SGF Houston - Beaumont

I wanted to give this office a fair review so I separated my ratings.1. Dr. Crochet was very nice. He was informative and kind. My cycle didn’t work but that’s because of my eggs not him. I appreciated his bedside manner and compassion.2. Nursing staff- I’m not going to lie I AM NOT A FAN. Their lack of response and indifference was a HUGE turnoff to me at this office. They can and should do much better!BUT to be honest I still have a 5 star because of their employee Erica McFarland. She worked in the finance department but became my ROCK throughout this whole process. Her job was just to take care of the financial aspect and she always was quick and efficient. However from our very first conversation she has been the most caring, supportive person I came across at shady grove.! She consistently went out of her way to help me, answer all my questions and help me obtain answers when I felt like no one else would! I hope shady grove knows how lucky they are to have her. To be completely transparent I would have left after my second retrieval if it wasn’t for her due to the lack of communication from the staff. She’s an amazing employee and even better person and y’all are lucky to have her!!

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Schnell and the Shady Grove staff. Dr. Schnell was thorough with my treatment plan and made the IVF process so much smoother than I was anticipating. From the very first consultation we had my husband and I knew this was the clinic we wanted to go with. Dr. Schnell and her nurses were always willing listen to all my concerns and addressed them with so much care. After the egg retrieval and transfer Dr. Schnell called me personally after hours to check in on me and make sure I was doing ok. Truly thankful for her and this experience. We are expecting our first baby this October thanks to the help of Dr. Schnell and her staff!

Everyone was Amazing from my first day to my last day. I’m so glad I switched from Aspire HFI to Shady Grove !! This Journey has been exciting and a blessing thanks to Dr. Schnell and her team in Clear Lake and in Beaumont.

The NP Jeanine is great!! She is compassionate, kind and very professional. Highly recommend her.

SGF- Beaumont: I loved this place to start my fertility journey! All staff and doctors were so pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable and they made the IVF process easy and seamless. Dr. Crochet was very optimistic from the very beginning about the possibility of me becoming pregnant. I got pregnant with IVF on the 1st transfer and I plan on staying with SGF for any future pregnancies!

I absolutely love the Beaumont SGF location. Everyone in that office is passionate about helping you start your family. They have become like a family to my husband and I, and we could not be more satisfied with our care from them. They were always able to answer and question I had no matter how small they may have been. Thank you SGF Beaumont!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!! We love SGF Houston - Beaumont. Dr. Crochet has been nothing but the most wonderful doctor! After 3 hard losses, he was able to give us a healthy pregnancy so far! Everyone is so kind, and Dr Crochet is so knowledgeable. The dr’s, the staff, everyone has been so amazing! We will miss you guys!

Absolutely amazing Job with SGF especiallyDr. Vicki L. Schnell, we had successfully IVF in 2019 and this year 2023, we are having a second baby. Thank you SGF and All staff there.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Crochet. I wish I still lived close enough to see him again for conceiving our second child. The staff and nurses are wonderful as well. Professional and a clean office. If youre looking for a fertility treatment office I highly recommend them. (They were actually the second fertility specialist I saw, after one in Shreveport, LA. treated me so horribly I almost gave up on trying. They got me in within 48 hours of calling. CORM is an amazing fertility group.)

Beware of this clinic ordering additional genetic testing without consultation. We have prepaid genetic testing in the clinic, but months later got a bill from the lab for extra $10.000!!!Dr Crochet ordered it, while we didnt even see him for any consultations. Shady...

The nurses and Dr were very friendly and professional. They explained everything so that I could understand. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because they told me some bloodwork was covered by my insurance company and afterwards my insurance said no its not. Though the CRM is working to try and find where the ball was dropped.

Dr. Schnell is Phenomenal!!! Her and her staff are amazing and I would recommend them 10 times over.

Good afternoon. Today I had an appointment at this clinic and my husband and I really felt bad. To the point that we are not going to go anymore. There was not good treatment from the staff. Especially the person who serves the public. It could be an act of racism because we dont speak English. And apparently it bothered him that I asked him several questions. Its the first time this has happened to me in a clinic. And not just the receptionist. All the people who work there are very rude. and with bad character. Health is a work of infinite love. Well, apparently according to the two comments I read about the wonders of the staff who work at the clinic, you have to be American. Because Hispanics and even more so those who do not speak English are not well received.
