I have seen in total, over 10 doctors in the past few years for a number of differing medical reasons. Dr. Kavoussi is by far one of the most professional providers I have ever been treated by. He is extremely thorough and has also proven to be quite compassionate in my own personal experience. Well, here it is, the review that will save you time shopping around for the right Dr. to help you grow your family. Dr. Kavoussi is great to speak with, and he’s very straightforward with describing procedures and expectations. I initially had a vasectomy just over a decade back, and it was performed by a relatively young Dr. that placed the clips a bit too low. Dr. Kavoussi stated I was one of his most difficult reversal surgeries, yet it was shortly after the six week recovery period that we had the news that we were expecting. Friends and family were pleasantly surprised about the time frame that we saw results, and it really goes to show how much effort this team puts in when it comes to dealing with complex surgeries like mine. Recovery was fast and didn’t involve much pain at all despite my situation requiring a longer surgery and some bigger incisions. I’m eternally grateful to have the opportunity to have a family after rebuilding my life, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of Dr. Kavoussi and his wonderful team. Thanks again!!!

I was treated by Total Mens Health (TMH) several years ago. Everything seemed promising at first. But eventually, my blood work started sliding out of normal range. Things were going off track, and I could also feel it. Total Mens Health specializes in TRT, and their Physician Assistant said my lab results were fine. I was concerned. This is an honest description of my experience with no exaggeration.Luckily, I switched to Dr. Kavoussi. He revised the TMH treatment. Now, my recent lab panels are back in range. I have a lot of energy at the gym. And I feel much better.This may be a too-aggressive treatment by this one Physician Assistant. The levels prescribed for me were risky. I could feel it (sometimes my heart would race). I could tell Dr. Kavoussi was not impressed. And he was alarmed by the lab numbers I showed him.Working with an expert like Dr. Kavoussi (and not a Physician Assistant) is essential for TRT. Dr. Kavoussi offers additional innovative (well-tested) options not offered at TMH. In addition, I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Kavoussi about any related concerns.

Got a vasectomy done from this Dr. in 2019 and the pain was so unmanageable that I had to go back and have another surgery. Look up post vasectomy pain syndrome, it is not as uncommon as you think. More guys need to speak up and look for other ways to manage parenthood. I also dont know for sure, but my testosterone levels dropped significantly a few years later but they will never admit this is a causation.

Dr. Kavoussi is the best Physician I have ever had the privilege of working with. He goes above and beyond to meet my care needs while effectively communicating to my provider ecosystem. Highly recommend for all Urology & Fertility needs.

I went to Dr. Kavoussi for a Vasectomy Reversal. Without a doubt the best experience I have EVER had with any medical professional. Not only was it a very pleasant experience but he also did an outstanding job! I reached full fertility with minimal scarring. He has such a great staff and an outstanding personality. I can’t speak highly enough on the great customer service and experience that I had with DrKavoussi and his staff.I got a vasectomy done, before, during and after the procedure it was clear to me that Dr Kavoussi cares for his patients, he makes sure you have all questions answered.The procedure and the recovery was pretty much pain-free and seamless.

Dr. Kavoussi is one of the best doctors I have encountered - period. He is highly proficient, and has a phenomenal bedside manner. If one did not know better, he would think Dr. Kavoussi does what he does for the love of mankind, and not for personal gain. A rare man to be sure, and I highly recommend him.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Khavoussi for many years and genuinely appreciate his care. He’s very thorough and respectful. Last year during routine bloodwork it appeared I may have prostate cancer, and the way he and his nurses handled my case was so helpful getting through that. Thankfully I was clear in the end. Recently, I had to follow up for my annual and due to covid was handled by telephone. There was an insurance billing matter, and their insurance specialist was so kind and patient as we worked to get it resolved (which she did)! I’ve had other guys tell me they need a urologist and Dr Khavoussi is who I recommend to them. I’m a loyal patient. Thank you sir.

I think the Kavoussis family are a gift of God for those of us that struggle with fertility. I have nothing but good thing to say about my experience with Dr. Parviz Kavoussi. He seems to always have the time to explain things out and give his best medical opinion when I needed to make a decision between a set of choices. Furthermore, Dr. Kavoussi always anwered my questions and he takes good care of me. I could not ask for a better doctor. I would strongly recommend him.

First of all, I believe Dr. Kavoussi is a great doctor. He showed excellent bedside manner, explained things clearly, and made me feel comfortable.The problem is, Im leaving his office with zero answers. My lab work came back normal and no treatment was offered. Thats fine, except I still have all the problems I came into his office with.While I understand many guys come into the office after an RX for testosterone, I was not one of them, and made that very clear.Where do I go from here? What is my next step? I got nothing at all, and thats a terrible feeling. Back to square one.

Dr. Kavoussi and his team were excellent. During my visits, and after they showed genuine care in my well-being, both emotionally and physically. I recommend Mens Health without hesitation.

Hydrocelectomy and Vasectomy at the same time. Dr. Kavoussi has real talent. My recovery has been much faster than expected, I was working (from my zero gravity recliner and laptop) the same day as the procedure. The quality of the work is so perfect, Im almost inclined to make the closure of the amazingly small incision my social media profile picture.Guys, if you are self aspirating a hydrocele as I was - dont be put off by the caveman technique for this surgery shown on YouTube. This procedure as implemented by Dr. Kavoussi is nothing like that and again, the man has serious talent. Im a fanatical perfectionist in my own profession and Im very critical of people that dont do stuff right, Im rarely impressed by anyone in any profession. With the work done here though, Im beyond impressed, Im astounded by the quality.

Dr. Kavoussi is a master in his craft. Hands down the best urologist in Austin / no scalpel vasectomy.

Been going here for 2 years he’s a waste of time and money gave a lot of money to talk to him for 5 minutes and still didn’t make anything clear he says I have problems and I can never have kids ever and that it’s in my blood but my whole family has 4 to 5 kids eachvery bad doctor if your looking to make a family or anything else I wouldn’t come here it’s a waste of time and money god bless everyone who’s reading TAKE MY WORD 👍🏻

I do not recommend this doctor. Provided me with an incorrect diagnosis and rushed me into making a surgery decision. I got alternate opinions after his and it turned out that he was wrong.
