The team at ARC were friendly and efficient. My results were ready late the next day and the virtual MD reached out two days later. They were able to interpret my results, make some lifestyle recommendations and adjust my prescription. The experience at the test location was great, I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me immediately. All around it was a great experience.

The technician who took my fingerprints at ARC Labs was so pleasant, right before closing time on a Friday. The experience was a stark contrast to the last time I had to have my prints taken when the tech at a competing lab was hateful and ugly. I will definitely go back to ARC next time I need identity lab work done.

My appointment was quick and easy and painless. She easily found my vein which others struggle finding. Thanks you are my go to place and I know live in Camano so it is a trek.

I visited ARC Point Labs in Bellingham yesterday to have blood drawn and to receive serum tears to use for my dry eyes. The experience was very pleasant, and I went home with the drops after a 2 hour wait for them to be prepared. I have only used the drops a few times so far, so cant give a review of them, but they do feel very refreshing. Thank you to ARC Point Labs.

I have been most pleased with the ARCpoint Labs in Bellingham. I’ve only been there twice, but my experiences were very good. My blood serum was courteously and efficiently well prepared, and it has greatly helped my eye problems.JillQuick

The Associate who assisted me was quite nice, even appeared a little amused at my little joke regarding my birthdate. Was not busy when I arrived, so was able to get in, then out, in under 15 minutes. I did however notice a faint, but distinct tinge of urine odor lingering throughout, definitely more prominent in the back portion of the lab.3 stars, would pee there again.

I got there early in the morning was the only one there greeted with a friendly smile. Did a great job. No issues definitely go again. Recommended for everyone.

No appointment necessary and I didnt wait but two minutes before we started. Absolutely immaculate facility, modern, clean and organized. Very friendly, and helpful, explaining each step of the process in clear and concise terms. Very service focused. Really great experience from start to finish.

Was nervous for the blood draw but it was a great experience. Took less than 10 minutes for me to be in and out, AND they got me in 30 minutes before my appointment. 5 stars for SURE!

Physician coughed into my mouth while inspecting my mouth during my DOT physical. Then input my information into someone else report.. go to Whatcom Occupational for testing and DOT physicals. Bad experience here.

I was getting a pre-employment drug screening done. Building was clean and tidy. The online appointment service was easy to use and made it quick and simple to get checked in and seen. All together the my experience only took 15 min out of my day!

I just had a blood draw and gave a urine sample for a comprehensive womens panel as well as blood drawn for my serum tears personal eye drops to be made from the serum in my blood. The experience was wonderful. The lab was clean and the medical staff was professional, friendly and did an excellent job with my care, I was in and out with in 20 minutes, I picked up my eye drops 2 hours later the same day and got my womens panel results within 2 business days! I highly recommend this business and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the excellent service and care.

The staff and Dr. Roberts whom performed my DOT Physical were very friendly and professional. The clinic was clean and this was a positive experience altogether. Super people! I highly recommend this business.

After hours of trying to make an appointment for a simple pre-employment drug screening through Quest Diagnostic with little to no Human help and being tossed back and forth from make an appointment online to make an appointment by calling and back and forth for two hours, ARCPoint Labs of Bellingham got me in within 15 minutes of setting an appointment. The lobby was empty, the employee was so nice, and they even have cute little goodie bags. In and out in 15 minutes (and that was 45 minutes BEFORE my set appointment). Highly recommend choosing this location over any others.

I got here like at 5:00 cuz you just got done working came to take a drug test they told me I had to be here at 4:30 cuz I didnt have an appointment well my paperwork said I didnt need an appointment I just had to show up before 5:30 closing the lady was rude as hell I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone she was just in a hurry to get out and go home

I wish I had known about this lab earlier! ARCpoint is so convenient and fast compared to the other big name in town. I started my epic adventure by trying to go to Q***t by the hospital, couldn’t find parking, stressed about trying to get there before their lunch break, got there with 12 mins to spare, waited 15 mins, only to be told I’d have to wait another hour for them to return from lunch. Never again! Man, I wish I could just take off for lunch when I have patients in my waiting room. I’ll just come to ARCpoint from now on. Clean, friendly, helpful, plenty of parking, and not busy at all. Also, free chocolate. :)

I met the owners for a instant drug test panel and they were so friendly and nice and had good response communication on questions I had they were extremely fast in the process and got my results printed out almost immediately I recommended anybody to get a instant drug test result from them they are a very nice company and I will be coming back whenever I need!

Atrocious. The test samples are sent to a lab in Seattle, who completely mixed up everyones results for the day. Staff at ARCpoint told me that they were staying overtime to get results up but we went back a few hours later and they were long gone.24hr results became 48 hours results, plus an extra night in a hotel (to avoid the snowstorm) and a missed day of work.Go somewhere else.
