This is a wonderful Urgent Care. I made my appointment online and didnt need to fill out anything there because they had it. There has been so many times I do the online paperwork and still need me to fill it in at the facility. So frustrating. The staff is amazing, friendly and kept me informed of everything they were doing. What a great experience!!
I figured out her name, I think, Kanisha Miller. I appreciate that she wasnt super serious and would joke with me. Gave me some good advice too. And she checked all the areas of concern and gave a detailed report. A lot of places dont do that so i really appreciate it. Everyone was really nice. But the wait times fluctuate so sometimes you get seen really quickly or you could wait up to an hour. So make sure you have the time to wait when you see them.
I was very impressed with the ease of booking an appointment and checking in online. The staff was very courteous. I especially appreciated the attention the PA paid to my prior medical conditions and drug allergies before prescribing medication. I recommend this location to anyone who needs their expertise.
I was seen very shortly after arriving. I wish I didnt have to wait till after all my paperwork was completed though. It might have been a problem if I were in a bit more pain. Everyone was very nice and informative! So easy to get along with them and have questions answered. I really enjoyed my experience there.
The wait time was terrible! So I left and booked an actual appointment for the following day! I even came 30 minutes early did my paperwork and let the front desk lady know I had a TB test, my appointment time came still nothing but a few people that walked in were assisted… me? Nothing! I ask what’s the issue because I scheduled an appointment and even came in early and someone from the back stated (I heard) “I didn’t even know we had a TB test.” Which startled me because you’d assume when you check in on your phone and also the lady at the front desk it would be passed down to the nurse etc! Anyways Another 35 minutes go by finally I get called back and my test took not even 5 minutes! Which is insane that it took that long to get me in for a shot that took less than 5 minutes than I was done and left!! After I get my results from my TB I will be informing my job agency that I refuse to come back!
Overheard the nurse practitioner say she “forgot i was there” was very upset because i was sitting there the whole time scared that my lung had collapsed just to hear she forgot i was even there. they were all super nice but that just really hurt my feelings, made me feel like my problems weren’t significant enough to be remembered that i was there even though i was in a great deal of pain the whole time, the nurses were extremely nice and let me know that they were working on getting my x-rays ready but probably won’t be going back. even heard her say no one was in the room i was in as i was sitting on the bed.
This was my first time at Urgent Care. The staff and doctor was so amazing and the doctor was so sweet and caring. They got me in fairly quickly, diagnosed me and had me out in no time. Just want to say thanks to the staff for a good experience.Thanks,L.Harris
This is the second time we have visited here that the Receptionist was extremely rude. First time we gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she was maybe just having a bad day. We loved the provider we had last time so we tried again. This time we actually walked out before we ever made it to the back. She was busy being rude to another patient when we got there but it didnt take her long to get to us. As long as she is there we will not be back.
I was seen by a newer to this office Nurse Practitioner and she was so kind and compassionate! I did have to wait a little longer than desired but the patient care was so top notch it made it worth it! Thank you to all the ladies working here today, I appreciate you taking care of my issue!
Every single time I come here, I am treated with the utmost respect and care. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. From the secretaries to the nurses, the people in charge of diagnostic imaging, the doctors... all the way down the line I am treated like a queen. You can tell they love to work there and that they have a beautiful sense of comraderie and mutual support. I have never had such positive experiences at a single place, and Im kind of sickly and have gone to doctors for 40 years. Keep it up!
Had to stop in today to get checked out real quick. Although my visit wasnt as quick as I would have liked, I do feel I was given a thorough exam. The person whom see me was nice and had a pleasant attitude. I was on my way as fast as possible. Thank you again.
When we arrived for a sports physical, I was told “about thirty minutes” to wait. An hour or so later, my daughter was called back and waited another twenty plus minutes to be seen. I finally went back and got her, as she was having a panic attack sitting back there waiting by herself. We left.
I have been fortunate to have Kanisha as my provider on my last two visits. She is such a wonderful practitioner. When you are not feeling well she makes you feel so much better just with the energy she brings.
Im a cancer patient under the care of MDAnderson. Woke up with a fever and headache on one of my dosing days. I needed to know if I had covid/flu/strep so I could contact my care team for a path forward. The staff at Access Urgent Care were very concerned and eager to assist me. Performed all the tests in a timely manner and got me the info I needed! Highly recommend!
All the staff at Access medical in Bartlesville (from the receptionists & the medical assisant, to the Nurse Practitioner) were friendly, the provider was thorough & they got me in the same day. Highly recommend.
My daughter’s appointment was at 10:00. We didn’t get called until after 10:30 and there was only one lady ahead of us. The front desk didn’t even check us in until much later after we arrived. We didn’t get done until 11:35.
They were very nice, but very slow. I had to wait 30 min. to get an xray taken after the Dr examined me and left the room . Then I missed the call at home giving me the results. I called the office and was told the Dr would call me back. I didnt get a call back, or the results of what the radiologist findings were. Wont be going back to Access.
I appreciate the doctors there helping my daughter who is on the spectrum in a calm manner and giving her what she needs in-spite of her difficulties. They are a great place to take your family.
I’ve always had good experiences here over the last several years. From sick kids to cut fingers my family and I have always gotten quick care and answers to any questions we may have. The facility is clean, the staff is nice, and the care is great. If you need help in a hurry this would be my first recommendation.
Did a walk in. No on else was in waiting room. Check in was easy, eventhough I had not been at this location recently. Was seen withing 15 min. Was treated with respect, compassion, and a sense of humor. They provided work required documentation and sent the script to requested pharmacy. In & out 40 minutes.
I had an appointment and came in early to fill out paperwork. I ended up waiting over two hours for TB testing. The employees began eating their lunch and continued to let their patients wait. I am normally a patient person, but I the vet was waiting on me for my kittens check up. Very disappointing when care professionals would rather eat Mongolian Grill then help their patients who have been waiting for over two hours.
Made an appointment for 4:00. Was 5:14 when Dr. Showed up.
Got my daughter in very fast and let me fill out information needed and they seen us both . Absolutely great quality care .
I like the place but today I had to wait over two hours for four patients in front of me before getting my covid test I came in for.
They are always professional, friendly and helpful. Ive never felt rushed even when i know theyre busy. Im glad the people of Bartlesville have them!!
Horrible experience again. scheduled a DOT physical online for a Sunday at 11:00 get there and be told we do not have anyone that can do that here on Sundays. Asked why can I schedule online then, there response I dont know. If not able to do what can be scheduled fix it, waste of my time, and fuel. Will never go back no matter what.
Called to schedule appointment today. Was in and out in no timeEveryone was very friendly and nice.Kanisha and Lunette especially!!!Very professional and funny all in oneThank you all!!
Always very friendly and listen to their patients. Theyre much busier than they were years ago but always worth the wait!
Staff was friendly and quick. Gave me water to hydrate after an allergy shot. Thank you for being so helpful and sweet!
Took my 16 month old baby in for an ear infection, found out his right ear has too much wax to even see the drum. Other doctors here have cleaned his ears out when this has been an issue but todays doctor refused to do it and told the nurse I would have to do it myself after finding out my son is special needs. She is also a doctor that has previously told me his ears looked perfect only to have another doctor at the ER dig built up wax out to even be able to see his ear drums. I wouldn’t trust her to care for a pet rock at this point.
The nurses and Nurse practitioner are always so kind. They give the best care and this is the only urgent care I will ever use.
Went to Access Urgent Care only had to wait 5 minutes, to get a room. I had severe chest pain, couldnt breathe well. They did an EKG twice and told me i had something wrong with my heart like maybe a blockage or heart attack. Sent me to Baileys in Owasso, got right in there. Blood work showed blood work and xray were perfect. I had a strained muscle. I couldve saved an ER bill if she hadnt told.me i had something wrong with my heart. I feel like this was an unnecessary expense because Access Urgent Care was about to close and I think they just didnt want to take interest in my care.
So glad I came here, one of the other urgent cares had previously treated me and said my finger wasnt broken but despite their findings, Access urgent cares staff knew to their own x-ray and it was broken.
I took my Mom here. They couldn’t have been nicer and more caring. I appreciate how they treated her.
Everyone was very nice and caring, and patient.Deborah Holder was compassionate, concerned and very patient even though it was towards the end of a very busy day.I would definitely go back if I ever had to again, but would make an appointment if possible
The nurse practitioner was nice everything else was poor. Didn’t take height or weight didn’t ask what RX was. Didn’t prescribe anything no help at all. I asked for a water and had to ask again after 1/2 hour. Other patients there complained of past visits $90 for nothing won’t be back
In one hour I was in and out.Every one was kind and pleasant.Very pleased with the PA and left feeling good that my fears were unfounded. Before I could get home my prescription was waiting for me at my pharmacy.I made my appointment on my iPhone and did not have to wait very long when I got there.
My daughter is special needs and the nurse and doctor was great with her.
I recently had an appointment. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff and doctors made me feel welcome and cared for. Heres why I highly recommend this place:1. **Efficiency and Timeliness**: I scheduled my appointment for noon, and I was seen promptly. No long waits or delays – they value your time!2. **Compassionate Staff**: The staff and Dr. were absolutely amazing. Their bedside manner was exceptional – warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Its rare to find such compassion in a medical setting.3. **Comfort and Consideration**: When I mentioned feeling cold, they immediately provided me with extra coverings. Small gestures like this make a big difference.4. **Expertise**: The doctor and nurse were knowledgeable about my condition (a severe migraine) and acted swiftly. I received a toradol shot promptly, and they took the time to discuss my symptoms and concerns.5. **Overall Atmosphere**: You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Its not just a job for them; they prioritize your well-being.In a town with several urgent care options, I consistently choose this Access Medical Bartlesville. Their exceptional bedside manner sets them apart. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication!Thank you again, for taking great care of me during my visit on Tuesday, July 2nd. 🙌
The staff were very professional there services were very satisfying on a scale from 1-10 I would give them a 10
I had a bit of a weight getting into the urgent care. Once I was saying, it was a very Basic exam to determine my issue we’ll see how it goes after taking the prescribed medication.
The lady was very informative and they got me right in and out swiftly.
I’m so frustrated with this urgent care. I went to be tested and treated for strep which I get several times a year just to be told to take a decongestant and go home (they didn’t even examine my throat) A couple days later my daughter gets sick (she doesn’t attend daycare, I stay home with her) So I took her to a different urgent care and guess what, no surprise here, she has strep. This could have all been avoided if the staff would have listened to my concerns instead of hurrying me out the door. My family and I will never trust this urgent care again.
Easy to make an appointment online. Arrived on time and was taken back within a few minutes. Receptionist to medical personnel were all friendly and explained clearly what the outcome/diagnosis of my visit was.
This was my go to urgent care in bartlesville but i won’t be going back. i’ve used their online scheduling multiple times and have had no problems besides two separate instances. i made an appointment online to come in and see a doctor in person. so i drive 45 minutes to the urgent care. and when i go to check in the receptionist tells me that there are no in person appointments due to no doctors in the building and that she texted me that it was online only. this is unacceptable. i understand there are no doctors available in person but then why did i get to choose a in person appointment for that day? also i never got the text she “sent” (they do have the right number) but it shouldn’t be a text anyway?! i was driving and they should’ve called like a professional. i am very disappointed with their online services and receptionist. and this happened TWICE
Long wait but nurse practioner was a really sweet lady.
Very polite and professional. Easy to communicate with, both in their understanding of me and my understanding of them. Im highly satisfied with the quality of care and the experience overall.Update. My wife needed care for a dog bite and as we drove past other urgent care facilities she asked me where we were going. I referred her to my previous review. Same great experience for her as I had previously received. Good to know that nothing has changed since my visit. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Always easy to get in, if you dont have an appointment theres a little wait but everyone thats ever interested with me or my children at this location has been amazing. Highly recommended!
Zac & nurse (didn’t get her name) were most helpful for a school sports physical for my daughter; both friendly & very thorough. Front staff very kind as well. A great experience at Access! Relatively quick in & out also. Highly recommend.
Took my 7 month old daughter there for her appointment i made just to get brushed off and told its probably teething or allergies, for me to end up having to sit in an over crowded er all night with a covid positive baby. The provider said her name was Deb. To walk in to a room and barely even try to make it look like you are examing the child just to brush off all their concerns as a medical professional is sickening. At the er She ended up getting a breathing machine and breathing treatments as well as a steriod shot as well as they said she sounded like she has croup cough. Urgent care never even bothered to check her throat or swab her for anything. The male nurse who first took us to the room was nice and seemed thorough but i cant say the same for any of the others.
I have had a few experiences with Access Medical- two virtual and one in-person. They offer the ability to set appointments and fill out the paperwork online in advance to minimize waiting to be seen. I have been seen by physicians and by a certified family nurse practitioner, and they all offered appropriate treatment options, did not rush through the appointments, were respectful and pleasant. I appreciate the ability to be seen here when seeing my primary care physician is not feasible.
The amazing staff is always cheerful and friendly. They genuinely listen and care. I received the best care from this team and will continue to use their services!
The wait time is ridiculous. Walked in when it opened for some simple blood work. Over an hour wait. They took somebody back who was 20 minutes late for their appointment instead of seeing the next patients who were already thereEDIT: the staff is incompetent. I made an appointment OVER a WEEK ago all for pre employment for the second time. They did NOT communicate with the employment agency . I still waited an hour to get back even though I had an appointment. I will be sure to tell my recruiter to NOT send any employees there. It was completely awful experience 2 times in a row.
It should not take over a hour to be seen by a provider once you are taken to the back. Its ridiculous. I have never been treated this way by Access Medical until today. Get more providers or care for everyone equally.
Excellent experience. The front desk was very friendly, helpful and respectful. The nurse was very pleasant and courteous. The medical provider was Excellent. She examined my burn thoroughly and treated me with care. She gave me detailed instructions on how to care for it.
Great staff ! Very friendly ! Clean facility ! Been there twice and each time they were very helpful! I really appreciate going into a medical facility with friendly staff.
Went in for a referral to see a specialist. They said they would help with that but they needed to reexamine me. (2nd visit) They referred me to the emergency room.
Kanisha Miller is always knowledgeable and professional...shes a 10 in my book!
Extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I liked that I could book an appointment time online. Hopefully I wont need urgent care again any time soon but if I do Ill definitely be coming here
Tried all morning to get into see them be suse I have fever cold flu symptoms. Theyre disgusting. I made an appointment to walk inThey changed it to virtual and I was there and no one came in to treat me or talk to me.So they rescheduled me a walk in when I met them know they tried to say that I wasnt at the virtual visit. But when I walk in today I still need to use FaceTime or virtual? Whats the point? No this place is pathetic.thry tell me theyre open and then yesterday I went and they were closed! No I dont recommend the bartlesville access medical
Everyone there was nice the doctor spoke straight to me and in words I could understand. Made me feel comfortable and explained everything. Got in and out in under an hour and it was in a Sunday. Thank you. My new go to.
The place was really busy when I came in today, receptionist said it would be about an hour. It took a little longer but the care was worth the extra time. Very nice and friendly with a knowledgeable PA she was very sweet and kind. Ill recommend it to my family and friends.
The staff was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. The nurse practitioner was great. She listened, was compassionate, showed care, and had utmost respect for me. I will definitely return there if need be. Thank you all.
Nurse Practitioner was great! Had a little bit of a wait but wasn’t unreasonable.
My provider had the best bedside manner. She was at the same time honest, affirming, capable and reflective. I couldnt have asked for better care.
The staff never rushes. They are quick and efficient but not too busy to HEAR me. They found the fracture in my scaphoid even after my Dr xrayed it and said its fine. For my allergies, where my Dr wanted to just give me antibiotics and out the door- the staff here knew I didnt have bronchitis and instead I received a Kenalog shot and 12 hours later Im starting to improve.I can not stress my appreciation enough. If you need care- this is the place.
The people working there are fine. My advice is to just walk in and don’t bother doing the online stuff. I set up an appointment for 5pm and I get there and check in at 4:40ish. A little early but oh well. The thing is that they had 5 walk ins so now I have to wait over an hour. I don’t blame the people working there. What’s the point? I blame the system. I can set up an appointment the day before but if 5 people just walk in 20 minutes before my appointment (because they want you to check in 15 minutes before) I’ll be after ALL of them. There was someone who’s appointment was scheduled after me but they checked in before me (again, I was 20 minutes early) and so they are ahead of me in line.
When my kids doctor is booked for the day I can always pick Access Medical. Clean, friendly environment with amazing staff who are respectful and human. My son, 16, slipped up and said sh** last night. The nurse who helped us kind of giggled as he was apologizing and said we are all human. I love the fact they are non judgmental people. My only thing is I wish they were open 6a to 9p. This would make it so much easier on parents who can not afford to take off work. Granted I choose my kids over work, but it would be nice if society would realize we all are struggling. Plus, it gives opportunity for employment by bringing in a 2nd crew to split the 15 hours they are open. Just saying.
I had a great experience at Access today. Zach and Drew were kind, efficient and professional. They both really listened and were thorough. The lady at the front desk was super nice too. (I just forgot her name) I always feel like we get the best care at Access.
Frustrated. I went through all the trouble of loading everything on the app, while setting in their parking lot, to book a 7:15pm appt…just for the app to say, oh sorry, too late (this is at 7:10 mind you). We dart in the door at 7:10 and they say sorry, too late. There is only one person in line, which I saw on the app and in the waiting room. They close at 8PM!!! Guess not really. Grrr. I have a sick kid, so irritating!
After being to the hospital urgent care, the difference was remarkable. I was listened to and cared for and actually correctly diagnosed because they spent longer than 3 minutes with me. Theyve got my loyalty!
Great service, not a long wait, very good care, I recommend this place to all family and friends.
I cut my leg and of course I didnt know where to go. I was overwhelmed at the excellent care I got. Everyone was so kind and I mean EVERYONE. The experience was exceptional and I would recommend them without hesitation.
Didn’t have to wait long they were very professional and the tech that gave me my shot. I didn’t feel a thing.
Everyone here was wonderful, kind and respectful. My husband and I were able to be seen together, and once we were in the back, things went pretty swiftly. Staff and provider were excellent and treated us with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care.
My experience was phenomenal. The check in and registration was mobile and seamless. The wait was incredibly short, and the staff was professional and friendly. Honestly, some of the best, highest quality care Ive ever received. I will definitely be back. Shout out to the EXCELLENT nurse practitioner.
Always treated with amazing care. More like family than a number.
Ive had to unfortunately go here a few times. This time my entire family had to go too. Not only were they friendly they worked with all of us together and made this so easy!! My son who was previously terrified even felt at ease! Matt and the staff are pretty awesome and I would for sure recommend them and keep using them! Good job access staff!!! You guys are on the front lines and doing a fantastic job at all!!
We had a good experience with the doc. She sent us to ER for more testing
They got me in and out fast. Very friendly, very welcoming. I cant remember the blond nurses name that I had but she was very friendly, made me feel comfortable, and very informative. She made todays visit great. I always have great service when I come here. Thank yall!!!
My experience was a quick and polite check in and I was seen withing 10 minutes of arriving. Both nurse and nurse practitioner were warm and thoughtful. Im grateful I have such good medical people close to home to see me when I have severe pain and need help.
Very kind and sent my medicine over quickly to the pharmacy, would definitely recommend!
Always ready to help, compassionate, friendly and professional staff. The app makes it SO easy to make appts. We definitely recommend. To get an appt with our family doctor now days, can take months, with Access we get to be seen on the day we are sick.
My son was on a hunting trip in Bartlesville Oklahoma. He has a rare illness that causes flares periodically when he has strep or is exposed to strep. A lady doctor saw him and was very kind, thoughtful and patient with our son and his doctor that was relaying messages for treatment protocol. We all could not have been more pleased with her skills and efforts to help on.
The lady spent time listening and explaining to me what I needed to do.
It seems like when you set an appointment here. If you’re black you don’t get seen at your appointment time they push you off and get everybody else first not the only black person that happens to it happens a lot and it needs to change appointment was at 2 o’clock it’s 243 and just got back there to see the doctor, but there’s been people coming in and out seeing doctors That wasn’t black, so they are in and out
It is a great place to have when you are miles from home. They are welcoming and nice. They listen to you and hear what you are saying.
Clean, quick and friendly! My son needed a sports physical.
The staff at Access was polite and helpful and courteous. I wasnt able to get into my regular Dr. until next week but I needed help with my 2nd go around with shingles. Thank you Access!
Very professional and friendly, felt I was in good hands
Very friendly staff, i was greeted immediately after entering. The receptionist was nice and respectful. There were many other people when i arrived but i was still seen in a quick manner. All around 5 out of 5 stars. I have been here before and plan on returning! Highly recommended
I picked up my son from after school care on a Friday evening and he was covered in hives. We gave him some antihistamine and drove straight to Access. We checked in with the woman at the counter who was helpful and kind. Drew and Julie were helpful, kind, and excellent at answering my questions. All in all, we had a great experience!
Everyone was very friendly and professional. I made an appointment and got right in. I always go here when the need arises. Have always been satisfied.
Checked in online and was able to get in quickly without a long wait in the waiting room. Nurses are kind and thorough. Julie, the NP, listened well and checked me thoroughly. Her beside magnet was appropriate and gentle.
Everyone was extremely nice to my 7 year old daughter and I appreciate them so much. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful. Deborah Holder was very informative and personable. We will definitely be back and I will recommend others to go to Access. Appreciate the great care we received. She’s feeling really sick but they made her happy during the visit
Employees are friendly sounding, pretty chatty if they dont see a lot of people in the waiting area. One women I watched shove food in her mouth staring out the window of the office door. I watched another (gent, who took my sample) either come into start work or came from break. My appointment was at 1pm.I got to the clinic 13 mins early was not seen till after 150pm and all I had to do.. was pee in a cup... literally.... sign here and initl here, here and here. At one point I walked up to the check in window to promptly and rudely ask her when I would be seen, but the sighn next to it gave a clear warning about no tolerations of bad behavior was permitted..of ANY sort. So it came out more like a frightened mouse squeaking with chest congestion. She then asked me to repeat myself... ........Any who, need not to mention Im suuurre..but, my bladder most definitely felt relieved, the sharp pains went away and my additude then also ran off somewhere with it, who knows. ...
This place always treats my family great. They stay open late and are always there if you need anything. I never have any problems with the progress from start to finish it smooth. Thank you guys for all you do to help
The only problem I ever have is waiting time even after setting an appointment up.
We have 10 people in our house, all but 3 are on antibiotics for strep, ear infections, and pneumonia. My husband has had strep before, but they told him he has an infection that is untreatable in the hand-foot- mouth family! He had to go elsewhere for re diagnoses. It was strep! He lost extra work time. We have never had an issue there before, but I have strep now too.
Got me seen fast for a busy morning. Very happy crew. The smiles helped ease the pain I was in. Thank you.
I didnt have an appointment and because they were not busy, I got right in! I always go there to get my allergy shot. Theyre very nice!
Would give 5 stars for The service and the medical staffEverything was very nice, professional and clean. But when it came time to check out I was standing at the window and I could tell they were busy so as I was waiting a lady cleared her throat behind me. Then all of a sudden I heard an irritated (yeah I hear him) at that point I felt very embarrassed and the second interaction was clearly different I guess she thought I was clearing my throat at her I never told her it was the other patient and paid and left. I really liked the nurse practitioner he was very nice and helpful and informative and listened to what I had to say and I would love to come back but I felt very humiliated and embarrassed at that situation and as a client I feel like it never should of happened and a little more discretion should be used in front of the customers
The provider Zackery Scott has excellent bedside manner. The nurse, I’m sorry I forget her name, I think it was Taylor was very helpful and friendly. He was thorough in his assessment of me and my daughter. We were in and out in under an hour!!
Arrived without an appointment, but they worked me in fairly quick. Staff was professional and friendly. Im also very much appreciate that no one tried to force me to wear a stinking mask.
Receptionists were absolutely in no way rude to us it just seemed like they were there just going through the motions. The nurse was amazing and made me feel like she really was concerned about my injury. I only saw the Dr twice for a total of about 4 minutes but she was very professional.
The only nice thing I can say is I got an appointment quickly which I needed as I was in incredible pain. The staff were not at all friendly and the doctor gave me a return to work the next day when I was absolutely not going to be able to as I have a very busy job which he never even asked me about. My manager is the one who told me to not come in for a few days. Not very caring for Urgent Care.
Drew and Zach were excellent. I was finally able to find out what was wrong with my shoulder and not have to wait 6 hours! I can highly recommend access medical urgent care! They deserve a new xray machine!
We really enjoyed our experience at Access Medical. The Nurse Practitioner was very kind and did an excellent job evaluating my daughter. She listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. We will definitely be using this Urgent Care from now on. The wait was long but they were busy. And they offer updates on your wait via your mobile device. I loved that! You can also schedule an appointment from your phone before going. Thanks Access Medical!
Great staff. Never have had to wait for long periods of time. Had quality care for myself & others when Ive gone.
Anytime I take myself, or the kids. Its an amazing experience. I do have to note. The weekend crew are alot happier than Mondays crew.Other than that I will chose this over the E.R in Bartlesville
Access is always professional and friendly. Ive received excellent treatment here and trust the doctors/PAs. I never have a long wait either. I recommend this clinic!
The staff worked hard keeping up with the rush they had while I was there today. Was very thorough and thoughtful on figuring out diagnosis and getting me on my way. Happy new year and keep up the good work!
I got great care of my infected thumb. I got in an out much quicker than any other place that I have been to in the past. They were all a great team and very helpful. I will go back if I have another problem. 🙂
My husband took our autistic son here when we were worried about his leg. They took xrays. They handled him so well, there were no issues. When my younger son and I got sick we went straight here. We did not make an appointment, we were walk ins. The doctor saw me and my son together, which was very convenient. It was pretty inexpensive considering and we were really well taken care of. They were very through and had us out within 2 hours of check in. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
Julie and Drew were very courteous and professional. They were very efficient and my appointment went quickly. The lady at the front desk was nice, too.
Best place to be seen. Love the doctor and the nurses there. Very polite and courteous. Was seen promptly with care. Would go here again. Thanks access medical for being here when you needed!
It was a late appointment. They had been running ALL day and absolutely everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and attentive!! Great staff! Thank you!
I not only registered online but also checked in online and expected to be seen at my requested time bc of all this. Instead I was told it would be an hour and half wait due to people that walked in before I checked in. I will give them credit that the wait was not what they estimated it to be but it was still more wait with a sick toddler than I would have liked or even thought using the online system. The care we got though was very good!!
The human portion of the experience was very good...that would rate a 4.5.HOWEVER, the electronic check-in was one of the sorriest Ive ever experienced. After working in Information Technology for over 50 years doing everything from writing software to managing a worldwide IT organization, I am quite familiar with what constitutes good applications and what does not. A VERY generous rating would be -3.5.
Good service. Nice nurse practitioner. First experience here. Be prepared to do a lot on your phone setting up your account on your first visit.
The provider and the triage nurse were amazing! The front desk ladies could have a little better temperament. But for a child with a past trama with Drs offices and this office was amazing with her and treated her just like one of their own!!!
No one “loves” to go have to go to the dr, but the gals at Access made the experience so great from beginning to end. When not feeling your best, it is great to be greeted by friendly faces who are SUPER helpful, quick & kind, and that is exactly what you’ll get at Access! The staff & provider were all so sweet, answered all my questions & really listened to what was going on. Especially during these unprecedented, uneasy times, they handled everything soooo wonderfully!! This is the only urgent care I ever go to, and I love the staff. Highly recommend!
I stepped on a rusty nail days before our GA trip, and Access Medical gave me a check up and tetanus shot quickly and cost friendly. Very helpful staff and super friendly. They really care about you saving time and money here. I was in and out within a hour! Plus, way cheaper than an ER trip for a stinking shot! I will definitely go back next time I need urgent care! Awesome visit. Very pleased to have them here and near! Thank you Access Medical! :-)
I have not had good experiences with immediate medical care facilities; however, the treatment and professionalism at Access were great. I didn’t feel like a number or that the doctor was just trying to get through her shift. I would go there again if I could not go to my PCP. Booking appointment and checking in online was quick and convenient.
Was able to get an early appt for a sick kiddo. We did have to wait 30 min to go back, but figured they were busy. Staff was friendly and took good care of us. Online check in was easy, total visit time 2h. Thanks Matthew Gill, FNP!
Over the years of coming here off and on I have always been 100% satisfied! They are hands down best clinic Ive been to. They get 5 out of 5 easy!
Very kind staff, quick appointment and results. Thank you!I wanted to say a special thank you to Julie and especially Drew for being so thorough and kind during yet another recent visit, amazing staff at this facility!
Easy to make an online appointment and check in was efficient. From the front office person to the nurse and the nurse practitioner it was a warm and welcoming environment. I had my symptoms assessed and a Covid test. Plus I left with clear typed instructions on what to do at home. The paperwork documentation meets the requirement for my employer who wanted me to be assessed after missing work. I would highly recommend Access Care.
Walked in, registered, was seen within 20 minutes. Each person was polite, friendly and wanting to help solve my issue. I would recommend Access Medical urgent care
Terrible... just terrible. Called to check if they done walk in tests. Just to end up walking in to find out, nope... not today, they were all booked for today, and the closest day they could do was the next day. When I called they said it was okay to come in because they had none scheduled. Makes no sense to me. Maybe tell customers that you stop accepting them after a certain time if there the case... because calling them said no one was scheduled. So stupid honestly.
We had a Dr named Deb and she was the best. So helpful and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend her every time
Amber was very sweet! I was feeling TERRIBLE and she was comforting and provided easy to understand information. It was a smooth and quick appointment!
Had a great experience at Access Medical. I came in extremely sick and Dr. Scott and his staff did everything they could to help with my pain and nausea and make me as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.
Very impressed I was in and out fast, staff was very friendly and kind. Doctor was very professional and sweet everyone looked happy there
The faculty and staff are very friendly and helpful.
I wish this place could be my son’s primary doctor, the staff is so caring and patient. He is more comfortable going here than his doctor and he has a habit of getting sick on Sundays. We are always taken care of quickly and kindly. 5 Stars Keep doing what you’re doing.
We like access medical for urgent care. Quick and friendly, for the most part. The front receptionist is not friendly at all, but if you can make it past her, youll be with more friendly staff. Answer questions and nice to my kids. Just wish the front lady enjoyed her job a little more, or at least attempted a smile on occasion.
So friendly. We were out of town. They took the time to explain everything even more than our doctors back home had
Very friendly and professional staff! You always take good care of me! Thanks!!
Kanisha Miller, FNP was compassionate and thorough. Everyone is always nice and helpful here
Excellent care, Friendly staff, comfortable environment while waiting to see Dr Catherine. Really felt like they understood, and were able to provide a solution speedily. Very impressed.
Have been here several times and all the staff and medical professionals are kind, friendly, thorough, and caring.
The girl who checked me in was not very professional or warm. I overheard her telling coworkers she was going to call in that day, and wouldn’t give me much chance to speak. She just recited her instructions over me like a robot. The practitioner was very good, though.
Every person was so friendly and helpful. I was comfortable being there. I would give them all 10 stars!!
My children and i have soonercare for health insurance and I was use to being treated well, different because of the low income label people like to associate with soonercare recipients .Everyone at Access was so friendly !!! The Doctor and the staff really showed compassion for what was going on with me. They treated me with respect and dignity which was unexpected. The doctor even went above and beyond to make sure the scripts i was getting were covered by my insurance. Pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend will be going there if we ever have another medical emergency when our doctor is closed . Thank you Access medical staff!!! ☺
Walked in, gave them my license, insurance, and money. Was called to the back when I finished the paperwork as no other patients were there. They numbed my finger and gave me stitches. Very caring and polite people. Lots of laughs and smiles to go around.
Tried to schedule an appointment and they were all taken so it said schedule a televisit. I scheduled for the first available at 10:20am. Put in the reason for the visit (sore throat) and they accepted the visit. 5 minutes before the appointment, they text and say they cant do a televist for that reason! I called the clinic and they inform me we could have walked in even though there were no appointments available. There was nothing on their website that indicated that. I could have already been at the clinic when they opened at 9! Very poor system. They knew the reason for the visit when I made the appointment!
Love the care and attention I receive from Access! I want to keep them my little secret but I also want to spread the word that this place is amazing ! Love this urgent care and would most definitely highly recommend Access!
I was a walk in at 4:00 pm, very late in the day.....you guys didnt even have to think about it when I asked if u could see me. Took me in no problem....there were several people ahead of me but didnt really take me that long to get in.....everyone there was very friendly and very professional.....Thasks again for seeing me on such short notice so late in the day.Happy Holidays and God bless you all!Christy Hollowell
Got me in, heard me out, explained, and got me out. Nice people ,excellent service. Average speed. And on my way out they made sure I could afford the medication that was prescribed. And I dont have to go to doctors often so if I do from now on this will be the place. Definitely recommend
First I made an appointment online for 2:15 k ? I get there to check in and the receptionist said that I wasnt in her computer for a 2:15 appointment at their clinic So I showed here the text msg on my phone confirming that I did indeed have a 2:15 she could only say well ur going to be a walk in since ur not in my computer and didnt barther to ask me any general questions like regular clinic do when you are a new patient checking in. Second they had a lot of frustrated people walk out on them as well. Third I sat in there and waited from like 2:30 til like 4:45 ridiculous!!! Whats the point in making and appointment if ur still sitting an hour in a half to 2 hrs. Before they call you back to be seen. Three Doctor cant ever keep his patiences straight with whats going on with them and why they are in his office. Third after all this B.S they had the nerve to try and charge me 324.50 at first because I dont have no insurance. Bull Bologna!!!! I said I cant afford that. Some Nerve !!!!! 😡 The receptionist then said that there was a discount program that they offer for people just like me who dont have insurance. Glad to here this. So I left only paying like 190.00 Due to my illness that I have had for over a week now My Doctors Office/My Clinic wouldnt let me make and appointment til I get another stinking Covid test. Didnt want to half to take more time off work. So I ended up going to this quack clinic that this review is really about. People there just dont act like they really care about taking care of people (Their Jobs). Moral of This story if you dont half to than DONT go to this clinic. Find a different one. Im quite surprised that this clinic is still open.
Not impressed. Receptionist was unpleasant. Front lobby had an unpleasant odor. Gave our scheduled appointment up to an older person that was ill. He was being turned away. They apparently do not take walk-ins.
UPDATE: warning they charge $300 for the office visit in this dirty facility and when you request for the fee to be waived they won’t! Filling complaints with my insurance, Department of Health and BBB.10/6/2020 original review:There was no hand sanitizer in the lobby or readily available. We had to ask for it. One nurse walked in and was working without a mask at a clinic for Covid testing. She went out to her car and got her mask after about 10-15 minutes and The receptionist had her mask under her nose. The receptionist was handing out pens and charts to all patients without cleaning them. People were very ill and coughing in the lobby and on the charts, pens etc which were handed back to other clients dirt. For a medical center they would be doing better than this.
I have continually had good experiences with this urgent care facility. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Most importantly, theyve helped both me and my husband feel better quickly.
Compassionate, cares about your health, and takes the time with you. No long waits. I keep coming back because they really do care.
Second time here and unbelievable service bith times!! Everyone VERY friendly. No long wait out front or in room. Diagnosis, injection and out the door in under 45 minutes. Cant say enough about how helpful and the great attitudes.
Very nice people. Made me feel comfortable and heard. And I had a diagnosis and was out of there. While recommend!
They were all very nice and helpful. I took my son in and he started getting sick when we walked in. Everyone was helpful and kind to us the whole time.
Quick & efficient! Listened to everything that was going on and I received the perfect treatment. Super kind staff as well.
Had been traveling our 5th week through Midwest and on our way back east someone somewhere gave me a virus of very sore throat, cough and drainage. I communicated back home and it was recommended find an urgent care. So I googled, made a quick call and headed to access medical clinic. The whole staff was wonderful and had me in and out within an hour with great advice and assistance for my issue. Much better within 24 hours!
Anytime we go to Access Medical they are so kind and good about the care of their patients. They are super helpful and caring. I wouldn’t go any other urgent care.
I have always had a very pleasant experience when I use Access for nonemergency situations. It is easier than getting into your booked doctors office at times when u feel horrible. Julie and her staff care and listen to our needs. I appreciate all you do!
Great service , made appt online was in and out in 25 minutes! All staff were great!
Very nice and kind! Facility is clean and the people actually care! They will take care of you and not rush you out! You do not need an appointment like the other wanna be urgent care! This is the absolute 💯 hands down best urgent care in bartlesville!!!
I schedule an appointment here at 11:30 with no waiting on the app. Its noon and still no one has called us back yet. Seems like someone should have told us when we checked in that there would be a wait. But they didnt. Major lack of communication here.....Doctor and Nurse were amazing!!!!
They are always very courteous and helpful every time I’ve had to go there. Staff goes above and beyond to help.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR MEDICAL CARE.Front receptionist was EXTREMELY rude in notifying me that they are not accepting any walk ins at their URGENT CARE facility. They have face mask requirements posted everywhere, but their own receptionist has hers dangling like an earing from one ear. Completely unprofessional and worthless. Go to the hospital urgent care, they take patients in need.
Even if you have a wiz-bang health care plan, Access Urgent Care is faster, more convenient, and more pleasant of an experience than either an emergency room visit or general practitioner visit. I’ve used them twice and both times I was very pleasantly surprised with both the service and the price.
This place was absolutely wonderful. Everyone there is compassionate and professional and very caring. Those are the things you need when youre really sick. I cant say enough good things about this place.
Took my wife to urgent care tonight because she was not feeling well at all. We forgot her driver license at home so they would not see her and turned us away. They would not even let me have my son take a picture of her license and send it to me via text. We got there at 7:30 PM & they close at 8:00. We live 25 minutes away so we didn’t have time to drive back home and get it. We are a little upset that they didn’t even try to help & felt like it was too close to closing time rather then try to help someone who is sick. Can’t Give info on the Doctors because we we’re turned away.
Friendly, compassionate care. Didn’t have to wait at all. Excellent staff, nice facility. I would recommend them without reservation.
Absolutely love this place! Thank you for your wonderful service and care. I would rather go here than to my regular doctor.
I was helped very quickly and didn’t have to make an appointment. Later at the pharmacy I chose I had a problem so I called and Access gladly withdrew the request and sent to a new pharmacy. Friendly, intelligent staff, gave great care.
Came in 2 days ago with my girlfriend who sliced her hand open. This was when they had the only one person inside rule. They said since I was with her it didnt matter so they let me stay and go back with her. Came back today for a checkup and told I cannot be with her at all and have to sit in the car outside. Either enforce the policy or take your signs down. And sat in the waiting room for 4 hours the day of her incident. Rude receptionist overall. 4:10pm 8/27/2021
I waited an hour after my appointment time and finally got called in. It then took another hour to get out. The staff were friendly and apologized for the wait.
Went in with no appointment and the visit went quickly and smoothly. The staff made me feel great even tho I wasn’t feeling well. The check up went perfectly. They know what they’re doing 👌🏽
Went in for a spider bite (brown recluse). Roxann at the front desk was nice and professional with getting all my information. Deanna & Hannah in the back had a made me laugh and relaxed me. Julie was was honest with me and didnt try placate me, just told me the truth as she saw it.
I thought this was a WALK IN URGENT CARE!! It always was in the past, I’ve never made an online appointment! Anyway, I had my husband DRIVE me because I had a really bad headache, right ear pain and my hearing was popping in and out, with some lightheaded episodes. I thought I had an inner ear infection. I was told my ear looked fine, and that I needed to go to ER IF my symptoms didn’t get better, and to call my Dr or Cardiologist for a cardio/ neuro workup ASAP! They put on my receipt that (1) I drove myself, which was a lie, (2), that I REFUSED AN AMBULANCE, TOTAL LIE, an ambulance was NEVER DISCUSSED, and that I refused to go to ER. I went to my cardiologist and was told bloodwork and ekg was excellent, and they didn’t believe I was in any kind of emergency!! It’s one thing for a bad diagnosis, but RIDICULOUS TO PUT LIES ON THEIR REPORT!! I’m done with that place!
Through the pain I was having they made me feel good! They listened to me and took care of me promptly and professionally! The whole staff was great ! Will go back if I ever need to and will for sure let family and friends know this is the place to go! Thanks to all!!
Natalie Jones was awesome. I did not have a good expierence with the medical assistant or aid “katie” I think was her name she did not introduce herself as I had to ask the FNP her name. As getting me in the room she stated “okay now what am I seeing you for” like she was the provider I began to start telling her my symptoms and she stated “you need to be more descriptive” before allowing me to finish my symptoms. She repeatedly told me she does not believe I have the flu but that she’s positive I have strep but she’ll go ahead and test me for both. Long story short I tested positive for Flu B and negative for strep.
I got online at 4am to schedule an appointment for 9am the same day. I was the first one in the door checked in and called back within 5 minutes. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Great care given. Thank you.
They took me in 5 minutes to close which a lot of places dont do and my work schedule makes it hard to go to my regular doctor they were amazing and very informative
The staff is always professional and very nice. They are very thorough.
Very friendly and professional staff. Received excellent care. Was treated for a scratched cornea and staff was very accommodating to ease eye pain. Thank you Access, I will not be seen by anyone else.John R. Taylor
The process was fast and efficient. They were able to get my son in and out for his sports physical.
Julie Martin and the Access staff are outstanding. They are friendly, caring and efficient. No waiting- was in and out in 20 min after having exam, X-ray, and Rx. Great job!Thank you.
They are very friendly and quick. Never have any issues and you can check in online before you go.
Trash service. They are lazy and wont do their jobs unless forced. I wouldnt send anyone here. Its a total run around
The staff and NP that I seen was very professional and courteous in their treatment of me. They treated me with respect and was thorough with their examination. Very pleased with the experience. Thank you!
We had a great experience. Very attentive got both me and my husband in and out quickly.
I took my son in there the other day, and I dont have health insurance. Whenever I told the lady at the counter that, she told me ALL of my options, from paying out of pocket, to their visit coverage options. Can you believe that?! She offered me helpful information! Who does that now days?! THEN. We sat in the waiting room for like, three minutes. IT WAS OUTRAGEOUS. Nobody should have to wait that long. We got to our room and Im not even joking guys, the doctor took five minutes to get in there. Yea, there was another patient next door, but seriously?! Five minutes! He walks in, asks what the problem is, and within a minute-from hello- we have a diagnosis. He didnt even try to run a bunch of pointless tests on him! How bizarre! So. Anyway. He goes out to write up the prescription. As Im waiting, the nurse OFFERED to call Walgreens for me to see how much the medicine was going to cost. FOR REAL?! Again, I was offered information WITHOUT having to ask. So she sits on hold forever, finally gets a human, and it doesnt even bother her one bit. They told her how much it was, and she immediately got off the phone, searched Walmarts website and got their $4 prescription list, and asked the doctor to print my prescription so that I can take it to Walmart. What?! I didnt ask for that! Outrageous! Ill be coming back here for sure!*If you cant find the humor in my review, Im sorry. Usually everyone posts how terrible their experience is but mine-mine was fantastic. They went above and beyond, and saved me money on my visit, including the change of pharmacy that saved me $30.
Took the wife and my 6month old here. After working all night and the staff was friendly. Dr was friendly and helped get us diagnosed quick. Thank you all so much for the time and effort spent on this new years day.
If I could have posted without giving a star I would have. But since I couldnt I was forced to even give it a single star. This not the place to be if you are sick and need help. If I hadnt already been here for 2hours. I would leave. And go somewhere else. Staff cannot be that busy that you cant even be bothered to enter my information in a two hour period. An the online check in is a joke it should not be allowed. Get here and wait like the rest of us. And the close quarters in which you are foced to stay with people who dont bother to cover their mouth when coughing or wipe their nose when it runs. Just because you have something you dont have to spread it to the rest of us . Oh what a joke. Receptionist just told a walk in patient that theres a two and a half hour wait . That this is a walk in facility. No it is not. They cater to their people who make online appointments. I am so utterly disgusted with this place.
Wait wasn’t too long. Nurse was very friendly to us and our little guy! Thanks to Zack Scott for being thorough and helping us out!
Went in with what I believed were allergies and that is just what it was, they did give me a covid test and assured me that it would not be as bad as I expected, surprisingly it was not bad at all. Negative covid test, treated for sinus allergies and out the door I went a happy camper.
We had a great experience. The staff were super kind, caring, and helpful! Would recommend Access Medical Centers to everyone.
I appreciated the staffs honestly and how they was straight forward to me on prices and working with me so that they didnt over charge me for anything! It was refreshing to get in and out in just a short amount of time. Especially when you feel so badly
Access was super friendly from the receptionists, to the nurse to the physician.they listened to me and had great bedside manner as well as offered new advice that was helpful. They treated me with genuine concern and I cant thank them enough . great job!!!
I injured my knee and couldnt bend it normally at all. I received a knee sleeve and exercises that made me feel so much better. This time I hurt my left foot and it was so painful to put any weight on it.
