I love Misty and am so grateful for the role she played throughout my fertility journey! I started seeing Misty in preparation for IVF and continued to see her throughout my treatment, pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Her acupuncture sessions as well as her other guidance about how to treat symptoms (for example, foods to eat to support treatment and, later, combat pregnancy symptoms) really helped me maintain a feeling of balance and wellness throughout this journey. It was the first time I ever went to acupuncture regularly, and Misty made the concepts of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine approachable without making me feel forced to adopt all her recommendations. Her location within Aspire made it really convenient to see her in between fertility treatment visits, too. I can’t recommend Misty enough!

Misty is without a doubt going above and beyond in her practice. Shes attentive, precise, warm, compassionate and gets results. I couldnt recommend her enough and really appreciate her knowledge, experience and empathy in my current situation.

My husband and I were having trouble conceiving, so we turned to Misty for support. She is incredibly kind and knowledgable. She was always available to answer questions via email. We conceived within three months after following her acupuncture and nutrition protocols. We now have a very healthy 9 week old boy!

Could not recommend Misty any more! I went to see her weekly throughout my entire second round of IVF. It became such a nice break in the week to relax and see a friendly face who is so compassionate and caring during a fertility process that can be quite challenging. She was a wonderful resource for any questions I had about the IVF process in general and helped share insight on what to expect. Shes so knowledgeable and I always felt much more revitalized after seeing her.

I absolutely love Misty! She was recommended to me from the IVF clinic I was using. My first session with her was the day before my FET and I knew then this was going to be what I needed. Misty has the best bedside manner and is a wealth of knowledge. I always felt so welcomed and safe in her hands. I trusted her with my biggest goal and always felt she had my best interest in mind. I loved receiving weekly homework assignments to help with my sleep, indigestion, and any pain I was having.

Misty is the BEST! I started acupuncture when I had womens health issues that my doctor couldnt solve with medication. Within 6 weeks, Misty had resolved the problem. Misty has also continued to support me through the last year and a half of IVF. Her whole health, whole person, patient-centric care makes acupuncture one of the best parts of my week (even though I hate needles). She is very knowledgeable and has been helpful with a whole host of concerns, from trouble staying asleep at night and managing acne to lower stress levels and fewer headaches. Life changing!! Misty is an incredible practioner who can truly help you on your healing journey! I have stage 4 endometriosis and struggled with fertility along with a few other health issues for quite some time. After many years of trying to conceive, we decided to reach out to Misty for additional guidance in our natural fertility journey. We are now 14 weeks pregnant with our first baby and know we owe a huge thank you to Misty for this! Misty helped me to connect and listen to my body and did some incredible work to aide in healing it. Cant recommend Misty enough. I saw her for several years while undergoing fertility treatments and also while pregnant. What I love most about Misty is that shes balanced between Western Medicine AND Eastern Medicine. Shes knowledgeable and is invested in your success. Shes patient when youre knee deep in the middle of cycles and ramble on about things! Misty shows compassion for your journey no matter where you are. Misty helped me through my fertility journey for multiple years. I felt like I was on an infertility conveyor belt with my doctors, but Misty would actually listen and try to figure out the issues. Misty rocks! She takes her time to listen to your concerns and addresses them in her treatments. I always leave my appointments with her more centered and in much less pain or discomfort. I have experienced treatments from at least eight different acupuncturist in Austin and Misty is hands down the best.

Melsa is amazing! She was very patient with me as I was new to acupuncture. Shes very personable and I felt very comfortable with her. She was sweet and understanding and explained everything, answering all my questions. I saw Melsa through my IVF experience. Shes very knowledgeable and attentive. Each appointment, she had an acupuncture treatment and/or recommendation for whatever symptoms I brought to the table. The best was when I complained of insomnia, she added an acupuncture point and, my oh my!, did I sleep like a ROCK after that!Thanks to the combined efforts of Melsa and the rest of my fertility team, my IVF was a fairly smooth ride and best of all: IT WORKED! And we are due soon with our first Little! :)
