Boston IVF

The nurses at Boston IVF- Bedford are amazing Nicole and Mackenzie are super responsive and extremely kind! But I feel like I’ve drained so much of my money for nothing. Paying for storage fees and old bills is horrible talked to them just yesterday and now I have to call billing back because I was double charged twice this month and to know there were no end results! :(

To make an appointment I had to provide my partner’s and I insurance information and doctor’s information. After I made the appointment I was email forms that I had to fill out that asked all the same questions that was already asked of me. On the form it was asked if I had secondary insurance, I responded with no. I couldn’t submit the form because even though I relied no I still had to put a zero in the member number section. I had to get a referral from my PCP. The referral was sent over in a timely manner. However, I called two business days before my appointment and was told they never received it. I was then given a different fax number and had to get my PCP to send the referral again. When I had my first initial appointment with the doctor the first thing she asked us was what brought us in today. I felt as if the doctor didn’t review my file at all. My partner and I felt very disconnected with the doctor and looked down upon.

I swear this facility has the best phlebotomist in the world!Overall, the staff at the Bedford facility are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Astoundingly unhelpful, unresponsive and uncommunicative. It took weeks for them to reply to a simple question, and whatever you do, dont expect to ever get anyone over there to pick up a phone.

The staff was very knowledgeable, was eager to answer any and every question we had, and every encounter was friendly and inviting.

Nicole our nurse is the most incredible person I’ve ever met. She was there for me throughout the entire IVF process. I don’t know What I would have done without her! Dr Wright was amazing! She got us our little miracle! I can’t say enough good things about Boston IVF!

Everyone at this office is so extremely nice and compassionate; we had a great first appointment. We look forward to future visits.

Starting my journey with Boston IVF and I notice everybody there so helpful and so positive about everything. That’s exactly what i need.

When other fertility centers wouldnt help us, Dr Wright with Boston IVF said yes! It may have taken a while but it was well worth it. I have 2 beautiful children now and wouldnt change anything! Thank you for making our dreams come true!!!

I had to select at least on star to post but I would give No stars! Dr Wright. Failed to give us any information about our tests. Only told us in about 10 min that our choice was to use a donor egg or adopt. We had a 1 hour appointment. No explanations about lab results and why specifically any treatment such as IUI or IVF wouldn’t work. Nothing. Didn’t even talk to us about donor egg except to check if insurance covers it. We even tried to make another appointment with a different doctor Dr Toth to get some answers specifically about the fore mentioned explanation and we were told that he “reviewed “ our information and he agreed with Dr Wright. He wouldn’t even give us the time or effort. So we still didn’t get the respect or dignity, that as a patient going through infertility, deserved. I am emotionally, mentally, and physically distraught over this entire experience. I hope no one else will be ignored as we were. Do the right thing and take the time with your patients, even if they have a 0% chance, at least go through the information and explain why it won’t work. That was all we were asking for. Deeply disappointed on the behavior and treatment from the physicians at Bedford, NH BOS IVF office.

I will forever be grateful to Dr Wright and the entire Bedford/Waltham team. When I had lost all hope, it was found again at BIVF. We have our beautiful baby girl because of them, it wasn’t the journey I thought I’d be on but forever thankful for science.

Everyone was very friendly and knew what they were doing. Communication was a little tricky sometimes because they are so busy it can take a while to hear from them if you are trying to return a call, and that was a little frustrating when we needed time sensitive info.

Dr. Wright has been very informative and called my diagnosis right away before testing confirmed it. Very responsive to testing results and patient. We are grateful being under her care as we start IVF in two weeks.

Dr. Kristen Wright met with my wife and I once. She never called to check on how the medication was going. She then failed to prescribe an antibiotic and realized it two weeks late. She was nowhere to be seen during the two medical presedures that we expected she was conducting, which left my wife with a male doctor for her precedure, adding to her anxiety. Throughout the entire process Dr. wright did absolutely nothing other then put her name on the prescriptions. Complete and utter disgrace to the medical field. We will by no means ever seek Dr. Kristien Wrights services in the again.
