Thank you to the team from the front desk, triage staff, and to the PA that all took great care of us on 12.30.24. They were quick to see us and precise with care and treatment. My family and I will come back for sure!! Happy New Year all!

The staff was amazing. Easy check in, short wait. The nurse and PA were so friendly and warm. They saw my daughter quickly and addressed her symptoms quickly. We were in and out in about an hour and before I even got home, they had sent her prescription over to our pharmacy and it was ready. I now have a new care clinic when we have an urgent need and cant get into the doctor. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience today! I was in and out so fast. And Lorraine made my experience 100 times better!! She is the nicest nurse I honestly ever met in my life. And the doctor Kim was really sweet too! I will be back !

I recently visited Midwest Express and I was highly impressed with the overall experience. Despite being busy, the wait time was surprisingly short, which is a huge plus. Called around to the different urgent cares and Midwest was the only one able to treat my specific problem. Everyone was super nice and the doctor definitely knew what he was doing. He was super nice during the whole thing and let me know where he was going to be the next day in case I had any questions. 10/10 this is mine and my families go to urgent care from now on

This place is amazing. The lady at the front checking everyone in made sure she greeted everyone. The nurse that took my son’s vitals was so nice and caring. The nurse practitioner was nice and to the point. She answered all my questions. This was on a Sunday as well.

I was my birthday that day and the first thing to do on my list was make sure I got the care I need and get out of there fast. Barely any wait. The staff was so understanding and helped each other out. The NP was quick and listened to me and my journey with past experiences and what medication worked for me. In the middle of the examination there was an emergency with another patient, but she didn’t forget about me. She came back pretty quickly. And I was out of there. Thank you! I am listening to your advice and stayed home to recover.

Overall the care was great and the wait was not bad for a walk in clinic. The medical assistant was very efficient. The Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and listened to us and came up with a great treatment plan. Will keeping coming back here!

I called this place and asked if they accept my insurance, they said yes. That is ☝️ one!I drove all the way there and at the registration desk gave the representative my insurance card and asked again if they accept this insurance carrier, she said yes. That is two!I started the registration process but when found out that the wait time is about an hour I left with an intention to come back next morning.I came back next morning and finished registration process just to find out that they Do NOT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE after all!How is that for a service?And then the person at the check in told me I have to pay before seeing a doctor and not after, like I will be running away if they ask me to pay after.Bad service. Then made me feel miserable.

Had the best experience with Loraine today. Came in feeling pretty down and she made my day so much better. Had some trouble getting some blood but she didn’t give up on my tiny veins. Definitely recommend coming here

My daughter had hurt herself while at school. So we went to get her knee checked out at this location. The staff there are very professional, caring to my needs and concerns for my daughter, and made my young child feel very comfortable during the exam! I would recommend this clinic to anyone! The staff here is absolutely amazing!! I will never go to any other urgent care. They’re great with kids and they just all around make you feel welcomed! No matter how you’re feeling they will make you laugh and walk out feeling better. Thank you ladies 😊

Every experiance here has been a great one! Love knowing that my kids are in good hands when we cant get to their primary care physician. The office is always clean and the visits are always quick and easy. The best part is that my little girls feel like they are being heard and that the staff takes good care of them.

Every single Midwest I’ve gone to has been such a nice experience. The front desk, medical assistants and doctors are pleasant, personable and efficient. The wait times have been reasonable. The cost was what I expected with insurance. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I really appreciate knowing I’m not going to be waiting forever or dealing with crabby and/or impatient providers and their staff when my kids and I or sick.

Wait time was reasonable. Staff gave me the impression they are genuinely passionate about their work. Very polite. From receptionist to doctor on call, I was impressed. I would definitely go back for my annual checkups!

From the moment i called to the moment i left i was treated with the utmost care. Everyone was extremely nice and extremely caring. On 11/9/24 i interacted with the receptionist, xray technician and nurse practitioner and everyone was amazing. Will definitely be back for any future issues. I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic! They were very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I needed to get a school physical for my son on short notice so that he was allowed to attend school. Midwest Express Clinic was able to see him same-day and were so easy to work with! Everyone who works there was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be coming back for any physical or medical needs.

My husband cut himself on sheet metal and we called our doctor and was told to go to immediate care which is costly. Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care doctor was caring and gentle. He cleaned the wound and taped the scar. We were very impressed! And definitely coming again!

We absolutely love the Midwest Clinic in Bolingbrook! The front desk is so friendly and welcoming. The doctors and nurses really go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. 💗My 2yr twins were very nervous and in pain from double ear infections and strep. The doctor took good care of them and made my girls feel at home. Thank you!! We will be back (but hopefully not too soon!) 🤪

I really appreciated the amount of care I received during my visits here. I struggle getting labs done and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable throughout the process. Specifically I want to credit Ashley, Alicia, Kirsten, and Kimberly. I don’t tend to have good experiences in healthcare, but they made my trips here memorable for the best reasons. They are a great model for anyone working in healthcare and I truly feel like anyone under their care will feel the same.

Son had a sudden onset of extreme ear pain during his hockey game and I made an online appt right away, I’m so thankful that they were open and I hated that it was the last slot of the day. Everyone working there was so nice! I even needed to call to have meds sent to another pharmacy because our home pharmacy was closed for the day. They did it and even called the next day to check in on him. What incredible service. Thank you again ladies

I’ve been to the Midwest Express Clinic a number of times and have never had a bad experience. The ladies, Ashley, Kimberly, and Monica have always been kind to me (as have the other people I’ve met there) and have been able to ease my worries about big or little things and answer any questions I’ve had. They are wonderful.

I could not get into my primary care office sooner than January, I was extremely ill and I knew I needed to see a doctor asap but didn’t want to go to an emergency room. I decided to book an appointment with Midwest Clinic in Bolingbrook which is 5 minutes from house. I went online and scheduled my appointment, that process was seamless. When I arrived to my appointment the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and since I pre-registered, my wait was under 5 minutes. They took me in the back and I met the nurse and nurse practitioner, I was not disappointed, with RSV, Pneumonia, Whooping Cough, Influenza and Covid on the rise I needed testing. They were quick and came back with my results right away, gave me antibiotics and I was on my way. One day later, I’m on the mend, I’m so glad I went, instead of suffering and taking over the counter medication which was not working and with underlining autoimmune diseases l’m glad I went. I’m also happy they accepted my insurance. I will definitely go again and I will refer others.

We came here for my daughters physical. There was no one else in the waiting room and very minimal wait to be seen, and the nurse practitioner was kind and pleasant. We were done in 15-20 minutes total. Very satisfied that I chose this place!

I love the Bolingbrook location and have been to many locations and this is my absolute favorite . Kim, Kirsten and Monica did an outstanding job at my visit. They were very professional and personable. The clinic was also very clean and organized. I appreciated the detailed information I got from all 3 of them! 10 out of 10!

Midwest Express Clinic in Bolingbrook deserves more than 5 stars! Staff is the definition of excellence! From start to next day follow up phone call, care is the best. All medical facilities should take lesson from here ... treatment here is the phenomenal! Thank you all for your excellent care!!!

I definitely did want to give them 5 stars however, the wait with 1 person in front of us was a bit over an hour for a quick sports physical to get in and out. Not much communication from the front desk, until I asked. Why has my daughter been waiting this long!!!The price definitely was nice $30 but I value my time more than my money. I would rather pay $60-70 and be out in 15 minutes, then $30, and be somewhere more than an hour.

Upon reaching the express clinic of the Midwest I was greet by a very friendly ginger named Kirstin and her steed Monica. The two MA’s and the provider provided nonstop top notch care for my child 5 stars all day! Thank you for the extremely fast and caring service!

The staff was pleasant and professional. The doctor prescribed medications and I also notified my GP. My GP was in agreement with all that was done for me at Nidwest Express Clinic.

We love this place was in and out it’s better than going regular doctor visit when sit there for an hour waiting to be seen. I think we were there about fifteen minutes. Doctor was great and so was reception. Thank you

I was a walk-in and I was taken in after only a short wait. I met first with the triage nurse and then the doctor. She diagnosed my condition. I am very happy with my experience at Midwest Express Clinic.

They are not even worthy of 1 star. We went to Midwest Express at Bolingbrook on Feb 9th around 7pm. We waited for more than 30 minutes and then they told us there was no doctor in the clinic at that time, only the nurse was available. One nurse did the temperature and blood pressure check very fast and another nurse said youd better go to emergency care since we dont have any machines here to check. So they did nothing still charge $246.Dont mention the custom service, it is another joke. Every time call custom service, they need take a couple of weeks to investigate but not any result. Just suggest we call another phone number: 312-212-8124, which never answer the call and only asking leave messages without call back. It seems a black hole.

I just want to say that I had the most pleasant experience due to the amazing vibes and bedside manner provided by Tiff, Lisette, and Kirsten.These 3 women went above and beyond taking care of me during my visit. Thank you for all that you do ladies ❤️

NP James Lee and the ENTIRE STAFF!I was diagnosed with COVID and in so much pain. The receptionist and nurse assistant helped me to my seat and within less than 10 minutes my name was called.James Lee/ NP was a blessing!!! He LISTENED! He made sure my questions answered and he truly the definition of a True NP!THE ENTIRE STAFF IS...AWESOME!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMPASSIONATE!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐PATIENCE!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I would recommend this facility to my entire community here in Bolingbrook.Thank you all your kindness that was extended to my husband and myself. GOD bless.

First couple times I came here were great, but my last visit put a sour taste in my mouth. I was given a really strong antibiotic (ciprofloxicin) for a possible uti (key word possible). Come to find out I had a completely different infection. At the time I didn’t know how bad floxicin medication is for tendons otherwise I would’ve mentioned a previous injury I had to my achilles. Instead of Aneka ( I believe that’s her name) asking me questions to see if the medicine would be a good fit for me she just went ahead a prescribed this black box warning medicine to me (knowing there was a possibility I could have something else)Since visiting here I spoke with 2 separate doctors and THEY BOTH AGREED it was stupid to give me that drug without knowing for a fact what I had infection wise. One of my doctors literally looked at me like I was crazy when I mentioned what was given to me. Because of Aneta or Aneka (whatever her name is) I’ve been out of work since November 1,2024 (due to adverse effects from the cipro) and I’m currently not getting paid. Both doctors agreed I should’ve been given a milder antibiotic until it was for certain what I had.One of my doctors literally said “was she a PA or NP” and when I said yes she shook her head in disappointment. I guess there’s a reason aneta isn’t a doctor after all. When I came back to Midwest I tried to speak to Aneta but she wasn’t there. I ended up talking to a red headed pa (I think her name is Casey) and she of course backed aneta and wouldn’t give me a straight answer when I asked about her opinion about if it was appropriate or not for me to be put on cipro. Then she had the nerve to say she’s a straight shooter. Meanwhile she’s giving me political answers to not throw her colleague under the bus. From now on Aneta you should probably vet your patients better before you prescribe serious medications like black box warning meds smh.The only redeeming factor about this place is some of the medical assistants are nice (like Sarah the Filipino girl at the desk) . Don’t come here unless it’s something minor!Edit: After making this post you guys had the nerve to charge my card without my permission!!!! What are the chances I make this post and happened to be charged by you guys same day. Yall are shady AF

Thought I broke my thumb and came in to get an xray. The x-ray tech, Tiffany, was sweet and professional and made my whole experience so much better. She took me from triage to X-ray and then after I saw the friendly provider, Maggie, I got the pain relief I needed. Everyone was so helpful and caring and I will definitely go back to Midwest Express in the future.

Aneta B is an outstanding physician who consistently exceeds expectations. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process with Keko and Tiffany was seamless and welcoming. Tiffany was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the necessary tests and vital checks. Dr. Aneta took the time to address all of my questions with clarity ,not only for me but also for my son. Additionally, her thoughtful follow-up on the phone with my wife at home demonstrated her commitment to patient care. Fantastic customer service, easy and affordable! Tried booking a work physical through Duly health, and had a 3 week wait, went to Midwest Express Clinic and had same day service. Friendly staff, excellent facility.

Worst experience ever. Lost my lab results (for a serious injury that was dangerously worsening) and did not care to pursue it until I came in person. Hung up on me after having me on hold for 40 minutes and didn’t even bother to follow up. Then the receptionist said she didn’t know I was there for an appointment after the doctor LEFT for the night bc it didn’t pop up . I told her when I walked in but she of course couldn’t find any of my records after I filled them out for myself and kids last time . My daughter was suffering and this is the treatment we got. Waste of 2 hours and gas money. Worst bed side manner to boot. Never again!

I went last Saturday night. They told me it was just viral and there was nothing they could do, despite me telling them I had burning in lungs especially when I coughed. They just rushed me out.I got in to see my doctor thankfully Monday morning. Turns out I had a respiratory infection and am on a slew on medications.

One of the worst medical visits I have experienced. The provider that I saw was very dismissive and ignored my concerns. She barely spent 5 minutes with me before sending me away. I had many questions and fears about my issue since I have never experienced such a thing before and she failed to actually check me out. I do not reccomend.

I brought my daughter here for a suspected, and confirmed by x-ray, broken finger. They were very fast, even without an appointment. My daughter actually remarked on the way out that the staff here were all exceptionally nice and she would come back in a similar event.

This place sucks.I paid a hundred dollars for them to give me a piece of paper, and then ultimately lose my records, asking me to pay a hundred dollars again. I wish I could give him less than one star.

We took our son here for a sports physical. The visit was only about 30 minutes which was great. The office was nice and clean and everyone there was nice and knowledgeable.

The Midwest Staff is great with a clean facility. Natalie is very kind and helpful, she takes her time to listen to your needs and always do the best she can to help.

I failed to obtain a sports physical. My daughter needed it asap . I called and was told they only take walk-in and it would 30.00 . Greeted by a friendly receptionist. Within minutes a nurse weight her ,took vital signs and completed a mini vision test. We waited in the room less than 3 minutes the doctor walked in and completed a thorough physical. I felt she was efficient and the physical exam was more comprehensive than with her regular primary care physician, To be honest this was well worth my 30.00 ! Thank you to all the staff.

Honestly, this is our 3rd time visiting since this location opened and they have employed some of the nicest people Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!!! They make me and my daughter feel comfortable, safe and listened too! The facility is always spotless, overall it always exceeds my expectations. They also have the greatest goodies for the little ones to pick after their appointment so thats always helpful motivator. My daughter still has on her crown from her appointment yesterday afternoon!!! Could not recommend this more highly!

The doctor I saw yesterday was very excellent and helpful!! She gave me the medication I needed to help my coughing spells. It works and I feel much better than two weeks being so sick. We are very happy with the service we received from Midwest Express Clinic! Being that we were out of town, we really didnt know what to expect. They went above and beyond while caring for my son who was super sick! They were short staffed so the tech was taking care of the front office and doing my sons Covid and flu testing. She was very kind! Nurse K was also very kind once we saw her. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail.After returning home back to STL, she had called to check on him and also ask if he left his hat there. She mailed his hat along with some sweet treats! That was so very thoughtful!!! ❤️If you need an urgent care, this is the place to go hands down! You wont regret it!

I went to MEC yesterday to have an ear lavange done. It was my first time there and the experience was awesome. From my reception, to the procedure, everything was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend MEC to anyone living in Bolingbrook and the surrounding area.

The NP who took care of me was super sweet and was easily able to detect it was a problem that could be solved with medicine. They also treated me very quickly. I was only in the waiting room about 10-15 minutes and it was pretty busy when I walked in.

This is Our go to clinic in Our Non emergency situation and it is always a pleasant visit. The clinic is always clean and the wait time is very timely. And in addition to the staff We never encounter a mean staff. So thank you for all you do guys!

I came here first thing in the morning when they opened one day and was seen within 10 minutes with 4 people ahead of me. I was seen by a tech/asst first and then nurse practitioner. Both were very nice, friendly, and compassionate. I will definitely come back here the next time Im sick.

We needed a last minute sports physical and Midwest Express Clinic saved the day. The process was very easy and the cost was very nice as well compared to others in the area for the same service. Yesterdays visit was AWESOME! Still, as I said in a previous post, your clinic hands down, beats a visit to the ER! Hell, sometimes even a visit to my primary doc! Im greeted and treated by wonderful staff. You all ROCK!

After our now 2nd visit, I had to leave a review. The Doctor and staff are so patient and thorough. Fast, easy, close! They’ve successfully treated my child each time. Not really the place you WANT to go, but I’m sure we’ll be back!!!

Apn Kati really made me feel very good about her being my caretaker, very informative and patient. Didn’t over talk me or rush me out! I only want to see her when I’m in need of medical attention! This place is amazing! Took my 6 year old last night around 7pm for a really bad ear ach. Couldnt see her doctor until late the next day. We walked in without an appointment. Was seen right after I filled out the paperwork. Both ears were infected, so she sent a prescription over. After picking up the meds, we were home with in an hour. Shout out to the triage nurse and the receptionist (didnt catch their name) and the doctor, Kimberly. All really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend, especially if you cant see your normal doctor sooner.

Midwest is truly the best. Fast, friendly and excellent medical care. Leslie, Maggie and Mike were truly the best. Now that I have found Midwest, I will not go anywhere else.

I went because of an issue I have had for over three weeks in my foot. We spoke in detail about the issue, they followed up with identifying the issue and recommended a battery of prescriptions. I will, if need be, go back. Very professional and personable.

The clinic was very easy to get to and the receptionist not only was beautiful, but she was very professional And very tentative to all of my concerns and questions, and the doctor was outstanding not only did she give me a physical she also gave me advice on how to maintain my health kudos to her. They told me it might be a wait but I was in and out within 30 minutes that’s unheard of in the medical industry thumbs up.

Dr was super helpful. Everyone was caring, which made the experience better with a super sick little.

I usually visit other locations for a B12 shot and recently discovered this newer Midwest Express Clinic in Bolingbrook, which is closer to where I live. The office is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional. Masks are also available if you desire one. The check in process is easy and they provide your needed services expeditiously. I would definitely recommend this location!

Great experience overall and it was my first time. Yemi at the front desk, Gina who did one of my test and took my vitals and the nurse practitioner( Magdalena) were all very sweet and professional. If you need your school/work physical done I definitely would recommend this place, because I did not spend that much time and the whole process was seemless and quick.

Wow-Really glad I brought my child into Midwest Express in Bolingbrook. My wife and I have been doing fostered for 9 years and it is extremely difficult to find dependable healthcare outside of going to the ER that accepts youth care insurance.We were able to secure an appointment on a Sunday to get treatment for an ear infection. The staff was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to Midwest Express in Bolingbrook!

Absolutely love this place ! I’ve been to another location and it was great so I decided to come to this location . This was my first time here and it was great the doctor was really knowledgeable and very caring . She was straight to the point in the best way and I appreciate her for that. The nurses were very nice as well and very helpful . I will definitely come back. This will be my go to from now on

Had a great experience getting the care I needed. Was easy to get an appointment, although walking are welcome. Was seen quickly and got meds that had me feeling better the next day. So appreciative!

Booked online. Walked right in. Waited just a few minutes. Vitals checked. Had COVID and strep test done. Doctor came in. Let me know everything was negative and to take some meds otc. It was probably the most painless easy going doctor appointment I ever had. I was in and out in under an hour. Will be back for sure!

I love coming to this express clinic location. I go on my break from work and they see me so quickly that I’m able to get in and out on my break. VERY efficient and convenient and I totally love that! Highly recommend them.

I came in because of a hurt ankle. Had x-rays done and found out It’s not broken, but here is a referral so that you can go see an orthopedic. The referral is absolutely useless because nobody will take it. Call my primary doctor to find out that he needs to see the x-rays. Midwest will not give out the x-rays and so I am back at Square one again. Oh, but now it gets better because my insurance doesn’t wanna pay for another set of x-rays. Waste of time and money.

Best urgent care to take your family for quick medical work.. from physicals, pregnancy test, std screenings, Botox rashes, dislocated fracture, ear infections, etc… I definitely recommend it. They are also super nice and helpful.

They were able to get me in rather quickly. I did my pre work online prior to arriving which sped up the process. They asked the right questions pertaining to my visit.

After being turned away by the Willowbrook location because of a printer issue, I was so glad they recommended me to the Bolingbrook location! The staff here is amazing and super communicative. Short wait and a great and clean office!
