The staff, doctors, and practitioners here are so amazing. Booking appointments even, so lovely on the phone. I can usually get an appointment fast, within the week or next. I truly appreciate their kindness and care. Thanks for all you do!

Every experience Ive had here has been great in all aspects, having very convenient scheduling and all staff from the front desk to physicians taking excellent care of me. This is my go-to location for all my OBGYN needs!

They are amazing! Very friendly, I love going there I feel very comfortable. And also the Dr Britnney I think her name, I am not sure. It’s incredible!

Ive been going to Planned Parenthood on and off since highschool. Ive seen a lot of doctors in my life due to chronic illness and never anywhere have I been listened to, respected and cared for like I have been at Planned Parenthood offices. Every person I interacted with at the Bellingham office was kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional and put me at ease. I felt listened to and well taken care of. I highly recommend them and commend them for their work. Lets make sure theyre always there for us and the next generations. Thank you 🌻

I have had fabulous encounters here. Providers and staff are thorough and genuinely care about your overall health, including mental/emotional. I appreciate the team here very much. I was having issues with my insurance covering a prescription and my provider handled it like a champ. There was no hesitation to put in the effort to help me. As well, the support staff kept me updated every step of the way and everybody worked efficiently and quickly to get my medication into my hands. Their communication and follow-through exceeds any other medical office I have been to in the last ten years. This is where I will continue to go for years to come. Thank you!

I called the clinic I was able to get in the same day. My experience was awesome the midwife pay attention to all my needed and symptoms I was having ,as well her assistant. I have a great and awesome care.The only thing I did not like is phlebotomy part the girl that does phlebotomy need to have more training she did not do the proper step to draw my blood that why she could not get it I had go somewhere else which it very inconvenient my arm was hurting for two days just because she was moving the needle to much to find my vein. That not good.

Made my appt super easy and the ARNP that helped was amazing!!

The only person that wasnt rude and judgemental was the lady at the front desk and I was waiting for hours. They are insensitive and didnt give good instructions on what to do if there are complications with their procedures. They never recommended going to the hospital if Im in too much pain they tryed to stop me from going to the hospital one time and then shamed me this time for changing my mind in the past and not getting the abortion they wanted to pressure onto me. But the woman at the front desk gets 5 stars she got me in when there was no space and was super sweet.

Was able to snag a cancelled appointment for an issue that I wasn’t sure how to get help for, new to the area and without insurance. Everyone was kind, helpful, and addressed my concerns and needs. Thank you for making women’s healthcare accessible!

It’s very evident that they truly care about those who choose to stand with PP. It was my first time going and I was out in under two hours. I received STD testing, two packs of Plan B, and restarted the patch. I highly recommend. Also love that they offer condom “grab bags.” Will be back again for the arm implant. Very happy with my services received there.

Its really evident that everyone here cares about making patients feel welcome, safe and cared for. Theyre inclusive to all gender and sexual identies and ask questions to make sure youre safe. They were incredibly helpful when I went and helped me get everything figured out with my insurance and got me new birth control and offered STD testing. Little things like having pictures on the ceiling to look at while youre being examined are among the ways they show they care about making people confortable. Its such a shame to see such hate often directed towards this place thats doing such good for the community.

I have never felt more cared for and understood at a medical facility than at this Planned Parenthood. Everyone here is kind and helpful and makes me feel completely at ease. They explained everything to me thoroughly and was patient and funny in a very uncomfortable situation. The building is beautiful and has a HUGE parking lot. There is a restroom but it is for patients ONLY. Its clean and comfortable inside.The only negative Id give is the check in process on the iPads. Especially when it has to be done on repeat patients. Its a bit long and convoluted, but I guess it saves paper and trees. :/

My partner went in for a check-up due to some health concerns and, after waiting for weeks for an appointment, the attention she received was terrible. She was not given a mammogram or any kind of check, but instead told to go to a previous provider from years ago that is several hours out of town. Not even the least-thorough check for any concerns was done, yet she was still billed for the visit. A new appointment at another provider will require more weeks (or even months) of waiting. Extremely disappointed.

Well I called to schedule an appointment for services listed as offered on their website. Neither that I called to schedule were available at the location despite it explicitly listed online. Not necessarily their fault, just frustrating. When I called back to ask their recommendation of where to actually seek care, they realized I called earlier and just hung up on me. Great staff. I really feel like my health is of concern to them. What a joke.

INCOMPETENT ALL THE WAY AROUND: Went to planned parenthood because I believe in what they do for the community however this location is full of incompetent people. Long story short they left multiple patients, myself included, without prescription refills due to New System Changes however after 10 days people should be getting the medicine they need. We didnt. When I went in, I waited in a line of 3 others who had my same issue. They say they care, but its only caring about bureaucracy.

This place is by far the worst planned parenthood Ive ever been to and I have been a supporter of P.P. for over 10 years. I had a test done that takes 24 hours to get results, after two months & 6 calls to their office asking if my results were in yet, they still keep saying it looks like they havent even been sent to the lab yet Ill look into it . Really? Dont waste your time here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were told the appointment could take up to 6 hours and were done in just around 2 hours.

The staff here are fantastic and very kind, they always do their best to figure things out. Theyve started using a new system which is electronic and it can be a little tedious, but the staff are patient and genuinely helpful. I have not had a negative experience here.

I came to planned parenthood in order to avoid primary care for privacy reasons. I experienced two serious medical complications under planned parenthood care, and have yet to even speak to a doctor as I am continually turned away.

The staff has completely changed over the last 3 years, they have found newer and better ways of treating patients and it is a lovely experience.

Wildly unhelpful and rude when calling and trying to find someone to help me with care. Maybe dont treat people like theyre dumb when they arent in the medical field and have no idea how internal processes at doctors offices work.

Open Monday thru Friday. Often people with signage objecting to abortions outside the building.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Patient and goes out of their way to make things as comfortable as possible.

My appt was at 2pm was here at 143pm git called back at 217pm and its currently 446 and Im still waiting in the room. it happens everytime i come here!
