I have had the WORST experience ever at this doctors office! I had to switch doctors mid pregnancy due to insurance coverage. I scheduled an appointment, CALLED THEM to confirm the day before and showed up to be told that I was rescheduled for the next day. After explaining I had a babysitter and my husband pulled from work for this appointment, we were told we would be squeezed in. My appointment was for 9 I didnt see someone until 12:30!! I didnt even see the doctor like I was told I would I saw a NP, when I asked to see the doc. I was told it wasnt policy to see the doc the first visit! I was NEVER told that Dr. Susan practices with others and they might deliver my baby, not her. I wanted a female doc not her husband! My files were never sent over from my last doc because the staff at Dr Erks never requested them and I had to call the other doc office and straighten everything out!!! They dont let my husband come back with me for the beginning of the appointment another POLICY they have. Now that I have been going there for two months I just found out that they might not even be in town to deliver the baby because they are going on vacation and I had to find out from the secretary as I was trying to schedule my last few appointments before my due date!!! The doc never told me that they wouldnt be in town!! NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! There are much better offices and doctors available!

They give the best care. I would recommend anyone of my female family, and associates to use their office for OBGYN treatments. They delivered my first child this year.
