Planned Parenthood - Biddeford Health Center

Friendly and wonderful staff. Kathleen Curry-Sparks was awesome. I’d make her my primary if possible! I am deaf and always a bit nervous when going to a new place especially a health center due to possible communication barriers. The front desk knew what to do and got a video sign language interpreter. I highly recommend this place. Very non-judgmental and comfortable place to be!

From the moment I walked in the door, everyone I intetacted with was friendly and well mannered. I had a fair amount of paperwork to fill out when I arrived. I got there early incase they had me fill out paperwork, but when I made the appointment, there was no mention of arriving early. The medical assistant that took my personal info and vitals was wonderful and had a good sense of humor and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I didnt have to wait too long before seeing the provider. She was also very pleasant and answered all of questions and because of the folks I interacted with, Im looking forward to my next appointment. You can tell that the people that work here care about what they do and the people they care for.

Being a new patient and “from away” I have to say, From the covid screening, to the Front Desk to the Assistant and Doctor. I felt so comfortable and grateful for this place. Thank you ! You guys are doing it right!

The medical providers give you contradictory information and do not explain what is going on before they charge you hundreds of dollars. Words cannot explain how disappointed, disgusted in how they treated my case

Always feel at ease here. Never feel judged! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great place!
