I would give it a ZERO star if I could. I am beyond mad at the service my wife recieved at this location!!! My wife went to this location for her entire pregnancy three years ago amd had DR. BOSWELL. BOSWELL was amazing and highly professional. Three years later, totally different experience. Reception is horrible - rude and careless. Not professional at all. When my wife requested to be seen by a female doctor, the nurse went off saying that she cant request a specific gender and that this clinic is ALL Inclusive LGBT NON Binary and she gets whoever she gets. That is NOT ok at all! Dont waste your time and money. Until they change their staff and attitude, this clinic does not deserve anyones business. We will not be coming back to this clinic!

As If I was an enemy she thinks my English is not good so i cant to nothing I was so mad but thanks to God when i got called in the nurse was nice and the doctor is nice too but I still wont forget how I got treated.by her 7-29-2024 at 7:15am

I will never understand men working in Womens Health. I had a bad feeling about how my appointment was going to go when I found out my provider was a man, and Dr. Wallace certainly met my negative expectations. I went in for a consult for sterilization and was denied by Dr. Wallace. I explained that Ive known for most of my life that I never want to be a mother. Ive been wanting to get my tubes removed for over a year and finally decided to make the appointment to make it happen. Im engaged and my and my future husband are both firm on neither of us wanting kids. Dr. Wallace essentially told me that Im too young to know what Ill want in my future, and that just because Im engaged now doesnt mean I wont meet someone in the future who will change my mind about wanting kids, as if a man will sway a decision I made many years ago. He told me to book another appointment for 6 months from now and if I still want to go through with sterilization in 6 months, he would go though with it because as he said its your body and you have the right to make that decision. So you will respect my right to make decisions for my own body in 6 months but not now? Absolutely unbelievable. Iake an appointment at a different clinic with a female doctor so Ill actually be respected as a woman making decisions for my best interest.

Do not bother coming here, reception starts off with attitude when trying to check people in, cancels appointments without phone calls to patients and ultrasounds are rushed and a joke. Been here three different times and had to call multiple times to get ahold of anyone to confirm appointments when told they where at a different location but MyChart says this location. Just don’t waist your time and go to Covington! Covington is caring and sooo much better!!

I recently was transferred here during the last weeks of my pregnancy. I was scared and well behind on my prenatal care. Any time I came in with concerns, I was seen immediately , I felt heard, and cared for throughout. This is a wonderful facility that had the staff and tools to handle tests very quickly! I was able to get multiple tests and an ultrasound done to give me peace of mind! In my 39th week I was given the option to induce. I ended up in labor the next day, and they fit me into a busy schedule. Nobody made me feel guilty about pain management, and my epidural was very quick and well done. I delivered shortly after midnight, and it was terrifying, but the staff was all there ready to jump into action. The lactation specialist visited and set me up for success, as well as the pediatrician, and made sure we were scheduled for a follow up. The nurses took the utmost care in helping me as a first time mother. I felt prepared to leave with my daughter. I opened a letter from multicare today, I figured it was a survey. It was a hand signed letter from the medical staff congratulating us on her birth! I could not have asked for a better place for my delivery! Thank you to everyone involved 💖

This place is horrible. My daughter and I have never experienced such mind numbing service in our lifes. I have complained about this issue before and now after months of finally being able to get an appointment we were 2 min late for check in and they canceled our appointment again. Wth is happening to our country. You guys are worthless.

Please don’t ever go here I Had made an appointment the beginning of October they made me wait almost 2 months for my appointment and they canceled me 30 min before my appointment. I am 4 months pregnant unable to see a ob or anything. Multi care is the worst you can ever go to. It’s my first pregnancy and they have no giving me any help or anything I am very upset that they can’t take me in when Ive waiting 2 months. Please do not try to call and have hope that they will be here for you because they won’t they will make you feel like they will help you and they end up not doing no help! Help yourself and your baby and do not relay for them to help you!

Stay away from this practice. The providers don’t care about you, you aren’t even a number to them yet alone a human being. Their lack of empathy and compassion seriously made my first pregnancy and labor miserable.Dr Wheeler completely disregarded my concerns/complaints and discharged me. She didn’t list any of my concerns on my chart. When I looked through my chart, it says, “patient has no complaints”.

On the 3rd floor MultiCare womens center the front desk Jennifer was very rude and had unprofessional behavior. Medical front desk stuff is your front line, the face of the practice, and the first person a patient, Interpreters or any induvial will speak to when they need help. I would encourage her to have to behavior with the people who are visiting this place.

My PCP originally referred me to Jamie Ellis. I discovered I was pregnant June. They scheduled an 8 weeks dating Ultrasound on Aug 7th. I received a call Aug 6th. 1 day before my appointment that they wouldnt be able to see me becuz they had not gotten a refferal. I was confused as I scheduled this appt 2 months in advance so I asked why they are just calling me a day before my appt?! The receptionist apologized & said but we still cant see you without that. I said so why did you schedule me in the 1st place. She apologized & said Idk why you were scheduled. I finally get my refferal approved after 48hrs then I receive a call for Multicare Auburn Womens that my doc is on vacation so I cant be seen until SEPTEMBER! By then I will be 14 weeks+ & will have been out of my most delicate trimester without seeing my OBGYN! Luckily this is baby number 3 & I know to take prenatals & etc. Luckily I can afford private US through 3rd party just to see baby is doing well. This office is unprofessional! I will not be returning!!

I am still a new patient there but I’m gonna switch to another clinic. I am due for my second depo shot. The nurse told me to call to schedule an appointment from the 27th to the 10th of May and June. I kept calling between those times and left many voicemails but still have not gotten a call back. What’s today? The 10th!! I told them if they don’t call me back I gotta go through the whole process of a pregnancy test thanks to the incompetence of their “customer service”. They aren’t answering in any of the directories they list for you to be transferred to! The very days I come into the clinic, I always see the receptionists at their desk and on the phone so it clearly doesn’t make sense why they aren’t answering the phones, the robot isn’t stating they’re busy. Forgot to mention it’s not really that busy in the clinic as well since the whole COVID issue. The nurses and Dr. Boswell are great but they need new receptionists.

All of the staff is kind and friendly. From the front desk, to the doctor, everyone is helpful and they all provide great customer service! I wanted to give a special thanks to Kory who works the front desk for the ultra sound department. She has gone above and beyond(on multiple occasions) to provide excellent customer service to my family and I. She is kind and knowledgeable and always patient! We are very grateful to have finally found a doctors office with friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors!

Darn near impossible to reach anyone at a Multi Care Facility! Called 5 different locations to reach a person, after listening to a 3+ minute robot voice message several times, I would press 2 to leave a message and get transferred to the voicemail again... without ability to leave a message! Pressed 0 got transferred to an operator, who transferred me back to the voicemail! Finally went to my appointment, (extremely difficult to find parking...) got to the clinic. The four receptionists didnt look up or say hello or anything until I physically just walked right up to ones desk, from there she was snarky and cold.If it wasnt the easiest way to go through my insurance, I wouldnt touch MultiCare ever again!

This place is the typical, horrible Multicare experience. Bad receptionists, bad nurses, some great doctors. Only with this Multicare, you get the added bonus of being serviced by man-haters. As my wife’s previous OBGYN had retired, we decided to try this center for an annual checkup as it was convenient. What a mistake. To start with, it’s not clear how to park, but that’s not the end of the world. When we arrived, we were about 5 minutes early for our appointment. The receptionist rudely told us that she didn’t know if we would be able to keep our appointment because we had about 60 seconds of paperwork to fill out. She kept going on and on about how she didn’t know if we could be seen today. It was really like she was trying to stress us out or she was in an acting class and trying to act out despair. A great receptionist would have given us the paperwork to fill out and then got on the phone to talk to someone to make sure we could be seen today. But this is Multicare. We were not even a new patient to the Multicare OBGYN system, but whatever. It was the typical paperwork and my wife is healthy, so we figured that it shouldn’t be a problem. We quickly filled out the paperwork and hand it in and sit for about 10 minutes. Then in walks a woman by herself and goes up to the receptionist and tells her, “Sorry, but I’m about 10 minutes late for my appointment.” The same receptionist that we talked to then tells her that it fine and she will let the doctor know that she is here. Wow. Double standard. We then get taken back to the patient room and after about 5 minutes, in walks the nurse practitioner we are seeing. She walks straight up to my wife and shakes her hand, says hello and doesn’t even acknowledge me. After about 5 minutes of talking about why my wife is there and with me occasionally trying to help out the conversation as my wife doesn’t speak English very well the NP finally looks at me. The rest of the conversation is that way. No conversation with me, just sideways glances. As if I’m the enemy and the NP knows it. It was a really weird experience. And I’m not a bad looking guy. I’m fortunate to not have any facial birthmarks or facial deformities that might make someone uncomfortable with looking at me. As we were leaving my wife mentioned how weird the experience was and that they are probably man-haters with an attitude of “how dare I go to a woman’s center” as an explanation to the horrible appointment. Truth be told, the Puyallup Multicare is very similar. The recent Cora Weberg incident really doesn’t surprise us. We will try someplace else next time and if you have to go here DON’T BRING YOUR HUSBAND/BOYFRIEND.

My wife is pregnant, and shes having several complications and doctor Jamie Allens, suggested some medicine but she wanted us to buy, rather than letting the state health insurance buy it. Also she has a very rude attitude and asked me to step out as soon as she entered the room I had to tell her I was the dad in order to stay, I in all honesty believe she should be fired for her terrible service.

Never answers the phone. When I need to reschedule an appointment, it is very frustrating when I cannot reach them. And when they call back, its usually the next day regardless of what time I called the previous day, and they call back at the most inconvenient times like early morning or while I am at work, so when I try to call back, no answer.
