Just had my baby here at labor and delivery, and was overwhelmed with how well we were treated. Every doctor had wonderful bedside manner, explained everything that was happening perfectly, and insisted on getting my consent before proceeding with anything. I felt very safe and heard. The nurses were amazing. Every one was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like I was just hanging out with friends. We saw Sarah, Gabby, and Rachel the most and they made my partner, baby and me all feel so cared for. The anesthesiologist was friendly and funny, and did amazing work. She measured out the perfect epidural for my body. Every staff member was friendly and professional, and the food was pretty darn good. Huge shout out to the staff for taking such good care of us.I had switched here mid-pregnancy. It was a bit stressful to deal with a move and change of care while pregnant but the womens center staff has been wonderful. Charity McDaniels was my main provider and she is amazing.

Their receptionists here are so untrained they make the Doctor look bad. Called 2 different receptionists before having to go in there and none of them recorded the change of appointment. Also they make newly pregnant women stressed out and are very combative. Scared to even go here.

I have been a patient here on and off for many years and now so has my daughter. Unfortunately her experience has not been the best, after a recent procedure her pain is through the roof and after having to deal with issues for months now we thought they would be getting better not worse. However, I do know it is not only the womens center that has been involved in her care and every visit I had with them was positive.

Everyone I met there was so kind to me and really listened. I was asked many times by many people if I had any questions about anything at all. They really wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable and had all of the information I might need or want. Everyone introduced themselves to me and got to know me before my procedure. As a person with crippling anxiety, I felt very comforted the whole way through and never ridiculed. So thank you.

Profesional and caring providers and staff. Welcoming at check in. Informative of procedures during visit and understanding of patients (me) comfort level, provider was empathetic to patients (me) wants/needs and provided the procedure in the most comfort as possible. (Had to hold breathe for imaging while standing, but I have also been experiencing dizziness/light headed while holding breathe. We compromised and did the procedure as quickly as possible with the least amount of breathe holding, images were clear and doctor was satisfied with results so it must have worked)

Dr Edwards is amazing. Never felt comfortable with a Dr in my life. Especially an obgyn (always felt judged)... however I do not feel embarrassed when issues arise, I feel as if she actually listens to her patients( ie needs, concerns ect). She really is a gem. I wouldnt care about my health if it was not for her. I cant say enough about her. Forever thankful she is my Dr.

Dr. Humphrey took the time to examine me and explain or show me everything I needed to know. She made me feel like a real person not just another patient.

Cmh is denying people basic human rights, I saw first hand they were unwilling to accommodate someone who was seeking medical attention because it went against his morals to wear a face covering. Everyone has the right to choose weather or not they would like to wear one. The tyrannical agenda needs to stop.
