I can’t say enough good things about Dr Shastri! She was our third IVF Dr and I am so happy we went to her! I graduated with a baby growing in me because of her! She guided us through everything with such kindness. Everything about RMA in New Jersey is top notch high quality from calling the clinic, to front desk staff, to nurses, and of course Dr Shastri being the absolute best. Dr Shastri made me cry quite a few times with how kind she was to me after such a long grueling infertility road. She restored my faith in IVF Drs and the medical staff in general. I actually am excited to go back to her when we want our second child!

I went into Dr. Shastris office in October 2022 and I basically said Im 45, single and want to start a family, help. She was so kind, practical and smart. She told me the facts of a 45 year old woman wanting to have a child and then after all my tests made a recommendation based on my specific results. She treats the individual, even if you dont fit the facts and that is one thing I really valued. She guided me every step of the way. She is both personable and an excellent doctor. If I had to choose a fertility clinic and a doctor again, I would make the same choice.I also had the pleasure of working with Jessica Doyle, my nurse. Shes amazing. She anticipates everything, before I even ask a question she is either emailing me or calling me to give me the answer.I also worked with Kelly Hill, a third party nurse with the embryo donation program and she is excellent! Shes smart, efficient and always treated me with respect and kindness.I would not have made it through this journey without them. I highly recommend RMA, you are in good hands.One year later I am walking away 8 weeks pregnant thanks to this amazing team!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shastri! She answered all our questions thoroughly and also explained all the steps adequately. She was very responsive and agile with our treatment plan. She understood our desire to be very proactive and efficient and ensured she timed next steps accordingly. We would definitely recommend her to everyone!Also want to add a review for Melissa Martinez who is a NP with RMA who was with us every step of the way and really went above and beyond to help us be comfortable. She truly cared for us and provided a lot of the reassurance we needed to navigate this journey.

I have been going to RMA since 2018. Dr. Shastri and Nurse Jessica have been with us since then and they have been incredibly supportive and amazing in our fertility journey. They helped us get to two successful pregnancies through IVF. One baby boy born June 2021 and now our future babygirl due February 2024. They gave us hope, patience and understanding when we needed it most and I am so thankful for them.

I worked with Dr. Shastri on my second pregnancy (both via IVF). I saw her briefly during my first pregnancy as one of the doctors on rotation during my monitoring and I was having a wierd reaction and bled all over the ultrasound room. She was so kind and empathetic that i knew Id work with her if we decided to try baby #2. She has been nothing but wonderful - unlike my last experience where I never really interacted with my doctor at RMA except the initial consult, Dr Shastri made it a point that all critical procedures and monitoring should be done by her - including my transfer and endometric biopsy. She called me herself directly when I had a failed transfer and walked in great detail over the plan to put me at ease - and we conceived successfully in the next transfer. She is wonderful !

We came to Dr. Shastri at a time when we had few answers and not much hope. She took the time to answer all our questions, explained what we could do and was relentlessly optimistic and confident throughout the process.We felt supported and informed during the entire process and the team was wonderful.We could not have been happier with our experience at RMA.

Dr. Shastri has been one of the best doctors I have consulted so far!! I have consulted other OBGYNs with symptoms of endometriosis with no good outcome and had really forgotten about it by the time I started consulting Dr. Shastri. She detected it at my very first visit. She clearly explained to us what our options will be if we opted for IVF. She is very knowledgable and took the time to answer even our silliest questions. I guess she is familiar with couples like us who are anxious about getting started with treatment. She made us very comfortable and gave us time to make our decisions. I didn’t want to continue with IUI after our first attempt as I felt it wouldn’t work for me, she immediately switched us to start IVF. You can really count on Dr. Shastri. I have to also mentioned the nurse we worked with at RMA Lynette Cardona who really helped through this whole process as all the medications, tests and visits can sometimes overwhelm you. She was with us every step of the way like a great friend!

I highly, highly recommend Dr Shastri and the Springfield RMA office. Dr Shastri strikes the perfect balance of warmth, empathy, clinical expertise and overall being there for you as an individual patient - so important when you are going through a hard time. She always spent as much time as needed to answer my questions. I cried more tears of relief and happiness with her than of sadness - through our whole journey. She is a wonderful person and amazing physician. Don’t hesitate.I also want to give high accolades to her nurse, Jessica. She provided the balance and support we needed on the daily. She is so thorough, empathetic and was absolutely patient in answering all of our questions along the way. She’s an amazingly intelligent and warm nurse and really rounds out the team!!

I cannot say enough about every single person at RMA of Springfield. First of all, since the second we walked into the building on our very first appointment everyone was so wonderful and welcoming. We had the best feeling that all our dreams of having a baby would come true.I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. From the moment you walk in Alnisha at the front desk welcomes you with a warm greeting.Every nurse was kind and caring. Sometimes I would be there almost every day for bloodwork at 6am and they would still have a smile on their face as I was half asleep. I was assigned my own nurse to go through all my steps and guide me along the IVF process. I was assigned to Jessica, and she couldn’t have made my journey at RMA more wonderful and stress free. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot of them) with grace and kindness. Besides my husband she was literally one of the biggest supports I had, and I am beyond grateful for her.And last but certainly not least our doctor- Dr Shastri. She truly is a miracle baby maker and one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met. She’s compassionate, patient, beyond intelligent, and overall wonderful. Without her we would not be pregnant right now.Every single person at RMA Springfield is truly a heaven sent and I cannot thank them enough. I don’t wish infertility on anyone but if you’re going through it - go to RMA. Your journey will be as easy as possible- and something you will never forget. I know I’ll never forget my journey. Dr. Shastri is a wonderful and compassionate doctor! She made our IVF journey feel less daunting with her insight and thoughtful care. We went through many ups and downs with our fertility struggles, but she stuck by our side and validated our feelings while helping us through the challenge. She has children of her own, so has true empathy for potential parents and we felt it shine through during the entire process. Under her hands-on care, we were able to deliver two beautiful boys (during two separate IVF treatments) who are thriving! We cant thank her enough for her incredible expertise, support and care.

Dr. Shastri is one of the best doctors I’ve ever worked with! She’s kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. We were so lucky to work with Dr. Shastri and the entire RMA team to get pregnant after trying for so long!
