Total Mens Primary Care - Bee Cave

So happy I found Total Men’s Primary Care. When my primary care physician couldn’t see me for almost 2 months (welcome to Austin), my father-in-law recommended I try TMPC. They accepted my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. The staff was welcoming, informative, and smiling. I was seen at my appointment time and they did not stray from the reason for my visit. They have easily earned a new returning patient. I highly, highly recommend!

It’s been a great experience with this clinic so far. They listen to, partner with and educate you. Plus, everything felt seamless and easy. No wait, and your appointment isnt rushed. Not much more you can ask for! Thanks, Total Mens!

Great first visit to Total Mens Primary Care. Definitely a calmer vibe than a typical primary care office. My provider was a great listener and didn’t try to stray away from the reason for my visit. No random tests or procedures were recommended.

I was charged a co-pay when I arrived and paid it. I was then contacted a couple of weeks later to be told, I still owe a copay. I called my insurance company BCBS, and they explained I was being overcharged on the cop pay and they decided to push it to another tier for no reason. I called billing and with said they sent it to collections over $15. I will pay once I see it in my mail, the funny thing is Totals men wont even see the $15.

Great Experience! Walked in and sat in the lounge area and was immediately called back. The staff spent ample time with me but surprisingly the Nurse practitioner spent just as much time or more. They were prepared and very thorough. I was in and out no stress, no strain. Keep up the good work.

Overall, I had a great experience. Scheduling the initial appointment was easy. As well as the follow up appointment. Danni was knowledgeable and thorough. She was easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns.I can’t remember the gentleman’s name at front desk but he was welcoming and check in process was a breeze.

Went for a checkup over the weekend as some of my symptoms have worsened. As a walk in, and my first time there they got all my info, and pass me inside quick to check my vitals. The nurse practitioner was very thorough, helpful and diagnosed my condition accurately. Prescription was sent to my preferred pharmacy quick for me to start recommended treatment. Overall very happy with their service.

Had a great experience today at Total Men’s. The receptionist was accommodating and helpful. The wait room was stocked with drinks and snacks. I was only waiting in there for a few minutes when the nurse called my name to go back to the room. The nurses were efficient and listened to my concerns. I left feeling very confident that I’ll be calling Total Men’s my primary care physician for many years to come. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Ive been without a regular doctor for most of my life. I decided to get a checkup to jump start a more active relationship with the medical system, as Im getting older these days! Total Mens was awesome. Easy sign up online. Easy onboarding process at the clinic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround on my tests, and helpful guidance for my next steps. I highly recommend them for the smoothe and stress free experience.

Place was clean. Fast and friendly. Went for annual physical/blood work as I haven’t been to the docs in years. Every physical I’ve ever had was a longer process where they check reflexes, stress levels, motion of limbs, testicles, etc. Here the physical was checking blood pressure, listening with a stethoscope, and a few pushes on the stomach area. That would be my only concern as I feel other places are thorough. Aside from that, the bloodwork was easy and fast. The medical assistant was precise and fast. Very sweet lady who took time to get to know you. The practitioner was very nice as well. I’m going back tomorrow to get a couple moles and skin tags removed since insurance has a problem doing it all the same day. Im hoping that is a smooth process as well.

The front desk staff and Danni the NP were wonderful, professional and kind. They do need to improve their portal registration setup. It didn’t work via text. It only works through email. Overall a great place, and I will be going back. Thank you!

Wonderful staff, very friendly and the wait time is very minimal. My husband goes here for primary care. We were both in need of covid tests to travel, so we easily booked appointments online and were in and out in 15 minutes. They delivered our results via text/secure link. It was quick, painless and an overall wonderful experience. 10/10!

What a great and easy experience. I had my first appointment there today. The team was so friendly and welcoming. They were quick as I had registered online with my Benefits info. Mandy, the PA and the young lady who drew my blood were so efficient, kind and caring. The check in process online prior to arrival was so easy to use! I was able to get a same day appointment! Walked in, checked in, and was in a room within minutes! The PA-C that saw me listened and was very attentive and caring. Lab testing was done and results came back very fast! Overall, an amazing experience and very happy to have chosen the Total Men’s Health in Bee Cave! Will definitely return for future medical needs!

Ellen and Danny were informative and the needle stick for my blood work was painless and kinda fun. It was also super convenient to not only schedule a same day appointment but the site allowed me to see there was a location on my way home from another meeting. I went to get a rapid Covid test and the experience from start to finish was safe, efficient and pleasant. I filled out my forms outside in my car. They phoned me when it was my turn. I waited briefly in a very clean seating area then they took me back in about 5 minutes. I got my results in about 15 minutes. The staff made me feel comfortable and were all friendly. Highly recommend this office.

I just visited the Bee Cave location for a rapid covid test and had a wonderful experience. Obviously, i don’t enjoy getting a stick in the nose but it turned out to be quick and easy. I had previously been so i walked in was greeted by the front desk and sent right back to an examination room. The doctor came in immediately and took the sample and i have a result in less than 10 minutes. it was negative. I then went back to front fest where they had already billed my insurance and didn’t need to sign or stop. I was completely in and out with my results in less than 15 minutes. i highly recommend Total Men’s.

From our experience Total Men’s Primary Care is a very efficient, high quality service at a reasonable cost. Upon the recommendation of our friends, we got Covid rapid tests done for the whole family (mom, dad and two daughters) We were in and out in about half an hour. The facility is small but well designed. The staff were all very professional but quite pleasant as well. Appointment set up was on line and quite easy to make. They sent secure text links to remind us of the appointment, preappointment paperwork, and follow up results. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I had to get a rapid Covid-19 test to return to work. I scheduled my appointment online. There was minimal contact with anyone. Checked in. Waited in the waiting room for about 5 minutes. The test, although uncomfortable was not awful. Nurse/PA was very informative and nice as was the doctor. Got results in a little over 15 minutes. In total, from when I parked to when I left was about 30 minutes. Very easy, very fast. Highly recommend.

This place is great. In my line of work guys like me dont usually have insurance. I hadnt been to see a doctor in over a decade, so I was a little nervous about the experience. Everyone that works here is so nice and made me feel so comfortable. From the front desk, The PAs, and the doctors, I was very impressed with my experience. I didnt come in for this reason, but was sold on a testosterone replacement therapy. So Im really excited for that. In my line of work I think its really gonna help me out. And I was surprised at how reasonably priced everything is for those who are just paying cash. Thanks guys !!

Fast and efficient! I expected to wait for a while to get tested for COVID but it was the complete opposite of what I expected. Check in process was a breeze just answered a few questions, the next step was waiting room (again I was expecting it to be crowded) it wasn’t, I was the only on there and they had snacks and drinks for you as you waited. Got called in, they did the swab and got my results within 15 minutes. They were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

The entire team is very friendly and professional. The wait time for my walk-in visit was very short. I went in for a rapid Covid test and it was quick and painless. The provider who tested me was sweet and let me know I would receive my results in 10-15 minutes. I had my results back in less than 15 minutes.

This is a great practice! The Staff is friendly, wait times are quick and Cathy is wonderful. She always takes time to listen to my questions and concerns and because of that, I feel comfortable discussing all of my medical needs. The scheduled blood work they provide gives me peace of mind that my health is being monitored and they will be there should I ever need them. I initially went for testosterone therapy, but quickly realized they provide total care.

Wonderful place. Was seen at my appointment time, everyone was friendly and they got me in and out quickly and got my prescription called in immediately.

Guy at front desk always says do you have an appointment and seems exteremely annoyed that I come in at another time other than my scheduled appointment; I ask him if I need an appointment yet he complains about rescheduling me right then and there and doesnt make the customner feel welcomed on walk ins & will leave you in limbo. Later on in the week the women who works the front desk says you dont need an appointment and come right in. Im changing locations or going back to Low T to not deal with this front desk persons attitude and being t he gatekeeper to getting a T-shot!

Needed a Covid test (thankfully negative). Total Mens is setup for the modern person. Easy online appointment scheduling and then when you arrive the paperwork isnt a stack of antiquated paper forms, but easy form to fill out on your phone. Very nice place, probably the most comfortable waiting room Ive been in.Wait was short. In and out. Not sure I knew they had shifted to a Primary Care facility. I would go again. Good experience.

Today was amazing. As I prepare to leave for Massachusetts, needing a negative Covid test to enter the state I walked in to their office for an 815 appointment. I was greeted with professionalism and a caring energy that permeated the room. I proceeding to sit down thinking I would wait as we always seem to do in a health care facility and to my surprise I didn’t even have time to sit down they are so on the ball. They were all very friendly, completed the test quickly and I had my results before I walked out the door. I wish everyone was this efficient and caring. They have so many offerings to keep us healthy I will be going back for certain

I was able to easily make an appointment online the night before and when I arrived everyone was prompt and professional with service! Had results within 20 minutes and now enjoying peace of mind! Made an appointment to get a Rapid test a few days ago. Was in town visiting and had heard good things about this place. So simple and quick. Showed up at my time, checked in, paid $20 with insurance, and less than 3 minutes later, I was getting the swab. Stayed in the room for less than 10 minutes and had my results. Definitely would recommend this place for their services.

The folks here were fantastic! I went to the wrong location for an appointment and when I arrived 35 minutes at the actual appointment they welcomed me in without hesitation. I live in Lago Vista - an hour away - and was really grateful they did not turn me away.From the front reception staff to the lab tech that saw me, everyone was professional and kind, and I felt well taken care of.I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a recommendation.

Total Mens provides rapid Covid-19 testing by appointment. I got an appointment on short notice and was able to get in and out quickly. I got my swab done and 15 minutes later had my results. On the way out, I noticed they have a modern and comfortable looking waiting room, but I didnt have to spend any time there. I would consider using for my primary care or other services in the future. Recommended.

They were wonderful. My husband & I both needed to get COVID tested & they made us an appointment within an hour of opening, saw us together, & gave us our results all within 25 minutes. The office is nice, new & the staff were extremely kind. I would highly recommend them.

Nice facility and friendly staff. The testing was easy, some of the results were immediate (which was nice), and they provide free drinks while you wait. It would have been perfect if Id not had to have been poked 3 different times to draw blood since the first nurse was unsuccessful in getting any. I do like that they have a platform to track your appointments in and they certainly care about follow-up.

I am so impressed by this place! Went in for a Covid test for travel. The receptionist was so friendly. My husbands appt was an hour and a half after mine but they took us together no problem. The waiting room is so nice…drinks, snacks, football playing….we didn’t want to leave! Lol Taylor performed our test and was professional and gentle. We were in and out in like 20 minutes and got my test results before we even got home! We will definitely be back here.

I got a rapid COVID-19 test here for peace of mind before visiting with a friend. It was extremely easy, from choosing a date/time to getting my result very quickly while waiting in the office. The whole visit only took about 15 min. I also appreciated that they were only testing people without symptoms and that I didn’t have to swab myself. My only complaint is the man who gave me the test kinda made me a little extra anxious right beforehand by telling me it was going to hurt a lot and not to kick or scream ha! All in all, an easy experience.

I found our about Total Mens Primary Care while researching a place to obtain a Covid rapid test. The website was easy to navigate and make an appointment at a location of my choosing. It was also easy to fill out a brief medical form online prior to my appointment. Upon my arrival, I was seen immediately. the process was very efficient and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The facility was very pleasant and the staff on the ball. I will consider Total Mens for subsequent medical needs.

It was my first time here and I needed a Dr asap as it was the weekend. I got right in, it was incredibly easy to get signed in at the front desk. Dr Zach was very professional and helpful. Went in for my stomach as well as asthma. It was a great experience from start to finish. Will deff be going back for any future needs!

I have been to several Mens Primary Care locations and have had a good experience at all of them. The thing I have noticed is that they seem to have a process for seeing people so that theyre paying attention and giving you the necessary amount of time, but also aware that patients want to get in and out as quick as possible. That process wasnt exactly working at Bee Caves when I was there, but everyone was friendly, acknowledged the wait time and got me the necessary care. Thats the most important thing, right? They also seem to advertise a lot of services for men, but they dont try to actively sell you anything. For me, that alone gives them 5 stars.

I was glad I could stop by and quickly get na Covid test done. After I made my appointment with no problems at all, I just got there and everything was fast and smooth! Attendant and nurse were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I do recommend!

Went to Total Mens of Bee Cave for the first time for a rapid Covid-19 test. Walked in and they took some info, called me back within 5 minutes and was completely done and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and very professional, the place seemed very clean and safe. I really wish everything was this easy and smooth! They really have a great system, and not having to wait days or even hours to get the results is great. I would highly recommend them if you need a Covid-19 test.

Very easy to schedule an appointment, did it online. Arrived and staff was friendly, did an online questionnaire that took about five minutes. The facility is super clean and modern, waiting lounge with TV, drinks and snacks. All of the staff were very friendly, didnt have to wait long. Had my testosterone results the same visit and my T therapy started the same day. Could not ask for more, great choice!

Went in today for a reoccurring weekly visit and they would not see me. Front desk said I had an outstanding balance of $25 from prior visit. When I look at my EOB it shows patient amount as $0. When I asked for further details they would only reach out to billing group via chat (versus phone call). After an hour they said that there was nothing further they could do and I would need to reach out to my insurance provider….. after myself logging into the Total Men’s patient portal it appears that they tried to bill portion of my previous visit to insurance and a portion as “cash” (even though I always have services provided through insurance since my deductible has been fully met. Their billing group won’t answer or return calls, and now because of their mistakes and poor customer service, I have spent half my day trying to resolve and have not.I will be looking to change providers if this is the new “normal”. It’s a shame, as the multi-location model and walk-in method was great up to this point.If Total Men’s customer support and billing group wants to reach out to resolve, please reply.Thank you.

My visit today was for gathering lab info for my annual physical. I arrived a few minutes late and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist for check in. I then proceeded to the waiting area where I sat briefly - less than 5 minutes - before the nurse escorted me to the exam room. She took my vitals, blood draw, etc. before I was seen by the Physician’s Assistant who, quite frankly, was more thorough than a lot of doctors I’ve had in the past. I was advised my lab results will be ready in a few days. I will report on my follow up appointment to review the results. So far, I am impressed with Total Men’s Care. The staff is friendly, efficient, competent and professional.

Before we could finish our intake information, they called us to the back for the tests! They were very efficient. We finished the intake information while we waited for the results. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly and positive attitude. The facility is spotless and comfortable. There is a waiting area with snacks, drinks, tvs, and magazines. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I have had to move my appointment a couple times and the staff is very accommodating and I get right in. They do everything here and are knowledgeable in all areas. I just moved back to Austin, so it was nice stumbling in on my new primary care facility.

My wife and I visited for a Covid-19 test and was very impressed with the intake process, the waiting area and the wait time. What an efficient operation. The technician was courteous and fast. A great experienced. Everyone was very friendly and customer focused.

I had to get Covid and antibody Testing done and it took less than 20 minutes and I was in and out with the results of both my tests. All of the staff were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I did not need a scheduled appointment either. I highly recommend TMPC for their efficiency and service.

Travel Covid test. …Scheduling was easy to understand and dates were available far in advance if required. When close, appointment reminder was easy to understand and timely. Online pre-visit was straightforward. Actual clinic onsite wait time was less than ten minutes while the actual test was process took less than five minutes. Results were provided via multiple media methods by way of professional documentation letterhead, received within approximately an hour after clinic visit. Very pleasant experience and I recommended their service.

Having taken the weekend to see if my back pain would improve and it didn’t, I started looking for ‘walk-in primary care near me’ and Total mens care showed up top of my list. I called to be sure and was given an appointment at 11 which was a big surprise as it was 10:05.I showed up, filled out my new patient details and was seen after just a few mins. The Dr asked a few questions about my pain, asked me to do a few simple exercises and gave me a diagnosis and plan to get back at it. Awesome experience for a Dr’s visit.

I recently need to get a Antibody Covid test. I booked an appointment with a drive up facility and waited 3 hours in line. While in line my wife called and said Total Men’s Heath has an open appointment time in 15 min. I got out of line, drove up, was seen immediately 10 min before my appointment time. It was first class, professional, and very quick service. I was in and out in less than 20 min. They even had quality drinks and snacks in the waiting room.

Today my husband and I went to Total Health Men’s Primary Care in Bee Caves and found it to be a very comfortable yet Professional environment. You enter the reception area that is separate from “the “lounge” where you are welcome to something to drink and a packaged snack. We were the only ones waiting but I feel that the appointments are scheduled efficiently so as to get you in and out without a lot of waiting. The was not my first covid test but I have not previously had the test explained so throughly and believe me- we’ll executed!The Men’s clinic does see women and I liked it very much but my husband loved it! Very direct male care and no sitting around a waiting room!

I needed a rapid test for Covid for my job, called total man, and they gave me an appointment right away. They provided a place where very efficient people worked and gave me the care that I need it. I recommend this place for their healthcare they are very efficient and provide the best care possible I give this place a rating of 10

Took my husband here for his annual physical. Great experience! Customer service was top notch! Alina greeted us very kindly and was extremely efficient and made the whole process run smoothly. She made us feel welcomed and gave us her full attention. We will definitely be returning here!

I was able to book an appointment a day beforehand, and my appointment was right on time! They had my covid test results in 15 minutes. Very easy and the team is super friendly (I’ve been to both Dripping Springs and Bee Cave locations). Can’t recommend them enough!!

This place is a great concept for men as an alternative to a family practice med facility. You are greeted by a friendly staff, the checkin is digital and fast, and there is a man cave of sorts to hang out in before your appointment. Super happy I found this place. I came in for a Covid test with no appointment and there was no wait. The place is immaculately clean with an area for snacks and drinks. This place is great! I walked right in five minutes before my appointment, was greeted by pleasant staff and in the room with no wait. I hate having blood drawn but the tech was great and just got right to it so I didn’t have time to stress. I’d waited way too long since my last check up because normally going to the doctor seems uncomfortable but I’ll never hesitate to come back here!

I had a COVID test this morning. The text alerts in advance of the appointment were helpful and the online check-in process was short and simple. I only waited two minutes before I was seen, the test was administered promptly, and the doctor provided the results in less than ten minutes. Id recommend the location for anyone considering a test.

Had a c19 nasal swab here. Receptionist was great, felt like 4-5 ppl inside was a bit much compared to other locations. The Dr. was really nice and she explained the results well and advised properly. The nurse who took my swab didn’t seem like he wiped the room down before I went in, didn’t make me comfortable sitting in chairs that weren’t wiped down. Lots of surfaces. The nurse got a patient who came in after me out faster than me. There was a difference in skin colors so there’s that. There’s a safer feeling location on William Cannon.

Friendly & speedy service! I’ve received multiple COVID-19 antigen (nose swab) tests here and have always had a nice experience with test results in about 15 minutes! Great snacks & beverages in the waiting area also sweeten the deal.

So far, so good with Total Mens Primary Care: I got an appointment for an annual physical & prescription refill within 1 day of calling. Very nice interior and pretty quick onboarding experience for a new patient and they were willing to listen to my health issues and help me with my problems directly without first demanding that I fork over my entire medical history like most practices do.

My whole family (and yes they see women too!) - has been going to Total Men’s Primary Care for almost a year now. We love it. It’s so easy to make appointments online and on the app. The doctors, physicians assistants, nurses and receptionists are always helpful and courteous. Got our CoVid tests, it was so easy and quick, 3 of us in and out in 20 minutes with results in hand. All the hype on Tv made it sound like a big deal to get the swab, but it was so quick and while it was mild discomfort for about 3 seconds, the kids and I were all surprised how easy it was and how it really was no big deal.Made our appointment online and everyone was super nice.

I havent been to see a doctor in a few years and i was honestly a bit nervous. As soon as i walked in the door i was welcomed by friendly faces. Immediately i was assisted in the signing in process and they helped me with any questions i had which was a plus for me already being quite nervous. As fast as I was signed in I was escorted to the lounging area with very nice TVs and comfortable seating, i got to help myself to cold bottled water and snacks that were set up nicely on the counter. Once called back everything else went by so effortless and smooth, all my nervousness went away within 1 minute of talking with the Staff. In my opinion i had one of the best experiences that Ive ever had with any clinic or doctors offices and every single staff performed very professional and really went the extra mile to make sure i was taken care of and every question i had was answered. I can say proudly that i look forward to my next visit.

This was the only place I found Covid rapid testing available for those with no symptoms. They do both antigen and antibody. It was only $20 with insurance. Easy to set up appointment. Went smoothly and on time. First doc office I have seen with snacks in waiting room. Nice offices.

Wish I could give 6 stars. Previous Doc took 1 month to diagnose me with low T and he did little to address the issue. Treatments he prescribed didnt work and I still had the same symptoms. Friend used Total Mans and raved about the level and expeditious nature of the service, so I had to see for myself.Setting an appointment was easy. I arrived a bit late since I was driving from Houston but the staff were very understanding and accommodating. As soon as I arrived I was ushered to the examination room....no waiting. Staff drew blood and said I would have results in about 30 minutes...WOW...Doc came in and explained why my treatments were not working and that they would be able to treat me that day if my labs indicated low T. Sure enough they showed me the results and were able to treat me within about an hour.Its been 6 days now and I can barely feel the incision and am starting to feel a lot better. My only regret is that I didnt see them sooner.

Every two months I get blood work drawn to monitor my health. Total Men’s is by far the best doctor’s office I have ever been to. The atmosphere is always welcoming, staff is very kind and I have never had any issues with this office. It is great to have a doctor know me on a personal level instead of as a patient.

Had an excellent experience here. Came for flu shot, receptionist nice and friendly, staff very professional. Took about 5 minutes total and was literally painless; I couldn’t even tell I had gotten a shot. I actually booked this appointment by mistake thinking it was my regular doctor but now it just may be!!

This is how medical care should work. Came to my first appointment 10 minutes early, and still didnt have to wait. A couple of minutes later, the tech was taking my blood pressure, etc, and a couple of minutes after that I was down to business with the NP. Staff is courteous, thorough, and efficient.Ive changed my review from 5 starts to 3. The reason is that I paid for a years worth of medication thats supposed to be refilled several times a year. They call that its ready, and I drive there and nobody knows anything, and they cant find it. I call them up when its expired, and they say they will get it refilled. I never hear back, and finally, weeks later, I get a refill thats two months old. When its expired, I ask about a refill, then nothing happens.

It was easy to make a same day appointment to get a Covid test for travel. Clinic is nice and comfortable and all staff is friendly and fast. You get test results by text with a link you can use to print your results.

My appointment time happen exactly on time. The folks were nice. I got my results in 15 mins and was then text was results within 10 mins of leaving. This specific location was recommended to me by a co-worker for COVID testing. It was a bit of a drive for me but worth it. The experience was beyond easy and quick, the employees were wonderful and my result came back in minutes. I will be coming back if needed.

I scheduled for a rapid Covid-19 test here for the purpose of attending a convention. The process was easy and efficient and the people were friendly and professional. I’m sending all of my employees here for testing when they’ve had an exposure. Women, don’t let the name cause you to looks elsewhere!

I came here with no appointment and was expecting to wait at least an hour. To my surprise, I only waited 15 minutes and the environment is very comforting. The staff is professional and competent. The Dr. was great and very helpful to my issue and I was in and out of the office within 45 minutes with the prescriptions I needed. I will most likely write another review after my next experience. I was a first time patient, so I expected a long check-in process. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of getting an appointment booked online and the speed of the check-in process. There was very little wait time, and all the staff were friendly and professional.

As a new patient, wait time was minimal, less than 5 minutes.The facility was clean and the staff was attentive.There is not a MD readily available but, the NP was through and the MD supervisor can be reached by phone.Major bonus for me was they researched and contacted specialists that would accept my insurance plan (BCBS Blue Advantage HMO).

These guys (and gals) are fantastic. I cant recommend them any higher. If you gave me 5 more stars Id give them 12. They are prompt, easy to work with, no BS on pricing, never a wait. Dr. Mack is a great communicator, and all the technicians are outstanding as well. My life is a whole lot better since I started treatments.

Great experience... scrambled to find a rapid Covid test site where I walked in and was out quickly. Professional and easy going staff... they saved the day. Also $20 via insurance where other sites are charging $200+ for 24-48hr turnaround (boo).

First time to Total Men’s Primary Care. I was greeted with a smile ( underneath a mask). The check in process was painless. The waiting room was nice and comfy. Reminded me of a sitting area in the locker room of a golf club with TVs, drinks, magazines etc. I waited no more than 10 mins before being taken to my room. The medical assistant walked me through the process of my physical. After he left, the NP arrived a few moments later. We discussed my H&P from my previous physical many years before. I asked for some additional tests to be ran and they explained to me that the tests would be extra for this visit. They explained it thoroughly and I had no problem with it. Overall the whole visit lasted 50 minutes. I was extremely pleased.

What a great first impression! My fiance has traditionally been too lazy to ever go see a primary doctor. However, after walking by the other day we popped in and they were able to see us right away! He was super impressed with the patient care and facilities and Im super stoked this wont continue to be a battle for us anymore now that he has a place hes comfortable with.

Clean and comfortable office. Easy in & out, provider spent a ton of time with me, answered all of my questions.Well that did not take long... Upon return for follow-up roughly 45 days later, I had a drastically different experience. I went in for a follow-up/Rx Refill. Had a good discussion with the provider I saw about adding a BP medication as well as refilling the previous Rx. Confirmed that both would be sent to the pharmacy. That was Saturday 08/13, I went to pick up the two Rxs at the pharmacy on Monday and was told that the BP order was received but not the refill for the other. When I connected with the provider via their Mobile App, she indicated that she had just re-sent and apologized for any confusion. Fair enough... Now I have called twice to explain that the pharmacy has still not received the order. The second time, the young lady that I spoke with decided it was appropriate to giggle when I asked her to elevate my request as one of the side effects of stopping this medication cold turkey is an elevated risk of stroke or other hypertensive event. The level of disorganization and apathy that I have seen is frightening. Primary Care should absolutely be removed from their name. This is nothing more than an Urgent Care. Luckily I am finding this after my second visit, and have made arrangements to transfer my care to a medical provider I believe to be better suited to manage my care. I think if you need a COVID test, a few quick stiches or just need an antibiotic because you have flames shooting out of your manhood when pee, this is your place. The Primary Care label is just a bit disingenuous.

I have been searching for a GP for several years, and have great hope that these folks actually will listen to me, the patient, and do only what is necessary for my situation. I am so glad I switched from my GP to Total Mens Primary care. One visit got my Blood pressure perfect, learned I had severely low T and now Im topped up. Feeling great. Came for a Covid test & my experience was seamless because I thankfully had insurance that they accepted. BE WARNED: Before going to the trouble of visiting the clinic in person I HIGHLY recommend calling to make sure they accept your insurance. Otherwise you’ll be paying out of pocket $199 for a simple rapid Covid test.

The staff and doctors are so caring and friendly here at the West Lake Location. The entire experience was beyond my expectations. I even got a follow-up text to check-in on me. I finally found a solid general practitioner! I moved o Austin 4 years ago.Ive bounced around to a few doctors in that time but I feel like Ive reallyfound a home here. The personal and professional service Ive gotten from Joshand the other staff has been awesome. Equally as important is that Ive alwaysbeen able to get an appointment when I needed it, something that Ive found tobe a rarity elsewhere. Also, Its obvious a lot of pride went into the upscalelounge concept they have going on. Its a really refreshing experience whencompared to all my prior years of doctor visits. Tim Mack and his team at Total Mens Primary Care are outstanding health care professionals. The whole team takes the time to listen and then address your concerns. It is easy to make an appointment using their online scheduling platform and you can also receive answers to basic questions through their patient portal. I am amazed at how quickly Tim Mack responds to a question you submit through the portal. Your lab results are also sent to your patient portal account for you to review before an appointment. Lastly, they are always on time:). I highly recommend Total Mens at Bee Cave.

Physical exam was quick and to the point. I also appreciated them being up front about what my insurance did and didn’t cover.But when it comes to filling your prescriptions the front desk sent mine to the wrong pharmacy even after confirming my correct pharmacy in person.

Wow! I have not been to the doctor in over 10 years and really dont like going. I was getting my hair cut at Sports Clips next door, decided to walk in and see if they had any openings. They got my in the same day, their provider Josh was great. I dont want to keep going on but what they are doing is truly amazing and so glad they have opened in Austin. Oh, I forgot to mention their waiting lounge, its NOTHING I have ever seen in a medical facility, over 34 different drink choices, snakes, phone chargers, I felt right at home. Went in to get checked on a hernia, mentioned I had breathing issues since I was young. Hooked me up to an EKG to get my heart checked. Lady didn’t know how to do it so sent me to ER saying I could be having a heart attack. Well I wasn’t so it cost me a few thousand dollars. Then they said they would cover my co pay of $40 for the inconvience. Well the check they wrote me bounced. I got charged an extra $12 and some change from my bank for a check bouncing. Impossible to get a hold of someone and I didn’t even get a doctor recommendation for my hernia surgery! Don’t even know what they do here

Great first experience here, far better than any traditional GP office Ive visited in the past. Had high expectations based on all the positive reviews, and my expectations were met in all regards. Ashley Evans, PA-C was knowledgable, personable, and fast.

Stopped in for a rapid COVID test and was in and out extremely quick with no appointment. They were very friendly and efficient. I will definitely switch to them as a primary care physician.

Service was fast and friendly, nureses and doctors were great, much more caring and attentive than others I’ve been to in the past couple of years. Facilities were nice and easy to register as a first time patient. PA Cathie Edwards was very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered and that I understood all results, options,etc.. I will be sticking with them given the great experience I had!!!
