Clinica Sierra Vista - East Bakersfield Community Health Center

Im not one to send reviews but I know when credit is due. The provider I had Mrs Cambry is very professional but at the same time also cares about her patients. It is hard to come by providers that actually want to help. I also would like to say her assistant Alyssa is a great worker. She is always in a good mood and always has this positive energy which is contagious.

They ask us to come in 15min prior the appointment and all they do keep us waiting more than 30min very shady of them

Got to my appointment early to check in waiting 30 minutes in line and was late from poor organization skills from staff

So far good new patient to CSV very helpful and courteous they are great about assisting where it is needed my Dr. BELL IS NEVER IN A HURRY THEY MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE ESPECIALLY AS a 79 yr old.

If negative stars were possible this clinic would receive negative 5 stars for lack of compassion, lack of basic knowledge aboit addiction,, for misleading there patients and for just not caring what happens to the lower poverty level Dr beare was great at first then he and dropped the ball when it came to following through with helping me eith program to help guide me in the right way to stop using fetnyl after these past week it is very clear that addiction 8snt a priority and they could careless if addicts stop using. I will seek help somewhere else as soon as i figure out where to start thanks for nothing clinica sierra Vista you have definitely been a huge disappointment !!!Well I called i was told that I would still receive a phone call and still nothing I am so glad that my health is a priority ill be looking for other options thanks for your help with my withdrawal I guess Ill just continue using since I cant get the help that I was promised and u all wonder why the addiction rate is so high its because of the health care providers not caring if we continue to use or if we live or die thanks to clinica sierra Vista and Dr beare ill continue to being a statistic hopefully one day addicts will stop being judged and mislead and they will find help and people that actually care if we live we or die

If you need blood work done, please do not go to any of the clinica sierra vistas. They are very unprofessional no ethical. I scheduled my appointment 2 months in advance, the day came and showed them again the list of blood work I needed for an upcoming surgery. A week later I called and sent me only half if what I asked. I told them I needed everything within two day, because I was having surgery. They said sorry can take up to 30 days, for the dr to fax it somewhereelse. I then told the nurse, all wanted to know if the test I was missing was actually done together with the rest of my blood work. She told she couldnt provide that information. Please dont bother yes its low income but you get treated worse than an animal.

Hate that when you call any clinic you get sent to a call center…. No way to get a hold of the clinic at all. Made my pregnancy hard, post partum even harder. Which is why my I switched my doctor at the Reach and grow clinic.

Had problem getting in because of face shield. They require face mask even with my breathing problems. Said people with oxygen wear them. Different people have different problems. Have no problem at other Clinica or my heart doctor.

The workers were so sweet and helpful and the wait time with appointment was so fast. I was expecting a long wait but our appt was at 4:15 and we were out an hour later. We had a great experience for our first appt with a newborn.

On January 10, 2014 I went in for a bad case of chicken pox, they made me sit outside for 5+ hours and had several staff members come out and say you have chicken pox and cant come in! I was never seen or helped, and after waiting for so long and just being stared at, I was overwhelmed and left, never being seen. Weeks later I received a bill for $80 calling it an outpatient visit. I called in and left a complaint & eventually got an apology and they said they would remove the bill, six months later I keep receiving monthly bills for the $80 that theyre charging me for sitting outside on the bench. I would not recommend any CSV locations to anyone ever!!!! They have the worst customer service & their employees, as supported by the other reviews, hate their job! Do yourself a favor & dont ever go to any of these places, I learned my lesson the hard way.

Ive been a patient for several years and love it. Only one time did i ask to change doctors. Top notch Dr. And courteous staff except they tend to talk too much together when patients are lined up. Still, they arecbest I have seen.

Medical staff are awesome, always clean inside and out, my only complaint is the new answering service, no one ever picks up and after 2 hours no one has called me back.

I went really ill the location on Martin Luther King. Had the flu, sore throat, diziness, I was cautious about spending too much money times are tight. It was a walking. They took temperature and so on send me home pick up prescription from Walgreens. This was on the 18th of July now the 23rd I went i felt the same havent gotten better. They didnt want to see said if i kept feeling bad to call emergency. Never go here doesnt the state fund these poor excuse clinics for our community. Your here to serve us the conmunity the the other way around. Most of the staff are cold non human interactionists.

I actually enjoyed getting helps for my health. Thanks to a dear friend who suggest me about Clinica Sierra Vista. I never think of this clinica. I see and felt like that I am rich have enough money. Oh well. All I say is to APPRECIATE their service, paitence, be honest with what Clinica Sierra Vista have for clients, be skills with sign interpreters or other any language interpreters. Also there have some doctors can speak Spanish, not sure if they can speak other language, not only spanish. I used to live near this clinica as long as I realize Good customer support and protection for clients who tries feeling comfort to come at their appointments/walk ins providing security near Homeless people around. Nice. Already feel rich when you read this comment about this kinda of clinica?

Very sad place. I feel so bad that my brother has to have a primary MD here. He has the poor mans insurance and the decent MDs do not accept his insurance. My observation is that patients are run through like cattle. Employees are overworked, underpaid and lack joy. We are all human and must treat each other as such. Treat each person the way you would like to be treated. Each person has a story whether you are doctor, patient and or employee. I am brought to tears as I write this. The pervasive attitude that has taken over this country has trickled down to the already poor and downtrodden. Help us Dear Lord!!!

This place doesnt even deserve a star. Staff suck & Lack responsibly. They are lazy,rude, and disorganized. Worst clinic to ever come to. Maybe if they didnt have food in their mouth they would be able to help out. They dont care for anyone but themselves. Which is pretty sad. Shouldnt even be called a clinic.

Had a great first experience for my toddlers physical. Great staff: reception, MA, and doctor. Would highly recommend.

I like the thermometer with NO contact! They now want to put one in your mouth. 😳😖😵😬My husband didnt even bother to park...*sigh...its covid. Im serious about social distance and contact!!

Horrible place it was 3 times that I missed work to go in and never got seen there. Now I am sick of a serious thing just because it was not treated on time because of this unprofessional clinic. Plus the staff is so rude & uneducated and have no care for people. They seriously need precessional people there or close it down!

The receptionist was in a terrible mood and sent us the wrong way in the clinic. Then sent us a different way. They need to be more helpful and know what theyre doing.

Yeah the wait is long but I feel like they do the best to help and to move fast. sometimes it’s not the nurse it the doctors that have to put information into the computers

Went to have a tb test result read waited two hours to find out we had not even been entered into the system. We were then told we came too early to have the result read even though the day before we were told 24 hours.

Avoid it like the plague. Unless you have then plague. Be prepared to wait a couple hours past appointment time. Staff really dont care about you. Not even a little.

This CSV has the WORST ppl working there... So rude and disrespectful to patients!!! I would go here for anything FREE or not. Dont waste yr time at the clinic!!!!

Rude receptionist, waiting for 1+hr. Multiple occasions. So many problems. Went there for the hours but not worth it .

I dont even want to give this place 1 star. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up then was on hold for 20 just to schedule an appointment. So I hung up. Just gonna have to go in as a walk in and wait just as Long as I would have waited on hold.

Under the circumstances, they were well organized and very quick. I was there about 20mins.

Finally, a healthcare administration who cares about the needs of the people in the community and caring committed Doctors and staff to assist in rendering proper care for all.

Dont hate it service is quick...but receptionist (some)are kind of rude...

You show up 20 mins ahead of time and your late because of them and you have to reschedule

Not sure why they ask you to come 15 minutes early when they see you an hour and a half late... they need to seriously improve their workflow.

Dr Sahi told me he had to set ground rules with me.in essence not to talk!! I asked.questions.

Went for simple prescription renewal. Pharmacy never received the new order.

This clinic needs help they need to implement away of severs where it wont take so long waiting in line just to be registered.

It is a very poor clinic... the receptionists are good people... but the provider is very rude and racist... lack of ethics... I will change clinic

These Sierra Vista clinics are totally useless, the service is terrible, the receptionists are terrible, I took Osiel for the doctor to fill them and a month ago and they still do not fill them, pure failures with these clinics

Those clinics are garbage! The most incompetent staff! The receptionists, in addition to hanging up calls, are rude! The worst thing of all is that since we dont have health insurance we only have those clinics as a resource! Getting sick is the greatest of luxuries

All the nurses are very bitter, they treat you like they work for free... especially the resectionists...
