NextCare Urgent Care Alice

The care I received here was amazing!! I am a disabled Veteran and a lot of places Do Not take the VA’s insurance coverage but Next Care Urgent Care does. The service was fast. I was in and out within 30 min and I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They genuinely cared about me and my injury. Thank you to everyone at Next Care Urgent Care in Alice Texas. You all are amazing people!!!

This place is fine for simple things but anything else just go to the actual hospital next door. I was there to do a drug test but I also split open my inner lip which required stitches. Not only did I not get the stitches but my employer was charged $280 for no help and bad directions to the hospital. Either my visit to this location and this town overall was a one time thing I wouldnt ever be back. I wasnt even going to say anything but they kept sending message after message asking for a review so if you want the truth here you go. Their nice but they suck at their job.

Terrible place, terrible people. In terms of workers comp they clear everyone to go back to work even though they are not. My husband was cleared by these people and 1 year later come to find out my husband still actually has neuropathy, motor dysfunction, and major trauma to his nerves. My husband can no longer drive nor walk for long periods of time app because this place didn’t even give him any care what’s so ever, they just signed papers and told him he was fine because “he looked fine”.

When I got there there was 2 people waiting and 1 person waiting on someone. The front clerk was great. I had an appointment at 12 noon, took me 2 hours in waiting area and 1 hour and 45 minutes in patient room, looked outside my door to see anybody was there for about a minute or 2, I was so tired and a headache, so I walked out. I was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes. I should have just gone to ER would have been faster.

My appointment was at 1:00 PM and it took me 2 hours and 45 min to be seen. This is not the first time this happens. The receptionist told me sorry but we are a bit behind. They always say the same thing. It shouldnt take that long to be seen. People go there because they take forever at the hospital. Besides that the facility was clean and the staff were nice and professional.

My nurse Adriana and my provide Hope are absolute dolls. I was taken seriously and treated accordingly. The whole process of walking in and being taken care of took less then an hour, they brought me water and checked in on me frequently. Im so happy with this place! Even the receptionist is an absolute doll. 🥰

The lady at the front desk was super awesome, nice, and very professional. But the lady who did the blood pressure etc snapped at my fiancé and was super rude, barking orders. Then, I did not get to see an actual doctor, and the nurse practitioner who saw me for all of seven seconds prescribed an antibiotic that carries a risk of a cross reaction with a drug allergy that I did tell them about. I won’t be going back.

I arrived as a walk in and was greeted immediately. They were kind, efficient and empathetic. I was in and out of the clinic in an hour. Diagnosed, prescribed medication and released. Great staff and facility was clean and welcoming.

Everyone was polite there but my appointment was at 12 noon and I arrived at 1130am. I just has to do a urine sample test. I was not called til 1245pm. Short staffed and that my test has never been dont there so nurse was not sure what to do and where things were. But Everyone was nice.

The visit was okay. Long wait to do a urine test. my bladder was about to burst. I was told that I couldn’t use the restroom or step outside. Which could result in an invalid screening. I was in so much pain.

The nurse who checked me in was super sweet, but the nurse practitioner who is “examining” my knee, pretty much did nothing. if I come in with knee pain, at the very least expect you to poke and prod and ask if it hurts when you do this. Not telling me to get a brace from CVS and call radiology Associates for an mri appointment.

The staff were very nice and friendly. I did not have to wait long at all. There were not many people and the waiting area was clean. I would definitely come here again.

No stars, this place is terrible. Honestly I think they forgot we were there until I asked are they going to see us, we waited little over 2 hours with an appt. Thats because the lobby was full when we got into a room, when we finally left the rooms were empty ND so was the lobby!!!

Came in here with ear plugged with ear wax was not resolved wait time was over 2 hours with an appointment. Was told to go see primary physician which is half price of here with insurance! Will not be back !

I love going to our local clinic. Its clean,quiet ,staff friendly...I recommend this facility to all my family and friends.

It went well. They were very helpful friendly patient with me quick to answer and help me feel better.

This office takes very long. Definitely do not recommend if you need care urgently. Have been there a few times and each time has been the same, waiting for 3-4 hours. Will never be coming back.

The front clerk was very nice and helpful. The Dr was very nice & informative. Very satisfied with my visit. Would definitely recommend. The online appt process was easy also.

Very disappointed. I was there on Sunday I was tested for covid flu and strep all negative. I was given antibiotics and 2 shots. Went back yesterday because I had 1 pill left and Im not any better. I was told to let antibiotics work. Retest for flu and covid they were negative again. Waste of time and money just for someone to tell you to let antibiotics work.

My husband came in because he was positive with Covid and was sick the past 2 days . His work would like us to see a doctor for the Fmla paperwork , Due to the fact that it was the flu and antibiotics doesnt work with VIRAL infections , we werent expecting to get any meds .. The husband waited there for almost 3 hours , swabbed him and told he is negative of covid .. There are few people in the facility and it took 3 Long hours . and they cannot sign the paperwork , we tested my husband again 2 more times at home and was postive . Is the facility telling me that the home test the government provided is wrong in 3 instances that he tested positive . ? anyway his boss decided that he stay home but i am disapointed because he will get an occurence for it .Very disapointing experience . We will never go this place ever again

I told provider my daughter had a fever the night before and was fussy all the following day and felt warm. I told her, a cut she had might be Infected and her body was fighting something. I mean It could be anything; but fever for 2 nights would mean infection. No antibiotics was given just an antibiotic ointment for her cut that I already had at home. That night more fever + rash (She was up all night uncomfortable and crying whilei did everything to comfort her). I called in the morning to see if she could prescribe an oral antibiotic since things had taken a turn and clearly she was fighting some infection. No call back from provider/staff. I took her to her primary doctor. Paid another copay of $150 and we finally got the meds my daughter needed. Everytime we go to urgent care provider will not prescribe antibiotics and we always have to go to primary doctor. I am just glad it wasnt the weekend where primary doctor was closed. We do not go to the doctor for free. I have private pay Insurance and pay deductibles; i dont want an ointment for how much i am paying for a visit. I wasn preventive meds. I could have monitored my child to see if fever would come back and surely it did. I dont see why provider couldnt call in an oral antibiotic. Disappointed. Front desk staff was very kind and 5☆ Including triage medical assistant. Thank You for your kindness. Provider was dry , quick and exited. Didnt even check my daughters ears to see if maybe infection was there. Just to check off all boxes.

Appointment time was 6 PM and did not get seen until 7:45 PM. They were unable to do bloodwork because they didn’t have faulty test tubes for the blood draws. Because of the time I may not get prescribed meds until tomorrow.

Our experience today at NextCare urgent care was amazing,the care they gave my.son ,gave him his hearing back due to the amazing staff,from nurses to PNA,,

Changing this 5 star review from year ago to a 1 star review. I have had to go to Next Care over the last month or so, do to a work related injury. Each time visit the location in Alice Tx, there was one thing or another to add to the worse service possible. Between the lack of compassion, professionalism, and knowledge of their jobs. No care in yhe world, they calk it up to being busy. Between being forgotten in the back room for around 2 hrs, to Dr not knowing how to order a MRI the correct way, to the office personal that never answer there phone, or at front desk, to calling main office and leaving messages for days before getting a return phone call. Just to be told the wrong info. Having as a patient to do the leg work in order to get your MRI order placed in the right way, to showing up to your appointment and being told you need to come back at least 2 hrs later because Dr is not there. And when you do come back, Dr still not there and a Nurse comes in to see you and tell you that you need MRI. My response hello I had one done already, you all should have the results. After verify this is true, then telling me I need back surgery, and I need to come back in a week so I can get an order in to specialist. This place is a joke, and a rip off. Upper management seems to not give 2 links about it. You can see all the bad reviews and yet, they still have such ctappy service.

I don’t think I’ve ever had someone care about me the way this one FNP did. She didn’t have to do what she did and for that, I would whole heartedly recommend anyone to this location.

Some wait time since I was a walk in. took about one hour but once inside the doctor was fast. Will be going here from now on.

Had an appointment at 10:20, didn’t get seen till 12:45. They were taking walk ins in front of appointments and they didn’t even take 2 minutes total once they finally saw me and they didn’t send the script till I called them to do so again for 3 hours.

It was easily the worst care facility I have ever been to. I went there as a walk in to get a physical for my child that shouldnt take more than 20min. To be told they were not doing walk ins that day and Id have to schedule. So I figured I could kill some time and come in and get it knocked out quickly. I show up to take an hour to get called back to a room and them wait in the room for another hour until I had enough and walked out. Ridiculous. Thank God I didnt truly need urgent care.

I had a good experience at this facility from beginning to end and if I ever need to I will visit there again.

Very disappointing visit. The NP didnt even examine me. Yes, I know there is no treatment for covid anymore. However she could have at least been checked to be sure my lungs are clear.I have been to this clinic twice and both times were great and i didnt have an appt. I came to this clinic in September also for what I thought was eas just a bad cold but turned out to be covid and the NP at that time was awesome. Did an exam and prescribed oral steroid, anti-viral med and cough med. She told me the best treatment was rest and plenty of fluids but the steroid and cough med should help with that.But at todays visit, the NP stood at the door with her arms crossed the whole time ant went on to tell me there was no treatment, covid is a virus. She made me feel more of a nuisance than a patient needing help. I had to ask for the steroid to help with my breathing.I guess its a luck of the draw which provider you will see.

I made an appointment Sunday 8:00 AM, I waited 45 minutes for the provider. He was great. The room was extremely dirty still from the day before, trash was overflowing floor was covered in spills. Overall the appointment went well. I had an allergic reaction to the prescribed medication, called Sunday. Never received a follow-up, I called and spoke with the receptionist 3Xs Monday, no follow up. Again, Tuesday I called 2Xs pleading for a follow-up or change to the prescription.I CANT BELIEVE ANY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS WOULD HAVE ZERO FOLLOW UP.Now, 78 hours later, you called in a prescription to CVS. You have my contact information, yet still fail to bother contacting me directly. How is this okay? I am going to be following up with your corporate office for that answer.

It went awful. My throat was my main concern and they didn’t even check it. They stated that I needed ibuprofen and didn’t even put it on the list of medications. They ran us off due to them closing even tho we were waiting for an hour. They asked if I needed a work excuse and didn’t give us that either. Definitely a bad experience for what we paid. Then we tried to walk back in once we got to the car and they had already locked the door and wouldn’t answer. Overall bad experience.

Received care within 30 minutes. All staff very courteous.

My husband suffer a Celebral Infaction with Aphasia & Weaknes. He stay with several illnesses after this episode. Its very difficult to make connections with people. At the urgent care ❤ they are aware of his situation and they are extra patience with him.

They took care of me as i was going thru some great pain from an allergic reaction and broke out in hives literally in the waiting room... fast and polite...

Very quick very professional prescribed the right treatment my severe ear infections symptoms were gone in 2 days. The only problem I had was I didnt take my Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO gold plan. But they were reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone else that needs Urgent Care

I’ve gone here once before and it went alright, I came here today and waited 40 minutes to have them tell me they couldn’t do ADHD meds there which was fine as I needed to get more meds for some pain in my arms. They said my insurance wouldn’t cover it and it’d be $120 for the visit when I’d gone there a couple times at $35. They let me get in at $35 eventually. So I waited 30 minutes to be called back again. They did the usual blood pressure test and all then sent me to the next room waiting on the doctor. I waited in that room for almost an hour and just left out of frustration. Lost the money I paid upfront as well. Glad I didn’t fork out the $120. If you value your time just go somewhere else.

So grateful for Urgent Care & their employees. The ease of checking in, the empathetic staff & Drs, the cleanliness of office, and the waiting time in waiting room & patient room was a breeze.Thank you 😊

Staff was helpful and friendly.. I check my daughter in and in less then an I was in a room ready to be seen.. The physician was professional and knowledgeable of my daughters illness.. medications were called into my pharmacy and meds ready in a hour.

Physicians listen and explain everything well. Feel like they do their best to take care of my family and I every time we visit. All staff was very professional as well. Been going here for several years and will continue to do so.

1st time at Urgent care and I was very, very satisfied everyone was so kind my nurse that gave me my shot had such a gentle touch didnt feel it at all. If they had a 10 star rate I definitely would give them a 10 well deserved. Thank you all Im feeling so much better.

The staff is friendly, but if you walk in, expect a very long wait. I waited for an hour and a half for something very basic and there was only three people ahead of me when I walked in at 8 AM. It took them literally half an hour per patient. Ridiculous

Nice people but it takes forever to be seen and even after the doctor visit. At this point the hospital emergency room would have been quicker!!! :(

I was very pleased with my visit. I’m from out-of-state and was very impressed with the check-in procedure. That was new to me and I live in a big city. The staff is very friendly , as well as the doctor. Very knowledgeable and took her time to answer my questions. Very clean office areas.

Last time I had a young nurse practitioner who was rude and I see she still works there. Luckily I did not have her this time.With that being said the NP I had this time was 100% better. She was kind heard me out , did not dismiss my needs like a time before that. So I thought I’d leave a good review. It’s the attention to your patients that matters. No one cares if your a np, dr etc. At the end of the day our insurance or cash pays the facilities bills and want to be treated with care or at-least pretend to care.Will continue to edit reviews based upon experience.Thank you

Place is still scared of Covid but yet will let you in all the way to the back without a mask. They will only let the patient(my wife) in to the examining room yet they let me in with the patient to the vitals room and then the examining room before they told us that because of Covid they only let the patient in the back examining area yet they let me contaminate the area. They are not to bright. My wife wants me or one of our daughters with her for not only support but to explain things if she doesnt understand the nurse or doctors. At least they gave my money back when I demanded for non service.

The place was so clean and neat and the nursing and the PA were so nice and polite and helpful.

Staff is super friendly and they got me in and out really fast. They gave me exactly what I needed and didn’t make me uncomfortable at all. The girl at the front desk is the nicest person I’ve ever met and I appreciated everyone who helped me. 10/10 service

Linda at the front desk, Robin the nurse & Marissa the PA were all wonderful. I hope I wont need to, but I wouldnt hesitate coming here again.

Love that we can schedule online or with the app. We didn’t have to wait long at all. The nurse practitioner was very thorough, and the person that took vitals and intake was very professional and kind. We didn’t feel rushed. The clinic was clean. We will use again if needed.

I didnt have an appointment but was able to walk in with my daughter and have us both seen with a very short wait time, if I had to guess it was less than 10 minutes. We were in and out very quickly and taken care of all in one.

I took my sister in for cough and congestion. She was seen and treated a lot faster than her first visit. Of course, we understand that if another patients need is more urgent they will be treated first. She was very pleased with the care she received. Thanks!

Terrible service, waited over 2 hours in an empty office. Very little concern for their patients while they all laughed and joked in the break room.

Freezing cold waiting room and long wait times to get my child in for severe ear pain. Its taking an hour + since we have been in a room to be seen by a doctor. Even my child who likes doctors wants to just leave and go home and shes the one in pain!!!Update: I dont know if the people there dont know what they are doing or what, but now I am trying to track down where they sent in the prescription for my 6yr old daughter. She is getting worse and I have been trying for over an hour to get ahold of this place to find out where they sent her meds!!!! I will NEVER go there again!

The visit was fast and easy. Doctor was very nice and caring. The nurse explained everything and questions were easy to understand. The entrance very well kept and easy to relax. The only one thing that I was not liking was the person at front desk. Does not seem to have people skills. Not very friendly. Seem to be more concerned about her computer work then person in front of her. Very clean and easy to find way around. Was very easy to locate.

There was a lot of people being seen today, but the staff was very nice and helped. The NP listened to my concerns and prescribed me what I needed.

They were so patient. And they were very thorough in explaining the process of how the whole covid testing worked. The cute little blonde doctor was so polite with an awesome bedside manner. And the girl who did the swab was so gentle!!! They got my husband and I, in and out quick! Awesome experience over all!

Friendly staff. Seen in a timely manner. My only dislike was signing in and filling out paperwork on my phone. Internet connection was slow.

We love the alice urgent care. it’s my go to for my sons because the pediatricians office is always packed. the staff is so kind and helpful and the PA is amazing. She knows my sons now and is always very welcoming. we love it.

Front desk was very helpful in giving instructions and prompt to sending a text to schedule online. The nurses that administered test were very nice and helpful with answering questions. My results came in quick and I had no problem receiving them

Provided my info online & the visit was smooth like butter on a biscuit. Staff was great & professional. I was in & out in a matter of minutes.

Appt was easy to get but was worthless. Waited 2 hours to be seen for 3 minutes and got to pharmacy to pick up RX and it wasn’t ordered

Very friendly staff! We were able to be seen after being turned down at every office in Alice. They were very reassuring with our concerns and very gentle with swans. Thanks to staff working 8/12/21 including the receptionist! Y’all are awesome.

NP is very patient & interested on how you are feeling. Takes her time to listen. All staff are also friendly and professional. In & out quickly.

I was greeted with a smile and quickly signed in for appointment. Within a few minutes my name was called to proceed to a room to discuss reason for visit. Doctor then examined and discussed symptoms giving me the final outcome. My visit for urgent care at Twin Fountains Medical Clinic was handled most efficiently and in a timely manner. I wish to thank your staff for their wonderful service:)

The staff was wonderful. Service was quick, convenient and patient. Very informative. The only other change I would recommend is spraying down waiting area between patients and spreading down door handles between patients. Other than that, exceptional service.

This place is a joke. First, I had seen several posts about how horrible they were. Then I heard from friends how horrible they were. I went in on a Sunday because my pcp was closed & I thought it may be faster than the ER. The receptionist was fine, no complaints there. The medical assistant was rude , & the doctor was even worse. They both were acting like as if they had better things to do than to be working . Which I get it… it’s Sunday. We would all rather be being at home doing nothing . If that’s the case then, do not work in health care. The whole purpose for health care is to help people in need. If we could do it ourselves,I’m sure we would instead of paying someone . Went in ,couldn’t take a full breath, sinus congestion,fever ,nausea, sore throat , stuffy ears, dry cough, sneezing … etc . Guess what I left with ? NOTHING. The doctor said ,”let it run its course”. Well, ummm thanks for taking my money and time ….and then telling me to let it run course. Not even an inhaler , not a breathing treatment, no fever medications, to nausea medication. They should just shut this place down. Trust me , stick to your regular pcp or go to the ER! Guess another sleepless night of gasping for air and vomiting with sweats .

Professional and compassionate team. Noemi at front desk made check in easy and quick while showing concern for me as soon as I walked in. NP Joseph Barerra spent quality time with me and explained each step of my treatment. He was very professional and caring. Nurse that evening was also very professional and gentle. She made sure I didn’t have any questions and that was ok before I left. I Didn’t even feel the shot. Facility was very clean and whole atmosphere was calming and filled with people that were obviously experts in their roles.

One of the nurses who cared for me gaslit me to the point of derealization over medication that I knew wasnt working for me and wasnt going to work for me that I ended up having a panic attack shortly after I left the clinic. I work at a Veterinary Clinic, the medication being pushed negatively impacted my work and my ability to do my job. I have a fear of doctors due to trauma and while most of the staff was extremely professional and provided an air of safety that one nurse has confirmed my fears of going to seek medical attention. I will never again return to this establishment even as a last resort. Further more, as I was leaving I asked if there were any fees or charges that I needed to be aware of and pay for then at least twice and both times I was told that there was not. Cut to two months later and I get a bill in the mail regarding my visit that I could and would have paid for in full the moment I had asked if there was anything that needed to be paid. I am surprised by a $114 bill for a visit that damaged me mentally, emotionally, and psychologically and fixed nothing at all. All in all, I left in worse condition then when I went in.

Went well. Dr and nurse came to car and were very friendly and informative. Made my kids feel at ease. Only bad part was we made an early appointment and had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen but wasn’t too bad.

It took 5 + hours for them to see us and I had to book a separate appointment for my wife and 2 kids all sick with the same cold. I got a bill for $350 for each person for a super brief checkup. To make things even better after being there all day they shut the lights off in the parking lot before we walked out to the truck and my kid tripped over the curb and fell and was bleeding from his knee and elbow. Not a great experience. I guess you can charge whatever you want when your the only urgent care in the area.

Had a 320 appt..didnt see dr until almost 5, was very frustrated. Dr was great..wait time sucks

Front desk was super sweet which is the only reason for 2 stars.However triage process was ok. Didn’t want much details of the reason my child was even brought in. proceeds to swab for flu and Covid(I myself had to tell my child to take a deep breath and not move cause they’re going to swab her nose). It wasn’t explained to my child so she wouldn’t have known what to expect had I not did their job.Provider walks in the room..doesn’t even introduce herself so I have no idea who she even was until she said “she tested positive for flu she’ll be out until Friday I’m sending in tamiflu” then went and checked her ears and throat. literally that’s all. didn’t even ask any questions about my child’s health or what exactly is going on, didn’t explain to me which flu she had (until I asked) and what to expect with this variant. Let her leave with 101.8 temp and had no concern that my thermometer that I brought in myself was reading 103.4. She was clearly in a rush to get out of the room. Even my 7 yr old said “she didn’t do anything to help me mom”. So unprofessional. I get seeing numerous pts a day is exhausting but it shouldn’t minimize pt care.If I didn’t work in the Medical field myself I would be SO LOST on what to do and how to benefit my child during this virus.This place is definitely a LAST RESORT option.

I could have been told there was an online check in when I called. Went in person , Waited about 3 hours and never even got seen. Just thought it would be faster than the ER and with their system it was the same thing coming in in person. Im still upset I wasnt seen eventually and very upset I wasnt told about the online check in when calling for advice.

Very unprofessional. Very rude. Staff either seems lazy or inconvenienced at the fact that they must do their job. Have been here at least 4 times within the last year and every time has been an awful experience.5 months later I had no other option but to return to this god awful place where the staff seems to not care about their patients at all whatsoever. Scheduled an appointment online to which it tells me to arrive 15 minutes early for check in. 1 hour and 10 minutes after set scheduled appointment and I finally get a call from the front desk. Turns out the only reason we were waiting so long is because the receptionist decided to take lunch at the time which my appointment was set. As soon as she got back with her food is when we got the call to be seen. When I finally was seen they didnt evaluate me at all just went straight for a flu and covid test as it seems like they dont care about anything other than that. Once again an awful experience.

The only thing I found I did t like was the wait time check in online my appointment time was 10:00 have yo be at place 9:45 and was told another 45 min didn’t get off the car 10:45 then another 10 min to get room and then another seem like 10 min to be seen by doctor. Very clean place very nice staff only thing was wait time too a lot longer then expect only 2 people where ahead of me

I walked into the Twin Fountains Urgent Care today at 8:00 right as they opened. I was greeted and asked to fill out the standard forms They took me back in timely manner and I was diagnosed and out in 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend.

In the middle of an already horrible day of making funeral arrangements my ear was PAINED! To the point of even more tears! I went in and was greeted with the warmest smile from Kristy at the front desk! She was so sweet and caring. The nurse and Dr were PHENOMENAL! Quick and thorough! I was taken care of! I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to be taken care of by the best! Thank you all so very much!

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The best doctor, nurse and front desk staff I have encountered! The doctor was in from the Valley and hands down would recommend him!! (He had to retrieve a rock from my child’s ear 🤪)

Making an appt, checking in, and checking out was very easy to do. I like that we could do everything online. Employees were nice and efficient.

I walked in and was immediately acknowledged. The were very helpful and friendly. Check in and all necessary information was a breeze. I didn’t have to wait very long before I was taken care of. They are awesome!

Stopped in quickly for a TB test (work requirement) and staff was very professional and personable. From the front desk to the nurse and billing person, all were exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience with Twin Fountains.

My experience was an excellent one. Within minutes they took care of us. 30 minutes later we walked out the door well tended to and with a prescription. Excellent customer service highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of urgent care!

After the checking in process, it’s a 10 before then I give it a 2 . There was no one but a couple that was leaving it took 30 min to check me in and another 10 min to get to the back. Why because the RT was in the front that in her words said I don’t know much about the checking in process. So we the patients end up with the short end of the stick. Once your in the back awesome people from the start to the end I love the PA’s Totally recommend this place but do tell people after the checking in it will be an awesome experience . Please fix the problems in the front desk or people will not come back .

The medical care provided was beyond excellent...however, there is such a staff shortage that the wait time for an assigned appt was 2+ hrs and then it was another hour before I was seen and another hour before we were done. Total from arrival until departure was close to 4 1/2 hours. Not good.

I had a great experience. They had a lot of people and still got me in and were kind patient and understanding. They listened and I appreciate all of their help.

Wait time is extremely long but the staff is always very kind and welcoming so the times I’ve had to use Urgent Care that’s why we continue to return. Always feel well taken care of.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The wait was long, but went in as a walk in. The medical staff was supportive and understanding.

Lady in the front was nice and helpful . The ladies who saw me in the room listened and explained it to me. Wait time was medium . Appt was at 400 pm got out at 600 pm.

They took several hours but it was a Friday and it seemed like they didnt have much staff on hand. The reason for only giving two stars in my review is because the front desk receptionist messed up on my billing. I used a primary and a secondary insurance that should have covered 100% of the bill, she said it was completely covered and gave me no bill. Yet a month later i receive a bill since they didnt run both while there? Very annoying that i had to deal with the credit company after that.

I recommend this facility to anyone it’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. Very well organized and you are in an out in no time..

Considering Youre sick when you come gotta say it was still very pleasant experience. This lady actually asked me if I ever had a broken nose before she shoved that stick up my nose.

I Waited for over 2 hours. Honestly such a bad experience I will NEVER go back to this place. They are very nice but take forever. I could have spent those two hours at home resting while I was sick but instead I wasted at a doctors office.

This was my third time coming to this clinic and everything is amazing. The staff and their service are very nice. I was out of there in little over an hour. Of course it does depend on your emergency. I have nothing but good things to write about this clinic.

They need to change their policies at this place. Either they believe masks work or they don’t. Being sent outside with a sick kid to wait, when your wearing masks and it’s cold out, shouldn’t happen! Hence the name URGENT CARE!!!! Not make an appointment urgent care, not wait outside urgent care….. Like I said, either they believe masks work or they don’t, can’t have it both ways. No Covid involved, due to she already had it 3 weeks prior and they diagnosed it…. I like this place, but they need to change their policies, Covid is over!!!!

I was very pleased with my visit to this facility. I made my appointment on line and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I was out with test results shortly after my scheduled appointment time. The polite professional care was much appreciated.

The physicians and/or NPs are very polite and professional. However, the front desk staff doesnt really seem like they know what theyre doing. On your website, it says you all deal with pediatrics. I took my little one, (who is 7 months old) in to be seen for a simple cough just to make sure she wasnt coming down with a cold or the flu. Your receptionist told me they dont see patients under the age of 2. Even though I had previously taken her there before .Okay fine. About a week later I took my 2 and a half year old in due to having a fever with no other symptoms. They said she couldnt be seen because she had a fever and to take her to the ER because they dont have an in house lab and couldnt do any testing on her. I ended up taking her to the ER to wait 6 hours just for them to give her tylenol and test her for the flu. Which I know your office could have done. The physicians are very professional, friendly, and courteous. The front desk staff on the other hand, are rude and very unprofessional. Ive already put in an application to work front desk at this office being that I attend school for health care management. Hopefully you all will proceed in hiring a better staff.

Brought my 89 year old mom here with concerns with her breathing and lower back ache.The staff was over the top attentive, informative and kind.. Put my mom at ease and got the medical attention needed. Highly recommend.

I’ve never been seen here, unfortunately. After being sick in bed all day I finally gave in and searched urgent cares near me. I found Twin Fountains and saw that they were open until 8pm Monday thru Friday. Being that its a 30 minute drive from home we arrived right at 7pm only to find the front doors locked and no front desk staff anywhere in sight. There were still some people sitting in the lobby but thats it. We tried calling to get some answers and no one ever picked up the phone. If for some reason you’re going to stop accepting patients at a certain time change your hours to reflect that. Answer the damn phone and explain it at the very least. Completely unprofessional.

The girls are super sweet at the desk. The Physician Asst are always good and dont rush you while talking. Nurses are always wonderful.

Sat in the back for almost 2 hours and no one saw me. I hope you dont expect to get paid for nothing

They were pretty quick this time. I had a covid test done & the nurse was gentle, not like the last time I went & they jammed the swab in my nose.

The staff was friendly and compassionate, I didn’t feel hurried or unimportant. . I made the appointment online and that helped with minimal waiting. Happy with the service. They gave us all the information we needed.

Thank God for Nexcare! Had to get my dad in asap and they got him taken care of. The lady that I spoke to was very friendly and understanding.

I previously gave this place 5 stars after my first time here. However, this urgent care is in NO WAY urgent. I arrived here at 8:30am (it opens at 8:00am, so 30 minutes of open operation) and was told that even though it was technically open, none of the front staff was there to check us in. Totally confused, I asked if the doctor was not there either and yes she/he WAS in fact there, but since the secretaries were not, well.....I could not get care. And not only did she have no idea when any front staff would get there, but there were already 4 people who called in and were waiting (AT HOME!) ahead of me!!! My ill child and I needed to go elsewhere. Totally unorganized ESPECIALLY for being a medical facility. This is an unsafe practice. Do yourself a favor and head to the ER next door.

If I could give this place negative stars I would the only 2 people helpful was the receptionist and the male nurse. I was charged 50.00 basically to be told to follow up with my my PCP. I went in for nausea and a migraine and was told take Tylenol or ibuprofen and wear sunglasses as if I didn’t know that already. No type of remedy was even attempted I left from there and went to premier physician thank god they have PA’S and NP who knows how to help

Ive been there twice. Each time has been for a different reason. Both times, I have seen PAs. Since it is difficult to go in to see my regular provider, its convenient for anyone to see the providers here. It has not taken more than half an hour to wait, then to be seen and prescribed meds. For spur-of-the-moment, yet necessary Dr. visits, Twin Fountains Medical Center is the place to go.

For my first visit: Went in for a sore throat (wanted to make sure it wasnt strep throat). Receptionst was friendly and even offered me bottled water. Clinic had no other patients in waiting room early on a Sunday. Was seen by NP quickly and confirmed stop throat, given a prescription and even discharge instructions with a printout with information on my diagnosis. Also have online checkin as well.

I like coming to NextCare because they take care of your promptly and they are very thorough in their information about what you have to do. They listen to you instead of just telling you what to do.

When to the clinic with a persistent cough. Waited bout 30 minutes before I was seen. I was checked by a fantastic person that I consider a good friend, FNP Susana Enriquez. Shot, cough medicine and Antibiotics. Slept really well with no coughing. Picking up medications this morning at CVS. Beats the hospital by miles. Highly recommended.

Was OK. Staff was nice! Son had a dog bite but I guess I expected more in the way of care. Not so much as a pain shot or Tylenol for my baby who was in pain.

A Veteran went in today for a Covid Test ( after verifying that he could get tested without insurance).Once they found out that he was a vet, they told him the VA would not reimburse them. He offered to pay cash and they told him no cash accepted!He’s now at Stat Care having the test done. He is very sick! Terrible way to treat our military who serve to protect us! Stat Care in CalAllen is taking care of him!

Took my son there and the staff is awesome!! The receptionist is very nice and she gets whatever it is you need done quick....I highly recommend going there to everyone...I will be taking my kids there from now on instead of waiting at the doctors or hospital for HOURS!!

My wife went on Monday, Sept 13, 2021 for covid test and immunity test. She has not been called for her results even though she has called many times. Nobody answers so she has to leave voice messages. I tried calling this morning, 9/20/2021 and same-o, same-o. No warm body will answer.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The NP was very knowledgeable about the reason for my visit and explained to me issues I could have and what to do to prevent back issue occurrences.

I arrived at 1:38 pm my appointment was at 2 pm. It is 5:21 pm and I am still in a room with no sign of anyone coming in to see me. I am here for a CoVid test, as I am vomiting a lot.
