I scheduled a first time appointment with them months in advance only to have my appointment cancelled with no explanation. They never reached out to try to reschedule. I just got multiple texts and emails saying there was an unforeseen conflict. It is incredibly difficult to find a obgyn who isn’t booked out months in advance. My partner and I have been trying to get pregnant and I’m turning 40 this year. This has been a huge letdown. Time is already running out for me. This has been deeply frustrating on top of an already sadder situation.

After multiple visits, I realized that our first negative encounter was not her just having an “off day”, but that Dr. Sally Grogono is dismissive and has terribly poor bedside manner. When asked about plans for the delivery/birth, she replied with “we don’t read birth plans”. She is not welcoming at appointments, and did not make either myself or even my husband feel respected, heard, or valued in any way as a patient of hers. She always seemed eager to get out of the room as quickly as she could. We were not supported during our time with her and I certainly would not have felt supported during delivery if we had kept our care with Dr. Grogono. We discontinued care with Dr. Grogono and Ascension Seton because of our negative and disrespectful encounters with her. Luckily, we found a new provider (not affiliated with Seton) who smiles when she walks in, actually greets you, and was willing to discuss birth plan options. Leaving Grogono was the best decision I made for my pregnancy and for the birth of my child. I just hope other pregnant mothers-to-be aren’t made to feel like I was when seeing her.

Hard to communicate with nurse and medical staff. No direct call, or delayed answering the questions in portal. Posting your results late and have chase for your results.Poor scheduling experience. No voice mail or call back from them.

I had the pleasure of working as a nurse here for the last 2 years amongst the very best! The Drs, NPs, PAs, Nurses, MAs and front desk are truly dedicated to giving superior care. This office also offers an in house lab, mammogram, ideal protein, ultrasound and bone density for the convenience of their patients these also are run by experienced & dedicated staff!! As an employee I made many lifetime friends in this very friendly environment. I would recommend this office to any patient as Im sure there is a Dr in this large practice that would be exactly what you are looking for. I had the pleasure of directly working with Dr Nunnelly and Maria and their dedication to the overall care of their patients is above and beyond. They personally have patients that have been returning for many years who are like family to them. I will miss this office deeply and highly recommend it!!!

My gynecologist is Dr. Hoverman, with whom I went through my pregnancy, but Dr. Grogono is the doctor who was there during my labor. All are simply wonderful doctors ( and nurses ) at these locations, whom I can not recommend enough!

After calling the scheduling department to let them know I was stuck in traffic and had no moved in the past 10 minutes, which would make me late and to notify the imaging people I was trying to get there, I was told when I did arrive that I would not be getting my mammogram as I was late. I let them know I called and told them I was late and they were like nope you have to reschedule, I live an hour and a half away and was like nope I called and stated I was stuck in traffic and the girl at the counter stated that I would have to reschedule as I was late. I did not reschedule and will not be coming back to have anything done by this group.

I felt a lack of care and sympathy. I feel like Dr. Grogono explained she couldn’t detect a heartbeat at this time but didn’t give me or our baby a chance. Even with science there are explanations for this. It could still be too early. I could easily have ovulated late which is completely normal for me to ovulate later than anticipated. I have ovulated as late as 6 days prior to my expected period before. I feel like instead of suggesting let’s wait and check back in a week or two she was so ready to just abort the baby. That’s not right. The only reason we have another appt scheduled is because that’s what we wanted. SHE should have been that one that suggested another appt first. It’s not her fault if something was to go or be wrong with my pregnancy but her approach was so not okay. She gave absolutely no hope or love in our situation. I will not be returning to this clinic and I will be going to another Dr for a second opinion.This happened to a friend of mine who is also currently pregnant and it took them 2 more weeks to detect her babies heartbeat. The fact this clinic is so willing to admit abortion without the patient having any signs of miscarrying blows my mind.

Dr. Reue and his group of nurses are just great. He is one of the best medical professionals that can identify issues while babies are in the womb and take care of you and your baby like very few doctors can. As we all would expect, he has an excellent bedside manner and listens carefully to your concerns. His staff is also very caring and are always happy to help.

Didn’t have to wait long. The nurse was very nice and friendly. Dr. Reue was, as always, great and knowledgeable. He answers all questions to my satisfaction and always makes me feel comfortable. He is an awesome doctor!!

Everyone is nice, kind, and friendly.Ive been seeing Doctor Reue, for many many, years. Dr. Reue is very kind, thorough and concerned. It’s always scary going to the doctor for exams and testing but Dr Reue is incredible. He has amazing bedside manner and has been an OBGYN for 37 years. I was incredibly scared when I got my results but Sarah (Sara) got me an appointment the same day in 4 hours on a Monday to sit with him so he could fully explain it to me and ease my mind. He told me I was fine and not to worry. Best doctor for women’s health I’ve ever been to. I’m so glad I found him on my insurance portal.Thank you to the nurses, front desk staff and especially Dr Reue!

Genuinely the worst healthcare experience Ive ever had. I had to wait over an HOUR AND A HALF later than my scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Babaran. When I was initially seated the nurse told me to remove my garments so I was just sitting there uncomfortably with my lower half naked for the LONGEST time. When she finally got to me, the entire experience felt unprepared, rushed, and very dismissive. Dr. Babaran left the appointment without asking if I had any further questions with no discussions of follow-up. I left feeling deeply disappointed and frusturated only to wind up with a $501 medical bill and $60 charge from Clinical Pathology Laboratories for a test I had to wait a week for the results. Meanwhile, a NP from UT UHS (University of Health Services) was able to return back to me in 10 minutes by simply swabbing and looking under a microscope. Absolutely ridiculous and a scam. If youre a UT student dont even bother and just go to UHS Gynecology, $10 visit versus $501 visit. (only $250 after insurance adjustment)

Had a great visit with Dr. Hooverman for my annual. The entire visit was timely and comfortable. I had great consultation on birth control methods and would absolutely recommend!

Great experience! Everything about my visit was wonderful. It’s always scary going to a new doctor/office but I loved it. My appointment was at 1:30p, but I got there at 1p to fill out any paper work. They called me back at 1:05p, vital signs, took me to a room, saw the doctor/had my annual exam, got blood work and was out by 1:30pm! This never happens when I’ve gone to prior doctors. Very happy with my experience! Dr. Hoverman was very kind and made sure I didn’t have any additional questions or concerns before leaving the room. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a new doctor!

Dr. McCoin is very knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. Her Staff is professional and friendly. I never feel rushed at my appointments. Im very blessed to have her as my physician.

Jessica Schiller is amazing. She was able to stop my chronic issue with one snip on the first visit! She is knowledgeable, efficient, skillful and empathetic. She offered her time to answer any questions during visit and after. She is very professional and should be cloned.

I’ve gone to the Obgyn group of Austin for 9 years, the acquisition by Seton/Ascension has forced me to change providers. Communication is so difficult and opaque (check their page on google — no hours listed, their website says call for and yet every single time I try to call it’s somehow outside business hours). I’ve been chasing test results from a genetic test for over 3 months that they said they would have to me in 2 weeks. I’ve had to call at least 7 times, enduring interminable hold times (even their hold warns you that they’re usually the most busy before 12….if you know that, hire more staff!) and have yet to receive a single call back, despite speaking to multiple members of front desk staff. This is so disappointing because I loved my experiences with the actual medical practitioners, but the sloppy systems, horrible customer service and endless frustrations have forced me to change providers. That said, I would still like my test results that I was definitely charged for. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. *** appended to note that Daniella (Danielle?) called me back and was wonderful. She was so helpful but the damage has been done and I’ve already changed providers, I did want to highlight how great she was as my “final act”.

Dr. Reue is a fantastic Doctor. I am fortunate to be his patient.I am in absolute disbelief I managed to get an appointment, thanks to Sarah in Dr. Reues office. When I spoke with the Central Scheduling Office I was told Dr. Reues office had no availability until October.

45 min wait. When I went to ask about it the clerk said “Oh she delivered a baby earlier so she’s behind.” Couldn’t someone have told me this?! I left.

I cannot say enough good things about ObGyn Group of Austin and Dr. McCoin. Ive recommended her to all of my female friends. I feel deeply cared for by her - even if I havent been in a year she still remembers me and things weve discussed in the past. She takes the time to ensure all of my questions are answered and I have all the information I need. She creates an environment where I feel comfortable and well cared for. Im so excited that she is the doctor who will help bring our twins into this world! I also want to add that everyone on her staff is a dream. They are always positive, so personal and extremely informative.

Love the Dr. not this group. Immediately when I walked in, I was not greeted by happy faces. All 3 front offices girls looked like they just rolled out if bed and hate their jobs. No friendly smile, no how is your day, just frowns. If I didnt like Dr. Hoverman do much, Id look elsewhere. Oh, and Ive been waiting in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes. I take work off to make these appointments and then end up needing to take off more time. If this is a consistent pattern, I may to look elsewhere unfortunately. Ive beencoming here for over 3 years and they treat you like cattle here.To who ever responds...no need to leave a generic response. Ive read rhe other reviews and your response. Obviously, nothing is taken seriously.

Do not recommend!They cancelled on me the first time and didn’t even bother to call me to set up another appointment.And then when I arrived to my second appointment, they cancelled on me AGAIN!So frustrating because they told me over the phone they did accept my insurance and at the office told me there was changes a few days back and that they didn’t accept it anymore . They should have told me before hand and not have me miss work and time out of my day to drive to their office !I do not recommend!! They are not reliable!

I couldn’t be more frustrated and disappointed in a provider if I tried. While I love my actual doctor, the administrative level of service is downright disruptive to trying to be a patient here. I will unfortunately be leaving and finding a new OBGYN after the experience I had today. Called the office and spoke to someone 5 different times today to try to make sure a prescription was filled before I go out of the country. Even setup my next annual to ensure that wasn’t a roadblock. Didn’t get it done and then when I called the after hours line as I literally leave tomorrow, the person who called me back was completely rude, borderline insulting, and told me that my doctor isn’t even practicing right now. THEN HOW DO I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER FOR JANUARY 31st? This is unacceptable.

Love my ob here but the billing lady COLENE or wtv her name is and patricia are so unprofessional!

Dr. Hoverman is knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to listen. I highly recommend her to women who are even past the age of childbirth.

Dr. McCoin and her team are amazing! She spends quality time with you, and listens to concerns. Also, whenever you have lab work, or tests done, the office calls you immediately to share results instead of waiting for a follow-up appointment. Highly recommend!

I will never go here or suggest to anyone that I know go here. I went for an appointment to have my IUD removed. The woman I saw, a Nurse Practitioner, basically told me NO and to Make sure it was what I wanted before she would consider removing it. Told me to wait a few weeks and make another appointment. I am a 31 year old woman. I made the decision to make the appointment in the first place I had already thought it through. After deciding to do a Pap Test and taking what seemed like FORVER to get OUT of me fiddling around trying to find the string to my IUD that she didnt want to remove in the first place, she sent me downstairs to the lab with a full work up only for them to tell me that I needed to be fasting for 10 hours in order for them to run any tests. Thanks for humiliating me and wasting my time. I didnt even get results for the Pap test.

Dr. J Gooch is great! Very calm demeanor who makes me feel relaxed during my first pregnancy, its great to have. His interests in patients shows. Their birthing and infant care classes offered are also a nice bonus. Love the location, parking is never a problem, Im usually in and out in less than 30 minutes and dont have to pay a fee. 10/10 recommend.

Upon first meeting Dr. Gooch, he informed me it was his gut instinct that I was having a chemical pregnancy due to my urine preg test being faint in the office at 2 pm while I was, what turns out, 4 weeks pregnant (and extremely well hydrated). I was crushed leaving that day, but I knew better. Statements that bold should never be said by an MD unless they are 100% certain. This was before any labs were drawn, etc. I also have a thyroid condition which is supposed to be closely monitored during pregnancy every 4 weeks (pretty important stuff for fetal development) and I had to remind him of this to order the labs (at one point, 7 weeks after my last lab draw). I ended up feeling like I was managing my own care and decided to leave his office as this is my first pregnancy and I have no idea what I am doing.I am now 6.5 months along and STILL recieving bills from their office. I called and took care of my total balance in October. Today I call after receiving yet another bill, explaining to the the employee this is ridiculous and I am not paying more money to a practice I left months ago for good reasoning, I tell her to please send this to management and have them contact me. She then says Ok, well I will have to send this to management and its up to them if they send to collections. Excuse me? Youre already threatening to send me to collections without talking to management (which I did the last time I received a bill as well) and on the same day you have sent me the bill? I am SO done with this clinic and wanted to warn any other first time mamas. You will be just another number here.

I really liked the doctor. He explained everything clearly to me and made me feel less nervous. I also liked his office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jason Gooch for the last five years including two pregnancies. He always takes the time to listen to and address all my concerns at appointments. He has a very calm demeanor which is exactly what I needed as a first time mom to be. His nurses are quick to call back to answer pregnancy related questions. I would recommend Dr. Gooch to any woman looking for a compassionate physician.

Ive been a patient here for two years, until today.My last three appointments were cancelled because the doctor suddenly changed his schedule and I was not notified that my appointment had to be rescheduled until I was already there. In yesterdays case, I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes waiting for the doctor, and when I inquired with the receptionist they suddenly just were notified that my doctor wasnt even in the office that day.I feel disrespected by the lack of care and communication, and will be finding another physician.

Dr. Sally Grogono. ♡ Where do I begin to say how blessed I am to have met her... I have been with her for all 3 of my pregnancies since 2012. In 2012 after I had a csection she noticed I had chronic appendicitis and quickly called the correct surgeon to come and remove it. I was very grateful that she caught it and was able to safely remove my baby. Then on October 31, 2018 her and her staff noticed I needed to have an emergency csection at 36 weeks. I can go on but I will leave it at I am a blessed woman and mother to have had her deliver all my precious healthy babies and I would recommend her to EVERY pregnant woman I know!❤︎

I would recommend Dr Grogono and Dr Mccoin, and Jessica, NP at Austin, OB-Gyn. They have wonderful team members, great bedside care and did an excellent job in taking care of us, my baby girl.

Providers are great, office is not.My biggest complaint about this practice is the lack of communication. Its probably the worst Ive experience in terms of ease when scheduling, trying to reach doctors, etc. You will wait on hold for 30+ minutes any time you call in. You are forced to route through the automated system. I could literally recite the advertisement they loop on the phone by memory. Im not exaggerating when I say Ive spent more time on the phone than inside the building over the last 5 years.

Dr Reue was incredible!! He delivered my baby last week and the labor and delivery was absolutely perfect! Throughout the pregnancy the office always ran on time, had respectable staff and I could be in and out in less than an hour, sometimes sooner. I would highly recommend this group and especially Doctor Reue!

Ive been going to The ObGyn Group of Austin since I was 14 years old. I didnt love my previous ObGyn there, but ever since I switched to Dr. McCoin several years ago, I couldnt be happier. Shes very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. She is kind and caring and I hope to get pregnant and have her deliver my baby one day! :)

Perfect example of our confusing and frustrating healthcare system.I have been going there for nearly 7 years and they have been under several different “ownerships” the old patient systems and the new don’t seem to talk.Tried to schedule an appointment and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of them. Once I did schedule they never sent the location which I would be going too.I went to their Westlake location and Ashlynn, the front desk receptionist, was completely inept in helping me. I was sent to one of their 5 locations in town just to find out that this second location was not the one where my appointment was scheduled.Once the location was figured out the wait time was nearly 15 minutes after already arriving 10 minutes late. I wasn’t told upon my arrival that I “was rescheduled” and was only told this after checking in on what was going on.I absolutely like the doctor and the only reason why i come back but this has been one of the worst experiences and clearly demonstrates why people are apprehensive to go see a doctor.If you are expecting a personal touch and responsiveness please note that they work as a machine and are working to get patients in, out and make money.

I have been using this Dr office for years now. They have excellent customer service and communicate quick and easy. Haven’t had a single issue since I started coming here.

Brought my 15 year old Granddaughter in and they were wonderful with her. So very happy have found a positive environment for her at such a young age where she felt very comfortable. We thank you!

1st pregnqncy. A friend suggested that I schedule to see hoverman says its the place to go! Its my first pregnancy so I decided to schedule. I Called 3x yesterday and had to leave a voicemail every single time. Do they not have front desk employees? Ive worked in the medical field before so Im a little confused on why no one answered my calls. So yeah, had to leave 3 voicemails no answer. So I went online. Requested a call back that way... Was told it would take another 24hrs until I get a response. So I decided maybe I can call and say Im a current patient? in Hopes of being able to speak to a real person. Im writing this as Im on hold. ...Been waiting for over 10min.WHOA! so...it rang and SURPRISE I was sent to another voicemail. What in the world? I mean how does this place even have returning clients? No one answers and no one returns calls or emails. What happens if I become a patient? Do I only leave voicemails? Will I ever be able to speak to someone? What if I needed to speak to my doctor? Or nurse? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was recommended to this place and now Ill have to ask my friend if this was some sort of prank. I cant imagine trusting this clinic with my life or my little one. West worst worstFYII got a call back 5 DAYS later..5 days. I was told I was calling the correct number. They have no idea what happen or why no one returned my emails or calls. Thank God I found another place. My advise is...look elsewhere

Sitting in the waiting room for a regular Pap smear, nothing fancy with their PA not even my normal OBGYN. It’s 45 minutes past my appointment and I have nothing to do other than leave a review for having to wait this long for a routine appointment. Finally got to my exam room only to wait another 20 minutes…

Its been over a YEAR and Im still fighting with collections and insurance still over bills from them. Saying that I have 2 insurances when I only have one! My delivery was a nightmare, I came into the hospital and I called prior in labor and was denied pain management for 3 hours holding in my screams with my arms wrapped around the railings of the bed shaking in pain because SUSAN in delivery triage was nice enough to make me out to be a drug seeking junkie and was I almost sent home all because my my husband and I are tattooed and periced. My husband and I were enraged! After being moved into the delivery room I was close to being ready to push! They SCRAMBLED to get my epidural, this was after I was told that the only reason I wasnt sent home was that my daughters blood pressure dropped with my out of sync contractions by SUSAN ( my contractions were out of sync my whole labor) After putting in a complaint Seton did nothing! I loved Dr. Gooch but holy hell still dealing with bills and with a horrible labor experience I will NOT be returning to Seton.

Well, Dr. Gooch may be great if you are young and having a baby, but for a peri-menopausal woman he is pretty unhelpful. He showed very little concern for my symptoms and pretty much dismissed my concerns as silly and an overreaction. Just what you want from a doctor. I will admit he does a pretty quick Pap smear and the mammography tech was fantastic, but I cant say I would recommend him to any woman about to go through the change.

Dr.McCoin and her staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The office and exam room were very clean. Pleased with my first visit as I was anxious, of course, but I got all my questions & concerns taken care of.

Dr McCoin is compassionate, kind, and takes time to answer questions. She is thorough and I have always felt comfortable and confident in her medical care.

Do they not want my business? I signed up on the website weeks ago, someone emailed me to call for an appointment. Ive been calling to try to set an appointment several times in the last couple weeks, at various times of the day and no one answers. I sent an email to the original person to follow up and she never responded. I get that its a busy time. But you need to respond to emails and calls. Looking elsewhere.

I told them my birth plans from day one, 6ish weeks pregnant - natural birth, no vaccines, ect ect, very crunchy - and was told by grogono that was perfectly fine until I was in labor. She only then decided, while in full blown labor, contractions every minute, to flip out on me for my choices she knew since day 1, saying my perfectly healthy, full term baby was going to die if I didn’t give her the synthetic vitimin k (was going to do natural real vitamin k drops at home) and I was going to kill her and I don’t care about her and on and on. She then, after a screaming match for 10 minutes walked out right after saying it was time to push saying “I’m clocking out”. Then I had to sit there, squeezing my half out baby for 15 minutes waiting for the on call doctor (from this practice also) who was upset that he had to come in from his dinner across the street (and let this be very known). My daughters head was so deformed and the top was purple from lack of oxygen from them forcing me to hold her in. The nurses just kept saying “I see the head but don’t push!!!” To make it worse the OB that came in didn’t know what delayed cord clamping even was, and literally told me it would kill my baby. (Literally saves babies life and gives them their blood that they otherwise wouldn’t have). It was a nightmare, a literal nightmare. An experience that is supposed to be so sacred, happy, and moving was a literal nightmare because of these providers. Also like everyone else said, it’s impossible to contact anyone over the phone.I’m still traumatized and angry and it’s been 2.5 years of dealing with this mentally.

Dr. Gooch is the best doctor. Hands down! I have been a patient of the OB/GYN group for over 16 years. I was referred to Dr. Gooch by my previous OB, who retired. What a great referral. He has delivered both of my boys, going on #3, and has provided exceptional care to all of us. I have referred him to my SIL, sister, and cousins because of his great attention and true care for his patients.

I love Dr. Sally G. & Karen, they both were so helpful in finding the right solution for me and are very knowledgeable. The office is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I know Im in good hands with them and Id recommend their team to my friends & family. Thank you ladies for everything!

I used to be a patient of this practice since as long as I can remember. My original gyn, Dr. Wernecke has since retired. He was a great doctor. In 2007, my new doctor at this practice, Dr. Kish, insisted I be scheduled for a procedure based on a lab result. I wanted a second opinion as I suspected that the procedure might not be necessary. Rather than discuss this as an option, The Ob/gyn Group and Dr. Kish sent me a letter that essentially firing me as a patient - related to their liability policies. I want to note that I had before this incident that I had complained to their administration management about a separate issue (the fact that I was kept waiting for over 45 at a time for my appointments on a few occasions).Dr. Abikhaled, who delivered my baby in 2007, was fabulous. I have no complaints with Dr. Kishs medical treatment but I never heard from her personally and was disappointed by the form letter rather than a personal call to discuss this matter.My impression is that this group of professionals is a business policy/management led group rather than a group led by compassionate. Their web site mission promises: respect and friendliness - that was completely lacking in my situation. If you are looking for an honest, fair physician and practice, that partners with you on your medical treatment, I would suggest looking elsewhere.Thank goodness they changed the name of the practice as this behavior totally was not becoming of the honesty, professionalism and caring behavior previously provided by Wernecke & Associates.

Easy to make an appointment and overall quick and efficient process to get things taken care of. Thank you to all the kind and welcoming staff!

I will never ever go back to this OBGYN! they never have the staff when you need them and they seem to be very unorganized and the doctors there do not give you the proper treatment. I simply lost all trust at this place and will no longer go nor do I recommend it.

Dr Reue is awesome! He’s been my doc for 30 plus years. Love him and more than that I trust him.

Very professional medical office. Love the easy check in using the iPads-excellent upgrade. I wish more doctors offices were this high tech and professional. Very happy with the services offered here.

All was great, in and out quick for a mammogram. Loved the online paperwork and check ins. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Had my first check up with Dr. McCoin and she was so kind and informative! They followed COVID protocols and were helpful in answering all my questions. Im so glad I switched to this office!

I changed my review because the office and my doctor were kind enough to get back to me personally regarding my issues with my experience as a patient. I really appreciate that and am glad they personally acknowledged my specific issues.

I sat in their office for 1.5 hours after my appointment time and was still never called back to see the doctor. Extremely disappointing. I left because I was going to be late for a meeting. I later tried calling to cancel an appointment they made for me and was sent to voicemail three times in a row and their voicemail box is full so I can’t even cancel my appointment!!

Office staff is amazing and it was such a pleasure to meet Dr. McCoin I am excited that she will be my OB throughout this pregnancy!

Love this group and Dr. McCoin in particular! The entire team is helpful, caring, and respectful, and theyre pretty good about staying on-time with appointments. Highly recommend.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could, I’ve came here with my first pregnancy and now currently on my second, and I’m 31 weeks pregnant and this office DENIED MY VISIT because I brought my child due to unforeseen circumstances with our sitter, not to mention I drive OVER AN HOUR to be seen here due to the fact I’m comfortable and familiar with my OB. Sad to say I will NEVER come here again and I will NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE.

I could not get anyone to return my phone calls to set up patient portal. I get voicemail and office is closed before 5 pm

Love my doctor who moved to this practice. Have not had positive experiences with the admin or billing processes. If you go in, be prepared to pay arbitrary fees.

This office is wonderful.Centrally located with friendly and helpful staff who answered every question I had.I came in as a Medicaid patient and was treated with respect and excellent care.So glad I picked this office.
