled and appointment for a RAPID covid test to travel to St Thomas. The man sitting behind the desk told us he didnt think that was the right test to travel out of the country and convinced us that the more expensive test had been getting back within 24 hrs. Needless to say it was not 24 hrs. The test came in closer to 48 hrs and I sit today writing this review instead of enjoying my day in StThomas. I had to cancel my roundtrip (paid with points) airfare and rebook. I had already paid for tonight at the resort. THIS MISTAKE COST ME A FORTUNE!

This clinic is clean and up to date the staff (Adam) is extremely nice and attentive to your needs. I actually got a B12 injection and I feel great. I’m so happy I selected this clinic keep up the great work.

Ive been going here for several years for basic regular lab tests ... then B-12 shots, then suddenly a bunch of lab tests for a serious health condition, and now hopefully Im back to regular maintenance lab tests. Good place. I wont go to the hospital labs. Always go to Any Lab Test Now on the north side. They are quick, CLEAN, professional, affordable, easy in/out, and always ok for a walk-in.

I have personally been to and referred patients to this Any Lab Test Now facility in Carmel and only have positive things to say. It is clean, efficient, and the customer service is great! Not to mention that its a great deal. Would highly recommend!

The staff there really have no idea what theyre doing. The girl who answers the phone sounds like she doesnt want to be there at all. Every question I asked, she had to put me on a 5 minute hold in order to answer me. Also, It took them forever to find the test on the computer so they can charge me properly, but in the end, I still think they coded it wrong because I was charged $50 more than they originally quoted. I just didnt want to argue with them for $50. I was already late for work due to their incompetencies.

I went to Any Lab on a Saturday. My blood test results were sent to my doctors office on Monday.I will definitely use them again! People working there were pleasant and very competent! Very impressed with this lab!!

I have been getting lab work done for years at Any Lab Test Now in Carmel, IN. No matter what the test, it is always less expensive than what I can get at the hospital or doctors office and they are always efficient, knowledgeable and curteous (example - my complete thyroid panel is over $150 at the doctor and $47 at ALTN!) I am taking the time to write this review, because one particular test they offer changed my life. That test was the ALCAT Platinum Plus Food Sensitivity test. I had been having issues with joint pain, allergic symptoms, general tiredness and having trouble losing weight. I picked up a brochure on this test, was given more information by the owner, and decided to get it. The results showed I had been eating foods I thought were healthy but were highly damaging to my system due to food sensitivities. Once I omitted those foods, I have felt 100% better and also lost significant weight! Lots of the foods, like pepper and strawberries, I was eating most every day. For anyone having similar issues, I highly recommend this test and Any Lab Test Now in Carmel! Thank you ALTN!!!!

When I called the place, they said that results would come back in 24 to 48 hours. It has been more than a week and Ive still not seen them yet. They actually dont do their own tests, which is why they have no control over that aspect. Youre much better off (and MUCH cheaper, too, I found out) if you go to Quest Diagnostics or MACL directly.

Quick, easy blood test for Covid-19 antibodies. FDA approved test. Almost instantaneous results. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now in Carmel!

I walked in, and the receptionist was using her mask as a chin strap while the main tech had NO MASK. Inexcusable. I gave them back the clipboard and left.This is supposedly a medical facility. Even grocery stores have their employees wearing masks.
