I’m a returning patient from years ago.Tiffany and Craig made my visit a memorable one. I’d gone to another location and had a not so great experience, but because of them my confidence in returning to Total Men’s has been restored. They are kind, efficient, and Craig was very understanding.

It was a great experience at this office. They were quick to make an appointment and helped get information before the actual day to make it easier to start the process of changing doctors offices.The waiting room was relaxing and had refreshments to make the short wait pleasant.The MA did a thorough job of interview and the doctor listened to my needs. Very glad every detail was discussed and it was a good feeling as I left the office.Glad they were there.

I recently came here and had a very good experience. The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was great. He listened to all of my concerns, was very easy to talk to, explained everything thoroughly, and kept me well informed of all that was going on in a timely manner. This is a great place to get medical care. Two thumbs up.

Got in very fast which is rare these days. Much nicer than a clinic or “doc in the box” inside. Staff was very friendly and doc and nurses were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I went for high BP refill, but got colon screening and some other tests as well. Appears they treat everything. One stop shop! Thanks TMPC!

Total Mens has been great as my primary care office. Its easy to find reasonable appointment times where I dont have to wait months to see my doctor. The wait time in office is minimal and the staff is always kind and courteous!

My experience was great! Everyone was really nice, knowledgeable, and able to provide answers to all of my questions. Everyone was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. I will continue to go here for my medical needs.

As always total men’s is great. You can be a walk in if you don’t have an appointment and they take very good care of you. They take their time and are very patient. Will definitely continue to go back.

I called and was scheduled the very next day. There was no wait time. Tiff in the front was squaring everyone away. Everyone knows it’s the front desk / patient coordinators who really run the office! Tiff was quick, friendly and just overall great to talk with. The waiting room was surprisingly clean with free waters, coffee and other refreshments. The MA Carla was super friendly and knowledgeable and made my awkward situation comfortable. The provider came in and was completely relaxed and helpful as well. I was explaining my gay situation and he was understanding of all the gay lingo. Not having to explain what a top and bottom are to a doctor is awesome. My meeting with him went great. I didn’t feel like he was rushing me or trying to get to another patient.10/10 recommend this office and this staff.

Nothing but good things to say so far. No healthcare practice is perfect, but Total Cares average experience is much better than most of my traditional healthcare experiences. Its refreshing to see that appointments are available at convenient times and locations, and prescriptions and refills are provided on a timely basis.

This isn’t my normal office, but it was the closest one that had a last minute appointment available. Great experience and everyone was so nice. Plus I got to see my old doc, Dr. Whitney, who is always amazing so that was the icing on the cake.

Once it started it was wonderful. I got an IV treatment and highly recommend. However, getting back to the room took 30 minutes. Also, I booked online originally at a location that didnt offer my treatment type, but the system didnt stop me. Then next I booked in william cannon at 4:40, but was called at 1:20 day of to reschedule because of the length of the procedure, again the fault of the online booking system. So, in summary, the care team is amazing, the offices are nice, but the booking system needs drastic improvement.

I use Total Men’s for all of my primary care needs such as: Physical Exams for work and school, lab work, and TRT. Friendly environment and staff that never waste your time. Def recommend trying them out.

I love going to Total Primary Care. Always easy to book an appointment. The doctors are great and the staff have always been nice. I recommend it.

Great experience. Received a message from Donna who reminded me I was up for a yearly physical. She helped me schedule an appointment through text. White glove treatment! Once the appointment was confirmed, they sent me the forms in advance. Check in was flawless. Tiffany at the reception was great. Doctors visit was thorough and I’d definitely come back. Excellent service as always. This isnt my normal clinic I go to due to mine being booked already, but it is the 3rd total mens primary care location Ive been to. I needed medication ASAP in order to prevent a recurring injury get worst and I was well taken cared of here.

Total Mens has been my pcp for a couple of years now. They always take such good care of me and are very professional. Easy to schedule appts online and always easy to talk to someone on the phone without waiting. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

It might be a good trt clinic but it’s not a good general practitioner spot.i went in to be seen for a painful abscess. the doctor prescribed amoxicillin, and provided no guidelines on follow-up care (when to come back if things did not improve). the office was also unresponsive to my attempts at communication.i went to another family medicine clinic that described total men’s primary care’s treatment as “bubblegum antibiotics,” and gave me a shot plus two prescriptions.essentially all i got from TMC was a $150 bill and a wasted week i could have spent healing.

I had my first appointment here , I had a great experience from my check in to the time I left . My nurse Diane was very nice ask all my history explained everything she was doing drew my blood didn’t hurt me. Then I saw Cindy my provider and she was awesome. Very professional I will recommend to family and friends.

I arrived early and was immediately checked in. Minimal wait time and the staff was terrific!

New provider is much worse than previous, didnt listen to my problems, wasnt open to discussion about refilling a prescription that I had already been taking with the previous provider and was working perfectly!! Also the front desk lady said bye and hung up in my face while I was still talking!Very unprofessional.

For being an online heavy and convenient -based solution, they dont use existing account information for messaging back and forth, and have to re-enter Name/Phone and other basic profile information from scratch every new calendar year. Its easy to be better.

I had actually scheduled my appointment for the San Marcos location but got a call the day before my appointment saying they don’t have the correct machines there that I needed for my appointment. The amazing receptionist Liliana I believe her name was went out of her way to call the other total primary cares seeing who would be able to get me in and whom had the medical equipment for my visit. She got me booked at another one at the same time as my previous appointment. The staff at the Austin location was also top notch and gave me superb service. I felt welcomed and they were so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend them 10/10.

Appointment scheduling was simple and stress-free. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and check-in was quick. My appointment started on time and my provider, Catherine, was friendly and informative. No one wants to spend more time then they have to at a doctes office, so I appreciate the efficiency. Had a weird experience today when I was being seen for symptoms at this location. I felt like I was immediately being dismissed for things that I was going through with added snark within a few minutes of checking in. I think there are some really good people who work here and others who arent. Overall Im very disappointed.

Hello! My name John I had my first visit today and I must say it was awesome. I learned a few things, so I encourage if you are a man looking for excellent medical care or a primary doctor. This is a place for us, I sure thank them for taking the time out to explain a few things to me that I learned today the test that they recommend me to get blood work for all these years I never was asked to do and it was awesome, and the staff was so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this office.

It was such a relief to go to my appointment today and have Catherine Lewis as my provider again! She is extremely thorough with her assessments and so efficient with differentiating her line of questioning to determine what the best course of actions for treatment are! Absolutely fantastic service! I made an appointment for a rapid COVID test and let me tell you, it was both rapid to get swabbed and to get my results. Everyone was very friendly. The facility was spotless. They offer snacks and drinks. AND, I left instead of getting a paper copy of my results and called the next morning and the gentleman I spoke to quickly got me set up on their online platform and sent my results for me to print out ... all under 5 minutes! Im extremely pleased with their services!

Way more convenient than any other new patient experience.New insurance has me back at ARC . What a hassle compared to Total Mens

Went in for my annual (Free) check up and as I was leaving, I was told because this is my annual check up, there is no copay or amount owed. After a couple weeks, they emailed me a bill for $134. When I called my insurance they notified me that they billed me for my annual check up as well as an additional dr. visit. Called customer service and was advised because there was additional questions that were asked by the Dr, it warrants an additional visit fee of $114, and charged me for the sheet they required me to fill out prior. Its unfortunate that doctors offices have resorted to making money this way and wouldnt recommend going here unless you like unexpected fees added after the fact.

Im a last minute person and they accommodate 🤣.My office visits always come with results. They know me by name and help with all my concerns. Ive used total mens from San Antonio to Austin

Staff was very professional friendly and appt was on time!

Went in today at 3:00 for a rapid covid test scheduled for 3:10. The entire staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. As a new patient I filled out forms on my phone, which only took 5 minutes. I sat in the comfortable waiting lounge for less than 5 minutes before my name was called. Test was quick and easy. As I was leaving there was a staff member sanitizing the front doors and desk area. Made me feel safe knowing that they sanitize so often. I received my results in the next 20 minutes.

Not the same medical experience. Was not told I was not being seen for what I signed in at the front desk for. The PA billed my insurance for an office visit to tell me to come back another day for blood work in the am. This could have been done at check in since I was a walk in appt. Instead she took the opportunity to bill my insurance to instruct me to come back. This causes me worry about where the office is focused between healthcare and monetary gain. Also they got rid of the snacks in the waiting room - that just isn’t cool. Time to find a new provider.

I went in for a Covid-19 test because I was recently exposed. The young man at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, he helped me get registered as a new patient. The paperwork was painless and easy, took 10 minutes max. The MA that also pulled me back was also very nice, she did the test very well, no pain or major discomfort. I got my results in about an hour. 10/10, would recommend :)

This locations staff was recently changed and definitely for the worse. These new people couldnt be more rude and unpleasant. AVOID! Please note that Catherine Lewis, NP, is not the current practitioner on site. Ms. Lewis and her staff were always courteous and professional.

Laughably unprofessional. Husband had an appointment at 2:00pm. Got there a little before and the doors were locked. Waited for 25 minutes before someone finally picked up the phone. She told us that she had kept the doors locked because everyone wasn’t back from lunch but that she could let us in but couldn’t tell us when everyone would be back. So she was sitting in the clinic ignoring us knocking and calling? As we were on the phone, we saw 3 employees walk into the clinic holding pet fish they had just bought. So instead of seeing patients and answering their phones, they were at the pet store buying fish. So we left. Don’t go here because they obviously do not care about wasting your time. Thanks for wasting an hour of ours.

Having showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment I expected to be waiting for some time… that was not the case! I was seen almost immediately. The doctors and med techs couldn’t have been nicer and we’re happy to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Couldn‘t be happier with the care I received during my visit! I will be back again FOR SURE!Lastly, unrelated to the care i received but deserving of mention, the facilities and amenities provided while waiting well exceeded those of any other clinic I‘ve been too. I would recommend men’s health to anyone looking to have their health/medical concerns addressed quickly and professionally. 11 out of 10 stars!

Ive been very happy with every visit Ive had here in the last few months. The waiting room is comfortable. Prescription refills have been really easy. I never feel like I am waiting too long in the waiting room and never feel rushed during my appointment.I think the best part about this office is the staff. Catherine is always available to chat if you have any questions. Mellisa at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Everyone I have met is amiable and efficient. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze.Ive recommended this office to family and friends as well.

My husband and I had a great experience getting Covid tests here. We didnt have appointments, but went during their walk-in hours for testing. (I initially thought it was only for men, but women can go too.) The whole process took under an hour and we received our results quickly too. The staff was friendly and helpful and the office was new and clean. They seem to provide a lot of other services too. Well visit again if we need their services.

This Total Men’s Primary Care location is exceptional. I scheduled a last-minute Covid test while in town for a charity event. I was really impressed by the facility. The employees were all friendly and the service was quick and easy. The office even has a waiting room that’s fully stocked with snacks and drinks. The whole experience was very positive! I would recommend this office to anyone.

I went to get rapid Covid test so I could visit family. I showed up at the wrong location at my appointment time. The receptionist changed me to walk in instead of telling my to drive to the other location. This was very nice. Five people ahead of me and I only waited 20 min. Nurse was very nice and efficient. Results in 25 min! Great, wish they had this service in Memphis where I live.

The young ladies at the front desk were awesome, helpful and friendly and the gentleman that administered my COVID test was kind and very professional. I was in and out of there in about 7 minutes and had my results texted to me about 15 minutes after that. The level of efficiency and comfort provided was exceptional all around. So much so that I made another appointment for a general health checkup.

I got a quick and easy COVID-19 antibody test today. Results in 20 minutes. And staff is friendly and helpful. Took my insurance. Inexpensive copay.My tech that did the test, Jay, made the experience pleasant. And he was very helpful letting me know my testing options after I mentioned I have an upcoming trip I am concerned about.The door says the clinic is for men, and that seems like their specialty, but I am a woman and I felt welcome and comfortable there and would go again. Very easy to book and go.

It seems like every doctors office is a challenge after Covid. I had a really good experience with Total Men’s. Catherine Lewis did a short notice appointment, followed up twice and also researched to make sure I received the best prescription pricing. Great experience!

Conveniently located for us SouthWesterners. Staff was really friendly and all providers showed a deal of care and asked questions to understand. They offer a ton of services, and had plenty of availability. 10/10

Went in for a covid test, managed to get an appointment online before they opened for as soon as they opened. First time here so I had a simple applicant form to fill out while front desk got my insurance and ID ready. Sat in a sweet lobby filled with snacks and coffee playing chivetv while I waited, eventually took the test and got results about an hour after leaving. Thanks for the help!

I had a great experience with the team at this location and all of the other total men locations here in Austin Texas. The whole process is very modern and efficient. I love that they except my insurance and are thorough with her communication with their patients! I have never waited longer that 5-10 minutes to be seen ever and that is the BEST part!

The staff at this location are very professional and respectful, and I get along great with them. The waiting room is top notch with comfortable chairs, snacks, water, coffee, and sports playing on the TVs. I’m not scared of much, but needles are by far my biggest physical fear (I know it sounds immature). They patiently worked with me and gave me the tools to help me get through my extreme fear. Nobody enjoys going to the doctor, but I believe this place makes the experience the best it can be. I recommended this place to any guy who needs or wants to find a new male health clinic.

Went in for an annual physical and it couldn’t be easier. They texted me when it was coming up on a year since my last physical and they scheduled me through text which I enjoyed better than receiving an email to schedule. All the staff is very friendly and professional including the doctors. Also a great waiting lounge with TVs, drinks and snacks. Highly recommend, very easy to use and more personal than a minute clinic.

Had my annual physical today. Front desk was so friendly and quickly checked me in without any hassle. My blood draw was bar none the most painless and non-anxiety blood draw I have ever had. (I hate blood draws). My med. assistant was friendly and kept me informed of all processes/procedures they were doing. My practitioner was very professional and thorough during my exam. I highly recommend Total Mens Primary Care.

Simple scheduling. Little to no wait (in the waiting room their snack game beats any others). Superb service and the staff is genuinely so helpful and nice! Glad to have discovered my new favorite primary care location and would recommend to anyone in the area, even those a little further out, well worth the experience.

I recommend very highly for COVID testing. I went in 15 minutes before the office was due to close for lunch. I didn’t have an appointment and was a new patient which meant I had to fill out paperwork. Despite this tight timing, they said they would be able to give me the test. I was in and out very quickly and I received the results a couple of hours later. Both of my daughters also go there for COVID testing.

Can’t get much better than this service. Wait time was a little long, but free drinks were provided and very nice and respectful doctors.

Staff was super friendly and helpful on a visit I went in for with my partner. There was little to no wait for both of us and their lobby to wait in is cozy and has plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from. Great company with professional employees. My previous experience with a terrible online subscription company made Total Mens a breath of fresh air. My visit was quick but thorough. Id recommend them to anyone.

I have visited this location a few times and most of the staff is friendly. Availability is open and there is not long waiting periods. I also appreciate the text to main office feature. As it allows clients to easily contact them. However.... I had to remind them several times to update me with my labs/ results and to request several times to send in my prescriptions in to my pharmacy. I also had contact the doctors from the portal system they have and get no responses. I was hoping to find a local general practice without having to go to a busy doctors office. Which seeing the great reviews with a few mixtures of negative. I was pleased with my first visit. However the consistent lack of communication and follow through is a little frustrating.

After going to two separate Urgent Care Clinics in previous days and getting no real person attention or direction, I made an appointment with the primary care provider at Total Men’s on William Cannon. I was given individual attention and care, never felt rushed, and they ran the necessary tests to diagnose and treat my pain. I’ve made more progress in the last 24 hours than with any other provider I sought out all week. It was so quick and helpful. They will be my first call from here moving forward.

Either malicious or incompetent accounting practices, either way, Ive been charged way more than I should have and disputing all of those charges just isnt worth my time. Id rather wait 2 months for a VA appointment than go here again. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean, and snacks are free, but its just not worth all the money theyre bleeding me for.- Said Id pay out of pocket (no insurance). They then proceed to charge my insurance anyways and bill me for the part insurance would not cover- Paid for the TRT monthly program and was still being charged per injection at the office. Not only that but I later find out the that the amount they charged me was not the full amount and I still owed more.- Never received a response to a dispute email I sent regarding an alleged No Show for an online appointment. They re-shceduled the appointment themselves and still charged me for a no-show?

When I heard the radio ads, I took them with a grain of salt. I thought it sounded good, but I didnt really believe that any medical office could follow through with that kind of service.Im happy to report that I was mistaken. The staff wasnt just fast.....they were engaging, attentive and very professional.I met four people on staff with whom I was impressed. I dont usually leave reviews - this is a rarity.Details of the visit: Appointment was at 2pm. I was seen by 2:05pm, and was in my car driving away by 2:25pm. It wasnt rushed, either. The staff asked more comprehensive questions about my health than my PCP had done in years.TL;DR - This group is for real. Im a card-carrying skeptic, but Im totally sold.

Staff was very friendly and informative. I had to get a rapid COVID test before a procedure. There was a quick check in process, the staff was very quick to test, and I left within 10 minutes (including check in paperwork). I got my results within the hour.

From intake to seeing a doctor, this clinic was very helpful and made the appointment a great experience. Staff is friendly, office is clean with plenty of amenities and was seen promptly after checking in. I scheduled my appointment online and everything was ready to go when I arrived. Highly recommend this to anyone in the Austin area looking for general health visits or specific conditions.

Left there at 4:30 and my appointment was at 2, so thats the only knock I have. Other than that the staff was great and Im excited to see my results.Edit: I wanted to update this review and briefly explain what has happened.My appointment was on 08/18/2017. The following Friday, I received a letter from the credit company Total Mens treatment coordinator deceived me into signing up for. In probably my most vulnerable moment I was told I was signing up for a 12 month treatment plan and never a line of credit for $10,060 dollars with $2400 financed. I am currently fighting this and demanding a refund, but buyer beware. Also, I was told I would receive my dose on 08/23/2017. After emailing the treatment coordinator I was told it would arrive on 08/25/2017. Guess what never came? Im glad it didnt because it strengthened my case of this place being a complete scam.Edit #2: They have refunded me the $2400 and I was able to close the line of credit. I am satisfied, but it still doesnt take away from the fact that I was deceived.

Wonderful place. Great staff, nice waiting area with snacks, drinks, and TV. And they don’t seem to overbook, so there’s not 20 other people in the lobby coughing and sneezing and everything else sitting in there with you.The providers, especially Catherine Lewis, are some of the best I have ever seen as a patient. 5/5 stars. I would say I overall had a good experience but unfortunately I felt rushed. The nurse who took my blood I felt did it unprofessionally.I am editing this about 5 days later but I am thoroughly frustrated with this practice. My test results came back and I am healthy but the nurse I just spoke with is telling me I have to pay for the doctor to call me back and explain my results to me. This doesn’t make sense to me at all. I will not be returning.I am updating this. I was told I would receive a call the week of September 1st and have not.

I have been visiting Total Men’s Primary Care For about six months now since I was referred to them from a friend. In the scheme of being the doctor I can’t say that I really love this place! They communicate well and are always quick and on time even if I am a little late which I often am, they have lots of nice snacks and drinks for when you’re waiting, the staff is always more than pleasant and very communicative and efficient, and just overall have always had more than pleasant and efficient experience, that’s making my doctor visits a lot less painful and annoying than previous experiences at other places! Love this place! As much as one can love a doctors office anyways! 😂 Highly recommend it!

The staff is extremely nice, makes you feel right at home when you come in. The facility is very clean and modern looking. The waiting lobby is cool and has plenty of water, coffee, and snacks. The physician was helpful and made sure to answer any questions i had with complete honesty. Will definitely be going back.

Super quick and super pleasant! I recently got a COVID test and was in and out in under 20 minutes with results shortly thereafter r. Staff was really nice and all safety precautions clearly followed. Definitely recommend!

Im pretty upset. I came there in order to get my prescription filled. The first visit seemed fine, until I went to the pharmacy. They only filled half of it. It took an additional 4 days for the problem to get resolved.Okay, I figured everyone has a bad day, right?Next time I set an appointment for my prescription by means of a tella-med. Doctor was a no show. Called me back over an hour latter.Third appointment, doctors a no show again. I sit there waiting 30 minutes to find out they forgot. I had to call to find out what happens. She tells me shell be right there, and Im waiting for another 15 minutes.Times up I have to go back to work. This was just to get a prescription filled. A prescription i actually need!Im done with them. I actually think I did something to piss her off and she just doesnt want work with me. I truly dont know what I did. Cant think of a thing I would have said or done, but three screw ups I absurd.

I went in for a Covid test and the process couldnt have been easier. I made an appointment online, and showed up about 10 minutes early to do the new patient paperwork. They had me scan a QR code on my phone and enter a bit of info, including insurance. Once submitted, the staff took me back immediately and administered the test. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. They texted my test results (negative!) in about 15-20 minutes. The whole process was entirely painless!

I went to get a Covid test and the process went as smoothly and quickly as I could have hoped for. The staff was very friendly and professional which put me at ease in a stressful situation. They were very efficient and had got my results back within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Total Men’s Primary Care for any health care needs!

The staff at the William Cannon location is great. My appointment was for 12:15, and within 10 minutes I was in the exam room. How often does that ever happen! The staff is professional and friendly, another rarity. I have been coming here for years, and it’s always like this. Great place!

I didn’t have an appointment so I called to see if they take walk ins. They said yes! I got tested for covid and everything went so smoothly. From walking in to getting my result. Everything happened quickly. Staff were nice. I also love the location because there’s so much parking available.Would recommend!

I’m sure no one gets excited about testing for COVID - I’m no different. So i was pleasantly surprised and impressed with Total Men’s today. The office was simple but very clean and the staff was super friendly and just made you feel comfortable. The test was still not fun and a little uncomfortable but I walked out feeling well taken care of. Oh, and test results promptly received “Negative”! Yay! Thumbs up from me!!!

This place is amazing! Quick check in, the nicest group of people, great bedside manner. The doctor took the time to talk about everything, almost 45 minutes. Great place! Highly recommend.

Went here for covid antigen testing. 30 seconds to book an appointment and 10 mins at the center to fill the initial forms and do the actual test. They also send you a message and a pdf with the test result in 30 mins. Friendly staff and an excellent covid test center. Would recommend 10/10.

Went in for rapid COVID test. Thankfully they accept walk ins. Most other places you have to make an appointment a few days out. They were very friendly and welcoming. I was in and out. No long wait or pages of paperwork. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Totally Mens Clinic. I got tested for COVID-19 there. Staff is super nice and amazing facility with a sitting lounge. I was in and out within 5 min and got my result in less than an hour. Super convenient!

This place is amazing! Our family of 4 arrived at 8 when it opened and we were able to get covid tested within 30 minutes and received out results within the hour. The entire process was easy and the staff could not have been nicer. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a covid test.

This is a great place! I was a first-time patient and arrived early, thinking I would need to fill out 15 minutes of paperwork. There was no paperwork! It was online and I finished it in five minutes. The waiting room was great......two TVs, snacks and drinks. They got me in to a room before my appointment time and Dr. Jennifer was in the room right after they took my basic vitals. I was done in 15 minutes. This is the way a visit to the doctor should be!

I went in for a covid rapid test today. The process was very smooth, quick, and safe. Staff was also very friendly. And the waiting room is like a man cave- complete with snacks, drinks, and 2 TVs. I’m sure my husband will rethink where he goes to the doctor now! :)

Recently went in for my annual physical and blood work. Everything was incredible. Everyone was personable and made the entire operation a joy. Dr. Lewis was extremely easy to talk to and a straight shooter on all fronts. Honestly, after concerns and questions were addressed, we spent the majority of the time talking wine and favorite travel destinations. This is my primary care from this point forward. Thanks to the whole staff, y’all made it smooth.

Came to this clinic to get a rapid COVID test. The staff was so friendly! I was a walk in and they told me they could fit me in even though they were fully booked for appointments. The wait was short, the test itself was one of the more gentle experiences I’ve had with it. Would definitely send friends and family here!! PS they are seeing all patients (not just men) for COVID testing!

I think this place is great for men’s health! First off the waiting area is more then just a series of chairs in a row. It’s comfortable. The nurses and doctors are very nice and down to earth. They understand the needs I had and are working with me to get these needs sorted! Fantastic! 5 out of 5!

Got to my appointment early Got right in by the time the doctor was available to see me in the exam room it was still before my original appointment time. Very clean and up-to-date facility and if you do have to wait they have sports and news on in the waiting area. Staff is also very helpful and provides information about what ever you need

After calling and researching places where I could get a rapid Covid test the same day, I came across Total Men’s. They accommodate walk-ins. The process for registration was quick and easy (scanning a QLR code, filling in your information, & uploading pictures of your Insurance card and valid ID). The staff was friendly and very professional. I had my results within 20 minutes! Definitely recommending to others.

Cool place. Very professional but also treated me like a human being. I am always seen exactly on time, and in and out in a reasonable time. Getting appointments has not been a problem either.I have stopped going to my previous primary care physician at Scott and White because this is much more convenient and frankly, better care.

Had a Covid Rapid test this morning at Total Men’s Primary and the service was great! I was able to walk in and was seen quickly. The test results took only 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly. Great place to go and it’s for everyone, not just men.

I was able to get in same day (by doing an online appointment - however I called too and I was able to get a real person on the phone very quickly) for a rapid COVID-19 test. Their process was pretty straight forward. My appointment was at 8:35 a.m. After paperwork (done on my own phone) and a brief wait, I was tested at 8:50 a.m. I had my results at 9:18 a.m. I was able to wait in my car after the test while they prepared results. They took my insurance, but I did have to pay a one-time $20 administrative fee.

Great service. I got a little lost and arrived a few minutes late and they were accommodating which was great. The wait wasn’t horrible, the typical 30min (Tops) for most clinical visits and I waited in my car for the results.Would recommend.

This is my primary care facility- I had to go in for a Covid test for my employer today; as a walk-in. They were very friendly and prompt, I only waited maybe 8mins before getting called back. The test was terrible but it unavoidable, the staff made it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend checking this location out.

They only have one provider, and part of their business model is to schedule two customers at the same time hoping one of the customers will wait around for the other guy to finish. I got a refund and walked out after 20 minutes.

First time coming here and I loved it! Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and polite. I had an appointment at 10:45 I was checked in and they did what they had to do and I was out in about 30 minutes. They also have a very simple and clean office space which is great.

Was a nice place. I would recommend it. It have a lovely waiting room but i didnt have a chance to get comfy because i was called back less then 10 seconds of sitting down. I how to cool for an insurance thing and they pulled me back immediately can I have to wait 48 hours or 24 hours for a reply which is brilliant. The only thing that was surprising was there wasnt any men in there as doctor. Which is with me. Staff we great.

I really don’t like going to the doctor’s office, like a majority of men. Visiting Total Men’s was actually a pleasant experience though. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions fully. Plus the office was clean and the waiting room was very comfortable. I went for a rapid COVID test today. My insurance covered it so no charge to me and they gave me an answer by phone in less than 30 minutes. Made an appointment online. No waiting. Couldn’t be any easier! And thankfully I was negative. Woo Hoo! I would recommend these guys to anyone who might be worried about COVID. Only crummy part is the nose swab not pleasant but not painful either.

It was a different way of health care. They were pleasant and made me feel like the only patient there. They did my blood work and explained what I needed. They worked very well with my insurance company and started my treatment on the same day and at the same appointment so I only had one co-pay and not two.If you cant get the treatment that you deserve from your present physicians, then come to this facility and you will.

Made an appointment based on previous reviews and ability to get in fairly quickly. My employer changed health plans and my previous provider was not part of the new plan. I am on testosterone replacement therapy and needed a prescription as I was about out. I saw that the practice advertised testosterone treatment and figured great! Process was pleasant from streamlined check in to short wait!

I’m not a man but you don’t have to be a man to go to Total Men’s (for covid tests at least) Every covid test I’ve got has been really fast & easy (I’ve gotten at least 6 with them now), in & out in 15 minutes. Sometimes the results come in 30 minutes & sometimes they come a few hours later but for rapid testing this is the most efficient I’ve found in the city. They’ve got great snacks/coffee, the nurses are nice and they have multiple locations with so many different appointment times. And they take so many insurances!! Would recommend if you’re wanting to get tested weekly just to be safe for you & your loved ones.

Dr. Lewis is amazing. Even during busy times, she expresses a personal interest in helping every patient through anything. She goes above and beyond to make sure youre getting the best care! Very thorough. I never feel appointments are rushed. She listens. So glad I found her!

I recently visited total men’s on William Cannon. The staff was full of smiles and professionalism as soon as I walked through the door. I’m very self-conscious about my health but the friendly attitude and nature of the receptionist and other staff members made it very comfortable to answer and ask questions. They were very respectful and conscious of my insecurities and very prompt upon my arrival to answer all of my questions and concerns looking forward to my next visit highly recommend this location.

This is the place to go to get covid rapid testing. Online ,sign iup, go in ,get results, leave..Its amazingly efficient,They take most insurance cards (go online and see) and they dont charge you anything (if your insurance covers it)... unless you are cash pay (there is a fee).All the staff is friendly and helpful with all your questions. They are true to their word as far as cleaning after every patient. I witnessed this.Then theres the waiting room...amazing snack and beverage bar, take what you like...within reason...

Overall great experience for my annual physical. They have a very professional staff and high end facility (with free snacks, coffee and ESPN while you wait). I had to ding them one star because they were not up-to-date on the latest dieting trend called intermittent fasting. A part of my physical was to seek advise on whether this eating strategy would be best suited for me to achieve my fitness goals. However, they never heard of it before my visit. Otherwise, great experience and I will return.

The location and ease with which to get prescriptions refilled is the only reason I come here. Every other aspect is pretty terrible. extraordinarily unprofessional staff and if you expect to get in and be seen during your time for appointment you will be disappointed. I recently waited 30 minutes past my appointment just to be seated in the exam and wait another 20 minutes before being seen. They also take their lunch at 1 pm during the week and have no one answering the door or phones until after 230 despite what are listed as open hours. It just feels like amateur hour

I went to Total Men’s Primary Care to get a Rapid Antigen Test and Antibody Test for COVID-19 to make sure I was safe to see family for Thanksgiving. I did not have an appointment but luckily Total Men’s accepts walk-ins so I was able to get tested. Plus, Total Men’s accepts most health insurance so my visit was completely covered. The staff was amazing and friendly and there is little to no wait time even though I was a walk-in. Free snacks too!!! I will highly be recommending this place to all my family and friends.

Dr. Lewis and her staff were great and tech enabled so no paperwork! She spent time with me and gave me options that many other docs hadnt provided so I appreciate her willingness to think outside the box. I was really happy with the service and care.

Guys I cannot stress enough, it was hands down the best visit to a Doctors office. It didnt feel cold and unwelcome. The staff was great, and very friendly. I went in for a full check up and they caught some things that need tweaking. I was in and out in 45 minutes and had a treatment plan. Give it a shot, you wont be disappointed. This was my first time visiting a Total Mens clinic and it was a great experience! I went in for my first yearly check up in years, fasted, at around noon, so I was really hungry. I walked in and found a really nice lounge area with coffee, drinks, and snacks and as soon as they took my vitals they let me go in and grab a few snacks, I was so grateful! The staff was also very professional and the practitioner answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I highly recommend coming to this clinic if your a guy and need primary practitioner.

I had a good feeling about this clinic from the moment I walked in. Very clean facility and friendly staff. The comfortable waiting room was nice along with good conversation with other guests. Upon my initial consultation I decided to move forward with treatment. I am glad I did so due to feeling like a new person. Alone, just for that I am grateful. I had a mishap on my treatment and I brought up the concern to Robert Cek. From that moment on I felt like I was very well taken care of. Which me, being in the hospitality business felt good that someone would take the time out of their day and go above and beyond to make sure my needs where being met. As long as I am living in Austin I will be a patient of Total Mens Care.

I saw Michael and he was very thorough with my concerns and was able get me fixed up quickly. Overall I am pleased with my experience and I will be returning.

Doc Wieneke was very attentive, courteous and listened.The staff was also fantastic. Received reminder texts and even got a phone call a while before my appt saying they were running about 15-20 behind....now thats consideration for your patients. The front desk manager was polite and considerate...thanks for the water! The nurse that took my blood was also very nice, thorough, gentle and professional.If your looking for good quality service....dont go here...cause I want them all to myself..LOL.Highly recommended.

Total men’s is always very good. I’ve been going there for a couple of years, and they have never failed to see me in more than 5 to 10 minutes. The staff is friendly as is the doctor, who is thorough and always takes her time with me. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. I will definitely continue to go to this clinic.

I had a terrible experience at the downtown location, was sent out of the facility and had to reschedule to a different location. I went to arbor hills, and they went above and beyond on helping me with taking care of everything! Angela, the front desk, as well as my physician Catherine, were so kind to me. They treated me with the upmost respect and best patient care. 10/10 recommend the arbor hills location!!

I went in for a physical test at this location. While the clinic looks good (and offers drinks and snacks), my overall experience with their service was very bad, to say the least. Firstly, a routine physical test in any other place includes a kidney functioning test, this place does not. Secondly, after the test the after-care service is pathetic to say the least. They required for me to follow-up with them to receive a link to sign up on their patient portal and my blood work results did not come for two weeks after my physical exam. This despite me following up with them at least three times.Do not recommend this place. Their after-care service is pathetic and require multiple follow-ups. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Fast no hassle friendly service. I have been going for about a year now and from the time you walk in till the time you leave you are treated with respect and kindness. There is a large TV with a cooler full of drinks and snacks in the waiting room. They work with insurance which most other places dont. I recommend coming here and talking to the professionals and have them set you on a plan which will change your life.

Catherine was fantastic to see, she actually takes the time to really listen and offer helpful feedback/advice. Definitely see why the reviews around her are so positive.The front desk on the other hand is pretty terrible. Younger woman was very pushy about making appointments during checkout and very dismissive when I asked questions around billing and reasons for additional charges. Very uncomfortable situation leaving as she kept cutting me off with “good day sir.” to my questions.Highly suggest addressing the sub par level of customer service at reception.

My appointments are always fast, friendly, and efficient. Im usually in and out within 15 minutes of my appointment start time. This allows me to continue with my busy schedule.The staff is great and can always answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend this office to any guy that is looking for primary care.

Came to this location to get a covid test and left with not receiving one. Filled out all the paperwork and was told to wait in the waiting area to get called back. An hour later decided to leave because the wait was to long and not once did I see any staff sanitize this waiting room. Over 12 people came in and sat in chairs touched multiple drinks in a fridge while selecting their beverage of choice. A few people took masks off while in the office waiting room so I guess masks are not required as staff did not say anything to these people. I could not have been more uncomfortable or shocked. Find a better place to look after your health!

Went in for antigen testing & was very pleased with my experience! Creating a reservation and completing the patient registration were very easy, check-in and testing were very fast, and the staff were kind and helpful - would definitely recommend.

So I visited total mens primary for the 1st time today. I usually hate dealing with doctors and their staff, however total mens was my best experience to date. I was late and they made no fuss about it, the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. See Dr. Lewis if you can she was incredible. I finally found a primary care I want dread visiting!

I went to Total Men’s for a Covid Test and it was so quick and easy!! I’ve been sending all my friends and family here. The check-in is done with a QR code and then you can either wait outside or in their waiting room until they are ready for you. My appointment was at 9:10am and I was in my car leaving at 9:15am. I will keep scheduling here for all future tests!

I arrived 10 minutes early for a 10 am appointment. It took 5 minutes for the receptionist to look up from the computer with a snide Are you here to check in? After presenting 2 insurance cards I was told we dont accept medicare at all and Ill have to verify this other coverage in an even more snide tone. Seems right from the start they are only interested in how much they can bilk an insurance company for. Never saw a Dr. I left after the response I got at the Welcome desk.

Short wait! Very courteous quick and efficient! Truly tried to do everything they could to help with my situation and making sure my prescriptions are covered as much as possible through my insurance! Very pleased with their service and will recommend them to others!

This review is for my visit to Total Mens today. I made an appointment for 11:15. I got checked in right away and then sat in a lovely waiting area with a glass fridge that would make most bars green with envy. I was there for a Covid test so I most definitely wouldve taken a cold beer but a yellow Gatorade would suffice. After a few sips, my name was called and I stepped into the patient room. A very nice doctor was ready to insert swab into my nose and boy did he. Within 10 seconds test was done. He told me I would have results in 30 minutes. I leave and get into my car. Within 5 minutes I get a call from Donna saying I was indeed positive for Covid. I pretty much knew that I had it being that earlier in the day I stuck a brand new sharpie practically up my nose and couldnt smell a thing (and it was one of the jumbo ones) She was very sweet and sounded like she genuinely cared how I felt. I told her that it wasnt her fault that I got Covid and I feel her day may be a little better knowing that information. My experience was great except for the outcome of my test but hey, thats life in the big city.

They had plenty of days and hours available so I scheduled an appointment and I was in and out in 10 mins and my results were sent to in less than 45 mins. Quick, friendly, and easy process for a covid test. I did the paperwork online before arriving and was in and out in 5 minutes. I got my results in an hour. Insurance covered the costs of the exam. Would highly recommend for those who need a covid test.

I was billed for a procedure I was told by the billing department (and the Doctor) that I was approved for. Turns out I wasn’t and now I’m stuck with the entire bill. They need to own up to their mistake and forgive my bill in its entirety. I would never be able to afford something like that without insurance. I don’t understand how a company who’s based around health and ethical reasoning is more concerned about collecting their money. A mechanic wouldn’t charge you to fix your car if he broke it. Fix your mistakes!

I havent had a primary care physician since being an adult. Given the current times and getting older I felt it was necessary to start investing in my well-being. It was good to be able to mix physical and mental health conversations with the same person and my doctor made me feel super comfortable. Glad I made this decision and now I look forward to keeping myself in check.

The staff takes time to hear all my concerns and goes the extra mile to work stuff out with insurance company. Jennifer talked to me about what I may possibly be sick from. And unlike most Drs office she did not read off a clipboard and talk down to me as a patient. I appreciate that. As I was in the office anyways I thought it to be a good time to discuss my T therapy. While I had gotten the pellets several months ago and had a good experience with them. My finical situation had changed a little bit for the rest of the year. Caleb was good enough to work out a way for me to continue getting treatment! It seems that Mens only health centers are becoming the rage now. You cant listen to the radio without hearing another ad from some new place. But my care and my money will be staying at Total Mens.

I’ve used Total Men’s Primary Care several times recently for COVID-19 testing to be an essential visitor. It’s really easy to get on their website and book an appointment. They were very friendly and efficient during my visit. I like the fact that it’s all covered by my insurance.

I’ve been going to tmpc for a couple of years now. The staff is always very friendly. The doctor explains things well and treats me like a human being. The first time I went in my blood pressure was really high so they gave me some lifestyle tips and now my blood pressure is completely under control.

Recently visited Total Men’s Primary Care at Arbor Trails. Had a great visit- friendly and professional staff and was seen quickly without an appointment. Safety precautions are clearly being followed to make patients feel safe throughout the duration of their visit. Will definitely be back and will be spreading the word and encouraging friends and family to see them as well.

An excellent experience! Catherine Lewis and the team were top notch, efficient and easy to talk to. I went in for a prescription medication consult, had an EKG test run and was out of there in 10-15mins. I highly recommend!!

Went in for a COVID test today and was in and out in under 5 minutes. Results were really quick too and came through a texted link. This is the place to go if you want a quick and pleasant experience!

Very simple and quick check in for a walk up COVID test. Staff was extremely nice and upbeat, especially for what is a tough time in healthcare. Made Total Men’s my primary care center last year and this visit helped prove that was the correct choice.

Friendly and courteous staff, less than 5 min wait in a very nicely stocked lounge with snacks and drinks. I was in and out for my Covid rapid test in like 15 min and received my results within an hour as promised!

I have been tested twice at this facility because of travel requirements. This is the quickest process to get results. They claim it takes 15 minutes but it really takes less. I especially enjoy the man cave they call a lounge. I have decided to make this my Primary Care.
