Ive only ever had blood work done at the doctors office or the hospital, so walking in here was not at ALL what I was expecting. I was very excited to see all that they offer in the way of vitamin and nutritional injections also.The staff was super friendly and answered all my questions.No appointment needed, walked right in, filled out the form, went straight to the back for a painless blood draw and they had me right on my way. Walked into the building and was greeted by two associates that were more than ready to help me with my bloodwork.I filled out a slight bit of paperwork and immediately sat down for the blood draw.I was in and out of there in 6 minutes as happy as I could be. I will be back!

Every time I go to ALTN Im greeted by upbeat staff members with a can-do attitude. The phlebotomist was so skilled that I hardly even noticed she was drawing blood. What a charming group of people and highly professional environment. Id go here and visit even if I didnt need blood drawn. Incredible!

I’ve been coming here for years for B12 injections. They’re great when I’m feeling lethargic. There is rarely a wait at this location, and plenty of parking, making it easy to stop in during a lunch break and get out in 5 to 10 minutes.Sandra is always pleasant and remembers my name. Kerion is a riot. I recently met Janet and she’s super sweet!They rest for anything and everything under the sun, too. I just picked up info about the “96 Food Panel” test that checks IgG and IgA for food sensitivities. For $199, it might be worth it, especially if my health insurance won’t cover it.Highly recommend this location, for B12 or C shots, allergy tests, standard blood panel tests, or if you’re wanna be sure you are NOT the father!

Came in for a legal paternity test. Can’t believe the staff messed up and forgets to put down the father’s full name at the collection, resulting in the lab not wanting to run the test. Wasted time and energy. At least they are honest enough to issue a refund.

I have a doctor but dont have time to go to his office during the week as my job is demanding. I made an appointment at Any Lab Now on the same day for Saturday morning. The service was prompt and polite and the blood draw was well done without pain. The results arrived via email on Tuesday. The cost is very affordable! I love this lab and specifically this location - I don’t have insurance, but they offer all the tests I have needed thus far at an affordable price. They even send me monthly $25 off coupons to further reduce the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they’re very patient with me when I’m late (which is probably nearly every time I come in for an appointment). Speaking of appointments - they are super easy to make online through the website on your own without having to even call the place. I Find that feature to be very convenient

I was looking to get blood drawn somewhere and read the reviews and saw a bunch of good things. Alot of people mentioned good things about Raul as I was reading and when I showed up, Raul was actually the one to take my blood. It was painless, Fast ( like 1-2 minutes)! And the employees there were very kind! If I ever have to go get blood drawn I definitely will be going here.

Having a laboratory that does NOT require an MD order is genius! My PCP office charges 4 plus the times the price as Any Lab Test Now and my insurance applies that cost to the deductible. So paying under $100 to Any Lab Test Now is a wonderful bargain 🎉

Definitely impressed by Any Labs. I had never heard of them prior, but something came up and I needed a screening ASAP to calm my anxieties around it. I found them on Google and was able to order my kit and schedule an appointment for the next morning! I went in, filled out my paperwork, had blood drawn and gave a urine sample all in under half an hour. Sabrina was awesome, and the facility was clean and sanitary! Definitely gonna recommend them in the future, and come back myself. (I was nervous being uninsured. But that didnt matter here, and I felt the prices were very reasonable)

Had a great experience! In and out in 5 minutes and Raul was a pro- I didn’t feel a thing when he drew my blood. Would definitely return. The lady at the front desk was also super helpful and organized.

Impressed with the staff. I went for a blood draw and after having one tube drawn I felt like passing out. The staff stopped and walked me to the bed to rest, brought me water and checked on me. 20 minutes later we resumed and was able to get the blood drawn done. The staff was flexible and understanding to complete it while I was lying down. I highly recommend!

The whole family went in for COVID testing. This was such an easy process. We stayed in our car and Raul, who was friendly and efficient, came out and swabbed us. In less than 15 minutes, we were on our way home. It sucks that they dont take insurance but this was the ONLY place that had immediate appointments.

Saw the reviews about Raul so I decided on this location. I look at reviews pretty thoroughly since I’m a fainter, terribly afraid of blood and usually end up throwing up or something else dramatic.Raul was AMAZING! I’d definitely come back to him it was super fast and he made it very relaxing. If you are afraid of blood like myself or a fainter you need to come to this location. Give that guy a raise!

Ive been using this location for sometime now as I have to monitor blood work results 2-4 times a year. Usually the techs are pretty nice and decent with blood draws, but today was exceptional. Raul was absolutely incredible. Having hundreds of blood draws to compare to, I can say Raul was the best. So many phlebotomists move, wiggle, and jab the needle when changing the tubes; however, Raul was incredible. I never felt the needle move once during the tube exchange...not to mention the insert and withdraw of the needle itself in the beginning and end of the draw. Someone needs to take note of this guy. He needs train all employees at all of you locations, but please dont take him away from this location. Hes the best!

Easy and fast experience. Raul was amazing! Only problem I had was time for results. Paid for it myself and first one took 6 days and second took a week. Just a 1 substance test. Highly recommend, if time is not a factor.

I came in for a blood panel, and Sabrina was my nurse. In addition to an extremely fast and efficient process (everything took only 10 minutes), Sabrina was super friendly AND she made the blood draw quick and painless. I’ve had quite a few experiences where nurses tell me I have small veins and spend what feels like an eternity poking around painfully. Sabrina found my vein instantly, and inserted the needle with no pain at all! Great experience, friendly nurse, and a time saver. Highly recommend!

Customer service was stellar. I called twice in one day because I was nervous and kept coming up with new questions. Sabrina happily and promptly answered my questions.The next day I came to get my blood test and Sabrina was there, she got me in and out so quickly I didn’t even have time to be nervous. Went in for some quick and super important tests and arrived a later than I thought. JANET was so helpful and even offered to stay a little late to help get my results turned in. She had no idea I was having a terrible day and that little act of kindness made my evening. I have used their services before, but now I am a fan for life. Great people, fast and accurate results. The Anylabtestnow on south park meadows was the best! Super quick and easy. I usually pass out with blood draws, but Raul was great. Didn’t feel a thing and was over in 10 seconds. Fast, polite, professional.Instructions were clear and staff were super helpful. I mentioned that I needed instant results and they politely informed me that I had purchased the wrong test, and replaced it with the correct one free of charge. No one enjoys doing these kind of tests, but their politeness and professionalism made it as painless as possible.

I usually go at ARC but they didn’t have any appointments available with my doctor so I decided to try AnyLabs they were fast and friendly I was out in 5 minutes the male nurse/worker there was very nice and patient! This place is great. I am always treated kindly and respectfully. The customer service is out of this world. I go there for lithium levels regularly and love the staff. The agent who did for me was very nice and polite. His name is Raul, however, when he finalized the results for the Covid test, he messed up my info, which is fine. But when I called in and asked the people to fix that very politely, there is this girl name is either Sarah or Linda, she was so rude, like seriously, this is the companys fault and she literally blaming on me. Wow, what an attitude. Which is why I think this company deserves two stars.

I needed annual lab testing done, any lab test now provided me with a quote over the phone. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised with the easy process. The staff was exceptionally caring. This is so easy. My insurance wanted to charge me $129 and I saved $45 by getting my blood work done here!

I drive out of my way to get to this particular location, due to the customer service and cleanliness at this spot. Im in and out within a matter of minutes, and both April and Kerion are wonderful. I am always greeted with a smile, and attention. Should I ever have any questions, April is super knowledgeable and provides me with detailed information. If Im nervous about getting a shot (which most people are), both Kerion and April will put you at ease. Also, the prices here are unbeatable. You end up paying less than most insurance coverages, and they often have specials for B12 shots. Definitely check them out.. you will not be disappointed.

The lab was a little hard to find because their sign is blocked by a big tree. But they were very kind, attentive and prompt. I was in and out, so I had plenty of time to run my errands for the rest of the day!

I went in for some pre-op blood work and I was super anxious because I hate needless. The staff was super helpful and patient. The phlebotomist was super gentle with me and even made me forget how anxious I was!! Go to this location even if you have to drive a little further!!! Lol

Quick, nearly painless and very affordable. The phlebotomist was very good! The only negative is that it is a little hard to find and Google Map wasn’t very helpful, but a phone call got me straightened out.

Sent an employee for a pre employment drug test. They sent the specimen over to quest diagnostics with the wrong paperwork. Ok mistakes happen. Well Michelle the manager told me I was wasting her time asking to get the paperwork issue resolved because they don’t make much collecting specimens. She was rude but admitted they screwed up. HELLO that’s your business. Refused to contact Quest to get the right paperwork signed so Quest would perform the test. So my employee list a week of work due to their admitted mistake. Now we have to retest. Never ever go here.

Went here to get blood drawn and felt the guy didn’t know what he was doing. He seemed out of sorts and asked me if my veins looked good enough to draw from. I don’t know, I’m not the one who went to school to learn how to tell that. Then he put the needle in my arm near my vein (obviously didn’t get any blood) and then proceeded to wiggle the needle while still in my arm to try and get something. We ended up having to do the other arm. I kind of expected employee of a place where you get shots and blood drawn from to someone look like medical professionals and not in a t shirt and jeans. Felt very unsure about the training to be able to do this.

I had to have a drug test performed for a job opportunity. The clinician on duty was very courteous and professional. It took me longer to remove all of my biking gear than it did to perform the test and be right back out the door. Very good experience, indeed.

My appointment was at 9 am. I was in & out by 9:15. The whole experience was painless...except for the needle going into my arm to draw blood (& that barely hurt).

I have had my blood tested a number of times at the South location and Kerion, the young man who helped me is truly an *expert at what he does. His professionalism is so self-evident, but not just because you can tell he knows what hes doing. He conveys a relaxed sense of competence thats completely natural (not put-on), plus you can tell he knows what genuine customer service actually is. From the very start Kerion made me feel like I was not just another customer, and I think part of that is because hes naturally friendly, plus he has a great sense of humor. In fact, he puts you so at ease that you hardly even realize when your procedure is already over! This is the kind of guy who could work anywhere. He would be a huge asset to any business but, the main thing is, you can see that he really enjoys helping people. I definitely recommend AnyLabTestNow and *all of the really nice people Ive met there over the last year. (Be sure to say Hi to Kerion if hes there.)

My boyfriend went in there for a drug screen and Janet and Sabrina were very rude. They didnt explain process properly and didnt even ask if he was taking meds. He told them about meds he was taking and Janet said she didnt need to know what meds he took that he needed to tell the lab. I know the process because I myself do drug screens on a daily basis and I still ask my customers if they take meds and have them write it down. These girls have the worse customer service. We will not be coming back to this location.

So thankful places like this exist, i needed a strep test before work, i was in and out sooo fast and Alejandra, the one who did the test was sooo quick and gentle and had a great manner w the people in there. I even got my results before the 30 minute mark.

If youre expecting any discretion or professionalism youre not going to find it here. What an uncomfortable and humiliating experience. First off person at the front desk, makes you say out loud what sort of testing your in there for. So God forbid if its something embarrassing. Thankfully, I was just there for a basic check-up or that would have been really uncomfortable.Then the person who drew my blood was mumbling the whole time and I had to ask them to repeat themselves. Definitely got the impression that they dont care or they just dont want to be there. No one introduce themselves, didnt have the courtesy to ask if I had any questions just cold. I wouldnt go back to this place.

Need a new receptionist not knowledgeable of the area gave me an address that wasn’t theirs and had the nerve to have an attitude I’m a engineer for a huge company in Austin and I went to see if we could work out a testing site for employees but I did t even talk to them about it because of her! But the tech in the back was awesome it was quick no one was in there but I’m positive it’s the customer service owell

I really appreciate Any Lab Test Now. I can get B-12 shots here without a prescription, which is nice because I have a deficiency and need to get shot up monthly. Its nice not to have to mess with doctors and doctors hours to get that done.I also appreciate the ethos that a person should be able to get lab tests simply because they want them, from their own volition, without having to get doctor sign-off. Its my blood, why cant I decide on my own that I want to know what its telling me? Any Lab Test Now agrees with me on this, and I appreciate that.

Aweful experience! Not only did the technician take hair from the top of my head!! He took it from the calyx swirl!!!! My boyfriend noticed the other night while we were standing in line to order dinner!! I am so embarrassed!! My hair is now standing straight up like Alfalfa!!! And then when I called to tell them what happened they didnt make any attempts to make restitution. We are following protocol is what they told me!!! DONT get your test from this location!! They will screw your hair up and its SO OBVIOUS what I did!! To everyone!!
