Process was fast. The attending nurse was so comforting and sweet! If you need quick and pleasant service. Any lab Austell is the place to go.

The lady that helped us (I thought she said her name was Marlena but her scrub top said Michelle, so maybe my brain messed it up) was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful. She got my tiny, deep rolling veins on the first try and was just overall wonderful. We will definitely be back should we need any other lab work done.

It was the most seamless process. I arrived about 10 mins early, was seen within 10 mins and able to be home in less than half an hour.

Michelle at the Austell location was great! I was slightly embarrassed about the lab test I would be receiving. Michelle was very nice, funny and caring. She treated me with dignity and respect. When it was time to take my blood, she was very gentle (I told her I use to be afraid of needles) she made a little joke which lightened the moment and made me feel better. I was happy to hear how fast my results would be generated. Overall, this was a great experience and Michelle made it that much better! I would highly recommend this location and ask for Michelle!

This is the second time I do my lab work in this specific location and I am very happy with the lady who works in both areas front desk and performing the procedures. She is very polite, and explains things clear. She made me feel confortable, Even thou doing my blood work is not a favorite thing to do for me, I am grateful the whole process was fast and smooth.

Had a wonderful experience with Michelle. She had the place clean, stocked with snacks and water. There was not a wait. She has exceptional customer service skills. To name a few, she was kind, helpful, and on point with her phlebotomy skills. Never even felt it. On top of that, she said it would go out in the mail same day =-). While the staff was nice enough they refused to give me a copy of my own test results. They say it’s our contract with then employer. Well I never signed any document with the employer that said my own test results were to be kept secret from me. I called the corporate office- they had no answers and never returned my call as promised from a supervisor.UPDATE- I have been asked to change my review score. Yes they asked me to change it! I feel it would be unfair and dishonest to change it to anything more thana 2 Star.The company did eventually provide me with the results that were due to me, I can give them that. I will change my review to a 2 star because they did reply to me and send the results, but only after I called corporate and complained.If the proper procedures were followed in the first place and the results were given to me when asked, my review would have been WAY different- the Lab tech was extremely nice and did a good job until it came to releasing the results.Please review your procedures to be sure that a mistake like this does not occur like this in the future.

This is the second time I have been to this lab in the past 10 years. It has always been a great experience. I have never had to wait. My visit is 5-6 minutes each time. The young lady is very professional, and very kind. I love not having to go through my doctors for an order. I absolutely love this place.

Great people! In and out quickly. I go every 3 months. Cost way less than the Dr office. I get what the Dr requires and what I want, when I want it. I take my results with me to the Dr. I’ve been going here for many years.

Any Lab Test Now in Austell did a great job taking care of some blood work that I needed. Michelle was so smooth that I couldn’t feel a thing and I was in and out in ten minutes! Great job and I’ll be back next time for sure.

I had a great experience at this location with Shanaye and the other lady that works there. Ive been to this location three times and have had a great experience every single time! All three times I received my results within 24 hours. I needed to confirm pregnancy by blood, Im very impatient and all the local OBGYNs wont see you for the first 8 weeks. Thank God I found this lab I dont think I could have waited that long! Both ladies were very accommodating & understood my urgency to get my results quickly. I felt very at ease and comfortable!

Fast and Easy service. Labcorp print out out on the spot for the 5 panel drug test. At $49 you can’t beat it. Office staff are friendly and polite. Keep up the good work guys

Shanaue was great! Very personable, friendly, and polite! No complaints there... I do feel so sorry for her though and that’s why I only gave 4 stars. For one person to do all that 8 hours a day.... as a registered nurse, I’ll just say I don’t see how she could do it! I think if you guys had someone to work the desk and let Shanaue focus on patient care and lab work, your business would boom! There’s only so much she can do in a day, even while doing it excellently, with a second employee your business could increase 10fold. Between 4:45 and 5:30, I saw her complete work ups on 5 patients, then myself and my husband, with 2 more in the waiting area. Crazy busy! Otherwise, my visit was great, thanks again for the great customer service!

I mainly use the services in Indiana where they have two employees at any given time so the wait time is near nothing. But for this location you are dealing with a one woman show and her name is Shanaye. She is incredible, sweet hearted, kind and respectful to the highest regard so be patient with her since she does her job correctly and has no other coworkers. My suggestion for this location is to book an appointment since they don’t give the option on the prompt regarding individual locations.Shanaye, personally I want to thank you for your services and I hope those who cherish great employees see this and take care of accordingly. It was a pleasure and I hope for nothing but the best for you and your outstanding service you provide to others and Any Lab Test Now.

I went there today to get blood work done for my overactive thyroid. I have a severe needle phobia and I was very nervous, but Shanaye made me feel very comfortable and safe. She did a great job drawing my blood! I didn’t even feel it. I am so grateful and will definitely come there for any future testing.

Truly a great experience. I couldnt use the bathroom from not drinking enough. Shanaye provided me Gatorade and water to help. Also she is extremely nice and is amazing at her job. She goes above and beyond. Thanks for everything!!

This place is terrible I’ve been waiting a full 7 days and there’s still no update. I told them I would be traveling and wouldn’t have access to email or phone I was assured before payment was placed it would be 3-5 days. Now I won’t know my results for almost a month. Fastest labs produced results within 72 hours more than once. Don’t make the mistake I did if it’s time sensitive

I’ve been here twice this week for some blood tests and the lady who works there(i am terrible with names but i think it may have been Ms Shanaye?) was so sweet and caring and her bright attitude made me a lot less nervous. I absolutely hate needles and blood but if i need more tests i’ll be back here for sure.

I have been a customer of this location since 2016 and if I could give Shanaye a million stars I would. Shanayes customer service skills are exemplary she always has a big smile and makes me feel so appreciated as one of her customers. She is very professional and very skilled at what she does but she also always leaves me with the feeling like she is genuinely glad to see me. Because of my job there is a lab facility that is free for me to use up the street from this location but I drive right past it to go see Shanaye. At the end of the day I am glad to pay the extra money to be treated so well and feel confident that my lab work is being taken care of by the best of the best. Thank you Shanaye for consistently going above and beyond over the years. You have turned what has been a very difficult situation for me into such a positive experience and for that I will ALWAYS be grateful to you.

Update: Aron, the manager personally called me and got the form resent so I now got my results back. I appreciate the prompt response and getting my results back so I can see my family.I paid $219 for a rapid PCR test because I need results to see family this weekend. They forgot to fill out my form with my results and now they are closed until Monday so I wont have my results in time to see my visiting family. Totally unacceptable. I tried calling over and over before they closed and emailed before they closed and now I will miss my family gathering thanks to this oversight. Please please it someone can get back to me and make this right.

Paid 200 bucks for a covid pcr test to result in under 2 hours for traveling purposes and its now 4 hours and no result, no one picks up. Awful ...when going they say 3 hours. Online says under 2 hours. Still no results. After reviewing other reviews I was able to find the email of Aron and sent him a message, he apologized and informed me that thus isnt how things are supposed to go. He must have called them directly prior to contacting me because within 15 mins of my email my results for my child were sent and he apologized again. Also thanked me for the feedback and assured me he will be following uo that this doesnt happen to anyone else. I was initially very upset but I am satisfied with the sitauin being rectified when I requested help from higher ups. Thank you
