I never knew that there were Urgent Care facilities that focused on orthopedics. I was able to make a same day appointment, no referral needed with my insurance, great service, and a knowledgeable professional staff. I was happy to find that I didn’t have any broken bones and will take the needed time to treat and rest my over stressed tendons and delay my travel plans.

My first visit to VYBE and I had an excellent experience. Highly professional and courteous staff and a short wait time. The place was amazingly clean with excellent precautions for keeping everything hygienic. I would definitely go back!

Seriously no over exaggeration this was my best experience I think I’ve ever had with something medically. This crew is fantastic.

Excellent experience! Everything was very smooth, the service was outstanding, the nurse and the doctor were as pleasant, informative, and understanding as anyone Could expect. When I first got there they were a little backed up, so I was told it was going to be about an hour and a half, so I filled out all the necessary information, went back home For a bit (only live 10 minutes away ) and they called me to tell me I could come back before I was even scheduled to come back. And as soon as I got there, they took me in. This was my first time Being seen there and there is no question in my mind that I will be back again when needed. I highly recommend vybe! I tend to avoid Urgent Cares, but sometimes you need to go. The facility was extremely clean. The entire staff from reception, to the nurses, to Dr. Jacobson were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They made me extremely relaxed even while having a painful injury and procedure.

Friendly staff and was seen quickly, relative to how many people were waiting. The Dr and nurse were efficient and thorough. I received prescriptions I was comfortable with and was on my way within around 75 min from the time I checked in. I would certainly return to this location

Great experience overall! It was such a seamless and efficient urgent care visit, and the easiest process of any urgent care I’ve been to! I was in for a possible broken foot and to get x-rays done. Front desk staff, nurse, and doctor were all wonderful and very nice! I saw Dr. Lauren Bangor and she was great. Very nice and very thorough throughout the entire visit. First time at this urgent care and would definitely recommend!

Check in was great! Super friendly which we need when you’re not feeling well. The nurse was well educated and got me in and out quickly. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely come back to this location!

Best urgent care experience i’ve had, everyone was very nice, personable, and efficient. although there was about an hour wait i got in sooner than that and didn’t feel like anyone was rushed. there is an appointment feature i will use in the future. This place sucks, wasted my time. I called and scheduled an appointment for a DOT Physical, and I told them that I work for UPS. I have paperwork about being paid and stuff. Guy on the phone said no problem. The lady receptionist wouldnt even look at my paperwork. Said Id have to pay $135, pass, or fail. Get your story straight, and your act together , people. Our time is important and we dont have time for your nonsense. Truck drivers matter

Dr. Kenneth Jacobson was an amazing doctor. I felt very heard, very cared for, and very listened to. He spent a lot of time figuring out what was wrong, and he validated my symptoms. The facility is super nice and clean, and I waited five minutes. I will be going back and hoping for Dr. Jacobson.

Wonderful nurses and doctors great service By working at multiple hospitals, I noticed that the cleans wasn’t there. The floors looked disgusting inside the room. It just wasn’t that clean my personal opinion whoever cleans it needs to do a better job but overall the service was wonderful. The doctor was wonderful. The nurses were wonderful. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. They just need to tell their housekeepers to clean.

Remarkably friendly staff, quick and easy registration and a short wait to see a doctor. The nurses and doctor were very thorough and helpful. They spent time carefully analyzing my symptoms rather than trying to hand me a prescription and get me out the door quickly. Every aspect of my visit was excellent!

RECEPTIONIST WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, GUIDING ME TO CHECK IN. I WAITED A MINUTE OR TWO AND A NURSE, WHO WAS ALSO, VERY FRIENDLY MAKING SURE TO OBTAIN ALL MY INFORMATION AND VITALS, TOOK ME BACK TO SEE THE PRACTITIONER, WHO WAS PROFESSIONAL, VERY PLEASANT AND TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER MY CONCERNS, THERE WERE MANY, AND ACCESS MY ILLNESS. THE NURSE AND PRACTITIONER WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT VERY COMFORTABLE. MY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED, PROPER MEDICATIONS ORDERED AND I WAS QUICKLY ON MY WAY HOME. I HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS.

I go here every time I need to go to urgent care. It has been touch and go for me every time. Sometimes my experience is good, sometimes it’s not the best. I went a few days ago, had an amazing conversation with my nurse, but the doctor wasnt helpful at all. I’m not going to state the reason i came in, but I came in, The doctor examined me, only to tell me there’s nothing he can do for me because I’m pregnant. I wish he would’ve told me from the beginning that there was nothing he could do for me even if there was an issue. I paid out of pocket for this appointment, for nothing. I left this appointment in tears because the examination was uncomfortable for me and i left with no help, and in pain.

I will never return here. The receptionist was kind but thats the only positive. A kid came in bleeding all over the floor - it took a good 5 minutes for anyone to clean it up and when they did, they just casually tossed wipes on the ground and moved them around with their foot. Ugh. The wipes were filthy, not just from the blood, but from the grime on the floor - indicating they very rarely clean the waiting area. Not good for any sort of healthcare facility.Anyway, about my visit. Both the nurse and doctor wrote off my symptoms, didnt take any sort of blood work or run any tests (this was my second urgent care visit in less than a week because of worsening/prolonged symptoms - I returned at the recommendation of the other urgent care). I didnt trust the doctor who harped more on you need a primary care doctor than actually listening to anything I was saying about my health.An hour or so later, the pain worsened from what was a 7/10 to an easy 10/10. I went to the ER. They immediately did an X-ray, then an ultrasound, and took blood and urine tests. The ultrasound showed my spleen was enlarged and at risk of rupturing. I was also diagnosed with mono and placed on immediate bed rest.I will never, ever recommend this place. Absolutely negligent and if I had listened to this doctor, I could have had serious health ramifications.BE CAREFUL if you choose to visit this chain.

Their website advises that they take our insurance and do physicals. The insurance can only be used for urgent matters, not physicals. Misleading at best. Get your physical with your doctor and save yourself $40 or more. Weve been sitting in this exam room for over 30 minutes and she hasnt been back to finish filling out this form for us to go. There are no tests bring taken, results we are waiting on....nothing....this place is awful!!

Vybe was organized, clean, took me prior to my appoinent time (yes, they take appointments and walk-ins). PA was very knowledgeable, staff were very friendly. I would use vybe again.

Vybe Blue Bell is great. I have been here several times. They are always prompt, professional and courteous. They listen to you and are always responsive and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for urgent care at this point.

TL;DR – They assumed the medication I took was for my acne (its actually for my anxiety), dismissed my pain, and kept telling me they believed my explanation of symptoms, but told me to just take ibuprofen.Ive had tonsillitis on and off for about a month now, and during my first round, the urgent care I went to kept brushing it off as a sore throat and to just treat it with ibuprofen. I finally went to the ER after 14 days straight of pain in my throat, where they saw that my tonsils were very swollen and there was a possibility of an abscess forming. They gave me antibiotics and I felt better by the end of the course.Cut to earlier this week, I felt my throat start to hurt again in a sharp way that was characteristic of my previous bout of tonsillitis (i.e., didnt feel like a viral sore throat). After looking at my tonsils in the mirror, I noticed white spots had returned.I went to vybe in hopes of getting treatment. When they brought me back to take my vitals, the nurse asked if I took any medication. I told her I take sertraline/Zoloft (a very popular antidepressant), to which she asked, And is that for your acne? I was so taken aback, even more so because I was wearing a mask that covered over 50% of my face and there was nothing in my patient history to indicate prescription acne medication.When the physician came in, I explained my history and told her I brought my ER files, to which she said, Thats okay, I believe you. She then looked at my throat for two seconds and said, I dont see any white spots, but I believe you. I explained to her my saga of urgent care and ER visits in the past month, to which she responded, No I know, Ive worked in an ER before so Im familiar. I got the sense that she thought I was insulting her intelligence when really I was trying to give the full story of why I believed I needed treatment so urgently. Finally, because my strep test had come back negative (as it had every other time before), she said they wouldnt prescribe me anything and told me to just take Motrin and get rest. This was the exact advice that had led me down a path of my tonsillitis worsening to the point of full body pains that landed me in the ER.At this point, I felt so dismissed and tired of having to justify my pain that I left in tears of frustration. I went to a separate urgent care (NOT vybe), where the physician there immediately noticed the white spots, did multiple tests on me, asked me much more thorough questions about my medical history, and prescribed me a different antibiotic.I also want to note that neither nurse nor physician wore gloves when taking my strep samples or looking at my throat. This was by far the worst urgent care experience Ive ever had, and the level of dismissal I felt followed by confirmation from another center of my pain means I will never go back here again.

I did not get the care I needed. This has been the second time I visited this office and was refused a simple medication for pink eye. Last time my daughter had strep throat and they neglected to give her antibiotics. The doctors here do not give medication even when there are immediate signs to treat infections. The front desk receptionist was very helpful though. I do not recommend this practice for urgent needs

No urgency when I said I needed help when my coratids were hurting and my hands were numb and turning blue. Couldnt even speak and they were still asking for my DOB. Been there twice both times bad. Zero stars

You can make an appointment on line. I waited about 10 minutes to see a nurse who took down my basic health information, and another 10 to see a doctor. He examined me, asked questions, discussed my symptoms and suggested a treatment plan. Prescriptions were electronically sent to my pharmacy.

Check in was a breeze. Seen very quickly. Wasnt rushed seeing the Dr at all.

Went here today with my sister as we did not want to sit in the ER for 8hrs. We were greated when we came in by a very friendly gentleman. Im sorry I dont remember his name but he is extremely nice and chatted with us before we were taken in the back by Margaret who was very nice. Then the PA came, who also extremely nice. Everyone there was kind, caring attentive and super, super nice. We were only there maybe an hour abd that was also waiting g for xray results. Would definitely recommend and would go here again if I needed to

I did not have an appt. but signed in , filled out some electronic forms and was promptly seen by an assistant, who also took X-rays of my arm, which I had fallen on.The doctor and whole staff were friendly and helpful. While I awaited review of ‘the Center’s X-rays online by an orthopedist, I was able to leave and complete a few errands. I have a disc of my xray and referral to orthopods near where I live.I highly recommend this Urgent Care Center in Blue Bell.

Second time that has happened hmmmm.

Visit went well. Kristina, PA did the exam and I had a UTI. She was supposed to put in a prescription to the pharmacy on Sunday to be picked up on Monday morning. I called the pharmacy Monday morning and they didnt have anything. I called the office and they told me it was canceled, it needed authorization and they told me they would find out what they were going to do about it and call me back.I waited 3 hours, no call. I called back again and I was told they didnt know what happened, but it wasnt an authorization issue. She said she would call it in and I could pick it up.Why wasnt I notified there was a problem?Why did I have to call a second time?If they knew there was a problem, why didnt they call it in to begin with?I had the infection for 3 days which could have gotten a lot worse without the medication.Is this how they care for their patients?

Don’t go without an appointment or you’re gonna be waiting. Other than that, everyone was nice and it is really clean.

Vybe blue bell is a VIBE for sure! The front desk ladies are elite, so kind, so helpful. My nurse was also amazing and a really good stick, didn’t even feel that needle. They really go above and beyond to be of assistance. I had some errors on the paperwork my company sent in, the ladies up front took care of it instead of having me wait. They called and clarified everything on my behalf. After working all day, I really appreciated how above and beyond the entire staff went to ensure I didn’t have to come back or wait a long time. Thanks Vybe girlies!

It was my 1st time here , I literally walk in at 7:30pmThe nurse and the doctor bed side service was amazing they made me feel like I was going to be okay regardless of the circumstances. I hope not to be back but if I do have to go back it would definitely be there at the blue bell location . Thank you so much for making me feel welcome after a long day and showing sympathy I appreciate you’ll as your hospitality and the doctor for being concerned . Thanks again

Everyone is afraid of giving antibiotics today. Viruses do not last more than 10 days. When the lungs are clear because he’s now using an inhaler that’s an issue. Let’s treat patients according to history and symptoms. Now I have to drive all the way to the pediatrician. What a wasted trip.

As a walk-in patient, I was treated quickly and with care. All staff was courteous and efficient. The physician assistant Sandy was very knowledgeable and answered my questions.

The location was very clean. Both the attendant at the front desk and the healthcare worker ( I think Jess) who did the prelims were excellent!However, the nurse practitioner who cared for me was dismissive and really did not provide a proper exam. She wasn’t really listening and kept saying your temp is too low to be considered a fever. She said: you look good, you’re fine. You can leave after the COVID test. She didn’t allow me to lie back for a proper abdominal exam, despite my history w GI issues. I offered to lie back. She pushed gently on my belly while sitting up and said: you have no pain. No lab work was done. Well, the next day I went to Quest lab and results showed severe elevated results, indicative of an organ infection/ failure. Now I have to wait until Monday to find out my fate. Had she drawn a basic metabolic panel I would have had this info to discuss w my primary on Friday.I spent 45 years in healthcare and I worry how many others she has dismissed. Withholding her name as it’s not my thing to shame someone on the internet. But I hope that the management of VYBE will investigate and counsel. I was there Thursday Eve 10/10/24.

Made an appointment, didn’t even sit in the waiting room. Everyone was professional, kind and courteous and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and that included an x-ray. It was an amazing experience. I will always use that place from now on!

I was seen right away and am very happy with my experience. The online scheduling is a huge benefit!

Service was excellent, but this one star rating is about payment. Before visiting, I make sure they except my insurance. My appointment lasted less then half hour from start to finish and I was there only for cold, nothing complicated. The bill was $350, where my insurance coverd $230 and I still had to pay $120 out of pocket!!They never mentioned before visiting that I might have to pay dispite having insurance. They didnt mention what my due is at the end of my visit either, send me bill by mail later..I felt this was a robery and I still wonder what service they charged $350 for!!!

Very friendly and professional staff. I scheduled an appointment through their website, which was a convenient and easy process. Once I arrived, I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. I would come here again and would definitely recommend vybe to others.

They were very pleasant and efficient. The nurse and Physician Assistant listened to everything I said were sympathetic and helpful. I received appropriate prescriptions that are helping.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise the vybe in Blue Bell turned out to be. I needed to see someone about an issue I was having and my family doc was away for vacation. I made an appointment online which was very easy to do. The waiting area is clean and bright. Matt was at the front check-in area. He was very nice to deal with. I got right in at my appointment time in to see Dr Jacobson, who is very friendly and has a nice bedside manner about him. The nurse who took my medical info was nice as well, forgot to ask her name. Can’t say enough good things about my visit. I highly recommend the vybe urgent care in Blue Bell.

The women who work at the blue bell location are so patient and kind. It’s always a quick and pleasant experience when needing to be seen here. They also are accommodating to my little guy who can be quite a handful inside the office! I recommend this location to all!

Would not recommend. We had an appointment and sat and waited for all of the walk-ins in the clinic. The point of a reservation is so I didn’t have to expose my kids to all of the sock people in the urgent care. We waited for 50 minutes after our appointment and 5 walk-ins and the clinic was empty by the time we went in. Would not come back. The staff is friendly though.
