The staff is very professional and super sweet. I just love Ms.Ruth. She genuinely cares about your well being. I trust her completely and feel like I can tell her anything. I wish she was my PCP .

Called a Couple days before I was scheduled to go in early in the morning for a std check up . when I arrive there were only about eight others the whole entire process took about one hour when I arrived I felt Welcome and comfortable. I was tested for everything even a Yeast, infection, and bacterial vaginosis . Only had to pay $20 . They literally have condoms everywhere for free that you can grab. I grabbed alot lol . No problems on my visit I’m glad I chose this place . Will go again in 6 months .

Although the circumstances that brought me here were unpleasant, the staff and services provided were excellent. The environment is friendly and accommodating, and all the staff who attended to me were professional and also really nice.

The facility is immaculate and staff members are kind, warm, smart and friendly. Simply wonderful and used my time well - no unnecessary waiting. Terrific!

I’ve had a positive experience in the past, but I’ve also wasted more than 3 trips out here because these guys don’t keep their walk in hours. They like to close shop and to home early during their advertised walk in hours.

Note: pick up a pack of the cards from the front desk that are in my picture. I’ll explain at the bottom.I only found out about this clinic due to being on someone’s contact list. At first I was overwhelmed by how far they go to get in contact with you. From a call to a private letter at your home address. You can tell that they take healthcare seriously and are doing such great work to keep help prevent contact with others.My first visit with them was great. They provide easy to understand instructions on where the clinic was, where to park, how to access the building, etc.The check in process is very quick and there’s no waiting room of people behind you when you’re giving them your personal information. (My favorite part of this client was the privacy.) Your assigned a number from the front desk where you then proceed through the next door to meet with their register.Here you get to meet Anne Wiebe who has been just a blessing to talk to each time I’ve visited. If you have a cost for your visit she will help you through that. If not, like me she will still welcome you and ensure you understand the process of the clinic. You can really tell that she loves her job and it helps you get into a better mood if you were worried beforehand. She will direct you to a waiting area and tell you to wait for your number to be called.Don’t forget that they are calling numbers like I did because that’s embarrassing after you realize that they’ve been calling you for a min. The wait time for me has never been over 10 mins and I’ve been to this office about 4 times now.Depending on your visit reason. You might be called to either do your blood work before seeing your healthcare provider. It’s quick and easy. Then they will have you wait back in the waiting room.Very shortly your provider will come scoop you up by calling your number (don’t worry your number is on your check-in sheet if you forget).They will take you into your treatment room where you’ll have a conversation with your provider. At this point you might have additional testing such as urinalysis, and swab testing. Your provider may also provide treatment if required. They will ask you about PREP and if you’re interested in speaking with an advocate. (You really should if you’re not already on PREP. It could save your life.)Once the provider is finished with you they will release you and you’ll simply check out with Anne at the register desk. She will help to schedule any follow ups or answers any questions you might have. Then you’re free to go.Okay, so about these cards. They are called “Ask Listen Talk Repeat.” If you’re in a relationship or going on dates you should pickup a deck of these cards. They told me they are met to help generate conversations between parents and their children. But I was curious and took a deck home. A few days later I was sitting at home with my parter of almost a year and saw them sitting on the counter. I opened them up and told him let’s play a game. So we stared playing letting each person draw a card and to ask the other the question. These cards helped remind my partner and I what we forget to ask each other. We learned new things about each other and shared some deep tears of love. I definitely encourage you to just be silly and read a few of these with your partner. Relationships can get stagnant, but it’s up to us to keep finding ways to make each other feel great and loved.Thank you for all this clinic does. Everyone you will meet here is so amazing and doing so much to help the health of the citizens in our wonderful community.

A problem that befell me from a previous relationship. An employee contacted me and offered to help! I recommend this clinic to everyone! my insurance did not cover this treatment and it would have cost me a lot! I received timely help. God bless you. Helped me feel calm, and even helped with the booking of my appointment last minute.Anne greeted me with a smile And made me feel very comfortable.The nurse who took my blood was swift and had a great sense of humor, and Sabine was really knowledgeable and did a great job breaking down my chart so even I could understand it without a medical background.They made me feel comfortable with something that used to make me feel insecure.

The staff is so friendly and helpful.They treat everyone fairly and with respect.I highly recommend you get checkups here. The price is so affordable also.Best option for treatment as well.

This my second time coming to this clinic. Im so happy about how fantastic everyone is. All of the staff are friendly and warm. They made me feel so comfortable.They said Id be done in an hour, but everything went even faster than that!The only negative thing is that once when trying to ask if they had walk-ins, the lady on the phone seemed annoyed or tired. That interaction left me feeling dumb.But overall, this is a great place to get the sexual healthcare you need. They only charge you $20! Definitely recommend coming here.

The staff were unbelievably present and attentive. It was not very busy. Anne at the cashier desk was fabulous. Ms. Jackson was laser focused on the blood draw and performed it quickly and correctly. I saw Allison for the consultation and any medical facility would have a good thing if they had her. She can talk to you and do her job at the same time.

Very wonderful, kind and non judgemental! The woman at the cashiers desk is my favorite, as she is the sweetest person ever and really makes the whole process of getting tested less daunting!

Cannot say enough positive things about this place! The staff is so friendly and respectful. Ann was extremely helpful in getting me setup and taken care of. Signup for their online portal is efficient and you get some results same day. The numbers system to remain anonymous is the waiting room is an appreciated level of protection. $20 for full testing, exam, and treatment if needed is amazing! Will definitely be back

First time at a sexual clinic and Im very grateful for the women who attended to me. The ladies at the front desk, Sandra and Christine were very nice and helpful and Ruth, the nurse practitioner is exceptionally kind and gave me all the information I needed. Wonderful job ladies, God bless.

I had a really positive experience at this clinic. I was seen quickly, everything was explained well, and I got some of my results immediately which, I didnt anticipate. The staff is very kind and the cost (for basic sti testing) was very affordable. Highly recommend 👌

First time getting STI tested & wow what an awesome place. Everyone was super informative + nice and everything was super efficient. The whole thing took about an hour but it felt much quicker than that. Very, very welcoming. All for $20.

First time here today. I was a walk in. Know that walk-ins aren’t always able to be seen that day. Depends on staff and appointments on the book.But I got in. Visit was quick, easy, and very comfortable. Even though, you know, getting tested for STDs isn’t always the most fun.The visit lasted about an hour. Which was told to me several times before hitting the waiting room. I always knew what was happening, why it was happening, and what the next steps were.Received SO much care and kindness for $20.Thank you team.

I’ve always had a pleasant time at this location! I have been super lucky to have early appointment times. The wait is never very long either.The staff are knowledgeable and kind. Today, someone gave me a piece of candy and that brightened up my day.I really appreciate them and am thankful for all that they do. They are a huge help and I wholeheartedly think they deserve 5/5 for their services.

I needed to get tests done and this place was able to see me promptly and perform a complete STI panel for $20. They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! Im from Seattle and I wish people were this caring in Seattle. Anne, and Ranisha yall have it down! *High 5*

I was called because a previous partner tested positive for HIV. I’ve never had a call like that, so I was nervous, from the start. I don’t have transportation, so they called me a service. I got there early, and it was cold. Luckily, a kind security guard let me in a separate lobby, and sheltered me from the cold.When I tell you, that energy was was consistent the whole day.Everyone, made me feel welcome and safe, first-thing in the morning. I’ve only experienced LGBT- focused clinics and this eased any fears that I had.My tests came back negative, but, Ranisha made me feel so secure, I know I’d be safe in there hands, if the results were different.Thank you, so much.Ps. This review is *definitely* not a because Anne, was so nice and gave me a treat on the way out. 🤭

Great place for a check up. Only costs $20.00 for your visit. You need to call right when they open to get an appointment. They open at 8amYour appointment will be usually scheduled for a few days out. You will might be on hold for 5-10 minutes since many people are calling at the same time, but stay on, and youll get a appointment slot.

Everyone was wonderful here. Allison was my nurse and she made me feel very comfortable and safe in her care. The cashier was also very sweet and welcoming. I had a great experience.

The BEST std clinic I’ve ever been too!! The staff are so sweet, and so caring. They are so fast and effective too. I always get anxiety in hospital settings, and they made me feel so comfortable and didn’t scold me for it. They actually gave me a juice box to calm down like how sweet is that? This place is Amazing. Only $20 for all the important std & sti testing & blood work! Phenomenal. We need more staff like this in other hospital facilities. So thankful a place like this exist. Definitely recommending it to all my friends & family. Keep up the great work!

Best health clinic I have been to so far.Great people Anne, Jackson and Sabine were really helpful, they are super nice. Amazing customer service. I would definitely go back. Cost $20 for the STI test and takes about an hour. If you in Austin I would 100% definitely recommend this Clinic. Go get yourself check.

The folks at this clinic are wonderful and non-judgemental. They have plenty of parking and provide you with parking passes. Only $20 testing including treatment if needed, no matter your income. The whole thing took about an hour and you receive bloowork test results while youre still in the office and the results from the other swab test takes just two days. Very stoked to have this clinic as a community resource.

I enjoy coming to the clinic. Everyone is real respectful and attentive. Ruth was my nurse, and she was able to answer all my questions. Also, an Anne at check out is very sweet. Big fan of her cat stapler.

Very fast, very friendly, private service.In, out AND treated in under an hour. Zero judgment by the warm staff that seems to have all worked there since my first visit years ago. Going to other clinics for treatment can be embarrassing because I’m bound to know some of the ever changing, young queer staff from the community... which can be awkward.Just make sure you call early right after they open at 8am the day before and remain patient while you wait to get an appointment time for the next day. Other clinics wouldn’t have been able to see me for over a week for treatment... That is far more stressful than getting an appointment here.

Could not recommend more to go here. They take privacy very seriously. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and respectful. They set expectations very well and felt super comfortable the whole time.

The greeting staff and cashier were extremely friendly and joyful. My provider Sabine was very understanding and helpful in providing care. It was a very smooth and easy process. Thankful to the clinic!

I’ve been here numerous times for routine check ups and I always have an amazing experience. The staff is always friendly. They’re always educated. I get in and out with very little wait. The entire team and staff here should be proud of the work and service they provide.

Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable! We need to break the stigma of STD testing and normalize it so we are not only protecting ourselves but one another. Walk ins are available and some test results are available on site, the rest you can be emailed or download the app. The staff is all great from the front desk check in to the nurse! Discretion is practiced in case your nervous but I assure you, the feeling after getting tested outweighs the fear of getting tested. Be prepared to wait about an hour. And its extremely affordable.

Second appointment in five years, same smooth process. They have computers now! They answered my main questions (Do I have STIs? No. Is an HPV vax booster effective? Yes.) and were very efficient from start to finish. Ill be back after my next new partner and Im sure the process will be just as simple, if not easier now that Im signed up for their patient portal.

This was my first test for sexual health and it won’t be my last. Everyone was super kind, friendly, and supportive. 100% recommend :)

Only great things to say, great care and genuine people - Anne, Ruth and Alison are kind and caring and make the process super easy.

This is a great clinic that always uses the most updated guidance and treatments (better care in regards to STI testing and resources than most will get with their GP). Yes, this is community funded, so you will need to call early and be on hold and possibly call multiple times to get an appointment. The service you get, along with experienced phlebotomists, is worth it. Remember they book NEXT DAY appointments only, you must call at 8am, otherwise they always take walk ups just ask for that info and be prepared to wait.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They helped to set expectations really well and I was served quickly. Their communication was also great!

This is the best deal in town. For $20 you get hundreds of dollars worth of testing and treatment. The staff take a great pride in the care they give to clients.

Staff was courteous & professional from intake thru discharge. Henry G, the Nurse Practitioner was professional and thorough. My $20 fee also covered the antifungal meds prescribed. Terrible tele service, was told to call first thing I 08:00, I called at 07:59 been on hold for an hour and when I finally reach someone they are booked for the day, by far the worse health clinic service I’ve seen, people really need help and so matter are berry time sensitive so to run a unorganized program such as this is ludicrous
