Ovation Fertility Austin

Our embryologists/andrologists were attentive and helpful the day of our retrieval. Following the retrieval, we have received timely updates through our portal. I have been pleased with their organization and look forward to reviewing our genetic results soon. the lab is also adjacent to the surgery center, which made us feel very confident in their handling of our eggs/embryos.

Ovation was great! Allison was nice and caring. Vonda was very informative and helpful. Matthew was informative and took time with me to make sure I had a clear understanding of my cycle. They took very good care of me and made a stressful process a joy. I really appreciate the whole team. They were a joy. The surgery center calmed me and Gabriela was very helpful and made me feel safe after my procedure. The Ovation Austin team was just amazing !!

When I went in for my egg retrieval procedure, I wasnt expecting to meet the staff from Ovation at that time. They came in the room to introduce themselves and explain the processes that would be taking place over the next couple of days. I then received not only a message in my portal the next day with an update, but also a phone call explaining the day 1 results. The staff was very friendly and helped put me at ease during this stressful process.

I’m a African American woman, and I was afraid of going through IVF not knowing if I was going to be treated fairly just knowing the history of my country. But I must say everyone at ovation was so kind, welcoming and made me and my husband feel like family. I love that ovation offer an app that you can text someone and get an immediate response, which give you security knowing your Embryos are in good hands. It don’t matter who you talk too the staff is going to make sure you get the answer to your question. Thank You so much

The billing department has continuously SCREWED UP at every turn. If I didn’t argue with them back and forth call my insurance company and double check every single thing they sent me I would have overpaid by $8,000!!!!!! First they used the wrong persons insurance, then they didn’t review my policy, then they started to tell me what was not included, which actually was after talking to my insurance and only after I had My insurance company send me a detailed list of what is covered did they finally agree and then they had the audacity to say that they had someone on staff that is already familiar with my insurance plan.The IVF process is stressful enough without having to constantly check over my shoulder that the billing department is doing their job right so I’m not being overcharged!I will say that the embryologists are great and communicative!The insurance and billing team ruins the experience.

Part one of our baby journey was amazing. I was nervous about all of it, but it wasn’t bad at all. Going through the egg freezing process was a positive experience. Dr. V and his teamWe’re wonderful. I can’t wait to start part 2 soon. I appreciate Dr. V and hold a lot of respect for him doing what he does still. I’m sure he’s had to face alot through the years for his line of work, but in the end he helps create miracles. TY.

I appreciate Ovation providing as much information as they can prior to my egg retrieval. I did not expect to meet anyone from Ovation in person. It was refreshing to be able to ask questions in person and know what to expect. After my egg retrieval , Ovation was thorough and prompt with their results.

Ovations clinical and embryology team are wonderful. My appointment was perfectly timed, the nurses were thorough and attentive. They did everything they said they would. I couldnt be more pleased with their center-person care!

We had our egg retrieval today and had the pleasure of meeting Kyle. She was very knowledgeable and took away all of my fears and concerns. She was so easy to talk to and down to earth! The whole Ovation staff has been nothing but amazing! Highly recommend them!

The embryologists are great, lots of communication and explanations at every step. I deducted two stars because they continually screw up billing and send me bills for things they “forgot” to charge me for. Additionally they don’t communicate well with their storage company regarding fees. I’ve never been so frustrated and it’s absolutely horrible because the whole IVF process is already stressful and it doesn’t help to have $1k+ bills just pop up months after paying other bills. If you have another choice I’d seriously consider them instead.

The greatest team. They made my wife and I feel so supported and explained everything each step of the way. We are forever thankful for Ovation Fertility.

Slow and they are not courteous(not rude either). Liked the reading material. Have no idea how to measure the quality of their actual work but front end needs improvement.Amended portion- I had trouble getting ahold of them for billing but they have since reached out and gotten ahold of us. They helped resolve our billing issue.

Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I was very nervous and they did what they could to make me feel comfortable. Couldnt have asked for a better experience! 😊

Communication is very clear, and I appreciate the step by step updates.

First visit there and was treated rudely and waited 30 mins after feeling paperwork just to be told to pay and they will contact me in 24-48hours via email and still nothing from them. Contacted the clinic twice already was put on hold and the 2nd time they hung up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I had 2 children from IVF there. Very professional staff. I felt my embryos were cared for in a state of the art facility by premier embryologists.

Everyone is so professional and extremely helpful. They took excellent care of me and made sure I was ok.

The most amazing staff and people ever ! Our fertility journey is painless with them :)
