NextCare Urgent Care Burlington

I fell down some steps and messed my ankle and foot off they got me in quick and they were very friendly I would highly recommend this place we me my wife and kids have been going there for the last few years you guys are doing great!!!

I had been troubled with an ear ache off and on for 2-3 weeks. I didn’t have an appointment and only saw one car in the parking lot. I was able to walk right in and was called to see the doctor before I had even completed the paperwork. The care was top notch at every phase from check in to discharge. This was a huge relief because I didn’t feel like sitting for hours. I would recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time but I got extremely lucky with my visit and everything worked perfectly. I would highly recommend the Burlington, NC location to anyone that finds themselves in a temporary health concern. I’ve used this location numerous times and had similar results with each visit. You can tell that they focus on the patient. This takes away the nerves for one visiting the doctor.

So, I went to this location July 3rd for a severe sore throat. Since I started a new job, I did not have any insurance. Hence the reason I went to NextCare.I was told the visit would cost right at $300 or, I could sign up for their NextCare Advantage for $161 and $32 a month. Seemed to be the best deal at the time.The nurse and the Dr were pleasant to talk to. They immediately said after looking at my throat, that it was more than likely Strep. However, after the test done in the office, they ruled out Strep A.They told me they would have to send another swab sample to a lab and that it could take up to 3 days for results. The Dr went ahead and treated it as Strep anyways. Well, 3 days went by and I call. I was told their computers have been down for 2-days and they had no answers. Yet, my condition has worsened, not gotten any better.I called back today to find out the lab results came back negative for bacteria. Great! So, I asked then what it was I had. The response and the reason Im taking the time to write this review? You would have to come back in, and pay to have another diagnosis. What??? They did not even help me at all! I said, You want me to pay you for another visit for the same issue that was never diagnosed?Hope this helps someone. I just threw $150 set back for groceries for them to tell me nothing!

My son needed stitches and we came here trying to avoid the ER. The staff was amazing!! My son was not having it at first but after a few of the sweet staff came in to help encourage and calm him down, the PA was able to get the stitches in. We left a happy kid and grateful mama, I can’t thank them enough!!

Took only a few minutes to be helped. I was so impressed by how lovely everyone was. The waiting area was actually comfortable. I got my medication and feel better already. Highly recommend

Everyone there was absolutely caring, compassionate and friendly. Unlike my PCP, they listened to me and treated me as if I had value, and not just $$ signs.I honestly wish I could use them as my new PCP. Krista and Jennifer were awesome, as well as the front desk receptionist. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.Thank you and I will be back if I ever need exemplary care.

The nurse was outstanding! She explained all steps in detail. Keeping me from 5 stars was the lack of courtesy at checkin and we had an appt and walkins went 1st while we waited 40 mins. We were told there was a glitch in the system. If that was the case they should have kept up with all with appts.

I have been battling a UTI, and woke up in a lot of pain. I was able to schedule an appointment at 7:00am with no issue. My appointment was at 10:00am and, once I arrived, I was back in a room and already checked out by a very sweet nurse by 10:15. I only waited in the waiting room for about 5 minutes before my name was called. Everyone I encountered was very kind and professional!

Great service. Kept informed. Very friendly staff. Results I was kinda hoping for. No major problems. Thank you to each one who assisted me with my visit. Great job!!!

I used to really love this place and the warm feeling I would receive of being cared for here,and that was elevated by the empathy of the staff. My nurse that did help me was wonderful but all of the other staff members acted very odd, almost high school cliquish. It made me feel really uncomfortable and embarrassed like there was something wrong with me. I had never felt that way before, until today. I don’t think I will be returning.

I had a bad cut on finger. They were able to schedule me on the phone. The staff were outstanding. The nurse was very good at stitching my finger up. They were very carrying. Recommend this care center.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent visit to this facility. The staff was incredibly kind and caring. As my son has special needs, I always need to be present for his appointments. During our last visit, after a car accident, we both needed to be seen. The facility took care of both of us promptly and with a lot of care and concern. I just wanted to say thank you for being awesome!

The person who did the intake was efficient and patient with me.The NP, Jessica was great. She had a very positive attitude. Also, she assessed my wound and then began explaining what she was going to do in detail. Then she began to execute her plan. Afterwords, she told me how to redress the wound and what to expect. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received.

I got checked in after 7pm and they still took me even though they close at 8pm and they were busy. They have touchless check in. I would recommend NextCare. They handled the influx of upset FastMed patients with care. Very Satisfied with NextCare.Had made an appointment at competitor FastMed initially and they canceled my appointment without telling me on account of the A/C going out. Many businesses operate without A/C just shows the privilege of the employees working at FastMed.

I needed a DOT Physical. The Urgent Care I normally go to stopped doing them. I found NextCare Surge care online. They said that walk-ins were welcome. There was no waiting. I was taken care of immediately. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. In a short amount of time I had my paperwork in hand completed. In order to drive an activity bus for schools in my county, I have to have an annual physical. I will be returning to NextCare Urgent next year.

The staff was super nice and was willing to listen and talk about everything going on. The only problem was checking out was very time consuming. Idk if it was bc of being low staffed or what but other than the speed of check-out everything else was great.

I have been here so often between myself and my daughter. We pass 2 other urgent cares to get to this one because it is worth the drive. Front desk, nurses and doctors are ALWAYS top notch. They take my concerns serious and get us in and out in most cases. 10/10 recommend

I went in having had a headache for 4 days. I called ahead to ask if they offered toradol injections, which they did. The paperwork when I walked in was easy and the wait was short. I would say less than 10 minutes. The front desk staff were friendly and kind. The girl who brought me back was efficient and kept me informed. Then the doctor came in... I told him about the pain and what I wanted. He told me that was good because it was all he could offer. I said thats fine, its all I wanted. Then he said again, its all I can offer, if you want or need anything stronger you will have to go the the hospital. I found it humiliating. I wanted toradol, he ordered it and the nurse injected it. She also was very nice. Unfortunately, it didnt work for the first time in my life. Not their fault. I felt better that evening, but woke up this morning and the pain was back. I will be following up with my PCP.

Once i got in it went really well. I had an appt for 10 and did not get called until 11:10. After that it was great.

Should be more forward with virtual/ urgent care abilities for follow up care before wasting everyones time on recommending a second visit- todays visit was completed after a useless virtual visit where I was referred to the physical location- which included a long wait for what turned out to be no help from a physician with terrible bedside manner/attitude, a cold disposition, and no desire to listen or discuss anything other than his conclusion in the matter. I felt like he had his idea of me already and had made his mind up on how to treat me regardless of situation. As someone not far out of cancer treatment I found this care appalling and I was so upset upon leaving I cried. Way to go, Doc. Communication breakdown through video to in-person. Will not return. Russian roulette of care. Go to your PCP if you can, folks.

Great experience. Scheduled an appointment online, filled out all necessary information, checked in online when we arrived, sat down in waiting area and called back at scheduled time. Everyone was super nice. Highly recommend.

Everyone was professional and friendly. I have been to this Urgent care several times and I would highly recommend it. I try tmmo get my DOT Physical here every year because the Doctors dont try to rush through them but they get them done in a reasonable time. Once again everyone was friendly, professional, and did their jobs in a timely manner. Had a different Doctor this year but got the same GREAT service. I will be back for my next DOT physical.

I love going to this Urgent Care, I got hurt at work in Greensboro and drove myself to Burlington just to go to there. The people are very friendly and they get you in and out quickly. The doctors listen to my concerns and offered suggestions.

Needs a through cleaning but the staff and doctors are knowledgeable, personable, efficient, caring, in a word AMAZING! I dont think enough can be said about how great they really all are.

First time being at this clinic and had a great experience. The physician was very nice, the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. They attended to me very fast with minimal wait time for being a walk in patient. Totally recommend this place!

I had a cyst that needed to be lanced , they lanced it but did not pack it . Im still bleeding and they didnt send me home with any bandages or anything .

Very nice staff. I was able to register my insurance online and book an appointment. When I arrived they DID NOT ask me to redo all the paperwork again like most other institutions. All I had to do when I arrived was pay my co-pay. Doctor/PA was really nice and was genuinely invested in my well being. Was seen about 15 min after my appointment.

Very nice staff. Very patient. Took good care of me and then sent me home with necessary meds.

I’ve been here twice and the first time they were “nice” but didn’t really help me with my issue. Didn’t tell me any information I didn’t know and charged me for that. Idk.I just went today. To be seen after making my appointment around 12:30, they booked me for 2, I showed up after calling them letting them know I was going to be 5-10 minutes late. They gave me attitude on the phone but I really don’t care lol. I’m glad my existence makes people upset. Especially when the clients who are coming in are payin the light bill.Anyway, I walked in at 2:05 and the woman at the desk was talking to someone already, so I was all good waiting in line. I already had pre-filled my forms and everything with my insurance my ID. So I don’t care.She did not have an attitude at this point she just let me know very nonchalantly that I am I own $100 for today..And I asked why she couldn’t give me a direct answer. All she said was for the appointment today so I called my fiancé we talked about it and we’re going to just go to the ER and have them bill us because waiting in urgent care sounds ridiculous but the fact that they want you to pay before anybody even sees you, that’s like basic red flag stuff you pay attention to.I expressed my opinion on that respectfully and told her that I appreciate her booking me so soon. And left. My personal advice, from personal experience. Just go somewhere who’s willing to work with you and give you the information you need to heal.Take care of YOURSELF. Don’t be handing scam artist doctors, like this one, your hard earned money. Just to go home with a stack of useless papers, and buyers remorse.And the papers just say that your fine when they have no idea that basically say your fine when all they do is a VERRRRYY basic exam. Waste

The providers here always nice and show they care . I had a horrible visit to the hospital that did nothing to help me . But this doctor at next care did the complete opposite and really talked with me through all my symptoms to come up with a plan to get me back on the right track and feeling betterAppreciate yall 🙏

Don’t bother making an appointment. They don’t honor it and throw you in with the walk ins. They also don’t believe in AC in the lobby. We were dying during our hour+ past our appointment time wait. I will not be back. They do not have any professionalism. It was a waste of money too. I should have just done a telehealth appointment.Not that they care about this review and won’t do anything about it.

The receptionists/nurse/doctor were all very nice and helpful. They were very busy when I went but I still felt like the nurse and doctor took the time to hear me and my concerns and get to the bottom of the issue. Very helpful, I would go back again.

We always go there when there is a urgent care needed and usually the are awesome but this day the doctor they had was very rude and had a bad attitude yes I will go back hopefully it will be a different doctor

Perfect way to waste time and money...walked in explained why i was there dr ordered xrays...machine was broken, no testing really done...was told it is viral have a good day...went to another walk in to get xrays done but they wouldnt do them unless i was seen there...so I let them see me just to be told i had covid

Everything went as it should i just felt bad for everyone else in the waiting area. There was an older man sitting on his phone talking just as loud as he could even tho he was sitting directly in front of a no phone call sign. You can’t fix ignorance these days. Thankyou to the staff they were great. Edit- the sent my prescription to the wrong cvs even tho i said the one i preferred. Wasted gas for nothing

This place is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for my fiancée at 3:30 pm this morning only to get a text back asking me to reschedule an hour from my appointment. The representative text me stating a lie they tried calling me several times and I had no miss calls. The representative was very heartless and talked down to me asking me if I wanted to reschedule or not if not no problem. This person has a very nonchalant attitude toward customers medical needs. This person doesn’t need to be working in the medical profession because the representative was very rude and didn’t care about my immediate medical needs for my fiancée.

Great experience with nurse and healthcare provider. Receptionist team was not the best and not most helpful.

Service was great until talking with Maria (PCP). She came inside asking the same questions the person before her asked. Did covid and flu test which was great that they came out negative. My problem is instead of her coming inside to tell me and ask futher questions to find out whats wrong other than covid or flu she peaked her head inside and said their negative and your paperwork is up front. With paying the amount I paid I thought it would be better service than what I received.

Cut my finger and went to this Urgent Care and they took me on back. The nurses, doctor, and receptionist were all really nice , efficient and compassionate. Got numbed, stitched up and bandaged quickly. Would highly recommend them.

The provider was very good. Wait was a little long, and the facility could use some upgrades.

Made an appointment on Wed before Thanksgiving, got one for noon on the Friday after. When I got there at 11:50am, checked in, then saw the wait list had 4 appointments and 8 walk-ins ahead of me.And it was STILL less than a 10 minute wait to be seen. Fast, efficient... I was done by 12:30pm

This group of medical providers are Amazing. My daughter who is 15 was sick. She recently lost her Daddy so not only was she sick, she also was sad and crying. I really got emotional too because I am trying to live without my husband after 35 years. These Ladies not only took care of her medical needs but they also took care of our emotional needs by offering condolences and support. Thank you Ladies for being there for us. I had a 6pm appointment but was able to complete my medical history online. Once I arrived at 6:10pm (traffic🫤), check-in went smoothly. There were quite a few clients in the lobby. I am familiar with the process. I do this frequently as a travel nurse. I have been to various urgent cares in different locations at different times of the day. Evening appointments usually run late. However, I was impressed with the total time of the visit. Only one hour 40 minutes. That is a very reasonable amount of time. Staff was cordial from the beginning until the end of the visit. I observed everyone wearing a mask, performing hand hygiene and using appropriate techniques for collection. Thanks to everyone involved. Keep up the good work!

I came sick on Wednesday mind you throat swollen, I have yellow things on my tonsils … headache from hell and wasn’t able to eat for 4 days and going from hot and cold. I was told I was negative for flu and covid and strep sooo she insisted she send my labs out for strep again due to how bad my throat looked .. they gave me penicillin the day of the visit… which took two days to kick in lovely ….. then Monday i get call I’m negative for all streps and told to stop taking medication but throat still isn’t fully better .. told it can be a viral ….nothing they can do even after mentioning I’m not fully better … and paid 130 just to seee a doctor and get no results … DONT WASTE THE MONEY …GO TO THE ER OR YOUR PRIMARY CARE TAKER … legit just paid for a doctors note

Waited over 2 hours for the provider. She was awesome, very gentle and thorough. But the wait was entirely too long. They need more than one provider, stop being cheap! Its ridiculous! The provider I saw was awesome but clearly over worked. Do better NextCare!

Made an appointment for 9:30am and waited over an hour before nurse come in. I asked her about how long would it be due to I had to be at work at 12:00. She assured me it would probably be after 12. My question is why in the world have options for scheduling an appointment if our time will be the same as a walk in!!! The nurse was kind and apologized, so my frustrations are not with her. I hated I wasted an hour and upon getting my refund from the front desk no one apologized. I understand the nature of the business but from 9:30 to after 12pm if I had stayed. We can’t be 10 minutes late for an appointment, but it’s ok for us to wait hours to be seen!!!!

I went to this urgent care today and met with dr. Bauer. She was the nicest dr I have literally ever met. I’ve been having a lot of trouble with doctors from what’s been going on with me, and she was very kind and actually listened to me. She was understanding and helped me to the best of her ability. I am so thankful for her and her kindness because she helped me with my problem when everyone else turned me away. It’s people like her that make me respect people in the medical field. All the staff was very nice as well. But I just want to say a big thanks to Dr. Bauer. I will be returning to this urgent care whenever I need to. Thank you so much for treating me like a human.

I visited NextCare this morning very sick & was privileged to have Nurse Hilda & PAC Lisa Gross!! They were both attentive and conducted thorough exams & tests!! PAC Gross prescribed just what my body needed!! It’s a little less than 12 hrs from my visit & I’m already feeling better!! THANK YOU PAC Gross and Nurse Hilda!! You two ROCK!!

I broke my hand they xrayed it got a stint brace on got me in & out very fast

Everyone was nice and professional. The process and visit was easy for a stressful situation I was there for. I would use this facility again simply because the first impression was great!

I presented at this facility on a Friday. I was treated with courtesy by the staff at the front desk. The office was very clean. I waited for only 10 minutes and was taken to a treatment room. The nurse was very friendly. Shortly thereafter, I was seen by the doctor. She was professional and accommodating. She put me at ease and listened to what I had to say. I am very impressed with NextCare Urgent Care. I wouldnt hesitate to return if the situation warranted.

I went there for a drug screening test 1 hour before they came out to get me totally ridiculous they was taking people back that came in after me

The people were great very pleasant to deal with! I was in and out within 45 min with appointment. I did do the paperwork online prior to going in so I recommend that to make it faster and smoother process.

I went to get my DOT Physical nice people get it done in 45 mins reasonable price, highly recommend for who need DOT Physical Certificate.

I made an appointment online and put insurance information in online. Check in was fast and easy. They called me in right on schedule and I only had to wait about 15minutes in the waiting room for the provider which was reasonable bc they were very busy. They addressed my needs as I was hoping. I would definitely go back.

This is our go to urgent care hands down. Everyone’s always polite. They try to get people in and out quickly. We were lucky enough to arrive without an appointment and was in and out. I know that’s not typical but what really impressed me was when I denied Covid or flu testing. We were there for a strep test. They happily said okay no problem 🤯That is a FIRST!! Anywhere else I have been in the past few years gets really pissy when you deny those, and always they attempt to change my mind. Not Nextcare, or at least not the nurse or the dr we seen yesterday. Thank you greatly for respecting my decision and not belittling me for my choice. That speaks volumes to me. Highly recommend.

After being turned away from another urgent care. I googled other urgent care facilities in Burlington. NextCare was at the top. Im so glad they were able to look at my daughter. They got her checked in, seen, diagnosed, and out the door with a Rx within 35 minutes. My girl was upset because she was in pain from her ear hurting. The nurse and Dr were both encouraging and patient with her. If I ever need an Urgent Care facility again I will come here first. Friendly and caring staff.

The staff was very kind and professional. I had to wait for 4 hours and when I did finally get to see a doctor since it was the end of the day you could tell that he was wore out so I dont think my 2-year-old got a good examination but due to the circumstances I do understand why he was so quick to get in and out. My kid is autistic so he doesnt like for strange people to touch him so it was difficult for the doctor plus it was like 7:00 p.m. and clearly the doctor has seen so many patients that day. I think he was just tired.

I was so glad they were open today, as it is Easter. And I thanked them, went in early so was not a long wait. Again thank you Amen

They saw my child quickly, were very friendly and reasonable price for self pay. Will be coming back if we ever need urgent care again.

Really like all of the staff here. Very friendly. However, this last visit, I sat in the room for an hour and a half before anyone came in. Two and an half hour visit total. Other than that, always had good service here.

In-house service was great, making an appointment was concerning. I was given an appointment for 9am and it was 8:50am while on the phone giving the young lady my information for the appointment.

Munirah at the front desk was fabulous, caring, understanding, polite, and really made a unpleasant visit much better. I appreciate the kindness she exhibited. Shes very personable

I loved being able to make an online appointment. I have a local primary care facility but thought I could wear out and OTC my illness. Turns out I felt much worse on a Saturday, and turned to Nexcare. I checked in online and the wait time was minimal. The nurse and doctor were knowledgeable and I was pleased with their care.

Very friendly, clean, and overall a great experience! Didn’t have to wait long at all even with a walk in appointment

Visit was great. 2.5hr wait but they were short staffed and it was Sunday so I didnt mind just glad to be seen, all 3 staff members apologized for the wait time. Dr. Jimzon Javier was awesome, very informative and did a quick thorough diagnosis with no need for tests. He provided excellent care and answered any questions and gave detailed information about illness and medication.

Went an hour before closing. Wait time wasn’t long. Staff were nice. Brought my nephew here and my sister had some concerns and wanted to ask the doctor a few questions. When I asked to have the doctor come back in the room, he came but when I told him my sister was concerned and wanted to ask him a few questions he rolled his eyes and gave a big sigh and threw his arms up. I said well she has some concerns. Seriously, what doctor gets upset because a concerned parent has questions? If you’re gonna upset about some questions, I don’t think he should be in this profession. Btw, his name is John. I looked him up and apparently he’s a PA not MD. Gave 2 stars for the nice staff.

I had an appointment at 1pm. I was not called back until 2:30pm. When I was back in the room for my appointment I got a notification on my phone that my appointment had been canceled. So clearly I was just made to wait and they did not take my appointment into account. I got told that there was nothing they could do for me because it was most likely viral but they would run a strep test and I left. I was still feeling terrible. 5 days later I got a call at 7pm that I couldn’t answer; NextCare left a message saying to call them back regarding my test. I tried to call back and was on hold for over 20min before I hung up. Then I got a message from Walgreens saying I had a prescription that was being filled. So clearly I had strep but I was told to leave and was in pain for 5 days. Overall this was a horrible experience and I do not recommend that anyone visit this urgent care.

Yesterday, I was experiencing the worst pain ever and Im so grateful that I chose this location over Cone Health Alamance Regional Hospital. Everyone at the front desk was professional and attentive. J. Bauer (NP-C) was amazing as well. I was in and out. No one was rushed and time and care was spent on me. Thank God for everyone that worked Urgent Care, 10/26/2022.

The wait was a bit rough, but thats to be expected at any Urgent Care center. Everyone was super attentive and listened to all my concerns. I have been coughing my head off for about two weeks now, and I was elated when the Dr. heard me out and wanted to help me as much as possible. None of that take some OTC medicine nonsense. Looking forward to feeling better and very grateful for the wonderful Nurse and Dr. 🙏🏼

Jessica Bauer and her nurse were incredibly kind, thorough and quick. Usually urgent care doctors do not have the best bedside manner and you feel like just another number. This office did not have this vibe at all! Would almost want her as my primary care physician. I highly recommend this place!!

I had scheduled my visit and they took me within 15 minutes of my appointment time. The receptionist was friendly. The nurse who took my vitals and my general information down was friendly and attentive. They had be out of the office with a diagnosis within 50 minutes.

Place was amazing!! Very friendly staff, and my visit was quick. Waited in the lobby for maybe 5-6 minutes then went back and saw the FNP Jessica Bauer within the next 5 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and spoke without using super fancy medical terms. Highly recommend this place!

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning, I arrived 15 minutes early finished checking in and was called back for a rapid covid test for an up coming surgery. From start to to finish I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Everyone on staff was very nice, it was a awesome experience.

Was able to make a next day appointment. When I checked in for my appointment they were backed up but still got me in within 30 minutes of my appointment time. I know all health care workers are stressed and worked to the max but they still were all so friendly here.

I waited literally 2 hours for a bandaid and a wrap for my cut open hand. And was told it was too far into the healing process to do otherwise, right after I had just told them it happened the night before but was too late to make an appointment. Then was told by the doctor that “ she’s only one person and can’t help the wait”. Not to mention the pain she put me through when wrapping it. But at least I don’t have an infection, right? 😂

Thank you for the professional and courteous staff and the proper medical attention the staff was very nice and kind and also the nurses and doctors. They answered all my concerns. Even if you have a schedule appointment be prepared to wait place stays busy .

Relatively quick for a walk in at the end of the day with two kids. The staff were courteous and helpful. The DNP we saw was efficient and helped us with our issue.

Very nice people. Check in was a breeze since I was there before they had my information on file. Place was busy so I did have to wait awhile to see the doctor. They listened to my ailments and prescribed a prescription. All went well. Ill be back again in the future. 🙂

Everyone one was so kind and helpful. The receptionist was amazing. I couldnt get my phone to work to make my appointment. She went out of her way to help me, I give her 10 stars. The nurse was very pleasant. The doctor I saw was very kind, listen to my concerns and explained his diagnosis very thurly. I would definitely recommend going to NextCare Urgent Care

To anyone needing to gets health check or Covid testing. The lobby was comfortable and social distancing was respected and carried out also for an extra bonus for anyone growing up in the 80s their TV Channel showed Different Strokes and Gimme me a Break. The Front Desk Receptionist was very pleasant “Crystal” and knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I felt welcomed right away. The nurse who saw and checked me in was attentive and supportive for me and my medical needs. The PA was attentive as well and gave me information that i needed. I amHappy with the Quality and Customer Service. Keep up the good work.

This is the third time I have visited this Healthcare facility. They are always very thorough and I have always left feeling I have received the correct diagnosis. To top it off the nurses at the check in desk are always pleasant and that is a plus when you are hurting. I recommend them without reservation.

The front desk woman was so helpful and kind. I got back right away (I got there just as it opened). The PA I saw was interested and thorough. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars is that I had to stand in line with all the people checking in so that I could check out. That was the longest part.

The doctors and nurses here are awesome! They are very nice and good with children! The wait time is decent and facility is nice and clean. For a even quicker visit you can go online to their website and sign in online. If you are sick I would definitely suggest going here. And I want to say visits for veterans are free.

Kim the nurse was awesome so down to earth & funny! She made me feel very comfortable and I told her my husband was in the next room she put us in the same room. Dr.Jakob was awesome too answered all the questions we had! Definitely will go back.

I’ve taken my kids to get COVID test here. They are very gentle and courteous! The staff is very professional and welcoming. I visited by appointment and was quickly in and out (no longer than 20 minutes). If needed to my family would return and I would highly recommend them to others!

Very very sweet and efficient people work here.,checked in online so didnt have much of a wait,lot less expensive than ER. Cant really say enough on how nice everyone was with the pain I was in. Definitely recommend highly

The doctors and staff were very nice and helpful, but the wait time is RIDICULOUS. I made an appt online for 2:00. Checked in almost 15min early and didnt get called back until 3. Which made me late for my son to get off the bus. If you have an appt. that should oversee walk-ins. Unless they are emergencies such as broken bones, lacerations, small children, and chemical burns

A little unwelcoming at first. I was directed to a board at the entrance where i had to scan an aggravating qr code to fill out my paperwork by a 3rd party company (great! Now someone else has my childs and my personal info). The triage nurse and doctor were very nice and accommodating and great with kids (even laughed at the kids corny jokes). The doctor was very informative and seemed genuinely concerned.

Got my Mom in for UTI with online appointment 30 minutes after going on site. She was very pleased and everyone very kind.

Had prepared paperwork prior to arrival at 8:20AM and was seen within a reasonable amount of time after checkin. Staff was pleasant, caring & efficient. Upon my departure around 9:40, there were about 8 people waiting to be seen—so coming shortly after opening was an advantage.

Caring staff. Wait time was a little long, but was very informative and up front about wait times due to increase of patients, so it made it easier to accept the fact. Thanks for being friendly even though I am side you were all over worked today.

When you have a patient/customer set an appointment the assumption is that the appointment means something. We waited in the waiting room for an hour before the initial screening. This was only for a health assessment for public schools for my son so not an emergency… good thing too! But why have someone set an appointment of you’re going to have them sit for an hour? “Health”care in this country is an absolute joke and places like this are the reason why. And of course the excuse will be “we only had one provider yada yada yada” Tell me how that’s our problem? Don’t book appointments YOU can’t keep. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend anyone come here… ESPECIALLY if you have a legit emergency!

On my way to alamance regional after waiting 30 minutes to be seen for an allergic reaction that was spreading over my body. Went back because I was scared and saw the older blonde woman with glasses and a bob cut eating a sandwich and laughing about my allergic reaction. Ive never in my life felt so embarrassed and I dont understand how you could be so cruel when I was nothing but nice while having a panic attack.

Both front desk ladies (older white ladies) were discussing personal information and hostile in front of me while I waited for my followup paperwork. They were also very loudly discussing patients who had been in to see the doctors. Very unprofessional and rude to me when I asked for my paperwork. Both me and my wife felt attacked and embarrassed by these two individuals on separate visits, thinking about taking it further up the chain of authority honestly. Other then the two front desk ladies, amazing service and great care and help. The doctors and everyone past the front desk is amazing and really helpful and nice. Bummer the front desk is so hostile and aggressive.

My wife and I home tested and were positive for COVID Our son is a Dr of Pharmacy and brother a medical doctor in another state Our doctors in NY prescribed a medication that was for people on medications that interact with Plaxcovid However no one could help us because we were out of state Nextcare Urgent Center fit us in even though they had no available openings The Receptionist Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were outstanding Great personalities knowledgeable throughI highly recommend Nextcare

The wait wasn’t too long considering I was a walk-in, and everyone working in the clinic was very pleasant and kind. Check in was easy and efficient. The doctor was a huge help. Her advice was on point and I am better.

Highly recommend this urgent care. Was in and out in less than an hour, my prescriptions were called in immediately and ready for pick up by the time I left and arrived at the pharmacy. Very professional and thorough did not feel like they were rushing me at all like most places do.

I had a friendly and patient lady to explain the check in process. I know people walking in an hour before close can be frustrating but the lady was very patient and understanding that people cant help their schedules and when they are free to go to the doctor or when they get sick unlike some of my experiences at other urgent care locations.

The wait was crazy. However a nasty bug is going around so it was expected. What was not expected was how wonderful the staff was. Not only professional, but down right joyful! Such a pleasant atmosphere! Made the wait a extremely insignificant factor. This place is fabulous.

We have visited multiple times, and we always have a great experience. This morning, I took my toddler there at 8 am for a suspected ear infection. We were in and out within 30 minutes. The lady who checked us in, the nurse, and the doctor were all incredibly nice and helpful. I really appreciated it!

I had a bad experience today with my virtual appointment. Even though my virtual doctor was very nice, she never called in my prescription. I called back hours later they stated she would return my call. Never heard from her after 7 hours. Callrd back and after 20 mins waiting on the phone I finally got someone to call in my prescription, but now the pharmacy is closed

So I took my daughter and it was a little wait. They move really slow when checking out. Then they gave a prescription to be picked up at walgreens. I get there and the man says it’s not there. I drove around looking for another walgreens to end up back at the same one 20 minutes later. It still wasn’t there. My suggestion is if you give someone a prescription to pick up, you should send it in right away. I have wasted my entire morning trying to get a prescription that wasn’t sent in until an hour later.

Made appointment online and added all needed info ahead of time, was seen super quickly and the visit with the nurse and PA was even better than the minimal wait time. They were very professional and kind and I wish they were my primary practitioners!

The staff was very nice and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. You could also see where you were in line on their web check in. Crystal, Ray, and King were all kind and helpful. They got my strep throat diagnosed and prescriptions called in very quickly. I would definitely go there again.

Appointment provided for timely service on a busy day in their office. We were in & out in a little over an hour. Dr. Fatima took her time, listened, offered advise and provided clear instructions.

We had the best experience here. Every person we encountered was so kind and helpful even though we came in 10 minutes before closing. I would definitely recommend! We will be returning for our future health care needs.

I was taken care of very quickly and efficiently and with kindness. My own urologist wouldnt see me until Monday (TODAY IS WEDNESDAY) EVEN though I had been bleeding and in discomfort and not feeling well. I have been very disappointed with the health care in this area but was relieved to find Best case and would recommend using their services!!!

Employees were courteous and very understanding. We got there at almost closing but still took time and made us feel important.

Be careful going here! First when I walked into the back patient rooms they looked a little run down. That was the first warning sign. Then when the nurse came in she was very rude and hostile. She wasn’t even wearing her nurse garb she was wearing a gray north face lol. So when time came for her to take my blood she ended up bruising me in the injection spot and hit my right arms nerves with the needle (WHICH CAN PERMANENTLY DAMAGE YOUR ARM BY THE WAY PEOPLE). This was 2 months ago and the digits in my right hand still feel a little numb and weird at times because of it! They’re lucky I didn’t try to get them for medical malpractice. Then it turns out the doctor misdiagnosed me, so I went there for nothing. And when I called to address them of this situation the desk woman was very rude to me on the phone, hanging up before I could say my final words. The doctor was kind of nice with his explanation on the phone, but he still misdiagnosed me and it doesn’t make up for what that nurse did. Which in my opinion kind of seemed like malicious intent, because she was in my arm wiggling around that needle for quite sometime. Also I gave them my insurance card, but I guess they didn’t put in my info because I got a bill in the mail from Mako saying I needed to pay for that needle injection LOL. Like the service there is SO SLOOPY. I went in expecting to be healed of my ailments and came out in even worse shape. Maybe I caught them all on a bad day, but even if that’s true (which I doubt it is) still a bad day for them shouldn’t affect the patients who desperately rely on their medical “expertise”. I’m never going back to this “urgent care” again. So go here if you want to be hurt instead of healed.

Im from Dallas TX and here for an outdoor event. I started breaking out in hives. The front desk staff was so welcoming and nice. The Doctor and Nurses got me in and out in the matter of 40 minutes. I was amazed.EXCELLENT STAFF AND SERVICE!!!

Very pleased with the level of professionalism and kindness from this facility. I checked in online ahead of time. They were very busy. I had to wait approximately an hour past my appointment time. Not too bad considering its an urgent care., but overall, I am satisfied.

Though there were 6 patience in front of us, my son was still seen within 30 minutes. The entire visit took just 45 minutes, which in my opinion is super fast. This would be about my 9th visit. I highly recommend the services and staff. My experience of making an appointment online didnt mean a lot. I had to wait behind everyone ahead of me, when I got there. Not sure why they even have online appointment. Read the fine print, This is your estimated time. Delays may arise if NextCare Urgent Care is unexpectedly busy.

My primary doctors office was closed (It was after hours), so I had to choose a place that saw patients after 6pm. Great, friendly service. I didnt feel like the visit was rushed, the doctor actually listened to my concerns. I was very pleased with the visit, examination & diagnosis (Sinus Infection). I would recommend NextCare Urgent Care.. much better than the emergency room hospitals.

I went here on December 24th due to a shooting pain in my eye. I explained to the doctor that I believed it had been scratched by my contact and that I just needed some drops to heal it.Instead, said doctor immediately said I may have glaucoma and said I needed to go to the ER immediately. Keep in mind, there was nothing to suggest that except that my eye was sensitive to a light being shown into it.So now I have an $1100 ER bill to be told that I did have a scratch on my eye. Thanks for that!

This was my first time at any NextCare location and I was impressed. Everything from the check in up until I left was great! I have visited this location year after year for acute illnesses. I’ve always received incredible service from the staff there and never misdiagnosed. I feel at ease explaining my symptoms. While we may not feel well visiting NextCare, it’s encouraging to know good health is around the corner.

Went for shortness of breath after receiving COVID vaccine. Wait time was sorry. Nurse checked vitals and tested for COVID. Doctor/Provider, Karl, came in and asked about my symptoms. I explained that I had never experienced difficulty breathing like this before even with a severe cold. It had been 4 days since vaccine. Couldn’t lay flat or walk to my car without feeling winded, yawning every 5 minutes. He said I’m probably just getting a cold. Never even listened to my lungs and said that I should just “try to forget about my shortness of breath and it will probably go away”. I asked if he’d heard of it being a side effect from the vaccine and he said “I honestly don’t know. I’ve been busy with other stuff so I only know what has happened to me and my friends who have received the vaccine.” He made zero effort beyond handing me my negative COVID test sheet and saying I hope you feel better. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. I cringe at the thought that anyone who is having severe problems would have to fall under and pay for his “care”.

The video visits are great! However the In person visit are absolutely terrible you always have to wait over and hour. Today I went and was there 2 hours and 45 minutes ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

I was out of there in 5 minutes once I was seen. The wait though was a little extreme. I showed up at 830 for an 840 appt. There was only 1 other person waiting. Granted I did have more paperwork to fill out even though I did some online also. On the top of the papers I had to put in time and date so I put 835. When I received copies of my papers after my visit someone ( office staff I guess) scratched out the time I wrote and put 910. Was that so it wouldnt look like they were running behind to corporate or whoever monitors their Q&A? I was seen at 9:20 for my 8:40 appt. When I left the waiting room had probably 15 ppl waiting. I would go back and be seen again but dont change my time to make it look like I was late just to make you look better. I was seen late because yall were running late. I was on time.

Very pleased with my visit. The staff was friendly and I didn’t have much of a wait at all. The doctor was able to diagnose my problem and I felt like he took the time to really investigate. Will definitely always use them for any urgent care needs

Dr. Laurent always treats us with patience, respect, and genuine care..have brought our baby here as well as us and he has given the same care each time. Front desk and nurses have always been very friendly as well. Get seen pretty quickly.

I went to the facility as a walk- in. On-line there was no indication that you had to make an appointment. I was there first in line and waited 45 minutes outside for the worker to open the door. When the hateful lady opened the door she told the dozen patients that were there waiting that they would not see any of us if we did not have an appointment. I told her that on-line said nothing of making appointments. She said we could try to come back at lunch. Keeping in mind that they close at 2pm anywayNo one, not even one person went in the facility cause no one had an appointment. This has been my experience at this same place once before but giving the benefit of the doubt that over the years maybe things had changed but obviously not. Ill never, ever recommend or ever go back to this place. You read of others good experiences and where the management sends a message back but never does the management answer the bad reviews. I challenge you to answer my review and try to explain the rudeness of your facility.

I set my appointment on line, and fortunately there was no one ahead of me when I arrived, about 15 minutes ahead. They got to me before my set appointment time, were friendly and efficient, and had me out quickly. If I need Urgent Care , again, I will definitely return!

I signed up at the website for 12:00pm appointment, was seen at 12:03pm. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I got my test results in 15 minutes and was out the door. I will be back again the next time I am in need of their services. Great experience!

Great experience. I was seen quickly and they sent medicine directly to my pharmacy. Waiting time was less than 39 minutes while other medical facilities wait time was 2-4 hours.
