The ladies at the front desk were very polite and nice. Exceptional customer service and very helpful when I needed help. The doctor who saw me along with the young lady who took my x rays was very nice. First impressions are lasting impressions. I will definitely be back. Thank you all

Remarkably friendly staff, quick and easy registration and a short wait to see a doctor. The nurses and doctor were very thorough and helpful. They spent time carefully analyzing my symptoms rather than trying to hand me a prescription and get me out the door quickly. Every aspect of my visit was excellent!

Wonderful nurses and doctors great service By working at multiple hospitals, I noticed that the cleans wasn’t there. The floors looked disgusting inside the room. It just wasn’t that clean my personal opinion whoever cleans it needs to do a better job but overall the service was wonderful. The doctor was wonderful. The nurses were wonderful. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. They just need to tell their housekeepers to clean.

Upon entering the facility, I was greeted with a warm and lovely receptionist who was sympathetic to my condition and made the check in process extremely easy. The weight was no more than 10 minutes, and the staff and the doctor were lovely. This is probably by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.! I’ve already recommended them to all my coworkers

I will never return here. The receptionist was kind but thats the only positive. A kid came in bleeding all over the floor - it took a good 5 minutes for anyone to clean it up and when they did, they just casually tossed wipes on the ground and moved them around with their foot. Ugh. The wipes were filthy, not just from the blood, but from the grime on the floor - indicating they very rarely clean the waiting area. Not good for any sort of healthcare facility.Anyway, about my visit. Both the nurse and doctor wrote off my symptoms, didnt take any sort of blood work or run any tests (this was my second urgent care visit in less than a week because of worsening/prolonged symptoms - I returned at the recommendation of the other urgent care). I didnt trust the doctor who harped more on you need a primary care doctor than actually listening to anything I was saying about my health.An hour or so later, the pain worsened from what was a 7/10 to an easy 10/10. I went to the ER. They immediately did an X-ray, then an ultrasound, and took blood and urine tests. The ultrasound showed my spleen was enlarged and at risk of rupturing. I was also diagnosed with mono and placed on immediate bed rest.I will never, ever recommend this place. Absolutely negligent and if I had listened to this doctor, I could have had serious health ramifications.BE CAREFUL if you choose to visit this chain.

Everyone is afraid of giving antibiotics today. Viruses do not last more than 10 days. When the lungs are clear because he’s now using an inhaler that’s an issue. Let’s treat patients according to history and symptoms. Now I have to drive all the way to the pediatrician. What a wasted trip.

Their website advises that they take our insurance and do physicals. The insurance can only be used for urgent matters, not physicals. Misleading at best. Get your physical with your doctor and save yourself $40 or more. Weve been sitting in this exam room for over 30 minutes and she hasnt been back to finish filling out this form for us to go. There are no tests bring taken, results we are waiting on....nothing....this place is awful!!

Third visit to Blue Bell Vybe Urgent Care. Excellent practice! Organized, efficiently managed, wonderful staff. Always see both a physician assistant and a physician. Have had the exact care I needed on each occasion. Would have waited weeks to see a physician in any other practice. Grateful they are there and close by!

You can make an appointment on line. I waited about 10 minutes to see a nurse who took down my basic health information, and another 10 to see a doctor. He examined me, asked questions, discussed my symptoms and suggested a treatment plan. Prescriptions were electronically sent to my pharmacy.

Excellent..went in for a standard test and I was in and out with time to spare on my lunch break. Convenient and friendly, organized staff. Recommend highly 👌

Went here today with my sister as we did not want to sit in the ER for 8hrs. We were greated when we came in by a very friendly gentleman. Im sorry I dont remember his name but he is extremely nice and chatted with us before we were taken in the back by Margaret who was very nice. Then the PA came, who also extremely nice. Everyone there was kind, caring attentive and super, super nice. We were only there maybe an hour abd that was also waiting g for xray results. Would definitely recommend and would go here again if I needed to

Wow, what a pleasant surprise the vybe in Blue Bell turned out to be. I needed to see someone about an issue I was having and my family doc was away for vacation. I made an appointment online which was very easy to do. The waiting area is clean and bright. Matt was at the front check-in area. He was very nice to deal with. I got right in at my appointment time in to see Dr Jacobson, who is very friendly and has a nice bedside manner about him. The nurse who took my medical info was nice as well, forgot to ask her name. Can’t say enough good things about my visit. I highly recommend the vybe urgent care in Blue Bell.

I just want to say this Urgent Care was the Ritz of Urgent Care facilities. Clean and modern waiting area. Prompt attention from the receptionist and a P.A. that took their time and thoroughly checked over my son, thanks Mike! We were in and out in less than an hour.

Visit went well. Kristina, PA did the exam and I had a UTI. She was supposed to put in a prescription to the pharmacy on Sunday to be picked up on Monday morning. I called the pharmacy Monday morning and they didnt have anything. I called the office and they told me it was canceled, it needed authorization and they told me they would find out what they were going to do about it and call me back.I waited 3 hours, no call. I called back again and I was told they didnt know what happened, but it wasnt an authorization issue. She said she would call it in and I could pick it up.Why wasnt I notified there was a problem?Why did I have to call a second time?If they knew there was a problem, why didnt they call it in to begin with?I had the infection for 3 days which could have gotten a lot worse without the medication.Is this how they care for their patients?

Service was excellent, but this one star rating is about payment. Before visiting, I make sure they except my insurance. My appointment lasted less then half hour from start to finish and I was there only for cold, nothing complicated. The bill was $350, where my insurance coverd $230 and I still had to pay $120 out of pocket!!They never mentioned before visiting that I might have to pay dispite having insurance. They didnt mention what my due is at the end of my visit either, send me bill by mail later..I felt this was a robery and I still wonder what service they charged $350 for!!!

It was my first visit to an Urgent Care facility. Vybe was fantastic. My ear had been seriously blocked with wax. After a relatively short visit I was seen and the situation was assessed. The medical personnel were able to flush my ear and remove the blockage quite easily. The facility was very clean and well maintained and the staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.My second visit was also a very good experience. The physician and staff did everything to facilitate my needs. This is a great option for medical care!

Service was quick and everyone was professional

I gave it a 4 only because of the friendly staff especially the receptionist. I waited 45 minutes after the initial individual took my blood pressure to see the PA. I told them that my wife had tested positive for COVID and I was exhibiting the same symptoms. They took swabs and told me that I would know in about two days. My wife had gone to Patient First and got her results in minutes. I stopped at the pharmacy and got a COVID test and took it when I got home. Like I thought, the test at home showed that I had tested positive. I got a call today to tell me I was positive.

Jazmine, at the front desk, is excellent and professional. She answered all of my questions politely and effectively. And their price was reasonable.Savanna is the MA who tested me. She is also excellent. Very efficient and professional. A+

The women who work at the blue bell location are so patient and kind. It’s always a quick and pleasant experience when needing to be seen here. They also are accommodating to my little guy who can be quite a handful inside the office! I recommend this location to all!

In and out with perfect care in record time!!

Would not recommend. We had an appointment and sat and waited for all of the walk-ins in the clinic. The point of a reservation is so I didn’t have to expose my kids to all of the sock people in the urgent care. We waited for 50 minutes after our appointment and 5 walk-ins and the clinic was empty by the time we went in. Would not come back. The staff is friendly though.

This place is the worst. Its open until 5 on Saturday, I walk in before its closing, not a soul in the waiting room and they tell me oh we cant see you theres no openings. Turning away a sick pregnant woman aint the Vybe you wanna give. Just lazy and wanting to get done early is really what it was.They also don’t have the ability to do x rays so don’t waste your time if you need that.

While I would love to leave a positive review, because the staff was nice, they were very negligent. I went in 2 weeks ago after falling down the steps and hurting both of my ankles. They didn’t do ANY x rays or anything and they dr said “well they aren’t broke”. No radiography was given and when I was discharged I started to feel as though my one ankle was actually broken. After 3-4 days of excruciating pain, I made an apt at rothman where they did x rays and confirmed my left fibula was in fact broke. This is complete negligence on Vybe Urgent Cares part.

Quick intake and excellent staff but call center told me I could have my knee drained if needed. It needs it but they don’t have the needles. Kind of a waste now that I have to start over tomorrow costing more. But this facility is nice. Can’t blame them for the call center misinforming me.

Clean atmosphere, strangely friendly, staff, and doctors. Very thorough. I will be going to that they are when needed.

The receptionist was awesome with my 3 year old. She really went above and beyond. The nursing staff and doctor was great with my ridiculously scard kid very patient. The appointment started with my child hiding and crying under a chair to him giggling and happy leaving. The visit was really timely, in and out in about 15-20 minutes. She helped me get set up and was just amazing through the whole visit.The triage nurse however was rude and honestly seemed like she didnt want to be there.The doctor was weird. I came in for a Covid test and he couldnt understand why I wanted a lab test. Some jobs still need lab tests for work. I would still recommend this location, but just know you might not like your visit after the front desk. Do better.

I was pleased with the care received. The facility is clean and the staff is kind. Grateful to have this urgent care so close to home.

I was in this am. Waited almost 30 minutes after my appt time of 8:30 to be seen. The place was empty. I was brought back at 8:20 and the NP came in at 8:56 and leans against a wall as she is talking to me and extremely abrupt. Doesn’t listen to concerns I had. I was out the door by 9:00. What a waste of time and copay today. If you are sick today, I suggest you go somewhere else!

I had a 2:30 appointment and had a little wait - everyone is ill. Other than that the visit was good.

In and out both times I’ve gone. Friendly staff and PA’s. Best urgent care experience I’ve had.

This was my first time going to this facility, and it was a very pleasant visit. The staff was very friendly, and I felt very comfortable even though I was experiencing terrible pain. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

The receptionist isn’t friendly. When I walked in she literally just stared at me. I said good morning then she said hi. I asked for the next available appointment then she tried to get smart and said do you have an appointment or did you need an appointment. I reiterated that I need an appointment. For her to be the first person u see she should be alittle bit nicer. If I wasn’t in pain I would’ve walked back out the door.
