Dr. Rhianna is one of the most compassionate humans I know. She has been such an incredible resource to me during both my pregnancies. Her recommendations have always been encouraging and on point. Dr. Rihanna’s presence and office provide a peaceful atmosphere for acupuncture treatment. She is accommodating and flexible when treatment is urgently needed. And she is so talented with her needles!!I originally saw her as a last-ditch effort for help managing hyperemesis gravidarmum naturally before having to turn to prescription medication. And I am immensely thankful that routine appointments plus her insightful advice were game changers for me and I didn’t have to resort to prescription medication!I absolutely recommend her, especially to other pregnant mamas.

Dr. Rhianna is such a joy to work with and beyond talented. Ive been treated by her in both pregnancy and fertility journeys and the support and knowledge she provides is a breath of fresh air. This review is long overdue and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rhianna! I first came to Rhianna after having complications post hysterectomy including chronic abdominal pain, severe fatigue, joint paint and inability to exercise. After working with Rhianna for 6 months, following her advice for at home care and taking specific herbal supplements she recommended (which were also approved for me to take by my OBGYN and MD) all of my post hysterectomy issues resolved and I was able to start exercising again! I still see Rhianna once a month to keep my body aligned and I don’t ever see myself stopping. She has changed my life and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Dr Rhianna!!

Oh man, Rhianna is such a savior!! I went to her throughout my pregnancy and was so grateful I did. Going to acupuncture helped me with nausea and all the aches and pains that come later on too. Not only is what she does amazing, but she’s also just a wonderful human. I can’t recommend her enough!

Rhianna is amazing! She gave me acupuncture 4 times the last two weeks of pregnancy and is one the most supportive, kind, and genuine people you’ll meet! She is passionate about acupuncture and is happy to take the time to educate and inform you on how it works and why and what she’s doing. Rhianna is amazing at caring for people. She makes you feel at ease and talks to you to fully understand what you need that day. She is helping me with migraines and recovery from a surgery which left painful scars. I came to Rhianna to seek assistance with my intense PMS symptoms. For years, I suffered from anxiety and depression that would leave me on the couch for days, completely unmotivated. I was smoking cigarettes daily and felt completely stuck in a never-ending stress-cycle; anti-depressants and anxiety medication were not options for my personal treatment, so when I found out Rhianna could help with PMS symptoms I immediately booked an appointment.She has helped me manage my PMS and stress in so many ways. In the months I have been working with Rhianna I have quit smoking, built a daily gratitude practice, learned how to manage my stress and have had a couple of menstrual cycles free from anxiety and depression. A few months ago I suffered a miscarriage. As hard as that was emotionally, it was the physical aspect I really wasnt prepared for. Rihanna did a fantastic job! She was willing to help it only with the acupuncture piece but with my emotions going through my fertility treatment. The journal really helped. She gave advice that was helpful and thought out for me as a patient. It did not feel like it was blanket advice. I will definitely be going back as we continue through our journey to achieve pregnancy!

I started seeing Rhianna for acupuncture after being told by my physician that both my husband and I were fertile even though we hadn’t successfully conceived after over 10 months. We had an appointment with a specialist for the 12 month mark but I was reluctant to turn to IUI or IVF. Six weeks into acupuncture (and one week prior to our doctors appointment) I tested positive for pregnancy. I am so grateful to Rhianna for her expertise.

I first came to Rhianna at Big Sky Fertility and Wellness after being turned away from fertility specialists who diagnosed me with early peri-menopause and untreatably high/low sex hormones. I was using BBT to chart my cycles but was unable to use OPKs to track ovulation due to high LH setting off positive OPKs every day. When I first started acupuncture my BBT charts were confirming ovulation but were sporadic (picture included). My FSH was 27.7, estradiol 21 and AMH 0.02. At first we did treatments twice a week, then once a week, and now every other week. We change the frequency of my visits after noticing improvements. My BBT charts are now perfect and healthy looking along with my temperatures raising (picture included). My FSH is 14 which is still high but no longer considered peri-menopausal!!!! My LH is now low enough that I can track ovulation! And my estradiol is 90 which is optimal for fertility!! I never would have had these improvements without acupuncture, but more importantly Rhianna and her wisdom. Her knowledge of acupuncture and fertility is outstanding. She has also advised me in Chinese herbs, supplements for egg quality, diet, BBT charting, and referred me to other healers in the community that are a part of my healing journey. I was heartbroken when I was turned away from western medicine. I thought the chance of completing my family was slipping through my fingers. Rhianna’s faith in her work and our ability to heal our bodies has brought me out of early peri-menopause and on top of that I’m losing weight after not being able to no matter how much I worked out or ate a healthy diet! I HIGHLY recommend her!
