Shelby, an appointment staff, is incredibly kind, helpful, and encouraging. It was my first time to have such a pleasant conversation with a medical staff in the US. The waiting time to get a staff was very reasonable, and Shelby found a spot for me quickly despite my late search for a provider. She literally made my day!

Dr Maccio is amazing, however I just called to schedule an appointment for a very potentially scary issue, and Jessica (who answered the phone) was very curt and ended up hanging up on me. Extremely unprofessional, and if she can’t handle someone who is scared of the possibility of breast cancer, she should work far, far away from patients.I had both of my children here, however due to this experience, I will not be returning.

Have seen doctors there for my first child and I love it there. Planning to continue going there for my next kids. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have been coming to this office for at least 10 years and my daughter goes here as well. They are always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zomer is amazing and I never feel rushed. She genuinely cares about her patients!!

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WOMEN ANDWER THE PHONE JUST NOW. HER NAME WAS ANGELA AND THE TIME IS 2:34PMSHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!The website is showing certain providers are accepting new patients but when you call to schedule - they tell you that those providers ARE NOT accepting new patients. Very frustrating when your pregnant & think you find the right doctor but then your told, NOPE.IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THEY UPDATED THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE TO REFLECT THE TRUTH.

I had my baby on 11/9/18. Amelia buben was my obgyn. She is seriously the best doctor, and friend I have ever met. Thank you for being such a great help with my daughter, and keeping her involved at the appointments for baby. You went above and beyond at making sure that I was healthy, and my baby as well. You have been such a blessing the last 9 months. Also, the nurses and front desk have been so wonderful to us too. Im sad that we wont see you guys anymore. Thank you all for being such great people, and great at your jobs.

Olga is the only doctor I would see at this establishment. If you want to do anything against the grain do not go see Dr. Morton. Found another office after a visit with her. Also the front desk receptionists are incredibly rude. Specifically the woman with the white hair up front. As you can see in other reviews. Not sure why nothing has been done about it.

I’m just got surgery 2 week ago, My doctor is name Olga . She did very good job and good heart❤️. When I were talking to her about before and after my surgery I ‘m felling very comfortable ( I like she always asking “ Do you have any questions...,😀)👍🏻. I’m feeling very well now . Thank you Olga

I rarely do reviews but Dr. Valieva is by far the best. She knows how to make you feel relaxed, informed and still provide the best care at the same time. Always a wonderful experience to follow up with her! ❤

Ive been a patient for about 2 years now and it has honestly been the most amazing medical experience Ive had my whole life. From my first visit, they have been amazing. My doctors office had screwed up the referral after having me bounced around for weeks. Dr. Olga Bishop (Valieva) and the rest of the Valley Medical staff went out of their way to sort everything out for me and make sure I got the test I needed the same day. I ended up needing further testing and a mild procedure, but for personal reasons I had to be under anesthesia for it, and the Valley Medical staff didnt even hesitate to accommodate. I have a terrible fear of needles that causes me to pass out and stop breathing, so when I needed bloodwork, they made sure another staff was in the room to keep me company, distract me and make sure i was comfortable. The phlebotomist was do gentle, it didnt even hurt and I didnt pass out. Since then they have accommodated my request to have any future bloodwork done through them; even though my primary care provider isnt a Valley Med provider. They have truly gone above and beyond to take care of me and ensure that I receive the best possible care from day one.

I have had Dr. Zomer since I had my fifth daughter and she is absolutely wonderful she is very compassionate and caring there is no o one I have had like her I truly believe she does what she does for her love of her patients and it truly is a blessing to have her she is my favorite. And she loves children she sings to my girls and everything we love you Zomer!

I am beyond grateful to have had Dr.Olga as my obgyn. I was incredibly lucky to have Dr.Olga who is the most kind and caring person deliver my greatest blessing! Throughout my pregnancy she was responsive,kind,caring and nurturing.

Dr. Zomer is a good honest doctor. Staff at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. They place you on hold & hang up when you call back the gal thinks its funny. Not helpful and very dismissive youre pretty much doing their job for them.

I had my daughter last year and had Dr. Buben which was AMAZING, she left and moved locations so i then had Dr.Olga Valievea who is JUST as amazing. Now Im pregnant AGAIN, and going to Dr. valieva forever and ever. I love this clinic!

The staff here are amazing. I always feel like my needs are met and that each member of the team cares.

Mixed feeling about thid clinic they always take 30 min to get me in for example my appointment is at 3:00 and i dont called back to the room till 3:30 !! The doc is pretty nice tho.

First time here and I won’t be returning. The front desk are not welcoming whatsoever. Very unprofessional. Did not welcome me at any point, has full blown conversation right in front of me while I’m standing there to check in. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way and I couldn’t hide it.

Doctor Olga is always great, too bad the people scheduling appointments cant keep their days straight and the women at the front desk are as nice and as helpful as a box of rocks.

Staff at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. This is my first time visiting this place, horrible and rude, I looking for another better clinic. Never go back here.
