Everyone at women’s health first is friendly and kind! The doctors are awesome, and the front desk is always accommodating to get you scheduled! I know I’m in excellent hands!

The doctors and nurses are fantastic. They are really friendly, and Dr. Kahn does a wonderful job explaining things and being thorough. The reason for the lower rating has to do with the receptionists and anyone I talk to on the phone in regards to scheduling and such. They are all extremely rude. For example, there was some confusion with the scheduling desk about how I needed to schedule my appointments. I asked one question for clarification and the person on the phone not only cut me off but just started yelling at me. And then when I was in the office, I was getting an ultrasound and test results so my husband came with me. He asked to use the bathroom and the receptionist was like “it’s really only for patients”. In my opinion he kinda is a patient. These results reflect him too and he was there to be with me during the process. I really wish these people were friendlier because I really do love the doctors.

Went here for my first pregnancy appointment (8 weeks). Staff was nice, however I was never tested for the pregnancy panels for blood work that needed to get done. I was told I will not be able to listen to my babys heartbeat till week 20, and I knew that was not true and could be done sooner than that. I went to a second appointment somewhere else and blood work was still not done. I had to transfer due to no affiliation with the hospital I wanted to give birth at. The last appointment I had there I was there from 5:45 to 7:30. They did not transfer my medical records to the appropriate fax number and had to do the work for them in order to transfer all the medical records. Once I transferred my new doctor said this blood work needed to be done on my first appointment. I am glad I transferred.

I’ve been son happy with my experience here. Dr.Szela is amazing!!!! He listens and gives information + options, leaving me with the ability to make really informed decisions about my health. I’ve never felt pressured to make one decision or another. It feels like a partnership. Being seen and heard and your concerns taken seriously is refreshing!

The staff were all friendly and helpful but i am very concerned at the appropriate approach afterwards. I went in because I felt I had a UTI and got tested for it. There was no follow up with a nurse or Dr whatsoever when I did in fact have one and desperately needed to be treated! Because of the lack of care it has elevated as extreme as a kidney infection and I am septic currently in the hospital because they did not follow up with the medication I needed. 103 temp and violent shakes extremely painful body.. throbbing head neck and back vomiting and diarrhea and unable to eat for the last 5 days due to their neglect.

Laura Lopez bed side manner is elite. If your doing your first appt or been with the practice for years she is someone to consider scheduling an appointment with. Age 18 to now 37 she’s my go to..

Dr Szela is above par. One of the greatest doctors of all time. I follow him no matter the location. He is knowledgeable, humble, and personable.

Ive been seeing doctor Iyer for the last 5 years I think she is exceptional she takes her time She truly cares and which is a breath of fresh air in this world. The staff is also very attentive and caring...

The billing is terrible. They stated that they accept AmBetter and mid-pregnancy they dropped insurance on us and stuck us with thousands of dollars of surprise billing charges. We are now 8 months pregnant and instead of focusing on our baby girl coming in a few weeks, we are completely stressed out and anxious about an avalanche of bills coming our way that we cant pay. Ridiculous system of accounting doesnt even allow us to speak with anyone who can help us resolve this issue.

The staff was very rude. The ultrasound tech was rude and front desk ignored me as if I wasnt waiting to be seen. Dont recommend this location at all!

I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the person at reception was not very friendly. The ultrasound tech, nurses and the doctor were great.

The most unorganized office! I had an appointment at 11:30 and confirmed with scheduling I needed to be out by 12:30. Once I was there I was told that wasn’t possible. All they offered was to reschedule my appointment for a different day when I had driven 40 minutes to get there. Incompetent staff. Do not recommend

I called in today telling the front desk i need an appointment to check on the baby because she is not moving enough as the doctor told me she should also told her that from time to time i fell like i’m not getting enough oxygen which might be related to pregnancy . And i was told i need to go to the hospital because they can’t do anything . I told the lady at the front desk that i would like to come in if they can see me to check on the baby at least and she said they can’t and i have to go to the hospital. Isn’t the doctor that is helping you during your pregnancy responsible to take you in when you need or when you are worried about your pregnancy?! I am very disappointed and thinking of changing the doctor in the last moment before having the baby .

If I can give it a zero I would. I wish I would have looked at all these reviews prior to joining this practice, although Dr. Anita Iyer is the only one that is extremely professional in this office and one of the supervisors as well... Pretty sad to say that when dealing with a pregnancy you want to have the best experience possible which is not the case with this office especially with Dr. Mareya ! I have had several incidences with this office in the last two years and nothing has change! You will get anxiety, leave frustrated and at the end told that you are having an attitude!!! STAY AWAY FROM AMITA IF YOU CAN PERIOD !

I saw Dr. Iyer and she is so wonderful always has been! Everyone I have seen there has been nothing but great and Ive been going there for 10+ years!

I had to change my doctor due to being laid off from my job, and they were great on helping me get my medical records over to them, and actually followed up with me to get my first appointment set up. When I came in for my first appointment everyone was nice!

Never had a good experience here. Terrible communication and little to no empathy by doctors for sensitive situations.

Alex in the office was fantastic! I am a new patient and she worked with me to get an appointment that would fit into my crazy work schedule. She was friendly and kind. Thanks Alex!

Long wait time in the exam room (about an hour)

Attended as a Plus one. The personnel were courteous and attentive. Due to COVID-19 protocol, I had to wait outside. No worries, I understood.👍🏿👨🏿

So why are they close 2 hours before the closing time ? I went today at 5:00 and there website says they close at 7.They were already closed .They need to put the correct times !!!

My wife and I had a very bad experience with the very negligent medical staff. After giving birth, my baby is admitted due to the irresponsibility of this clinic. If you are looking for a clinic for your pregnancy, flee from this place. They are not responsible for what happens to your baby. Do not risk it. your life with this staff
