Planned Parenthood - Bedford Heights Surgery Center

Dont do it. Clearly all of the patients are being persuaded to have an abortion so they can make tons of money. The wait times are super long, it was the most painful experience ever and I truly wish I had never done it. Plus the amount of guilt I feel afterwards is overwhelming. If there is a next time I will def look at other options like adoption

I am currently sitting in their exam room. I had an 11:30 am appointment scheduled for an in-clinic abortion. Its currently 3:30 pm they close in 1 hour and I still have not been seen by anyone. I drove from Indianapolis, Indiana. Almost a 5 hour drive just for them to tell me I have to wait an additional 2 hours because they are that far behind. Attitudes from the staff because I wanted an update on why Ive been just rotting away in a exam room for 3 plus hours with no updates. All they can say is, we dont make the schedule. Like that matters after I just spent $750 for a service. Never been to Ohio and this trip has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Ohio is a 2 appointment state. If you live in another like me, Chicago has many locations and only require 1 appointment.

Had to keep going bk due to partner lying for nurses to b talking bout my personal bizzness in lobby having me wait 40 mins in exam canceling going to different location

Everyone here was so caring and answered all of my questions and concerns. Very compassionate and patient

They attempted several times to place an IV in my veins all of there so called lpn could not get one, no pain relief at that I was in so much pain from the procedure. They did not check up on days after for anything, for depression, bleeding , nor prior history from other doctors about the person they are dealing with, no nothing.I was bleeding a whole month. I went to regular doctor where I live at. They found contents that were not removed properly and several scares now from the whole process. The clinic here is more of they dont really care.The most they seemed concerned about was the money.

In a moment of the United Healthcare system failing, planned parenthood was there for me to get a pregnancy test and confirmation for my obgyn.For whatever reason they wouldnt schedule without a referral which was absurd to me. Ive never had something like this happen. All pcps in my area were scheduled out to summer (currently Feb).We need planned parenthood for all choices.Also, the people were so kind, professional, and a very nice facility. I felt very welcomed no matter what choice I was there for.

This is a wonderful team providing excellent care. Also cheaper than alternatives and appointment availability at this location is very good.

Missed my appointment because they did not specify which location to go to after rescheduling my initial appointment days prior. I️ tried calling to get confirmation before heading out but I️ was on hold so long I️ missed the grace period and had to reschedule again. So I️ would say do better with the phones and communication as a whole. I missed work because of this a few times already.

Staff is incredibly nice, but they are too slow

Had my abortion done here, staff was great, told them how excited i was for the procedure and the procedure was real relaxing didn’t hurt at all 10/10 would do it again!!getting my tubes tied next! 🤸🏾

Walked out before even being seen because the wait was so long.. Felt so anxious due to the sensitive subject I was hoping to address and the staff did nothing to help. I checked in and was instantly forgotten, with two other individuals being called in before me despite the fact that their appointments were scheduled later than my own. I wasnt even apologized to for the delay, much less even looked at. Poor service, and I feel bad for anyone needing medical attention from this location.

Planned Parenthood hands down 100% I am forever grateful too. What they did for me I could not do for myself in the situation I was in at that very time which was not even a month ago. They supported me they checked up on me they told me everything that was going to happen step by step and I had no complications and I recommend planned Parenthood to every woman who is going through what I went through God bless that place

I wouldnt even give one star. I hope this review finds other women before they decide to come here for a surgical procedure. I ended up in the ER because they didnt finish the job and almost died from blood loss. Absolutely awful facility. Thankful Im still alive to pass this message along.

First time coming in for a pap test and a check up done .when i called i was super nervous but they reassured me that everything will be just fine and that the doctor will make me feel comfortable and she did a great job in talked me though it. Everyone was amazing and really nice. Thank you guys so much ! You guys rock

Overall an O.K. experience. The only things I wasnt comfortable about was that the office should have been a bit more clean,I actually had a nurse toss my bloody cottons on the floor,and was told itd be cleaned up later. But the rest of the staff were extremely helpful,and very supportive.

They are closed when Google showed open till 4:30 pm, and I had to drive over 25 minutes to get here!!!

Didn’t call me to inform me about my test results, had to call them myself and if I wouldn’t have I wouldn’t have my results for a serious medical condition. Other than that nice staff I guess

Yall ready for this! they do pregnancy test there. schedule an appt and bam! blood draw. staff was very nice. called next day with test results. amazing right? i was more upset by the protesters than anything else.

I was nervous at first but this was something I wanted to do. The staff are very laid back and nice they provide excellent service, I didnt have enough for procedure and they covered the rest made me feel comfortable

They saved my life with emergency procedures. Everyone was extremely nice and thoroughly informed me on the situation. Could not be more thankful for this place and everyone in it!
